The Construction Shared Pains Podcast (ConstructionProgress.org)

Despite all of the technology available to Architecture, Engineering, & Construction (AEC) Professionals, very little of it has proven to make a dent in Construction’s ‘Productivity Imperative’ coined by McKinsey & Co. in their 2015 market report. Our special guests are Benny Baltrotsky, Co-Founder of the Construction Open Standards Alliance (COSA) and Chief Strategy Officer for eSUB Software; and Nathan Wood, Founding Member of the Construction PDF Coalition and now Executive Director of the newly renamed Construction Progress Coalition after merging with COSA.

What is the balance between talk and action to drive innovation in the AEC Industry? If innovation requires a new level of ‘coopetition’, what is the separation between transparency and intellectual property?
