Today’s show opens with a massive win for our Constitutional Republic, which means many on the Left are crying and tearing our their hair. While we have told you for months what the 14th Amendment says and that only Congress can determine if someone is no longer eligible to be on a ballot for the crime of insurrection, the Supreme Court today, in a 9-0 ruling, just confirmed the same thing. It’s a sad statement that so many no longer know how to read for content anymore. They live in fairy tale world where their beliefs are more important than facts or reality.

In a separate, but equally significant, bit of positive news, a D.C. Appeals Court has found that 100 J6 defendants were sentenced more harshly than they should have due to charge being added to their crimes that did not apply. The DOJ said they had disrupted a proceeding, meaning the certification of the vote. Even the Left of Left D.C. Court of Appeals said every reading of that charge is meant for court proceedings, not Congress. Nikki Haley finally won a primary! Not a state, though. She won in the District of Columbia. Yep! The cesspool sewer of the Deep State Uniparty wants us to know they prefer

Nikki Haley over Donald Trump. And, if that were not enough to make you dislike her even more, she admitted Sunday on Meet the Press, that she lied about her pledge to support the nominee. She basically told the country her ethics and her core are open for compromise for political expediency.

On a different Sunday talk show, Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) was trying to convince the host that Joe Biden tried to implement tough border and immigration reforms in his first few weeks in office. While we all know the only thing Biden wanted passed was an amnesty bill, I was shocked to hear the host of This Week on ABC remind Murphy of that. Murphy looks like someone punched him in the stomach. How dare the Legacy/mainstream media point out his attempt to gaslight America.

The walking male member with eyebrows, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, was on CBS’s Face the Nation and when asked about the murder of Laken Riley, didn’t even have the decency to speak from his heart. He had to read a prepared card, taking no responsibility for the rising violent crime at the hands of illegals in this country. In fact, I could not even stomach adding his sound bite. Instead, I turned to Tulsi Gabbard who summed up the obvious – if you allow more criminals to be out on the street, you are going to see a rise in crime.

At a rally in Virginia, Donald Trump committed to tightening down election security and integrity across the nation. But, to do that he said the election needed to be too big to rig. Maybe that’s why DOJ head, Merrick Garland, was in a black church in Alabama over the weekend telling the congregation that they were too incapable or too dumb to have a valid ID, to follow voting instructions or to know how to find their poling location. It really is the soft bigotry of low expectations.

Mark Wingate submitted an affidavit in Fulton County, Georgia. He was a former member of the Fulton County Board of Elections. In it he states that election officials were told Fulton County did not perform any signature verification on any absentee-by-mail ballot in the 2020 election. And, election officials were never provided chain of custody documents that they requested.

So, while we are on Fulton County, let’s go through the closing arguments from Friday. All we really need to hear is one segment from Attorney Harry MacDougald. He accomplished in 10 minutes, what the opposition could not in 90. It was a master class on how to deliver a closing argument. And, while the judge gave himself two weeks to mull over his ruling, he also mentioned that if anything else were to happen in that time, he’d be open to putting it on the docket. I think he knows something else is brewing out there. Plus there are now several concurrent investigations into Fani Willis and the DA’s office. It is going to be very interesting over the coming days.

Today’s show opens with my thoughts on the conclusion of yesterday’s House Oversight Committee hearing with US Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle. We are left with more questions than we have answers. Plus, as of this morning, she has tended her resignation. But, this investigation needs to move forward and we need Congress to continue one independent of the FBI.

In light of the lack of transparency and the shifting of narratives from DHS, SS, local police and reporters, both Legacy and New Media, for the purpose of a satirical look at this situation, I return to Joseph Mallozzi who has reviewed the second draft of this story as if it were a script to be made into a movie.

We then move to Joe Biden, via speakerphone, to address the room of Kamala for President supporters. Seems odd, that a guy who ran his campaign via Zoom from his basement the last time around, could only show up via a phone call.

Yet, when Kamala tried to interact with Biden through the speakerphone, she nearly slipped up, saying, “Joe, I know you’re still on the recor….call.” Why did she almost saying “recording”? Well, an internet sleuth uploaded the audio to an AI voice service called Eleven Labs, asking it to see if the audio was something that might have been generated by them. It came back as 98% likely. Now, I don’t know who Matthew Sabia is or if this was a manipulated post for clicks, but it goes along with all of the other odd occurrences surrounding Biden’s sudden withdrawal from the campaign.

The party of “saving our democracy” says there is nothing to see about Kamala having been at the center of the cover-up of Joe Biden’s cognitive decline. Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) and DNC Chair Jaime Harrison feel Kamala is a transparent and nominee who received the mantel via a fair process. Okay.

Pointing out why you cannot hate the media enough, I bring you two NYTimes stories, separated by only 10 days. The first rips the “far-right” for their conspiracy that Joe Biden would be removed from the ticket. The second is praise for how Joe Biden was removed from the ticket.

I then go through a time-line of the last couple of weeks and ask how we have not just lived through a coup d’etat? To add to that, I bring you a “What If…?” from my more creative side.

As we begin to close, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu landed in D.C., but was not greeted by Biden nor Harris. In fact, Speaker Mike Johnson just revealed that VP Kamala Harris, as president of the Senate, is going to bypass the joint session of Congress to hear Netanyahu speak. Seems she is more worried about keeping the pro-Hamas/pro-terrorist wing of her party happy over playing the role of would-be Commander-in-Chief.

Finally, it seems the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked expanding Biden’s Title IX definition of “sex” to include “gender identity.” This is a huge win for girls, women, parents and families.

Today’s show opens with yet more revelations about the abject failures of the US Secret Service in the shooting of Donald Trump on Saturday in Butler, PA. According to Senators on a call with USSS, the shooter was listed as a threat a full 10 minutes before Donald Trump walked on stage. How was that even allowed to happen?

And, to add even more confusion, a story in the NY Post suggests the shooter had a bicycle at the scene he was using to ride around the look at locations around the event. So, did he bring his bike on the back of the car that he supposedly had rigged with explosives?

Then the FBI said they found a message he left on the Steam gaming platform that July 13 was going to be his day. They also said he had a second cell phone with just over two dozen contacts. He may have also used other forms of encrypted communication.

The Butler Township Commissioner, Edward Natali, said on social media that the local police had no security detail for former President Donald Trump’s rally. He said they only provided seven officers for traffic support. So, someone is definitely lying about the open rooftop, used by the shooter, was supposed to be staffed by a local police sniper team. Is it the locals or is it Director Kim Cheatle?

To illustrate all of the issues I detailed yesterday, I stumbled on a satirical response to all of this from Joseph Mallozzi who is a showrunner, Executive Producer and writer for Dark Matter, Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis and Stargate: Universe. He reacts to all we’ve learned thus far as if was the first draft of a techo-thriller being submitted to Netflix.

Earlier in the day, Biden said in a BET interview that if he were diagnosed with some serious medical issue, he would consider dropping out of the race. Then, yesterday evening, we hear he tested positive for Covid and is taking the next four days off. Yet, his flight path was cleared for all four day well in advance of the Covid announcement. Maybe he has some other decisions to make?

Joy Reid, along with Jen Psaki, made fools of themselves by suggesting that if Biden recovers from his Covid illness, he should project as much strength as Trump did by bouncing back from being shot. What imbeciles.

Biden is getting angrier and more unhinged. More Democrats are pushing for him to drop.

Time Magazine, at the behest of a push from Legacy/mainstream media voices, has changed it’s upcoming cover. It was going to use the iconic picture taken of Trump with his fist in the air. But, media thinks that would be positive PR for Trump, so they changed it to an abandoned and littered event venue, all in black and white save for the flag.

At the RNC day three, former acting ICE Director Tom Homan made an interesting comment. He warned the drug cartels that Trump is going to label them as terrorist organizations and will wipe them off the face of the Earth.

David Urban on CNN said it is unforgivable that Joe Biden never met with the 13 Gold Star families from his disastrous Afghanistan retreat. To go with that, we have a soundbite from one of the parents, Christy Shamblin.

Finally, we close on the most ridiculous moment of the day. MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow concludes that fans of The Lord of the Rings are far-right/alt-right fascists and neo-Nazis. That’s how far gone Mad Cow’s brains really are.

In today’s episode, I look at the polling data for President Biden and it is not looking good at all. Considering I am quoting polling from NBC, it’s even worse for the president and for Democrats. Not since 2014 have Republicans held a lead over Democrats going into the mid-terms. What’s worse, this Administration is focusing on the wrong priorities, which isn’t shocking given Joe Biden’s history in politics.

First off, the polling is somewhat favorable on how Biden has handled Covid. Well, that’s a no-brainer. We called it when all of the governors in blue state’s finally started to follow what their red state contemporaries had been doing for months, that it was politically motivated. If there were the only challenge we had been facing, Biden might actually look competent.

However, when it comes to the economy, inflation, the rising cost for energy and disastrous foreign policy, the current regime is not in a good place. In fact, they are in a terrible place. You know it’s bad when Chuck Todd has to raise the red-flag.

But, there is more to the lagging popularity of the president than just foreign and domestic policy. An ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop is causing a massive rumble in Washington, D.C. Senator’s Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) have begun introducing some information regarding undeniably strong links between the Biden family and Communist China. They both made a point to say what they introduced is only the beginning.

This leads me to discuss how the New York Times seems to be getting us ready for the big Hunter Biden bombshell. This gives us at least four takeaways from how the NYT’s is reporting the story and some of the possible trial balloons they are already floating.

Finally, a study posted in the Washington Times finds Joe Biden received 255,000 ‘excess’ votes in fraud-tainted swing states in 2020. Though this is too little too late, it does shed light on why so many states had to tighten security around their elections laws concerning mail-in and drop-off voting. Remember, the Democrats tried to federalize the election cycle to be able to keep those security holes opened wide.

Today's I continue to look at some of the work being done by the House Oversight Subcommittee, looking into the weaponization of the agencies under the Executive Branch to go after political opponents and silence Americans. While Democrats scoff and think the Committee is a waste of time, the good work being done should be listened to by all Americans. After listening to today’s show, if you honestly believe there is not a culture of rot in our government, then you are unreachable and part of the problem.

We open with a back and forth between Representative Kat Cammack (R-FL) and the current head of the National Institute of Health, Dr. Tabak. This one instance is a perfect microcosm to illustrate why this Committee is critical in restoring a fair and non-oppressive government.

Next we hit other topic discussed including the FBI labeling parents “domestic terrorists” and the sheer number of whistle-blowers from within the Bureau who cannot believe the corruption that has taken root within. Just hearing a “sample” of the many issue brought to the Committee is overwhelming. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Elise Stefanik (R-NY) layout cases for just how deep and wide the cultural rot is inside the FBI.

I close on the hearing with a short sound bite from Representative Jim Jordan who appeared on a radio show discussing the First Amendment. In that bite, he explains that in the last few years, the Left, who used to revere speech, have change to no longer respecting it whatsoever. Their “cancel culture” is all about controlling everyone, silencing dissenters and those who oppose their agenda.

Finally, I wanted to end with a topic I hold dearly. For the last few years, the Left and the woke ideologues have been waging a war against men and masculinity. To try to win, they do what they always have done, redefine the meaning of the word. So, to help, I need everyone to understand what true masculinity is. What we are currently seeing in our society is an example of what happens when men are NOT taught what is means to be masculine. It’s not about physical strength or intimidation. In fact, it is the polar opposite. It takes two halves of humanity to make a whole. Children need both the masculine and the feminine in their lives and to deny one is to ruin the whole.

Today I open with the un-Constitutional argument from the Biden regime for student loan forgiveness, which leads to a discussion about theft versus charity. And, let's be clear, the President knows he has no authority to cancel student loan debt, but he acted as though he could solely as a means of helping Democrats during the midterms of 2022.

The next topic returns us to the discussion of the Lab Leak theory. Beyond the release over the weekend of that belief by the Department of Energy, did you know the FBI has believed that for a long time now? Did you miss that on the news? I know I did. But, according to an interview with Brett Baier, FBI Director Christopher Wray says the FBI has known for some time now, that the lab leak was the most likely origin for the pandemic.

I believe this further bolsters my suggestion from yesterday's show where I said the Energy Department's finding were meant as a shot across China's bow and it worked. They have since commented how this is nothing more than disinformation and a Cold War tactic. So, Christopher Wray fires a second shot across the bow.

It angers me to hear these agencies finally admit they have known for a long time about the origin of the Sars-Cov-2 release. However, we have an even more diabolical member of our government we must turn to for having forced this nation to not hear the truth for nearly three years. Dr. Anthony Fauci knew it came from a lab, but lied about it and mocked those who said it. Dr. Anthony Fauci knew taxpayer funds had gone toward gain-of-function experiments in the Wuhan Lab and immediately took steps to hide it. And, Dr. Anthony Fauci knew others in his sphere were aware of the genetic manipulation of the virus and chose to pay hush money with even more taxpayer money going toward bigger grant payouts.

Imagine how many lives were lost because Dr. Fauci wanted to protect his culpability in this? Imagine the damage done to our economy and to so many lives because of his mass propaganda campaign to silence the truth from the outside, enlisted help from the useful idiots in media and Big Tech. What he's done is beyond reprehensible and I can only hope he is held accountable.

Finally, in a very short segment, we have to acknowledge the end of Mayor Lori Lightfoot's negligent reign in Chicago. While there is a runoff still, she conceded her third place loss last night. So, to honor her, I bring in the comedy stylings of Jim Gossett, who sings a Chicago based parody song to honor the end of her term as mayor.

Today’s show opens with Joe Biden deciding to address the press from the Press Secretary lectern. He wanted it to be clear that he and Kamala Harris are on the same page, singing from the same song sheet and their teams are locked hand in hand. In the meantime, the low-IQ candidate showed her true talents in Detroit when her teleprompter went on the fritz.

The FEMA Director complained on the Sunday shows that it’s not nice to criticize them. It hurts their feelings. The Legacy/mainstream media also went into full protection mode of the government narrative. Unfortunately, we have way too many first-hand stories from a swath of people, from volunteers, to coordinators to law-enforcement, telling us that FEMA is making things worse.

This is by design. To prove that, we play a :90 second clip of a disaster preparedness meeting where they made it clear they are following a Woke agenda and no longer interested in helping the greatest number of people.

If we had even a slight hope that the press was doing their job, they would be telling us this. But, they are not. Instead, we not only have to get first-hand testimonials, but also Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) who had to put Kristen Welker in her misinformed place.

We start to close the show with Shannon Bream doing a great job of fact-checking Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) on her Fox News show. She also asked him to clarify all of his miss statements, which he answered with the usual non-answer.

Our final sound bites both come from Harris sitting in an interview with 60 Minutes. She fails, again, the question about how to pay for all of her desires. Then, we get a word-salad doozy that is so bad, it was deserving of a Deep Thoughts with VP Kamala Harris moment.

Today we continue looking at the three FBI whistleblowers who testified before the House Weaponization Committee yesterday. However, before we start, I needed to point out yet another illustration on how the talking points go out and the rest of the MSM parrots the lines without telling the whole story.

The big headline today is how Florida’s governor, Ron DeSantis, lost a one billion dollar investment in the state because Disney decided to stick to him. That story barely resembles the truth, but you likely are hearing it everywhere. The truth is, the now-fired CEO who committed to that project is gone and Bob Iger, who came back after retirement to get Disney back on track, always hated it. So, facing a need to cut $5.5 billion in overall expenses, Iger cut that project and will also be laying off at least 7,000 people along the way. However, the long-term strategy for Florida has Disney investing $17 billion over the next 10 years, resulting in 20,000 jobs. I doubt you knew about any of the above, other than the headline being regurgitated in the Legacy/mainstream media.

Because I had to stop watching the FBI whistleblower testimony halfway through, today we bring you the rest. It’s going to be hard to listen to. Democrats did their best to sully the witnesses and treat them like enemies of our country. Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) tried to use a fake Twitter account to besmirch Special Agent Marcus Allen. Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) wanted to paint the witnesses as “bought and paid for” because they had received charity to help them while being unemployed. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz went so far as to say the agents were not whistleblowers because the FBI said they were not. I’m not making that up! She literally said the perpetrator of unconstitutional behavior gets to decide who gets to be called a whistleblower. It’s insane!

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) were able to shed light on how many corrupt practices exist in the Bureau. Rep. Dan Bishop was shocked to hear how the FBI is going after Americans “at scale” by getting Bank of American to release all credit/debit transactions for in N. Virginia from Jan 5-7, 2021. Wall Street Journal writer Kim Strassel said she was disturbed by the FBI’s incentives to label as many investigations as possible as Domestic Terrorism. The policies and practices within the Bureau literally label Constitutional patriots as terrorists for their patriotic beliefs and expression.

In the end, I do have hope. These three Special Agents did come forward and are fighting for our nation. They are an inspiration. Just today, I was able to chat with former FBI Agent Kyle Seraphin. In this episode, I open with the January inflation numbers just announced at 7.5%. Not since 1982 have we had inflation this high. It continues to track worse over the coming months and was much higher than Wall Street expectations. It shows the policies of the Joe Biden administration are fundamentally hurting just about all Americans with the rising cost of goods. We are seeing the result of policies that were driven solely by the idea of reversing everything President Trump did because “Orange Man Bad!”

This may help to explain why so many democrat leaders are trying to ditch the Covid mandates as fast as they can. They need good news on the table to help cover the horrible news dragging all of their poll numbers down. Isn’t it interesting that it seems no democrats running want to take advantage of a photo-op with President Biden? They want to distance themselves away from him and the policies of his administration.

The spin we are getting is coming so fast, even members of the Executive Branch are contradicting themselves. Just as I was saying in yesterday’s show that I won’t be surprised to see leaders in public health try to convince us there were never any mandates, Dr. Rochelle Walensky decided to prove me right. In an online town hall meeting, she said the policy of the CDC was to recognize decisions related to masking and other treatments would have to be made at the “local” level. Really? Then why did Press Secretary Jen Psaki say, nearly at the same time, that Governor Ron DeSantis was an impediment to the White House’s Covid policies? It cannot go both ways. We know the CDC was not for allowing local decision making related to public health. It flies in the face of the last 2 years of their authoritarian regime.

Let’s add to the spin factor moving at hyper-speed, the CDC quietly changed their definition of “vaccine” in September of 2021. Prior to the change, their own definition of a vaccine was, “A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease.” Seems reasonable, since that’s what vaccines are supposed to do. But, wait! Now they have updated the definition. According to the CDC, a vaccine is, “A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against disease.” Why would they do that, you ask? According to a spokesperson for the CDC, “The previous definition could be interpreted to mean that vaccines were 100% effective, which has never been the case for any vaccine, so the current definition is more transparent.”

There you have it! They've recognized their holy grail of defense against Covid fades in 4-6 months and the boosters give maybe a 2-3 month increase before also fading. So, they needed to change the definition to provide cover for a treatment that does not really work like they said it does.

By the way, using their new definition, I guess I am now vindicated in my long-time recommendation for everyone to up their Vitamin D levels. We know Vitamin D stimulates the body’s immune system in an effort to fight off disease, so now we can all take a much better, more affordable and less problematic vaccine – D3.

Finally, with so many out there screaming the words mis and dis information, the Department of Homeland Security just updated a document labeling those who engage in the online spread of mis- dis- or mal- (MDM) information, may be considered as a domestic terrorist. So, add a new title to my resume as I was labeled for months as spreading disinformation related to Covid, even though every single thing has come to pass.

It’s a scary game being played and regardless of political persuasion, we should all fear a government who wants to dominate the narrative, crush any opposing voices and is willing to use the might of government to do so. We need to remember the names of all who supported this totalitarian view of governance and work hard to make sure every last one of them is removed from office or their positions of authority.

Today’s show looks into connecting more dots from the Hunter Biden laptop and to the classified documents that continue to be found in and around Joe Biden’s private homes and offices. One email in particular, especially when looking at the chronology of events, does not seem to have been written by Hunter Biden.

Thanks to the fantastic journalistic work performed by Miranda Devine of the NY Post, we can reveal how Hunter was suddenly able to demonstrate a deep and vast knowledge over the Geo-political machinations between the UK, Russia, Ukraine and the United States, especially as it relates to energy policy and sanctions. The document reads more like a classified brief created by the State Department, rather than a drug-addled brain. After all, we know Hunter was more interested in doing drugs and hiring prostitutes at this time in his life.

The fact Hunter was able to send an email to his then business partner, Devon Archer, with so much detail, just three days after Archer met with VP Joe Biden, is already suspicious. Add to it, after the email, it was only six days later when Joe Biden, at the request of then President Barack Obama, went to visit Ukraine to let them know he would be the face of the administration. Then, within a month, both Devon and Hunter are added the the board of the Ukrainian energy company, Burisma.

Now, let’s also remind you that Joe Biden actually did commit a quid pro quo with Ukraine later when a prosecutor was looking into allegations of massive corruption at Burisma. And he bragged about it, too! He told everyone Ukraine would not get the promised $1B in aid unless the prosecutor was fired. In less than 6 hours, the prosecutor was fired.

Let us also remind you of the subjects of the classified documents found at the Biden Penn Center – they were about the UK, Ukraine and Iran. Ironic coincidence, isn’t it? Hunter looks like a renowned subject matter expert in UK and Ukraine just in time to land a multi-million dollar pay-to-play scheme. Even Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) sees the dots connecting pretty easily.

My final comment is about my admiration of Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) sticking it to the press over his decision to not seat Adam Schiff (D-CA) or Eric Swalwell (D-CA) on the House Intelligence Committee. The way he punches back at them is a lesson more politicians need to learn and be unafraid to use with the sycophantic members of the Legacy/mainstream media.

Today's bonus episode is a replay of me filling-in on the nationally syndicated Erick Erickson Show as we open 2025! We talk about the New Orleans terrorist attack, radicalization, social media, learning to be real, understanding the role government is supposed to play and where is has greatly overstepped its bounds and more. It's a three hour conversation to start the new year with thoughts, introspection, news and analysis.

On today’s show we open with two back-to-back economics related stories. The first shows the first quarter GDP for 2024 only grew 1.6%, far lower than expected. We combine with Biden saying he plans to let the Trump tax cuts expire (a tax on all Americans), he wants to increase the Capital Gains tax to 45% (highest its been since 1922) and he wants to install an Unrealized Gains tax to go after wealth you have not yet received.

The Supreme Court of the United States is hearing the case over Presidential immunity. Of course president’s have to have immunity or our Republic would cease to function. But, to show you the stupidity of some, I bring you an exchange first between Justice Elena Kagan and attorney D. John Sauer who is arguing on behalf of Donald Trump. Then we bring you comments between Justice Alito and attorney Dreeben who is arguing Trump has no immunity. After listening to them both, I hope you walk away understanding all presidents, whether we love or hate them, have immunity while in office.

It looks like (big shocker) that the protests on these college campuses in favor of the terrorists and out to castigate and destroy Jews are backed by several Far-Left organizations, including those who supported the October 7 massacre in Israel. How did we get here, not just in terms of what’s happening on college grounds, but also the stat of our nation? Stephen Miller, former Senior Advisor to President Trump weighs in on that and sums in up in 90 seconds.

Maybe democrat voters are waking up to all of this lawfare, propaganda and nonsense. New York union leader Bobby Bartels said they may still call themselves Democrats, but in the last four years, the party has pushed them over to the other side. And, not only are you losing the unions in New York City, you are losing parts of the former “punk rock” movement. Cherie Currie, lead singer The Runaways, went off on the Democrat Party on X, ending with, “Voting Dem used to be cool. But now, it just makes you a FOOL.”

Today I was once again called to fill-in on the nationally syndicated Erick Erickson Show. We also cover Biden's tanking polling numbers and how AOC created Frankenstein's monster over her pro-Hamas views and now she has to deal with that monster protesting her.

I open today with more discussion over how the Legacy/mainstream media is handling the information dump from Twitter regarding the censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story. As Mollie Hemingway states, "It's terrifying how much the Left disdains free speech." Yet, for all the effort it took, they are now having to deal with the story, conveniently after the midterm elections. What's interesting is seeing how they are starting to approach Elon Musk's release of The Twitter Files.

It seems they are trying to make it sound like old news, hardly worth covering. In fact, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre used those very words, calling it "old news" as if the laptop story had always been accepted as real and is so far in the past it's no longer worth discussion. Others in the media seem to be trying to make this about the embarrassing Hunter Biden selfies, as if that's the only information on the harddrive.

So, let's go back in time to when the story broke in October of 2020. The big headline wasn't about nude pics or crack pipes or human trafficking. The first story was about emails from Hunter Biden leveraging connections with his father to boost his payments from Burisma – the Ukrainian natural gas company. It was about the pay-to-play scheme that has made the Biden Crime Family quite wealthy. That's the content the Legacy/mainstream media wants to suppress. That's the content they want you to believe has already been litigated and there is nothing to see.

But when we look at the emails about Burisma and leveraging then VP Joe Biden for influence, we have to then look at Joe Biden's comments at a Foreign Affairs Issue Launch held on January 23, 2018. In that meeting, Biden explained how he demanded a quid pro quo from Ukraine before the U.S. would release a Congressionally authorized payment for $1 billion dollars. The favor was for Ukraine to fire a prosecutor looking at corruption at Burisma, the very same natural gas company where Hunter was being paid $50,000/month to be a board member.

See how the pieces are all coming together. Now, many of us already knew this and have for two years. But, now the Legacy/mainstream media is going to have to deal with it. And, as they usually do, will attempt to recast and shape the narrative to best protect the Left and Joe Biden.

Finally, we turn to Axios to see how they are playing their part already in trying to redefine the New Media. The internet allowed for citizen journalism, where anyone could post content, via written, oral or visual mediums. This was an instant threat to the Legacy/mainstream media because they were faster, more accurate and not beholden to corporate overlords. The Left accuses the New Media of being dangerous because there were no editors or standards in place, but I think we can see which "media' entity has produced more truth rather than propaganda. The old guard is in a fight to retain their dominance, while Elon Musk is proving to be a much bigger thorn in their side then they would like.

Today’s bonus episode is my sit-down conversation with Mario Fratto who is running for U.S. Congress in New York’s 24th district. He is running against a well-financed incumbent, Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY). While Tenney is a member of the GOP, I’ve been watching how her prior stances and even voting record is being massaged of late, due to be challenged in 2024. I wanted to learn a little more about the candidate running against her in the upcoming primary to see if there is a better alternative for that district.

Mario Fratto has a background in law, having been a practicing lawyer for a number of years, but now enjoys managing a construction company. He has a passion for aiding the private sector, especially the entrepreneurs who want to have their own business, like he does. The bureaucratic class has so much red-tape today, it’s stifling and he wants to address that. But, more than just being an advocate for small business, Fratto wants to get back to a Constitutional Republic, which was music to my ears.

Fratto provides his background, how he ran before in 2022 and is running again in 2024. He recognizes our Federal government has grown too large and too powerful and wants to work toward removing a lot of that bloat. He wants to get back to following the U.S. Constitution as written, not as imagined or ignored.

As we began to wind down the interview, I became more impressed with his background, his understanding of our nation’s history and his reverence for that very document that has made our country what it is today. Long-time listeners to my show will know that I encourage all voters to pick Constitutional candidates and if you are in New York-24, I would strongly suggest meeting with and learning more about candidate Fratto today.

Today’s show opens with the dumpster fire that is now the Harris-Walz campaign thanks to Joe Biden. As I said yesterday and reiterate today, I don’t think he was intentionally sabotaging her campaign, he’s just really good at messing things up. It doesn’t matter how much WH Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre tries to lie or any in the Legacy/mainstream media try to dismiss it, Joe has added to the already crumbling debacle of a campaign. Even pollster Frank Luntz sees it as a massive problem.

On the other hand, does anyone troll the Left better than Donald Trump? He showed up for a rally in Wisconsin, donning an orange workman’s vest and was picked up by a giant garbage truck. Then, Trump kept the vest on during his entire speech.

Nora O’Donnell once against show how CBS News is in the tank for the Left with her opening monologue on the nightly news. Joe “Island of Misfit Journalists” Scarborough had a gas-lighting meltdown on his show this morning. They are all in a panic and there is joy to be found anywhere on their side.

A former DNC delegate from Georgia, Audrey McNeal shared her thoughts about having attended the MSG event in NYC. She said she kept looking for the appropriate group to identify with, but all she could find was the Americans section.

Moving to election problems. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold looks the worse for wear while still trying to say she did nothing wrong after it was discovered 600 passwords were leaked from her website for their Dominion voting machines. And, SoS Jocelyn Benson from Michigan had to acknowledge every Dominion machine in the country needs a patch to fix a voting issue.

Howard Lutnick, Co-chair of the Trump-Vance Transition Team was on CNN with Kaitlan Collins to talk about his interview with RFK, Jr. Throughout, Collins kept inserting herself as an expert, clearly showing not only bias, but also her complete lack of any factual knowledge. So, we bring you what RFK, Jr. recently told a News Nation Town Hall about what he is planning to do once Trump is elected.

We close with Trump once again showcasing his ability to troll, this time focusing on Kamala Harris’s “closing argument” she gave in D.C. Apparently, all she seems to talk about is Donald Trump.

Today’s show opens with a discussion over Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) as the 4th attempted GOP candidate to be voted on for Speaker of the House. (Note: As of the publication of this show, not the recording, Mike Johnson has won the Speakership!) We go through who Johnson is and who really doesn’t like him. For me, that means he’s a solid, Constitutional pick.

Moving on, we have to discuss the diversity hire, Karine Jean-Pierre. She wants us to believe she misheard the question about anti-Semitism. How in the world did she manage to do that? It’s a horrible attempt at damage control from one of the least qualified Press Secretaries in my lifetime.

Jean-Pierre was asked about whether President Biden’s current fossil fuel policies were helping to enrich Iran and give them the financing necessary to carry out their support of terrorist organizations? After pretending to not understand the question, she then refused to answer it, calling it a “hypothetical.” No, Karine. It’s not hypothetical, it’s the reality of where Biden has us and the rest of the world.

A piece in The Federalist by Jordan Boyd entitled, “After Hamas Attack, Biden’s ‘Islamophobia’ Concerns Show Who He Thinks the Real Victims Are.” It’s a painful reminder of the staffing decisions this White House has made. We must remember, most of the Biden regime is made-up of those who were part of the regime of Barack Obama. The White House is full of pro-Iran, anti-Israel zealots who have us on the cusp of a third world war.

You would think universities around the country would be trying to cool the anti-Semitic rhetoric, but we head to UC Berkeley, where they are offering extra credit point to students who take part in an anti-Israel protest. They are literally giving grade points to encourage the student body to choose Hamas over Israel.

We end on a positive news item regarding the Biden impeachment inquiry. In a 219 to 208 vote, the House did vote to allow the committee’s looking into the possible crimes of Joe Biden to continue their work. This is not “Articles of Impeachment,” but simply a move to keep the inquiry moving forward.

Today I open with my thoughts on emotional responses when we some are holding onto their “facts” by a thin thread. With that in mind, when it comes to the upcoming presidential primaries, no one is owed the nomination, health debate is good and once we have a winner, we all have to work together to get a Constitutionalist elected as President. I want to thank Sam Janey aka PolitiBunny for these wise thoughts.

We then spend the bulk of the show talking about the findings from two completely different FOIA requests. First, the Heritage Foundation revealed a staggering finding that the Department of Homeland Security has been awarding grants to entities who are finding ways to conflate conservatism with domestic terrorism. How long have I been saying they are trying to chip away at the Bill of Rights by linking certain Amendments with criminal behavior. The presentation made by the University of Dayton back in 2021 shows you just how long this government censorship program has been in place.

Next we look at how the America First Legal lawsuit against the US State Department gave them documents from the Global Engagement Center (GEC), exposing how “private” media organizations carry out State propaganda. Everything I have ever told you about how the Legacy/mainstream media is nothing more than the propaganda arm of the Left is confirmed in those documents. And, what’s more, social media falls under the same deceitful tactics employed by our weaponized Executive Branch.

On top of all that, President Biden just released an announcement on video saying the U.S. government agencies will take over “100 bold and unprecedented actions” to fight hate and antisemitism. It’s impossible not to see the terrifying ramifications of that statement in light of the two different programs our government has been implementing. The weaponization of the government to go after it’s political opposition is about to ramp up several more degrees.

Our one potential bright spot in so much rot and corruption is a small rumbling we are picking up from pockets of self-described super pro choice Leftists, who are finding themselves considering voting Republican because of how badly gender ideology is affecting their children. Transgenderism, in essence, nullifies all of the work done by both the women’s movement and the gay marriage movement. If there are no sexes and all sex is simply made up and fluid, then there is no women’s movement and there is no same-sex marriage. And, while Transgenderism is nullifying that, many are starting to see how they are coming after our innocent children. It’s not a full-blown movement, yet, but it’s something to foster in our ongoing discussions both here and among our friends and families.

Today’s show opens with a comment from Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) saying he is okay with Pete Hegseth. What I take from this is more validation that New Media is having a greater and faster impact than ever before. They were not ready to have the smear campaigns debunked so quickly.

Attorney Alina Habba was on the PBD podcast and discussed the E Jean Carroll case. She reminded the audience about the case she was not allowed to make or present in the lawfare waged against Donald Trump. She also said that Carroll would not be getting any payout and in fact would be suing to have Carroll pay all legal fees.

I bring this up in response to ABC News settling the defamation suit Trump brought on them after they said he had been charged with and committed rape. While the voices in media are decrying the death of journalism over this case, we have already known they were dead. They cannot accept their downfall has been at their own hands.

Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) is definitely wanting a pardon. He seems really worried that he will need one to stay out of trouble with the incoming Trump administration.

DHS Secretary Alejandro “The Walking Male Member with Eyebrows” Mayorkas, made the rounds regarding the ongoing drone story. What it comes down to is if you can believe anything this government says? However, when he says they need more power and more authority, I cannot help wonder if they are manufacturing the very crisis they want to leverage to that end.

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) is disgusted at all of the pork stuffed into the latest National Defense Authorization Act. He voted against it, but politicians love spending money we don’t have.

President Biden wants us to believe his “campaign” was scandal-free, while President-elect Trump just landed a $100M investment from Japan into the United States. Trump also declared all of the countries would be taking back their people or face disastrous financial ruin. 

In the waning days of the Harris-Biden regime, we get one more Deep Thoughts segment with VP Kamala Harris. She is really the queen of word salad.

The WNBA has decided to do the opposite of the PGA when it comes to using a rising star to their advantage. They want Caitlin Clark to still bend the knee and they do not give her any credit to larger ticket sales.

Finally, Donald Trump wants to get rid of Daylight Savings Time. Hopefully he means the switching of the time. Personally, I like more daylight at the end of the day and hope he will consider pushing the clock ahead and leaving it there.

Today we have to look at what can only be described as systemic government failure. It’s all around us and yet there is a sizable percentage of our nation content to still think of them as both altruistic and infallible. The truth is actually the exact opposite. Bloated government bureaucracy is malevolent and flawed.

I’ve had a gnawing sensation over the last few days, as if I was close to some revelation, but it was eluding me. Something about the independent reporter I brought up on yesterday’s show stuck with me. The mayor of Lahaina would not provide a number for missing children. Why?

It occurred to me, where is all of the viral video of family begging for answers? Where are the people crying out to know where their aunts, uncle, nieces or nephews are? Why has it been relatively silent?

Is it possible the reason we have no one crying out is they are all dead?

This wasn’t climate change. Climate change didn’t barricade escape routes. Climate change didn’t deny water for hours to the desperate fire fighters. Climate change didn’t put an unqualified Emergency Management Agency Director in place who didn’t even know how to use his Emergency Alert System. None of that was climate change. What it was is the systemic failure of Big Government.

We should have learned this lesson in the wake of the Covid-19 state narratives. We need to realize what happened in Lahaina was the same thing that happened to millions who believed in an infallible and benevolent supreme government. This unelected bureaucracy must be culled by 50%-75%, which means we need to elect representatives willing to make that happen. The size, scope and reach of government has to be curtailed now or these disasters will only get worse and more frequent.

It seems Joe Biden's fake email names were created and hosted by an elite group within the Department of Defense. Those emails prove Joe Biden was working with his son’s business interested in Ukraine. Now, add to this, new documents show there were those in government who saw the conflict of interest, but lied about it during the first Trump impeachment. John Solomon of Just the News revealed not only the email chain kept from the Trump defense lawyers, but promises more in the coming days.

Will Rep. James Comer (R-KY), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) or Speaker McCarthy (R-CA) do anything with it? We need to wait and see. I know it’s hard, but they continue to build their case and we are seeing a desperate White House and Biden regime.

Hunter’s lawyers are actually pressuring the DOJ to go after the IRS whistleblowers. Their deceit has been brought into the light and the Biden’s are acting like feral animals trapped in a corner. They are going to do whatever it takes to survive.

Finally, back to Big Government incompetence and deceit. Has anyone bothered to look at what happened to the flu during the first two years of Covid? Do you know how much hospitals made when incentivized to make everything Covid? According to a memo in JAMA last month, it was well over $16 billion dollars of profit. That’s billions of reasons to lie to you, me and the rest of the country.

Today is the eve of the 2022 midterm elections and so we spend time on how some of the news has been shifting to accurately reflect how badly Joe Biden is governing, while others continue to prop him up as a poor bystander. I open with a piece by Charles C. W. Cooke addressing the sheer stupidity of a NYTimes piece where they re-write history (or just simply ignore reality) and cast the President as an affable leader who had hoped the country would be magically united now that President Trump is no longer in the White House.

The assumptions we mock appear early in the NYTimes. According to the piece entitled, "As Midterms Near, Biden Face a Nation as Polarized as Ever," Biden is said to have confided he expected the "fever of polarizing politics to have broken by now." He says he had envisioned a presidency where he presided over a moment of reconciliation and that if he could just govern well, everything would work out.

Ladies and gentlemen, do we need more evidence of an addled Commander-in-Chief and a more complicit Legacy/mainstream media in creating and propagating sheer volumes of apologist propaganda? First, to assume Biden has done nothing to add to the polarization is to ignore recent events, let alone his entire presidency to-date. Second, how does anyone expect to preside over a moment of reconciliation when they call half of the American electorate enemies of the state? And third, what in the world leads Biden or anyone in the press to conclude he has "governed well"?! It's preposterous just given the state of the economy, our security and the energy crisis, let alone our disastrous foreign policy.

On the flipside, the Washington Post waited until the day before the midterms to print an honest analysis of the Biden Administration. Today's headlines from the WaPo reads, "A Bottomless Pinocchio for Biden – and other recent gaffes." Those stories should have been written on an almost daily basis had the Legacy/Mainstream media been interested in doing their jobs as journalists. Only a day before the election do they try to pretend they have been honest about all of the lies, missteps and gaffes of this aged president.

Yahoo News jumps on the "we have no idea" bandwagon with a story entitled, "Pollsters Have 'No F*cking Idea What's Going to Happen' This Election. The net of this story is pollsters are lucky to get 1% of respondents to answer their questions, so their "assumptions" have to get bigger and bigger to make up for less and less participation. Big shock how no one, especially on the Right, wants to waste their time speaking to a pollster.

Going back the other way, Reuters Fact Check tried to cover for Joe Biden's lie about getting his political start at an HCBU when he we pandering to another audience. Their "fact check" starts with a re-write of what Joe Biden said, thus having to create a falsehood before being able to help Biden with his lie.

Over the weekend, Joe Biden reminded a crowed in Pennsylvania that he was going to shut down all of the coal mines across the country. To make sure we remind you this isn't a gaffe, I play a montage of all the times he has declared war on fossil fuels and his desire to put them all out of business. In an effort to fix the damage Biden did, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre put out a statement trying to do damage control, but all she managed to accomplish is to confirm Biden's own promise. His exact words when talking about coal mining? "We're going to be shutting these plants down all across America." No matter how you try to tap-dance, sidestep or lie, it's very hard to pretend that isn't the position of this Eco-terrorist agended White House.

Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) demanded an apology from Joe Bide, which is laughable. The guy who bought the lies of his own party to sign off on the Inflation Reduction Act wants to act outraged that the promise in that bill to shut down mining is being carried out by the President. He can pretend to be disgusted, but he had the ability to stop it from happening and chose to go along instead.

Finally, in another speech, we get a very interesting slip of the tongue from President Biden. When addressing their faux belief in man-made climate change, Biden accidentally says, "I know you all know there's no climate problem." He then says he knows forest fires in the west "just happen."

We shall see how tomorrow goes. I'm betting an easy changeover of the House and a 53 to 55 Republican seat in the Senate. But, if multiple states have the GOP winning, don't be surprised if those states have unexplained issues and will need "days and days" to find, I mean, count all the votes.

Today’s show opens with yesterday’s passage of the SAVE Act, putting in place preventative measures to keep illegals from voting in American elections. What’s worthy of note is 198 Democrats decided they were more in support of illegals than they were in support of Americans.

Once again, we have several soundbites about the upcoming election. Some of the designated members of the Democrat body politic, like Rep. Rishi Kumar (D-CA) who gets to use the term “bloodbath” when describing the upcoming defeat they will face if Biden stays in the race. Joe Scarborough evoked Lincoln’s post-Civil War speech and likened it to letting the South win control of government if Trump wins. CNN wants us to know that if the people choose Trump in a landslide, that will jeopardize our democracy.

It appears, the only way to save our democracy, in not to let the people decide for themselves in a free and fair election, but to have a select few people already in power make that decision for the rest of us. That’s their version of “democracy.”

Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has decided he wants to speak to the Triple A’s who surround Joe Biden and keep him insulated and under total control. Annie Tomasini, Ashley Williams and Anthony Bernal have all received a letter informing them of being called to testify.

Our Intelligence Community is dragging out the old “Russia, Russia, Russia” playbook again. They want us to believe Putin prefers Trump over Biden.

Throwing her promised toddler-like tantrum, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has filed her article of impeachment against Justices Thomas and Alito. Their version of democracy also seems centered around the belief that they cannot allow anyone who affirms the Constitution to be kept in their roles.

The Daily Show got a shock when a 6 person, all-black panel in New York City was split 50/50 in their support of Trump versus Biden. Those voting for trump cut across age ranges and generations.

But the true test for Joe Biden today is his BIG BOY press conference. It is scheduled for around 5:30PM today. I’ll will be watching with undivided attention and will bring the relevant moments to Friday’s show.

Sources behind the scenes are telling MSNBC and Politico that President Obama is behind the scenes, pushing to oust Joe Biden. It’s not secret there is no love lost between the Biden’s and the Obama’s. But, make no mistake, Obama is going to get his way.

In a turn of irony, SCOTUS Sotomayor, who dissenting against the idea that the Second Amendment was meant to protect a private right of armed self defense, found her bodyguard’s in a shoot-out with a would-be carjacker.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has just signed into law the bill making it harder to request a recount over an allegation of fraud. The law strips the Board of Canvassers of its investigative authority. If you are going to cheat, might as well make it legal.

On today’s show we open with how the government and the Left is trying to paint the jobs report in the best way possible, yet they have to overlook all of the problems. In fact, nearly every subject today runs the gamut between best and worst case scenarios.

While I never said, for a fact, that President Biden pooped in his pants, how sad is it that the worst case scenario here is that he really did poop in his pants in front of the world, while the best case is his wife dragged him off the stage as fast as possible, leaving a foreign president to have to shake hands with American WWII vets in attendance.

In the state of Arizona, Gov. Katie Hobbs may have gotten herself in a little trouble. Apparently, Arizona’s Democrat AG Kris Mayes, is launching a criminal investigation into the governor for bribery and fraud.

The current J6 Subcommittee investigation now move to the Big Fani Willis RICO case in Georgia. Apparently they have reason to believe the Fulton County DA’s office was also in touch with star witness Cassidy Hutchinson. By the way, I forgot to mention earlier in the week that the appeals court has agreed to hear the disqualification review and they scheduled it for October. That means there is no chance whatsoever of the Big Fani RICO case being heard and decided before the November election.

Seems the Tennessee trans terrorist finally had more pages of her manifesto released. And, as we all surmised in the New Media, her mental health crisis was fueled by the Transgenderism movement. We also learned that she used tax-payer provided funds from a Pell Grant to purchase the weapons she used to kill three 9-year-olds and three adults at a Christian school.

Dr. Phil had an interview with Donald Trump and the concept of “retribution” and “vengeance” came up and some did not agree when Trump told Dr. Phil he would be okay not seeking such things. I heard it in a slightly different way and believe that Trump still plans to follow the “rule of law.” I don’t think that means letting the criminals get away with what they have done.

Think the Biden E.O. for the border is actually doing anything? Think again. A report from the border shows there is no difference in the migrant crossings nor how Border Patrol is allowing them all to come inside.

White, female, elitist, Chelsea Handler, reveals her bigoted racism by saying she had to remind the rapper 50 Cent that he was black and that he was not allowed to vote for Trump. Don’t you just love the white saviors in the Democrat party?

I take a moment to reflect again on the name of the “Right to Contraception Act” and how it was always designed to be a campaign tactic, and not a real bill. I really hope one day we can get to single issue bills being brought to the floor for votes.

Let’s start to close with climate change and a look back to a news report from 1982 and how it relates to Jill Biden flying 7,000 miles round trip with nary a peep from the climate alarmist crowd. The scam has been going on my whole life, yet people still keep buying it.

Finally, in a moment of levity, someone has created a “documentary” style voice over narration to go with Joe Biden’s squatting on stage yesterday. It’s a little bit of comedy to send us off into the weekend.

Today I jump right into a reminder of some of the IRS whistleblower testimony and how it runs contrary to every Joe Biden denial about having business knowledge with Hunter Biden. While the Legacy/mainstream media shows zero interest in doing anything close to journalistic ethics, Hunter’s former business partner, Devon Archer, is set to give testimony this week.

Remember how the media took the unsubstantiated Steele Dossier and ran with it like it was Gospel? If you don’t I bring your a short two-minute super-cut of how they were ALL-IN on it’s veracity and never once thought to question it. Now, with the unredacted FBI 1023 form released by Senator Chuck Grassley, detailing with great specificity the bribes paid to the Biden family by the CEO of Burisma Holdings in Ukraine, you’d think it might warrant a segment or two on the national news. Well, you’d be mistaken. In fact, the most I could find was a dismissal from CNN basically saying Senator Grassley put a source at risk over nothing more than a “long debunked” story.

Oh? Who debunked it? And how long ago? And what evidence was given to show it was debunked? The GOP showed early on that the Steele Dossier was bought and paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC, but they still believed it to be true. So, what did the FBI present to prove their decade long confidential human source was a liar and untrustworthy? Why keep someone on the payroll, greater than six figures, if he wasn’t reliable?

You would think those would be the questions asked over the weekend. They weren’t. That’s why I keep telling you it’s no longer worth watching any of the Legacy/mainstream media.

Onto the Censorship hearings! I can’t make this up. Debbie Wassermann Schultz (D-FL) literally opened the censorship hearing with a call to censor Robert F. Kenney, Jr. When that failed, she still tried to conflate nonsense to make it look like he is an antisemite and a spreader of anti-Asian hate. All of that came from him citing a study, funded by the NIH and published on their website. Thankfully, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) had the very study to read into the record.

Later, Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) and Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) tried a different tact. To them, our rights are not unlimited and they are justified in taking down information they deem to be incorrect. Think about that! Democrats admitting your rights are actually limited by the government and that the government should be the ultimate authority over what is considered correct information.

Finally we get a quote from Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) from CNN’s State of the Union. She said she had impeach Donald Trump because he made that phone call to Ukraine. She said, “There was no choice, we had no choice! He must be impeached.” In light of all of the corruption and payouts from Ukraine to the Biden Crime Family, it’s no wonder they panicked over that call. It was one of the biggest CYA moves in recent memory.

Today’s show opens with a discussion about movies we love where a lone character takes out the bad guys because no one else care to act. These vigilante-type tales fill us with encouragement that ordinary people can do extraordinary feats in the face of villainy. We love to cheer for those “gray” characters who may have to break the law to do what is both right and justified. With that in mind, why are so many intent on making Israel the “bad guy”?

Thanks to video, we now know Hamas terrorists took some hostages to the al-Shifa hospital and that many doctors, nurses and staff were aware of it. We also know, as a result, that the head of the World Health Organization knew it and still lied to the United Nations Security Council. There is a conscious move to paint Israel as the oppressor and Hamas as the oppressed, when it is the exact opposite.

This leads to my thoughts on how this all began on college campuses at least five decades ago, and because it has been growing that whole time, they cannot accept that they created the anti-Semitism and the hatred. It’s breaking their preconceived models and now it’s just easier to ignore the facts rather than admit being complicit.

Remember my theme of Friday’s show was how the Left has to manufacture their outrage? We have now learned that Media Matters, who wrote a hit-piece about X and Elon Musk, was completely manufactured. It was all a lie and then they ran with it, knowing the rest of the Legacy/mainstream media would follow suit. But, Elon is likely going to sue them into oblivion and it’s about time more started fighting back against the Leftist ideology where they can justify manufacturing stories to go along with their deeply held beliefs, regardless of reality.

Looks like Kellogg’s Froot Loops has decided to enter the culture wars with their own level of indoctrination. They are giving kids access to a free digital library online. The library offers a range of books to teach kids themes of diversity, equity and inclusion.

But, the tide against this radical, Marxist ideology may be turning thanks to an election yesterday in Venezuela. A libertarian has just won and his philosophy is to shrink the reach, scope and power of the National government. So, you know, that means the Legacy/mainstream media here and around the world will have to start churning out their own hit-pieces on him. In fact, it’s already started in the Washington Post with a piece by Samantha Schmidt.

On the Sunday shows, Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) let slip that the Democrats have tried everything to stop Donald Trump, but they haven’t given up just yet. According to Goldman, they know he “has to be eliminated.” I’m sure we are all hearing that out of context from how the Left means it.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen can’t understand how the 30 and under voting block says the economy is terrible. An NBC News poll has Biden at an all-time low (based on their poll) for approval rating at 40%. A Fox News poll shows that registered voters trust Republicans overwhelmingly to handle border security, national security, terrorism, inflation, foreign policy, crime and even government spending.

Finally, in a bit of really good news, it looks like the Iowa Board of Regents has voted to abolish DEI in all state universities. This is an excellent start, but we all need to put pressure on the other 49 states to follow suit and get this country back on track toward a free and liberty-loving Republic.

On today's show, I open with the protests and commentary following the beating death of a black man at the hands of five black officers. Not fitting the normal narrative for the Left, I have noticed the shift in the grievance industry, adopting the same logic fallacies used by climate alarmists.

The logic fallacy occurs when a narrative is established and then anything that happens related to that narrative is proof of it being true. For example, with the climate alarmists, if we have a hot summer, that's an example of climate change. But, if we have a cool summer, that is also an example of climate change. A wetter than normal year is an example, but so is a drier than normal year. They shape the premise around an emotional distortion (something is extreme or not normal) and that becomes the proof to uphold their narrative.

The race industry is now adopting that same methodology. The premise is racism and white supremacy is everywhere at all times. Thus, even when black officers in a predominantly black city, with an all black city council, black mayor and black chief of police, assault a black citizen, it must be due to racism. The institutions are all racists, therefore, all participants in those institutions are also racist. It's their logic fallacy and you better not question them, because, after all, only a racist would do that.

The next major topic we dive into today is the latest Twitter Files release related to the media fraud known as Hamilton 68. Going through the thread by Matt Taibbi, we once again see how the Legacy/mainstream media is comprised almost entire of people who lack any skepticism or curiosity. They are dutiful propagandists who, like the race and climate alarmists, have a set narrative and everything must align with that narrative. So, when a fake dashboard is setup to intentionally label anyone who puts out more conservative tweets as Russian actors, the Legacy/mainstream media cannot wait to rush that nonsense to their audience. It meets a narrative they have – conservatives must like Donald Trump and they don't like big government, so they are all Russian. See how that works?

Finally, I have to vent a moment over Ronna McDaniel being re-elected to chair the RNC. She is 0-5 and somehow this is a resume enhancement for her. She is being rewarded for failure, something Democrats have implemented for decades. Rather than abandon the GOP, my suggestion is to not send any money to the organization, but instead give it directly to the candidates themselves. I have always considered myself a Constitutionalist and if we all choose candidates who align with that document, as written, the better off we will be as Americans.

As has been our tradition for several months now, today’s show opens with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News Items the Legacy/mainstream media either didn’t cover or didn’t cover properly over the past work week. It’s a great way to run through several news stories before diving into the rest of my stack of stuff!

Needless to say, with the Harris-Walz campaign finally agreeing to a sit-down interview after more than 40 days, that was going to be our main topic to discuss. I believe it was a huge tactical mistake, because there was so much attention and pressure on this one interview. And, she did not do all that well.

We discuss CNN’s Dana Bash doing her best to feed answers to Kamala to hearing Tim Walz say he has bad grammar and that’s why it sounded like he said he used weapons of war in combat situations. They are both performers, playing their professional wrestling roles per the scripts they received from their handlers.

Next, CNN’s Scott Jennings continues to impress me with his sound analysis related to the 18 minute taped interview of Harris and Walz. He seems to be one of the few people in their panel discussions who is connected with reality. Similar to his own take that the interview did not go well, Brietbart news is reporting that the better market is now dumping their odds for a Kamala Harris win.

With only 18 minutes, it’s obvious there was no way to really dive into several different topics. Had I been able to have a full hour with her, I go through a list of questions I would have liked to have seen her answer, especially with so many other stances she is trying to sell us as opposed to the direction she’s been taking us already.

As we start to wind down, heading into the long, Labor Day weekend, we need to lighten things up a bit. So, we first turn to comedian Jim Gossett with his newest release, a parody song of how we are wasting away in Kamalaville. Then, Nicole Shanahan, RFK’s pick for VP, releases a great new ad about a production called, “Independence.”

Today is the holiday celebrated in honor of the work done by the civil right icon, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We are reminded that today is meant to be a day on, not a day off. In the spirit of that notion, I am going to bring a portion of my favorite MLK, Jr. Speech at the end of the show.

First, we remind you White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said no less than six times the search for more classified documents was complete. Ironic, given more documents were found over the weekend. It’s getting to the point where even Legacy/mainstream media outlets are wondering what else is happening behind the scenes. And, while they have to wonder, there are still Biden sycophant mouth-pieces doing all they can to excuse the President’s irresponsibility.

On Sunday, the host of CBS’s Face the Nation, Margaret Brennan, asked Representative Daniel Goldman (D-NY) about the special counsel assigned to investigate and if he had been wrong to initially call it a mistake? He did all he could to avoid the question and once again talked about how much the President was cooperating. She followed up, asking why would Biden send his lawyers to look for documents when they don’t have security clearances themselves? Goldman had just as much trouble with that one, too.

Also on Sunday during CNN’s State of the Union, Jake Tapper asked Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) if, by Biden’s own standard, wasn’t Biden totally irresponsible with classified information? In true J6 Committee group think propaganda, his only answer was to keep a sense of proportion and to not make the comparison between some misplaced documents and an insurrection. I have no idea what he’s trying to sell, but I don’t think anyone is buying.

On top of this, the very home where these documents have been found, was the home we just found out Hunter Biden was renting from his dad for a year at nearly $50K/month. Does anyone believe that’s what the money really was, rent? Seems more like funneling more money to The Big Guy.

Even the NYTimes is having to admit Biden knew about Hunter’s business dealings. While they try to play the “complicated” narrative, they still cannot get around the fact Biden was having direction interactions with many of Hunter’s partners and clients. But, the act of lying for Joe Biden is second nature. Just this past Sunday, he once again lied about his involvement with the Civil Rights movement and did it at the very home where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was once a pastor. Think about that; on this holiday, in King’s honor, Biden lied about how he got started in civil rights.

To remind you, this particular lie has been spouting from Biden’s lips for years. Before the 2020 election, Jake Tapper and CNN panel had to discuss this lie reported in the NY Times. They also reminded the audience he had to drop of that 1988 election for not just lying, but being caught plagiarizing a speech. Even the CNN panel found themselves laughing at how Biden staffers try to spin the story.

We have another installment of Deep Thoughts with VP Kamala Harris. That makes three she gave us from her event late last week. And this queen of word salad may yet be installed as the President for the remainder of Biden’s term if the Deep State is doing what many of us fear.

Then I end with MLK’s Street Sweeper speech. To me, it is his best speech because it reminds us we are all gifted by God with certain talents. It is our sacred duty to figure out what they are and then use them to the very best of our ability. We will not all be the same, but whatever our station in life, we can be the best at what we have been called to do. But, there’s more. Once you figure out your calling, the next question is, what did you do with it to serve others? Did you horde your wealth and focus only on yourself? Or did you try to make your community a little better than how you found it?

Today's show starts off with a brief recap of the nonsense production of the J6 Committee. I believe they have helped in providing a simple litmus test for whether or not people are suffering from even a mild case of mental health derangement. To believe the J6 Committee is looking for truth, means you should likely seek some professional help, if just to get you over this mental fallacy. Employing even a modicum of logic and reason reveals the J6 Committee is all about theater and nothing about substance.

Moving on to yesterday's stunning revelation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that the White House tried to strong-arm them to wait just a month before reducing their oil output. It was obviously done for political reasons. It's obviously a case of quid-pro-quo and it should, based on the precedence set by the Democrats, be a solid basis for impeachment proceedings.

Jonanthan Ferro on Bloomberg TV tried to get Brian Deese, economic advisor to the White House, to address the Saudi statement. In typical Biden regime fashion, Deese refused to answer the question, choosing to serve up one ladle of word salad after another. When they refuse to address the subject, you know they have been caught.

By the way, over the last few months, I've told you that I believe the employment numbers are being massaged in a way to try to help Joe Biden with his failed domestic policies. I have said I will not be surprised if they release a mountain of terrible economic and employment news should they loose both the House and the Senate. They will try to convince the American voter that their choice to elect Republicans has suddenly led to all of the bad numbers. It's not only a lie, but it's been their plan all along. They are purposely ruining the country with their Green New Deal magic-thinking, and now are going to try to blame a red wave on why the economy is tanking and employment numbers are soon to follow. Don't fall for it! Both President Joe Biden and MSNBC host Chris Hayes have tipped their hand yesterday and are proving me right.

Australian news commentator and journalist Rita Panahi has some interested observances of our Commander-in-Chief. I always find it interesting to see how other nations are seeing us from the the outside. It's not good. And, since it's Friday, I wanted to end with something a little lighter. I have a nice compilation of typical sound bites from White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. I think it does a good job of illustrating a typical briefing and is a beufitful analogy for how this White House operates.

On today’s show we open with Nikki Haley’s amazing 2nd place finish for Nevada’s GOP primary, losing to “None of the Above.” Yes, I’m not making that up, folks. Nikki Haley got 30.8% of the vote, while None of the Above earned 62.9%!

Yesterday, the GOP embarrassed itself with a failed vote to have DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas impeached. The loss happened in a way that will allow the vote to be brought back to the floor in the future, but it was sad nonetheless. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) weighed-in on the subject right after the vote to impeach failed.

Meanwhile, in Chicago, Quenton Jordan, the VP of Black Conservative Federation couldn’t find anyone on the southside who wanted to vote for Joe Biden. The border issue is the most pressing item on the minds of those voters. Jordan actually makes a great observation about Biden and his current lie about wanting to shut the border down, but blaming the GOP for not letting him. If that’s the case, why is Biden fighting the state of Texas with all their might?

So, let’s examine some of the money buckets built into the Senate’s border security bill. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) shows us just how much of our taxpayer money will be sent to other countries versus what remains here. And, what is focused on the border is not for closing it or protecting Americans.

In the meantime, President Biden wants everyone to know how much he loves and support Ukraine by wearing his Ukraine tie and his Ukraine pin. You know what I’d like to see? I’d like to see President Zelenskyy wearing an American flag tie and sport and American flag pin as a way of showing a modicum of gratitude! Apparently, this is just a one-way street.

While we are on the subject of Ukraine, and by way of extension, Russia, let’s see who the real fascists are in the world today. The EU is suggesting that Tucker Carlson should be banned from all of Europe for his interview with President Putin of Russia. Bill “The Kickball Kid” Kristol thinks Carlson should be denied re-entry to the United States of America. And, should we be sending taxpayer dollars to countries who put Americans on a “kill list”?? Because Ukraine just added Tucker Carlson to their list for assassination.

Continuing the subject of fascism, which more aligns with that definition: people what want to make sure pornographic material isn’t made available in elementary school or people pressuring Amazon to hide books that have messages that run contrary to the approved White House narratives?

The latest jobs report, by the way, is filled with imaginative statistics and magic numbers. I break down a few examples of this and it’s all meant to hide just how badly the Biden regime is handling the economy and our jobs market.

Today's episode of Waking Up With Alan focuses a lot on the discussion of raising the minimum wage. There is also a lot of discussion around the term "living wage." Both of these ideas are nonsense. No one should think of an entry level job as one where you can make enough to live a comfortable life. Similarly, who defines the minimum standards for "living." It's a term meant to sound compassionate and caring without any regard to reality. You are only worth whatever someone is willing to pay for you. If you are not making what you believe you deserve, you can go somewhere else. If no one wants you, you have to ask, why is that? Are you lacking experience? Skills? Education? Work Ethic? Qualifications? Also, today's parents are not doing their children any favors by convincing them they deserve trophies when they lose. Adversity is part of life and must be learned early.

In this episode, I discuss my thoughts on tonight’s State of the Union address for President Joe Biden. First, I know what he should say won’t even come close to happening. Biden has been in a world of self-delusion for most of his political career. He is completely tone-deaf to facts and even reality, especially as it relates to foreign policy. So, while he will likely utter the words, “The state of our union is strong,” as so many of his predecessors have, he will be lying when he does so. There is a different word he should be using instead. The state of our union is CRISIS!

Let’s look at the energy crisis we find ourselves in over the last year. It traces back to a decision by this administration to cancel the Keystone XL pipeline, stop frakking, stop leasing of federal lands for drilling and making us once again dependent on foreign sources of oil.

How about the Afghanistan crisis caused by total mismanagement by President Biden. We know it was his fault at this time because of the number of officials and generals who have gone on record saying President Biden didn’t want to follow their plans. He wanted to withdraw his way and America ended up with egg on it’s face.

This leads to the current crisis in Ukraine. We now know both President Xi Jingping of China and President Vladimir Putin of Russia are moving forward with their plans to invade other countries thanks to the Afghanistan debacle. This administration begged for China’s help for three months, only to find they went to Putin and laughed at how stupid Biden’s thinking is.

At home, the border is a massive crisis as is violent crime, specifically for blue run states and cities. The influx of illegals is off the charts, not to mention the opioid crisis and record drug over doses related to the fentanyl flooding through our southern border. The number one killer of US adults between the ages of 18-45 is over-dosing! And it’s getting worse, not better. Add to it violent crime at all-time highs in Democrat run cities and communities and we are seeing voters relocating by the thousands to safer places.

The supply chain and inflation crisis are ongoing issues that did not improve under the current administration. In fact, they continue to worsen, eliminating any possible financial gains a family may have gotten from any recent raises.

And Covid continues to be a crisis Democrats helped to manufacture and now seem incapable of controlling it. They did such a good job invoking fear non-stop that people prefer to live with the fear in place instead of admitting they were lied to all along. The liberal consulting group Impact Research is imploring Democrats to spin the narrative and try to claim the win over Covid in order to save their political butts in November. They released a memo advising how Democrats can take credit for defeating Covid, even though all of the suggestions are either outright lies or a way of rewriting history.

If Joe Biden was going to be honest tonight, he would admit to all of these and more, but we know he will not. He will instead try to claim a laundry list of successes that contradict his abysmal polling numbers. Today’s show opens with a reminder about Prime Minister Netanyahu’s speech after the death of Hamas leader Sinwar and how Israel will keep people safe who surrender and turn over the hostages. But, those who don’t will be hunted down. Over the weekend, 100s of Hamas terrorists did just that, surrendered.

Troubles deepen for former J6 Reality TV star Cassidy Hutchinson and Liz Cheney. Looks like a handwriting expert has Hutchinson perjuring herself and Liz likely knew it.

Kamala is trying a new tactic. In an effort to appear “strong” she is screaming about not allowing Donald Trump to get back behind the Presidential Seal. It’s reminiscent of Hillary Clinton. On top of that, over the weekend, someone at her rally yelled, “Jesus is Lord,” and she openly mocked that person and, by way of extension, all Christians. Even a political analyst on Fox News said it should be a campaign killing response.

On the flip side, JD Vance handled a similar comment in a completely different way. When someone yelled, “Jesus is King,” JD not only acknowledged the comment, but also agreed with it.

60 Minutes is still trying to avoid giving up a transcript of the Kamala Harris interview, showing how they manipulated the edit to help her. They keep saying they did nothing wrong, but then refuse to release the transcript.

Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) was asked about people mocking his hunting photo-op and he said he can shoot better than anyone and has the trophies to prove it. Okay, Elmer Fudd, whatever you say.

Anne Hathaway reminds us the only topic Kamala Harris owns is the ides of killing a baby up to (and maybe even shortly after) the moment is born. The fear-mongering around being a parent really needs to be addressed in this nation.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was on Face the Nation on CBS and told them 75% of the votes cast in Georgia will be counted on election night, but the rest of the votes would not come in until Friday because they are going to be coming from mail-in ballots from out of the country. Is he serious??

Donald Trump kept his promise of working the fry machine at a McDonald’s. The Left is trying to mock him for it, but it only shows us how badly they are losing this race. He’s having a great time and the Harris campaign is having a meltdown.

Finally, Elon Musk weighs-in on just how bad government bureaucracy really is. While it’s funny to hear, it’s also really sad and frustrating to see how out-of-control we have allowed the Federal government to become.

Today's show opens with an unconscionable move by the CDC to add the Covid-19 vaccine to the childhood and adolescent immunization schedule. There is no medical reason to do this and it defies the data we have collected over the past two years. But, what it does do is provide financial protections for both Pfizer and Moderna. The side-effects will be more children diagnosed with myocarditis and other related injuries at the expense of putting those two Big Pharma companies first.

A new Pew Research poll of black Americans finds violence/crime, economic issues and housing as the top issues in their communities. As hard as we tried to find it, there is no mention of the abortion issue or getting to the bottom of the January 6 riots. It seems the media continues to be on a completely different planet from the rest of us living under the policies of the Biden regime.

Remember a few weeks ago when I said I felt like their is something more sinister afoot with so many of these individual social and cultural issues hitting us on all side at the same time? Thanks to Matt Walsh, we may have a better understanding of what it happening in our modern society. Going back to 1969, Planned Parenthood produced a guide of recommended strategies for population control. See if these goals sound eerily familiar? The want to restructure the family, which includes and encouragement of increased homosexuality, tax payer funded abortions and tax payer funded sterilization.

President Joe Biden spent time this morning lying to the American people. First he wants us to believe that none of his policies are meant to hurt or go after the oil companies. Unfortunately for Joe, the internet has a long memory, not that we need to go back very far to prove the point. He ran on the very idea of stopping all drilling. To say he isn't out to harm oil companies is simply another attempt to gaslight you. But, in case you need convincing, I remind you of some key production and drilling cancelations enacted under President Biden.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is asked yesterday, "How seriously is the Administration considering a ban on U.S. petroleum products?" Her response, "Everything is on the table." Does that sound like a regime playing nice with the oil industry?

Finally, we get to have some fun at the expense of some Eco-terrorists who wanted to go after Volkswagon. After gluing their hands to the floor in protest, VW decided to leave them alone. Unfortunately for these short-sighted idiots, they have no means to use the bathroom, order food or get additional help. It's a microcsm of the entire climate change movement for all of us to mock and enjoy.

Today's show opens with yet another month of bad inflation numbers for the country. No matter how the Administration tries to spin it, their policies are directly to blame for where we are today. People are struggling at the grocery store and at the pump and with winter approaching, it will not get easier.

To add even more insult, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia decided they would not sit idly by while President Biden and Democrats lie about the OPEC+ meeting and level threats against them. This White House has once again been called out for it's lies – it's mininformation, if you like – related to drilling. Knowing the midterms are in November, the administration wanted to get OPEC+ to hold off on it's announcement to scale back drilling until December. This was a perfect example of asking an ally for a favor and then threatening them if they fail to carry it out.

To remind you of what many on the Left have said about quid pro quo coniditions, we go back to the Trump phone call with Ukraine. Seems odd how silent those same people are when Joe blantantly commits a quid pro quo demand.

Senator Tom Cotten (R-AR) reminds us this was a political move only, not one meant to help alleviate the pain at the pump. However, there is more to this disastrous foreign policy blunder than just getting embarrased on the world stage. By the Biden regime's designs to play nice with Iran, they are intentionally poking the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The inpetness on display by this White House continues to astound on a near daily basis.

For a moment, I dive into the ongoing reality television show set to air it's first episode of season 2. The J6 Committee Hearings are back and ready for a late October sweeps week. I remind you they are not interested in getting answers or revealing the truth. They have set goals and are working to establish narratives in support of those goals, nothing more. They have no relevance whatsoever and that makes them angry. Good!

Finally, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez found herself on the wrong end of some unhappy consitutents and supporters. Two men were angry over her warmongering stance with Ukraine and Russia and demanded to know when she went from being an outsider to being part of the establishment? AOC was visibly shaken and has been complaining about it. This was a perfect time to remind her about her own tweet saying "The whole point of protesting is to make people uncomfortable." Like with most liberals, it's easier to dish it out than it ever is to take it.

In today’s episode, we look at 12 specific and documented instances where Joe Biden had knowledge of or interactions with Hunter Biden’s business associates or dealings. While President Joe Biden, Press Secretary Jen Psaki and much of the mainstream media continue to work on convincing us there was no shared information, it’s just impossible to believe.

Some of those interactions occurred when Joe Biden was asked to write letters of recommendation on behalf of a Chinese partner to help them get into American universities. That same partner, Jonathan Li, also met Joe Biden and Hunter when they flew on Air Force Two to China. It’s remarkable that Joe Biden says he never met any of Hunter’s associates, isn’t it.

What about when Hunter Biden said his dad cautioned him about joining the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings for $83,333 a month? He said Joe Biden said, “I hope you know what you are doing,” to which Hunter replied, “I hope so.” Yet, Joe was unaware of any of Hunter’s business dealings.

Multiple photographs show Joe and Hunter Biden with several of Hunter’s business associates and partners over the years, including those from China, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Are we to believe Joe Biden never inquired about who those people were and why they were playing golf, eating dinner or shaking hands? Seems a bit of a stretch, doesn’t it?

Then there is Hunter’s former partner, Tony Bobulinski who revealed he spoke directly to Joe Biden in May of 2017 when he was introduced by Hunter. Bobulinski was described by Hunter as, “the one who’s helping us with the business we’re doing with the Chinese.” So, while Joe Biden is trying to convince you he never met any of Hunter’s business partners, Bobulinski specifically recalls being told by Joe Biden, “Keep and eye on my son and brother and look out for my family.” Maybe Joe was worried, being “The Big Guy” that he wasn’t going to get his 10% share of the deal with CEFC China Energy.

We learned that Hunter wanted keys made for him, Joe, Jill and James Biden for a shared office that Press Secretary Jen Psaki denied vehemently when asked. She twice said that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were never office mates. I guess Hunter was asking for keys for those people in his family just in case they wanted one?

Finally, in an email to the son of Mexican billionaire Miguel Aleman Velasco, Hunter laments he hadn’t received any reciprocal business favors saying, “I have brought every single person you have ever asked mt to bring to the F’ing White House and the Vice President’s house and the inauguration.”

Hunter Biden was obviously peddling access to his father and no matter how hard Joe Biden tries to deny it, with the help of the willing legacy media, there are too many emails, documents, photographs and personal accounts to overcome. It’s only a matter of time before the spin doctors realize, it’s spinning out of control.

Today I decided to use the latest, old, tired, stale, misleading comments from Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (D-ME) on taxes, income and “paying your fair share.” While today I pick on the lies she spouts with such ease, honestly, we could substitute her name with any number of Leftists who believe all the money you make is theirs for the the taking and they get to decide how much you get to keep.

Rather then go into a deep dive here, let me just tell you the main points we discuss so you can jump right into the episode. First, we debunk the ridiculous talking point that teachers pay more taxes than CEOs. It’s patently absurd. But, if that were magically true, who passed the tax laws making that possible? The businessman? The teacher? Or the Congressperson?

Next, we look at the assertion the GOP just passed a bill to make it easier for corporations and the wealthy to cheat on their taxes. What Pingree is referring to is the move to not fund the Biden regime’s request to fund 87,000 more IRS agents. The Left wants you to believe they need those agents to go after the wealthiest Americans. By simply using the tax records of Donald Trump, released by court order in the fall of last year, I easily put that nonsense to bed. Those agents are meant to go after the rest of us, not the wealthy who can afford tax accountants, lawyers and financial advisors who ensure they are using the tax code to their advantage.

Then we move onto corporations. You may be surprised to find I agree that they don’t pay taxes. At least, not really. Of course they pay their tax bill, but whatever tax the government puts on them, they just embed into their prices we pay for their goods or services. So, in essence, when politicians vow to raise taxes on businesses, what they are really doing is passing that tax along to us.

Finally, I wrap up with a short illustration over the concept of debt versus deficit. Politicians love to mix up the two and misrepresent what they are doing with one or the other. It’s an age-old game they play, but the more of us who understand that, the less they will be able to keep getting away with it.

Today’s show open’s with new revelations from Rep. Barry Loudermilk’s (R-GA) J6 subcommittee investigation that the Secret Service driver was not allowed to testify for months after Cassidy Hutchinson lied about Donald Trump trying to take control of The Beast. On top of that, it looks like former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WO) was communicating with Hutchinson through Alyssa Farah Griffin, co-host of The View. So, Loudermilk has asked for copies of all communication they had.

We then look at a few more moments from yesterday’s Judiciary Committee hearing with AG Merrick Garland. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) wanted to know under what law or authority was Jack Smith’s office created? Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-IN) wanted to know Garland’s plan if the SCOTUS rules against the DOJ misusing 18USC1512(c)(2) on the J6 participants. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) wanted to know if Garland was disappointed in Jack Smith given his admission to tampering with evidence. Garland did not like any of those questions, nor did he deal well with them.

The nation’s chief law enforcement officer, Merrick Garland, is really the nation’s chief lawfare officer. That’s that current state in which we are living. A simple analysis done by the Media Research Center shows just how one-sided their coverage was of the lawfare in the Alvin Bragg case in NYC. It turns out, 96% of people who only watched the news on ABC, CBS and NBC would not have known that “star witness” Michael Cohen was a convicted perjurer. And no one would have been told about the Judge’s partisan issues and how his daughter was raising millions for Democrats on the case and on anti-Trump messaging.

Joe Biden wants us to believe he just now found out he has the authority to pass Executive Orders. He held a presser about his desire to (finally) do something at the border. Well, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) had some thoughts about that and tried to school the members of the Legacy/mainstream media about their bias.

On a positive note, Black Panthers founding member David Hilliard is backing Donald Trump for president, calling him an “ally of the black population.” If polling holds, Trump is currently garnering the most black support for a Republican presidential candidate since Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Finally, a gay, cross-dressing man who calls himself Lady Maga USA has been schooling pro-Palestinian supporters at various Pride parades. He is helping to illustrate how the radical Left has been using and abusing these young people both on and off campus.

Today's show opens with a better than expected GDP for the third quarter of 2022. I'll admit, I did not expect to see growth of any kind, given the inflation rate and the policies of this White House. However, though the 2.6% positive was a nice feather in the cap for the Fed, does it really mean we are on firm economic footing? Not according to most financial analysts and from the warnings coming from Big Tech.

First, let's turn to why the GDP grew. Three areas helped give President Joe Biden a positive talking point: there was a shrinking trade deficit, consumer spending was still high and government spending. Another way to look at that is, with inflation as high as it is, people have no choice but to spend more while getting less. However, this cannot go on much longer as more and more Americans are turning to credit cards to survive. Add to this the notion that government flooding the market with spending just as their fiscal year came to a close, giving a artificial boost to the overall GDP number. And though a slimmer trade deficit was another factor, most economists know it's a blip and not a reliable indicator.

According to Stifel Chief Economist Lindsey Piegza, too many other indicators in the 3Q report show a continued downward trend. Nancy Davis the CIO with Quadratic Capital Management also thinks that since the Fed is still planning to raise interest rates to still deal with inflation, it's not a good sign for early 2023. Finally, Joseph Lavorgna with SMBC Nikko Securities America believes the inverted yield curve shows it's almost impossible to avoid the downward trend.

We are almost one month into the fourth quarter and an NBC Today news story is bleak for home heating over the winter. Home heating oil is expected to be up 27% over last year and natural gas is expected to be 28% higher. With consumers already reaching for credit cards and depleting savings, this does not bode well for the start of the new year.

And, as I mentioned, Big Tech is really worried. Google reported a steep decline in profits; social media companies such as Meta said their advertising sales – the heart of its business – have rapidly cooled off; and Microsoft predicts a slowdown through at least the end of the year.

Now, let's talk voting for a moment. I thought it was interesting when the acting Secretary of State for Pennsylvania told voters earlier this week to expect delays in counting the midterm vote. Leigh Chapman made a point of saying it's not for any "nefarious reasons." However, just today we learn that same Democrat official has mailed out over 255,000 ballots to voters who did not request them. Ballot harvesting seems to be already underway in Pennsylvania. And, to add to the outrage, a Democrat whistleblower in Florida has turned over enough evidence to initiate a criminal investigation into ballot harvesting via ballot brokers in the Orlando, Florida area. The way Cynthia Harris describes it, this has been happening for quite some time.

In this week's interview, I had the chance to chat with Dr. Tim Ryan of The Physician's Practice to discuss the efficacy of Hormone Replacement Therapy or HRT. We were also joined by Walt Murray, my co-host of our podcast, The Wilder Ride. We spent time discussing what HRT is. Then we moved into talking about how doctors determine if you are a viable candidate for hormone replacement. There seems to be some mixed feelings within the medical community. Some endocrinologists feel it does not really provide benefit, while family doctors and general practitioners have seen significant benefits. 

We did get around to discussing the safety of HRT and what are the potential side-effects. By the end, Dr. Ryan admits he likes to push for a more holistic approach to health, favoring diet, exercise and using medicines only when necessary. However, he did admit that sometimes the hormone levels in some people might fall to the point that would be "outside of the norm" and HRT can be helpful. We also discussed some of the varying delivery systems for hormones, from creams to oral applications to pellet insertion. 

Today we continue the discussion of what China is doing on the world stage that has gone largely overlooked by our own Legacy/mainstream media. There is serious concern, suddenly, about countries being encourage to decouple from the US dollar and implement China’s Yuan. With our supposed ally, Saudi Arabia, being courted by China to stop using the US dollar. If that were to happen, and if other countries followed suit, the dollar would become even less valuable that today, which means inflation like we have likely never seen in our history.

Monica Crowley weighed in on this earlier today, talking how we are in the midst of a perfect storm for the destruction of the dollar. A weak Joe Biden presidency, combined with an administration waging war on energy independence and watching or Treasury implement horrible monetary policy, is setting us on a path of major collapse on the global stage and the loss of economic dominance for the United States.

As if in on cue, enter the President of Kenya, William Ruto, recommended his citizens who hold US dollars to get rid of them. He hinted that their market will change within a few weeks. Is there more going on with other countries on the African continent than just South Africa? Is China behind this, too?

The threat of losing control of the dollar and the problems with our own monetary policy is bad enough that White House insiders are quietly suggesting, again, to have Janet Yellen replaced. How bad is it when this Leftist, Marxist, Authoritarian wanna-be regime realizes how badly she is bungling the banking crisis? It’s amazing to witness.

On top of that, I cannot believe lawmakers were arguing over the need for a Parents Bill of Rights. I just assumed that was one thing on which all of us, regardless of politics, would agree. Guess not. Turns out, not a single Democrat voted for the Parents Bill of Rights. They truly believe the State owns your child and parents are to shut up, go to work, pay taxes and let the government raise your kids.

This leads me to wonder how today’s Democrats would react if any of our Constitutional Rights were introduced today for the first time. Imagine introducing the right to bear arms. Or the right to speak freely. Or to be free from illegal searches and seizures. Imagine trying to introduce an Amendment that says if it’s not written in the Constitution, then it does not exist within the Federal government. Shouldn’t that be the litmus test for anyone who we elect to represent us?

The conspiracy theory label is getting shorter as it turns out there is a push to ban gas stoves. And, did you know, according to CNN, if you are white and respond to someone online with a black .gif, you may be guilty of committing the act of digital blackface. At some point, I long for when people stop wasting so much energy finding any reason to be offended and start looking at the real problems we are facing as a nation. Wouldn’t that be a nice change of pace?

Today’s show opens with the latest salacious story about Donald Trump, courtesy of Bob Woodward. The story suggests Donald Trump gave Vladimir Putin a “Covid testing machine” during the start of the worldwide pandemic. Woodward provides no receipts, no names and no witnesses. All he bases that on is an anonymous source.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had no problem diving into speculation on that subject. However, when asked about other items in the book related to Joe Biden and the Biden foreign policy, she clammed up, saying she doesn’t like to speculate.

So, while the Left and their propaganda wing are running with this, you likely didn’t hear about the appeals case the Trump team is arguing related to the NYC Fraud case brought on by AG Letitia James. Let’s just say, it did not go well for James or the prosecutors, which is why you likely did not hear about it.

A group on X did a word analysis on the NY Times and the Washington Post. They wanted to look up the frequency of the use of certain words over the last 50 years. It should not be surprising to see the elements of Goebbels Propaganda 101 being employed to program their readers.

The biggest scandal in news is still getting scant attention and that’s the fraud committed by CBS and 60 Minutes. None of the other Legacy/mainstream networks seems interested in gaining viewership over the scandal, which tells me they are all on the same page.

VP Kamala Harris decided to stage a few fake phone calls. She still hasn’t learned that her little Hollywood style shorts come across as fake and pathetic.

On the flip slide, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) was asked again about not taking her phone call? And, again, he answered it masterfully.

We close with a feel-good story from Dr. Phil. He and his team of volunteers are on the ground in NC and they stopped to help an 83 year old woman who flagged them down. His story, combined with all we’ve been discussing today, should be the eye-opener so many need to realize the folly in putting faith in an all-powerful Federal government.

In today’s episode, I open with a reminder we are heading into a Father’s Day weekend. I say this same thing every year, “Any male can father a child, but it takes a man to be a dad.” I sincerely mean that. If even one man hears that and is inspired to re-engage with his children, then it’s worth repeating.

Next it’s time to start taking on the role of fact-checker for President Biden’s recent speech to the AFL-CIO about the state of our economy. For a guy who ran on the promise that the buck stops with him and he won’t run from his responsibilities, he sure know how to blame everyone else for the state of our union. His first big lie is in trying to make us believe inflation is worse around the world and his policies are why the US is weathering the storm. It’s actually the opposite. The US has just about the highest rate of inflation over most of Western Europe and Canada.

President Biden continues to blame President Putin for the price hikes here in the US. The fact remains, even NPR reported that the United States saw inflation increase 400% under Biden between 2019 to 2021. For those who don’t remember, Putin did not roll into Ukraine until March of 2022.

As we mentioned on yesterday’s show, the White House is blaming oil companies, calling out “excessive” profits and refusing to increase output. The reality is it’s Biden’s own policies that have disrupted the energy sector. The American Petroleum Institute issued a list of 10 steps Biden could take to reduce supply disruptions, including ending obstruction of permitting on natural gas projects, lifting development restrictions on federal lands and water and ending Trump-era (yes, Trump) steel tariffs.

We know Biden doesn’t like to take any personal responsibility for all of his failures. It makes him angry when he’s questioned about reckless spending. He rant that he’s sick and tired of the lie that reckless spending is to blame for inflation. Yet, in November of 2021, when he was looking to blame inflation on something, decided to use the supply chain issue. What’s interesting about it, he literally said, “What happens if there’s nothing to buy and you got more money to compete for getting [goods]? It creates a real problem.” What problem might he be suggesting? Could it be...inflation?! Duh!

And the biggest whopper in his speech earlier this week to the AFL-CIO was how he plans to fight US food price hikes. His plan is to build a network of grain silos along Western Ukraine and Eastern Poland. I’m not kidding. The big answer to looming food shortages is to build silos, which won’t be up in time to do anything.

While they continue to wage war on the energy sector, which Ron DeSantis summarizes beautifully, we have a story produced on Good Morning America warning us that 2/3 of the country may experience rolling blackouts.

With all of this pulling Democrat polling further and further down the toilet, MSNBC’s Cornell Belcher has decided the only winning message is to "scare the hell out of" Democrat voters. It’s a bold plan, but I think most Americans are already scared about letting the Geriatric-in-Chief continue down the path of the ruination of our country.

Today opens with my incredulity that the motion to have Speaker Kevin McCarthy vacate the seat was able to pass on it’s first vote. Eight Republicans joined with the whole of the Democrat party to make this happen. Now, people are losing their minds and it’s all very befuddling to me. It seems the prevailing view is McCarthy didn’t keep his word and wasn’t following through on the agreement he made to become Speaker.

So, why isn’t this the perfect time to remove him? So, I spend the bulk of the show breaking down the events of the last 24 hours and how it seems to me this is the perfect time to find someone who values the US Constitution far more than McCarthy did. Even Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) makes a wonderfully succinct argument for all of his failures, yet she said it was the wrong time to remove him. This defies all logic and seems to be rooted in something that has nothing to do with truth or conviction.

Moving onto some other topics, Biden spokesperson John Kirby scoffed at the idea that there is any widespread corruption of US funds in Ukraine. This is laughable and defies logic. We know there has been an immense level of corruption thus far, which is why they refuse to have any accounting done. This dovetails into a report by Natalie Winters who has discovered just how much money if flowing into Ukraine, only to boomerang into the back packets of democrat lobbyists and consultants.

Speaking of our own readiness for emergencies, our Strategic Petroleum Reserve is still the lowest it’s been since it was first implemented. We are down to only a 17 day reserve, down from 40 when Trump was in office. Bidenomics is failing all Americans and it’s starting to wake people up. America-last policies are making even the bluest cities begin to voice their concerns. Just recently in Chicago, the people raised their voices against illegals getting preferential treatment over Americans. Let’s hope that’s an indication this radical pendulum is starting to shift direction.

Today I decided to do a special show on the meaning of this Independence Day holiday here in the United States of America. So many of us know about the Declaration of Independence and we know about the Revolutionary War, but the last few generations of Americans seem to know less and less about basic American civics.

To start, I go into a brief timeline of how the 13 colonies found themselves wanting to declare independence from the tyranny of King George III. Though they voted on the document on July 2, 1776, it wasn’t formally adopted until July 4, 1776. In fact, this would be one of the many feuding points between John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, both of who died on July 4, 1826, just a few hours apart. It was the 50th anniversary of Independence Day.

While we know many of the key events and players, 56 people actually signed the Declaration of Independence. Long time radio personality Paul Harvey once did a special on the signers. In an effort to give you some of that same history, I also remind you of how these people were men of means. They were well educated and had vast fortunes. As opposed to other revolutions in history where men had nothing left to lose, these men had everything to lose.

Even after the was was won, our country didn’t have a draft of the Constitution until 1787, it wasn’t ratified until 1788 and it wasn’t put into use with the first Congress until 1789. It was during that time the Bill of Rights had to be added to make sure the people of our new nation were convinced the rights they have are really theirs and not the governments to give.

We need to ask ourselves why we have drifted so far away from our founding document. Why are we okay with elected politicians who believe they are there to rule rather than represent? Why are we no longer putting a strong emphasis on the teaching of American civics?

These are the questions I ponder on today’s show and hope it will lead you to think on this as well. Have a discussion with your family and friends and ask if we are truly free or are we living under the guise of freedom? Are we now living in a benevolent dictatorship, yet a dictatorship nonetheless? It’s time we stop thinking of government as the parents and we are the children. It’s time for our elected leaders to realize, they are here to serve us and not the other way around.

In today’s episode, we deal with the “show vote” that took place yesterday by Democrats to try to pass the most radical and offensive abortion law this country has ever seen. While saying they were trying to codify Roe v. Wade, what they were actually doing was expanding abortion up to the very instant of birth and wiping away hundreds of existing state laws in one fell swoop.

What’s so disheartening is hearing elected lawmakers wail about what they want while seeming to have no understanding of how our government works. We need to revisit “I’m Just a Bill,” by Schoolhouse Rock! For nearly 50 years, the Legislative branch could have passed a federal law codifying Roe v. Wade, but they didn’t. Now they want to moan over their overreach failing by a bipartisan vote.

Rather than admit they lost, they are lying to us about the facts. They first blame the filibuster, arguing it needs to be removed. How does a filibuster come into being when it was never called upon prior to the vote? Why would the filibuster matter when a majority voted NO on the bill? It was 51 NO votes compared to 49 YES votes. The bill lost by a majority of senators.

But, that’s not good enough for the likes of Senator Elizabeth Warren who lied to the people saying the majority should get its way. Based on how I learned math, it seems they did, but not to Fauxcahontas. When she says, “the majority should get its way,” what she means is SHE and her rabid band of extreme Leftists should get their way, regardless of their numbers.

On top of this, yet another senator be-clowns herself with a tweet. Senator Amy Klobuchar lies about the bill, saying it was an attempt to “codify Roe v. Wade,” when it was a massive overreach beyond that. Second, she confirms what I’ve been telling you since last week – Democrats are going to run on this issue as the single-most important issue Americans are facing. Nothing else is more important.

Senator Joe Manchin seems to be one of the few Democrats with any sense of integrity or knowledge of basic American civics. He truthfully said he would not be voting for the bill because, “It’s an expansion. It wipes 500 state laws off the books. It expands abortion.” Finally, an honest appraisal from a Democrat lawmaker.

Host Lawrence O’Donnell of MSNBC did his best to help his guest explain why the expansion of abortion was so important in these tough times of inflation. His guest, Representative Katie Porter (D-CA) said inflation and abortion go hand-in-hand. When times are tough, families need to be able to make the choice to control the size of their own families. I cannot make this up! She is literally justifying the killing of an unborn baby for convenience, solely because the policies of this White House are hurting everyday, ordinary American families.

Finally, I end with a speech President Joe Biden gave yesterday in Chicago where he gets mad and rails about MAGA people and food lines from the last administration – whatever that means. I have no idea to what he is referring, but maybe you do? He doubled-down on his plan that he swears will lower the price of goods and make things more affordable. He says this at the very moment his administration has announced is is canceling an enormous Alaska oil and gas lease sale along with two others in the Gulf of Mexico. J

It’s astounding to witness. We have recording setting gasoline prices and while he claims to feel the pain of average Americans, is doing all he can to hurt them further. These midterms are more than just a choice for representation. It needs to be a referendum on the radical, environmentalist, Green New Deal policies that have driven every America-last decision this administration has pushed upon us.

Purnima believes if we are to make our community a better place to live, grow and raise a family, we must all do our part to change it. She says our system is broken and we deserve better. Purnima is an American, with an extremely humble background. She believes it is her duty to serve the community and has dedicated her life to do so.

Purnima obtained her MBA in Northwestern University and spent years as a management consultant, helping organizations and corporations grow and become more efficient. Her passion for community-work led to her building a non-profit from ground up, dedicated to building US-India relationships, which has helped bring visibility to the Indian community, help local businesses grow, create jobs and promote diversity, culture and inclusion.

Today’s show opens with continuing discussion of the “fraud” case being brought on Donald Trump by NY AG Letitia James. The judge made it sound at the close of yesterday’s testimony that 80% of the case would fall outside of the statute of limitations. But, first thing this morning, the judge reminded Trump and his lawyers that as far as he was concerned, every time a “fraudulent” statement was used, it resets the statute.

Hunter Biden has more China emails and messages revealed showing he not only received payments, but they “will help you with what you need” while he was down in the dumps after his divorce. He said he needed a $100K/a month living allowance and family friend and partner, Fran Person, worked out a fee from Chinese Businessman Bo Zhang.

Speaking of emails, Margot Cleveland finds new information to show that US attorney David Weiss violated DOJ policy by sending a response directly to Jim Jordan, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee. The longer these investigations are allowed to dig, they keep rooting out more evidence of collusion and corruption within the DOJ and lies by AG Merrick Garland.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has had it with business as usual in the House under Speaker McCarthy. After being questioned by the press about why he wants to stick to the agreement of voting on individual appropriations bills, Matt goes on to file a motion to have the Speaker vacated. He was then asked to weigh-in on that and his answer is pure Constitutionalism. I just hope the notoriety doesn’t lead Matt to becoming his own cult of personality.

I always say Canada is my canary in the coal mine for what might be coming to the United States. This headline has me a little concerned. According to independent journalist, Michael Shellenberger, liberal in the EU, UN-WEF and Trudeau’s own party are simultaneously demanding a crackdown on independent new and podcasting. This still remains one of the most serious and important topics of the day – government imposed censorship.

On a bit of a funnier note, NYC journalist Erin Durkin took to Twitter/X to bemoan all of her precautions to not get Covid-19 still resulting in getting it – again! And this was after getting the latest booster. Kind of ironic that the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2023 went to two scientists for their discoveries concerning nucleoside base modifications that enabled the development of effective mRNA vaccines against COVID-19. “Effective”! HA!

What is concerning is one of the scientists, Drew Weissman, wrote a paper in 2018 expressing problems with the mRNA vaccine. He specifically noted issues with inflammation with possible autoimmunity. He also stated in the presence of naked RNA, the mRNA promoted coagulation (clotting) in the blood and thrombus formations (also clotting). Nice to know we give the Nobel Prize to a vaccine that is more dangerous than the virus is was meant to stop.

This episode is from the second hour of The Erick Erickson Show, heard nationally on Thursday, July 15, where I discuss the ironies of having an open door policy at our southern border, but escaping Cubans are not wanted. Why is that? Could it be this regime understands those who escape communist dictatorships tend to vote Republican? We saw images of Cubans in the streets, waving American flags and demanding freedom. DHS Secretary Mayorkas does not want any refugees from Cuba coming to the United States of America.

As to the US/Mexico border, it's open season! Illegal border crossers do not even need to show proof of vaccinations, specifically for Covid-19, before the Air Force is secretly flying them to points all around the country. Why is this administration okay with that? Because a study from researchers at Yale concludes we likely have more than 22 million illegals here in the US. The Democrats want to make them all citizens, knowing full-well, they vote overwhelmingly for the Left. So, we turn away people who tend to vote on the right, but it's open borders for those who vote on the left. We need to pay attention to how the Democrat party is trying to create a voting block that may never be overcome.

Today's show opens with a little more discussion over Emily Kohrs and how she is not a representation of someone who would be a jury of my "peers." First, she has no fundamental understanding of how our judicial system operates, nor her role in being part of a Grand Jury. She believes she is the arbiter of what happened and whatever she says, goes. But, it's worse than that. Her narcissism, as quoted in a piece by the Atlanta Journal Constitution proves she believes she is the most important person in the nation. Add to it, she is a practicing witch, shares spells, incantations and others associated elements on her Pinterest page. Whatever else she is, she is NOT a peer of mine.

In the meantime, an expert witness who has been called to testify in numerous cases of contamination and ecological disasters was asked about the "controlled burn" officials did of the chemicals leaking out of the derailed cars. He educates us all on the difference between a controlled burn and an uncontrolled, and what happened in East Palestine was uncontrolled. Plus, he adds, if you smell something in the air, you've already been exposed.

Next, Pete is still draggin', even after he finally was forced to visit East Palestine. He refuses to talk to the new media or independent members of the press. His Press Secretary refused to be on camera or recorded before she would even consider answering questions. Remember when Alfred E. Newman said there are people who go to work and people who use tragedies for photo-ops. Well, ol' Mayor Pete made sure to put on an orange reflective vest, white hard hat and clear goggles to make sure it looks like he's doing the work of the people.

This leads to information dropped by Governor Kristi Noem (R-SD) related to the Chinese surveillance balloon. Even though states have a level of autonomy per our US Constitution, she found out the Pentagon and the White House had reached out and been in contact with the National Guard in her state without even notifying her. This is a terrible overreach of the Federal government. It goes to show they no longer recognize the U.S. Constitution and are well on their way to implementing an Authoritarian regime. They are not even trying to hide it anymore.

Today opens with the big Fani Willis indictments against Donald Trump in Georgia. Everything from racketeering to conspiracy, Willis has built on case against Trump on such monumental items as sending out Tweets from his old Twitter account, lawyers on his team reserving rooms for meetings and other members of his legal team text people to ask for a phone number.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, while there is a massive mountain of evidence piling up on the Biden Crime Family, the prosecutors, DA’s and AG’s in the Biden regime are more interested in prosecuting our former president for his misguided belief he is protected by the First Amendment. This rising group of anti-American, Marxist/Communists hate the Bill of Rights and have decided they no longer exist. And, since they believe they no longer exist, they can go after Trump for anything he’s ever spoken, texted, Tweeted and for any gatherings, meetings or even complaints against the regime.

The big Fani Willis indictments were even published online hours before the Grand Jury even finished interviewing witnesses! What do you call it when a court proceeding has already been pre-determined well before the case is ever finished? And, what form of governments tend to treat their opponents this way?

Donald Trump did put out a message on Truth Social that he will be hosting a press conference this coming Monday to reveal a massive report he says will prove there was undeniable election fraud in the state of Georgia during the 2020 election. While I believe he has been working on this since all of his attempts to be heard in court were shot down due to a lack of standing, he’s now going to take it to the people as well as to Fani Willis and Jack Smith.

In another story, Rep. James Comer (R-KY) just released a transcript from testimony from another FBI agent that confirms what the IRS whistleblowers claimed about slow-walking and interference in the Hunter Biden investigation. Again, real, mounting evidence against the Biden’s, but the media still is uninterested.

We then dive more into the fabrication of man-made climate change. First, Joe Biden wishes he never called it the Inflation Reduction Act. He now admits the spending bill was more about climate change and health care.

Next, Judith Curry, whom we discussed a few weeks ago when she gave testimony about her conversion from climate alarmist to now climate heretic, says there is no scientific consensus on climate change. She says it is a manufactured consensus. We spend some time discussing her conversion and what she now sees as nothing more than a hoax perpetrated to shift power and wealth to those who want to rule through fear and lies.

Yet, there is hope. A recent Rasmussen survey finds 2/3 of Americans now believe the 2020 election was rigged, the J6 riot was instigated by undercover entities in the crowd and the Biden’s are indeed a crime family. That’s happening because more and more of you are listening to alternative sources for news and you are not afraid to challenge state narratives. That is a very good thing. As they say in the movie, “V for Vendetta,” people should not be afraid of their governments; government should be afraid of their people.

In today’s show I open with an acknowledgment that our quadruple vaccinated Command-in-Chief is now down with Covid-19. I’m not sure why they get to call it a vaccine when it wanes in 3-6 months and then seems to make it easier to catch the very virus it’s supposed to prevent.

We then go to the President’s speech yesterday, calling global climate change an existential threat and he’s going to punish us all if Congress does not act. Outside of being moronic, he twisted one of his memorized stories around and forgot the punchline. Either that or he intentionally changed it to make it sound more befitting the doom and gloom he was preaching about the climate.

It’s stunning to see how these “experts” are always wrong and yet they get right back up after do it all over again. Somehow, weak-minded people love being fooled and politicians use that ignorance and combine it with fear to gain power and control. In fact, every “emergency” seems to come down to five parts or stages. To be clear, I am not talking about real emergencies. I’m talking about the ones fabricated, usually by the far Left.

First, they have to gin up whatever it is with fear. You have to be afraid because they assure you the threat is real and it’s coming for everyone and (this is the important part) only the government can save us!

Second, because only the government can save us, we have to believe they are going to bring in the “experts” who understand the “science.” Anyone whom the government does not invite is therefore not an expert and should not be listened to or believed.

Third, whatever solution they propose always means surrendering some of your rights or freedoms, usually “for the greater good.” They tell you to act otherwise is selfish and not putting the public good ahead of themselves.

Fourth, it’s really important to understand they will be exempt from whatever it is they are imposing on the rest of us. The Elites, by the very definition, fall outside of whatever it is the will force on the rest of the population.

And finally, the fifth step is to realize, there is no winning or truly solving the problem. It will still be there. And, while it is, we will have all given up more of our own freedoms and liberties under the guise of doing what we had to in order to address the crisis.

Once you realize the cycle, you start to realize just how often they employ it. We must learn to recognize their motivations and oppose them at every turn, because nothing is more important than our freedom and liberty.

Today we continue looking at the massive implications unleashed by the report released by Special Counsel John Durham. Before we get into the detail, we need to give ourselves a moment of must needed levity. We turn to my good buddy, Jim Gossett, who gives us a fantastic, yet satirical, nostalgic look-back at the opening of The Muppet Show. This time, his version is called The FBI Show.

We then take a moment to look at when James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence, appeared on CNN with Anderson Cooper in October of 2019. At the time, he was making a comment about how changes in the intelligence community (IC), thanks to President Obama, led to the Mueller investigation to be able to look into Russian Collusion with Donald Trump. Though he was trying to compliment the former president, looking back now, in light of the Durham report, we now know who is responsible for the weaponization of the IC.

This leads to testimony by former CIA Director John Brennan to the House Government Weaponization Committee hearing where he said there was intelligence regarding Russian colluding with the Trump campaign. Unfortunately for Brennan, this was before the Durham report dropped. Will he be held in contempt for perjury? Because we know he was aware of the hoax given it was he, himself, who have the briefing to President Obama, VP Biden, AG Loretta Lynch and FBI Director James Comey. The sad part, if I am being honest, he wasn’t really lying. He was telling the truth. There was intelligence. He just left off the part where it was falsely manufactured intelligence.

We also have learned that Peter Strzok, lead FBI investigator behind Operation Crossfire Hurricane, was informed by the CIA that Hillary Clinton could be behind the Russian Collusion story, but he never shared that with anyone else. Every FBI agent interviewed during Durham’s four-year investigation, could not remember once being told about the CIA memo or the possibility they were operating based on a hoax created by Hillary Clinton.

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) wants the House to go after Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for all of the lies he spread and all the damage he has done to our nation. In similar fashion, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said reminds us the same pattern used by the Hillary Clinton campaign to fabricate the Russian Collusion hoax is the same pattern used to hide the Hunter Biden laptop. They follow the same playbook because they know they will be aided by the media and amplified by social media.

While these folks in the GOP are saying all the right words, they are, in point of fact, just words. Unless they can do something, the weaponized agencies will continue to get away with it and continue to ignore the Constitution. Congress really only has the power of oversight and the power of the purse. While the former can be ignored (it seems) if witnesses ignore requests to appear, the latter cannot. However, the latter takes immense intestinal fortitude and I just don’t see that coming from so many lawmakers with spines of linguine. All we can hope for is for enough Americans to have the eyes and minds opened to how we are much closer to any Oligarchy than we are a Republic, and that is a scary realization to come to.

Today we open with breaking news from Arizona. Just this past Wednesday, I mentioned 8 vulnerable Democrat senators coming up in the 2024 election cycle. One of them was Kyrsten Sinema. Well, lo and behold, this morning, Sinema has officially left the Democrat party, changing her affiliation to Independent. She has said she does not plan to caucus with the Democrats, making her a true swing-vote in the Senate. Now, let’s see what Joe Manchin may choose to do in the coming weeks.

Next, The Twitter Files part 2 dropped, this time from Bari Weiss. The subject for the latest drop was absolute confirmation of Twitter developing tools to shadow ban, or, as Twitter called it, “Visibility Filtering.” Bari documents how, over time, the programmers developed switches they could turn on or off to either limit or amplify a person’s reach or ability to be found via a search. According to Twitter employees, this happened a lot and never with the users knowledge. The two most directly responsible for locking down conservatives was Vijaya Gadde and Yoel Roth.

Both of them lied repeatedly about shadow banning and outright lied about going after people by their political ideology. The documentation is clear. As Bari concludes the second drop of information, she reminds us they are still working their way through thousands of documents and the next drop will once again come from Matt Taibbi.

Our final subject is a recent interview I had with Dr. Tim Ryan. I have been reading many disturbing reports, both here and in Europe. There seems to be a 25% increase in heart attack deaths in younger demographics and the incidents of cancer diagnoses is on a dramatic rise. While some may say it is from not going to the doctor during lock downs, I bring up some research that indicates the mRNA vaccine may be causing damage to our immune system. Dr. Ryan and I go back and forth on this piece for a bit before winding down.

One of the last comments we both make is on the importance of strengthening our immune system. Fresh air, exercise, eating right, getting sunshine, drinking water, getting enough sleep and taking a Vitamin D supplement are all key to fighting all forms of disease. It’s easy enough to do if we can force ourselves to establish those habits.

In this episode, I remind everyone about yesterday's topic covering virtue signaling. It makes for a perfect lead-in to today's discussion, where the Biden administration is acting like a petulant child in punishing the state of Florida. Yes, Biden's petulant move to punish Governor Ron DeSantis reveals just how weak and feckless this President is. Florida has not gone along with Federal mandates. They did not impose lockdowns, masks or vaccine passports. They took their own approach and, much to the constant anger of the legacy press, have been much more successful over blue states. Last summer, when data was already starting to show the mRNA vaccines would begin losing potency within 4-6 months and they were not going to stop the spread or infection, Governor DeSantis implemented treatment centers. The key treatment -- monoclonal antibodies. And, since last summer, during the Delta wave, dropped hospitalizations by a significant amount.

So, it only makes sense that the Federal government needed to punish the Governor for his successes. Without a single peer-reviewed study to justify it, Biden's FDA pulled the emergency use authorization for monoclonal antibodies, making it now illegal for anyone to receive that treatment. With all the other problems facing the country and with a potential war brewing over Russia and Ukraine, the Biden administration decided their focus needed to be on removing a proven therapeutic.

The problem with this behavior is already reflected in the polls. In fact, both a recent Zogby and Gallup polls of likely voters continues to show a massive problem for democrats during the mid-terms. And, the polls are showing democrats are already starting to distance themselves from the Administration for fear of going down with the sinking ship.

Today’s show opens first opens with my thoughts on how to learn thankfulness. Like any skill, if you have never really practiced, it may difficult at first, but gets easier with time.

Protesters do their best to ruin the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. These people are such miserable human beings, they have no joy in their lives, so they live to suck the joy out of everyone else’s.

Kevin O’Leary once again got a CNN panel all aflutter when he first suggested Trump didn’t need to be talking to Trudeau, because he wasn’t going to be in power much longer. Then, he suggested the tariff discussion was simply a negotiation technique. Needless to say, the panelists lacked any depth of understanding.

We got word from the animal rescue in New York that justice for Peanut and Fred would be coming soon. It seems the couple that was raided and their pet squirrel and raccoon euthanized is set to sue the state of New York for their tyrannical overreach.

Finally, as has been my tradition for years, I break down the truth behind the first Thanksgiving. It wasn’t about farming or making friends with the Native Americans or even about surviving. It was about learning how to unleash their collective entrepreneurial spirit, becoming the precursor to what our Founding Fathers would enshrine in the U.S. Constitution.

Today’s show opens with what I think is the most concerning news item of the day and it’s Joe Biden’s authorization for Ukraine to use our US provided long-range missile into Russia. Putin said if that happens it is an act of war by the United States of America. Has no one in this administration seen the 80’s movie WarGames??

Why do both Republicans and Democrats hate Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL)? Well, maybe it’s because he has no problem calling out corruption on both sides of the aisle. While the Left and their willing accomplices in the Legacy/mainstream media try to breathe life into the allegations that a complicit FBI could not find enough evidence to bring charges too, Mollie Hemingway of the Federalist reminds us of how Gaetz is one of the few voices attacking the Deep State.

Democrat Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia brazenly told the voting public that she doesn’t care if she is ignoring the state Supreme Court and choosing to illegally count ballots. There is now a move to see if she should be investigated and charged for election fraud. 60 Minutes continues to show us just how far they have fallen. In an effort to prove my thesis that the media has the same talking-points to use when smearing Trump’s nominees, we simply listen to a moment of this past Sunday’s show.

The Legacy/mainstream media went all-in this weekend, smearing Trump and his selections while continuing to show us they could not care less about their staggering ratings losses and financial problems. The only show that likely shot themselves in their own heart is The Morning Joe. In a an attempt to show reconciliation, which may have worked had they tried it 4-5 years ago, they started today’s show admitting they flew to Mar-a-Lago and had a face-to-face with Trump. Their cultivated audience of far-Left woke ideologues all just screamed out in rage and the emails are likely pouring into MSNBC.

They created the unhinged woke masses. Now they will have to feel what it’s like to receive their maniacal hatred.

Today’s show notes will be a little shorter. The first half of today’s episode is dedicated to the first primary debate. I remind everyone that I am for any candidate who is a Constitutionalist. Donald Trump was a great Constitutionalist and if he is the nominee, I will gladly vote for him again. However, my job is to also provide some analysis and thoughts on the other candidates.

In my estimations, Asa Huthinson, Chris Christie and Mike Pence really have no chance. They are begging for relevance and it’s painful to watch. Nikki Haley came across as irritating and unlikable. Ron DeSantis did a good job. He didn’t make any drastic errors, but he didn’t knock it out of the park either. Tim Scott was really good and likable, but did dodge some of the questions on government spending. Doug Burgum was a surprise, hearing such a clear Constitutionalist message was fantastic, but no one knows who he is. I loved the message, but fear his obscurity will be a major impediment. Finally, Vivek Ramaswamy was the clear winner last night, which will put a target on him from now until the next debate.

In the meantime, with more than 10 lawyers now arrested in Atlanta and their mugshots gleefully shared, Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz once again blasts Democrats determination to persecute Donald Trump regardless of the rule of law. It’s frightening the precedence they seem willing to set for the future of political destruction of the opposition.

Let’s not forget why there is this massive push to keep Trump in the headlines and to keep manufacturing charges. Joe Biden is reportedly “obsessed” with and “irritated” by the media coverage surrounding Hunter Biden and, by extension, the entire Biden Crime Family Syndicate. He is angry to the point that staffers know not to even mention it, even in passing. We have to keep the faith that the investigation will continue and the pressure will become impossible for the media to avoid. If Joe thinks it’s bad now, imagine if the Legacy/mainstream media were to join in with folks like us.

In closing, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) make the point that more and more Americans are clear that Hunter Biden was peddling influence and Joe Biden was involved in that business. If we are going to get past this, we are going to need to return to the Constitution. There is nothing wrong with wanting to help the rest of the world, but if we are too sick to function properly, how can we expect to help others?

Today’s show opens with GA Attorney General Chris Carr’s 61 person indictment of Antifa domestic terrorists who tried to wage war on the police with impunity. It’s nice to finally see some action being taken against this mob of organized crime that has been allowed to operate unscathed by our weaponized Department of Justice and our FBI. It time for more Constitution-loving elected representatives to fight for our country and the rule of law.

Instead, another FOIA request shows there is no documentation whatsoever proving AG Merrick Garland had give US Attorney David Weiss the powers to take the Hunter Biden investigation wherever he needed to. There is not one mention at all of what Garland testified to, under oath, and has been repeating for over a year.

Hunter Biden’s criminal wrongdoing was first noticed by people inside the investment bank Morgan Stanley. His business activities were so unusual, the created a Power Point presentation and filed the suspicious activity reports with the Security and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and recommended Hunter for further federal investigation.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, while trying to dodge all of the fraudulent 2020 voter activity we’ve been documenting, has decided to follow Colorado’s lead. She is moving to unilaterally, arbitrarily disqualify Donald Trump from being placed on the Michigan ballot. She is also erroneously claiming she can do this under the 14th Amendment.

Here’s the massive problem we are seeing in our current judiciary. We used to have this notion of the presumption of innocence. We have now turned it around and it seems we have now embraced the presumption of guilt. This is the exact opposite of every free nation on the face of the Earth. This must be fought back with everything we have if we want to keep our country intact.

Kari Lake thanked a better-late-than-never response from former AG Bill Barr about the latest ruling in Arizona regarding the flagrant disregard for following the election laws related to mail-in ballot signature verification. The law is clear and the wording was precise, yet for SoS at the time (and now Governor) Katie Hobbs invented her own counting criteria.

For whatever it’s worth, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is furious with Biden’s latest move to ban drilling oil across millions of acres, calling it an assault on our economy. Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) called the decision a reward for our adversaries a hurt for American families.

Shivanthi Sathanandan, the vice chair of the Democrat Party in Minnesota, who virulently advocated for the dismantling of the MN Police Department, while neighborhood were burned to the ground from BLM-Antifa, was assaulted outsider her home by a pack of carjackers. Now, seeing first-hand the results of her magic-thinking, wants her attackers to be prosecuted and their city to be “taken back.” Well, I hate to say it, but this is the result of putting Leftist ideologues in charge.

Finally, I spoke about what it means to have solid core of ethics and values to help keep you focused and consistent. I close with some thoughts from a real estate developer who appeared on the Larry King Show just about 30 years ago. When you hear what Donald Trump said back then and compare it to today, you know exactly where his core values are for America. He has always been about making America great and having America first policies.

In this episode, I implore Joe Rogan to stop apologizing to the Left. I know, in his heart, he feels he’s doing the right thing. He wants to acknowledge his missteps or failings because he respects his audience. But, his audience aren’t the ones trying to cancel him. He has to realize, the ones going after him are not going to stop until he has been made to submit to their will. They are not going to be happy with an apology. They will see it as a victory for their authoritarian views and continue to press and press until Joe’s show is either gone or a faint shadow of its former self.

This same issue is happening, but in an ironically inverted way with the Freedom Convoy. PM Justin Trudeau spent the last two years putting the full might of government into action, clamping down on the lives of his fellow Canadians. Mandates, edicts, lock-downs, masks – all of it leading to economic, social and financial crises and ruining untold lives and businesses. Now a convoy of ordinary citizens is demanding a stop. Trudeau understands how his side operates. There is no such thing as an acceptable compromise. If he caves, his power is gone and he’s panicked. He must resort to the old stand-by for Leftists; start calling them all the names they can think of, such as racist, sexist, bigoted, homophobes, etc.

Liberals in Ontario are urging their leadership to use the power of government to seize the trucks of any who refuse to leave Ottawa. They honestly feel their view of democracy is to steal the property of their citizens if they don’t do as they are told.

Here in the states, something strange is happening in democrat strongholds. Mayors and governors are starting to announce the end of mandates. Even liberal congressman Ted Lieu put out a tweet discussing the need for public health officials to acknowledge natural immunity. What is going on here in the US? Polling! Internal polls have to be the worst in anyone’s memories as we head to the mid-terms. Democrats need to regain support from the very people have have been subjugating for over two years. The best way to do that is to return to normal.

In a perfect system, when two sides are in disagreement, they will find common ground upon which to compromise. Compromise is a good thing. However, we do not currently find ourselves in that system. Our leaders want to control, censor, confiscate and punish.

Until such time as these power-mad authoritarians are run out of office, none of us should be forced to bend the knee. We are not a monarchy. We do not elect kings and queens. We are a government of, by and for the people and we need to remember that and never let our elected officials forget. They work for us and it should never be the other way around.

In this episode, I decide to address a little bit of the Ukraine situation. First, I take a moment to go over the geography of the region and remind the audience of the old USSR. Some of those Republics still feel ties to Mother Russia while others wanted to become more like Western civilizations.

Vladimir Putin, we must remember, grew up in the heyday of Soviet might! He has always believed it was a travesty for the USSR to break apart at the end of the Cold War. Many of his speeches and writings yearn for the day of reuniting those city-states back under one glorious Soviet Union.

Additionally, Putin has moved in on parts of the former Soviet Union in the last 20 years. He took Georgia during the George W. Bush presidency. He then took the Crimean Peninsula during the Obama administration (when Joe Biden was the VP). He paused during the Trump administration and is now going forward with Ukraine under the Biden administration. Putin understands weakness and he is amazing at manipulating Western nations and journalists.

So, while the Ukraine story is noteworthy, it should not be the shiny bauble meant to distract us from other issues happening at the same time. The trampling of freedoms and rights is still happening before our very eyes. The narratives are being created to paint parents and purveyors of online information as domestic terrorists. Justin Trudeau completely disregards the rights of his own people and then has the audacity to speak out on the Ukraine situation because he wants to protect democracy. It’s almost laughable. And I take a moment to introduce a new segment called, "Deep Thoughts with Kamala Harris.

On top of that, gas prices continue to rise, inflation continues to hit all Americans and Biden’s polling continues to sag. But, while we are all focusing on Ukraine, those stories are being ignored or relegated to minor news blips. I won’t be shocked if in the coming days, we start seeing our own media begin to blame the rising cost of goods solely on Ukraine, as if all was well beforehand.

In fact, I pull a piece from a man-on-the-street segment where people are asked about what Joe Biden should do because of rising prices. They are also asked, what has he done wrong. Invariably, he is not putting Americans first and that was the common thread heard from those frustrated people.

We are watching the media help to draw our attention to the shiny bauble and they want us to believe it is the most important news item of the day. It’s okay to know what’s happening in Eastern Europe, but not at the expense of ignoring what’s happening in our own backyard.

On today’s show, we examine the latest pro-Hamas/anti-Israel move from Quid pro Joe. It seems if the PM of Israel does not do what Biden wants him to, then Biden will not deliver the promised weapons that Congress has already approved. Where have we heard this same scenario before? Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) weighs in, along with David Axelrod and CNN’s Scott Jennings. I also remind you this isn’t the first time Biden has dissed our ally when he threatened to withhold funding from then PM Menachem Begin.

Then we dive into an interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett. It’s a really sad display of the delusional mind-bubble that surrounds Joe Biden, keeping him from dealing with reality. He refuses to accept the economy is in shambles, is all over the place with his excuses or his examples and ends by blaming it all on corporate greed.

On the heels of such a terrible performance, Quentin Fulks, Principal Campaign Manager for the Biden-Harris 2024 campaign goes on MSNBC to announce they have a new strategy for Biden. He’s going to talk less and deliver easily digested talking points.

I then move to yesterday’s meeting of the Georgia State Election Board who listened to testimony and examined evidence of serious integrity issues with the 2020 election in Fulton County, GA. With all the evidence, the board proceeded to vote to do nothing and to make no referrals to the Attorney General related to 140 violations document and presented to the GA SEB.

We wrap-up with some additional detail being real-time tweeted from Stormy Daniels back on the stand, under cross-examination from the Trump defense team. One thing was made very clear, for Daniels, it’s always been about the money. In fact, one might say, Daniels does dollars and that’s all she does.

Today’s show is all about how the Left only has lies to sell, lies to tell, and lies still to invent. They have no positives on which to run. All they have is fear and a promise that only they can keep you safe. That’s it. Fear and control.

I open reminding you of some very basic metrics for where we all were at the start of 2020. Inflation was at 1.4%, the average price for a gallon of gasoline was $2.39 and the Dow Jones was at 31,188 and climbing. In fact, the economy was on such a trajectory, the Dow got above 35,000 before every policy of the Biden regime put out the engine. Today we are at 8.3% inflation, gasoline is at $3.73 a gallon and the Dow Jones is at 29,260 and falling. We have lost $7.6 trillion in value in the stock market in less than two years.

Yet, just three days ago, while addressing a gathering of progressive teachers who are more apt to indoctrinate kids in everything but math, science and English, he said 41 states plus D.C. all have average gasoline prices at less than $2.99 a gallon. That is a bald face lie. There are no states – zero – with an average price less than $3.00. And, the prices have been rising over the past week. Our Strategic Petroleum Reserve has never been as low as it is now and the spigot is going to be shut off after the midterms. And, the prices is still rising. In fact, the President just begged oil companies to ask their gas stations to lower prices at the pump.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had to spin her own whooper when asked about a quote from her former boss, Jen Psaki. On her new MSNBC show, Psaki said, “Crime is a huge vulnerability for Democrats.” When Peter Doocy of Fox News asked why she said that, Jean-Pierre literally said, “I don’t agree with that characterization.” What characterization? It was a quote. Jen Psaki said it and Karine Jean-Pierre’s only answer was to say, that’s not what she said.

And, with all of the problems we are facing, both with our failed domestic and foreign policies, a virtue signaling, pearl-clutching, naval-gazing imbecile was able to ask our beloved Press Secretary if the Atlanta Braves needed to change their name? And the eminently qualified Press Secretary entertained the question and said, “It’s important to have this conversation.” The Braves have already had multiple conversations with the Cherokee nation and other tribes and no one has an issue with the name other than self-flagellating, white, liberal elitists.

Which leads me to how journalists have been covering the election of Italy’s first female Prime Minister. Based on the headlines we must conclude a few things. One, the feminists movement is not really interested in the advancement of all women. They only want to root for liberal Leftists. Two, anyone who believes in freedom, sovereignty and the family must be labeled far-right or extremist or too far out of the mainstream. And, finally, the Legacy/mainstream media continues to prove my assertion that they are nothing more than the propaganda wing of the Democrat party.

Why are conservative Latinos in the US winning? Because they also believe in faith, freedom, God and American values including hard work. These are like the cross, holy water and wreaths of garlic to the Leftist vampires who want to drain the Constitution of it’s essence.

But, the people are waking up. They are ahead of the media bubble, who still believe the push to the Left is a winning message. They think by deriding the right and mocking faith, family and freedom they will win the day. But, the people have already spoken in Sweden and in Italy. It’s our turn next and that’s why the Democrats are running on fear, fear and more fear. It’s all they have left and it’s not going to work.

Our Friday show opens as we usually do, with a nod to Tara Bull’s Top 10 news items the State-run media either didn’t tell you about this week, or didn’t give you the full story if they did. It’s a great way to run through several news stories in rapid-fire succession.

We then move to an interesting exchange between Inspector General Michael Horowitz and Senator Thomas Massie (R-KY). While he was trying to be coy because the report on J6 is not yet ready for publication, Horowitz all but confirmed there were agents/CHS’s in the J6 crowd and that they also went into Capitol.

While we are looking at trends, why would Mark Zuckerberg announce he’s become a Libertarian? And why did he hire a Republican consultant to help repair relationships with people he previously censored and mocked?

Is it the same reason that President Volodomyr Zelenskyy met with Donald Trump today at Trump Tower? Do they sense Trump is going to win and they need to hedge their bets with that happening?

Much of the Legacy/mainstream media is openly mocking the solo interview Kamala Harris gave to MSNBC’s Stephanie Rhule. Much of what we are hearing is identical to what I pointed out on yesterday’s show.

Sky News Australia realizes the Harris campaign is full of deception, liars, actors and spreaders of disinformation. The latest example is a supposed testimonial from a Pennsylvania farming couple who said they were Trump supporters in 2016 and are now endorsing Harris. Turns out, they are actors and it’s all fake.

US Navy Seal Shawn Ryan was on Joe Rogan’s Show and discussed the open border policy of the Harris-Biden regime in nearly identical phrases as I have been saying for years. He also recognizes the terrible shortsightedness of it and how it will lead to more American deaths.

On a positive note, a NY Appeals court seems to be siding with Trump on the massive fine levied against him by Judge Engoron and argued by AG Letitia James. It would be great to see that entire case overturned and then let Trump sue James for wrongful prosecution.

Finally, Cardinal Dolan commented on Kamala Harris saying she will miss the Al Smith dinner. This hasn’t happened in 40 years. In fact, Dolan pointed out the last time it was skipped was by Walter Mondale and he lost 49 of the 50 states to Ronald Reagan.

Today’s episode begins with a discussion of Memorial Day. It is an American holiday that started off as Decoration Day after the end of the Civil War. The day evolved and eventually became a Federal holiday in 1971.

It’s important to remember that Memorial Day is a somber holiday. We are so used to saying the word “Happy” before most holidays, some will use it for this one as well. However, it is not a happy time for those whose memories we cherish on this day. It is a day meant to remember those who have fallen while in uniform. We honor those who paid the ultimate price in the defense of freedom and liberty here and around the world.

I then move to more discussion of the Uvalde, TX school shooting. As much as it pains me, I breakdown the documentation available on how officers were trained to respond to active shooters. Sadly, we know the 19 officers at the school did not follow their training materials. For whatever reason, these men without chests chose to wait outside, assuming the threat was isolated, while kids were still calling 911 desperate for saving. Some kids even covered themselves in the blood of their fallen classmates to hide from the killer.

Because of this, I do spend more time discussing our current culture and the festering rot taking place within it. Our past few generations are more isolated and alone than every before. With the continued breakdown of the family and fatherless homes, more and more kids spend hours, unsupervised, online. If they are more rambunctious, chances are they are also medicated. It’s a recipe for disaster we should have seen coming.

Ted Cruz covered some of these very subjects at his speech at the NRA Convention this weekend. His thoughts echo my own and many others who see the bigger and wider problem we face. The answer is not (nor will it ever be) a problem of too many guns. In over 50 years of data, the United States has gone from 43% ownership per capita to 42%. Guns have always been around, but their use in mass-shootings is relatively new, starting with Columbine in 1999. We have to look at what else was taking place at the same time. The dot.com explosion and high-speed internet. We began seeing chat rooms and websites and eventually social media. The more access we had to the world wide web, the smaller our own worlds have become.

It’s a big problem and one not solved over night, but if we are serious about reducing gun violence, we are going to have to deal with our culture in crisis. You can’t write a law forcing families to stay together, for parents to be involved with their kids and to put the phone/tablet/game console down to go play outside in the real world. But that change can start today, if we are willing to work toward it.

Somehow, Joe Biden has managed to exceed expectations! Yes, folks, I know how hard it is for the President to tout that, but today is one of those days. While we were told to expect inflation via the Consumer Price Index to rise to 8.8%, the Biden economy was able to easily exceed that expectation to a whopping 9.1% for the month of June.

These numbers are horrible. Economist Art Laffer says bluntly, “When you get spot commodity prices dropping (like copper, gold, lumber, etc.), while the inflation rate is accelerating, you’ve got a recession on your hands.” The GDP numbers always follow the CPI numbers, so we will see if the economy shrunk again in 2Q’22. I’ve already said I am expecting us to hit that recession benchmark of two consecutive quarters of economic shrinkage this year.

The President’s Twitter account is now trying to take credit for the price of gasoline dropping $.40/gallon over the past 30 days. Funny, up until now, everyone from Biden down to his Press Secretary has blamed the prices on everything but their policies. Or, they say the President cannot control the price at the pump. But, suddenly, now he can control prices? Seems a bit of conundrum, doesn’t it? I guess that’s what happens around people with magical thinking. Children who inhabit adult bodies are playing make-believe and then cannot accept their fantasy isn’t becoming reality.

In a Civiqs national survey of Americans, Joe Biden is now polling at 30% job approval. It’s only 19% approval for voters who consider themselves Independent. Hispanics are currently at 36% approval. It should be noted, this poll was conducted well before today’s 9.1% inflation number. It’s only going to get worse. When confronted with a poll that 2/3 of Democrats do not want to see Joe Biden run in 2024, Biden lost his mind. He told the reporter that 92% would vote for him. The reporter said again that two-thirds say they don’t want to see him on the ballot. An agitated Biden had to walk away.

Finally, more evidence of magical thinking was on display yesterday in a Senate panel about women’s rights. Professor Khiara Bridges would not define woman and when asked by Senator Josh Hawley (R-IA) if men could get pregnant, she said yes. The back and forth exchange is notable in demonstrating how people employ magical thinking. They invent their own beliefs, then they try to dance around questions about those beliefs and when they are incapable of defending their make-believe world, they resort to name-calling and demands for censorship. We have a couple of generations of people who are over-educated and incredibly stupid, which helps explain how our country is in dire straights.

They want to censor anything that does not meet with their preapproval. They do not want debate. They do not want people to have access to conflicting information. They do not want people to exhibit critical thinking and analysis all on their own, because people cannot be trusted to come to the correct conclusions. The only way to make sure they have complete and total compliance is to control the narrative.

This is a scary time to see the liberals among us, who once lived for and championed free speech, specifically because of the particular things they wanted to say, now wanting to eliminate that freedom entirely. Oh, sure, they will say they want free speech, but only if it's the speech they approve of first. We cannot allow the continued slow creep toward the installation of a true Ministry of Truth.

It's time for all of us to become just a little more politically active and reach out to all of our representatives. It's a mid-term year and this is the perfect time to make sure our representatives truly understand the will of the people. We must make our voices heard now, before it's too late.

In this episode, we look at the latest revelation a large number of influential scientists did not want to investigate the possibility of a lab leak from the Wuhan Lab of Virology. Why? Not because of science or factual information. Rather, these scientists did NOT want to look like they were supporting President Donald J. Trump. 

Back in May of 2020, Dr. Alina Chan was pushing hard to get the scientific community to look into the Wuhan Lab. Rather than showing an interest in science, facts or information gathering, it made her a target of scientists looking to squash any talk that the pandemic could have originated from a lab. In fact, those scientists, without a shred of information, rushed to downplay the possibility, publishing a letter in The Lancet that cast such notions of a lab leak was "xenophobic" and "anti-vax." Vanity Fair recently reported The Lancet statement effectively ended the debate over Covid-19's origins before it began. 

This is not science. This is, as former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield said he believes the pandemic originated in the lab and that those who moved to shut down the lab leak theory were "very anti-science." 

We went for another 12 months listening to the so-called scientific experts only to find they would rather allow their emotional hatred for a president prevent them from embracing the scientific method. They became willing stooges, perpetrating a lie embraced by top public health officials, the Democrat party and the mainstream media. 

The episode wraps with a short clip from Arch Bishop Sheen about how communists have to remove God so the "state" can replace him. I ask the question, based on how the last 12 months have been orchestrated with a world-wide psyop, are we not seeing the fruits of what happens when citizens are made to believe the state is infallible and not to be questioned?

Today we open with FBI Director Christopher Wray and his testimony before the Senate. Before we get into that, we start with revelation from Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) that another FBI whistleblower stated that the FBI reached out to a priest and a choir director in an effort to recruit them as assets to spy on their congregations. We know of this instance and it makes me wonder how many others have been approached. Wray was asked, but he never answered that question.

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) provided me with the perfect illustration over all that is wrong with our current Executive Branch of government. Wray acts like it’s a joke to be questioned and that it’s a waste of his time. On the flipside, I am growing frustrated with the House of Representatives still lacking the courage to defund agencies and/or departments that are flouting the Constitution on a daily basis.

President Biden still pretends he had no knowledge of his son, Hunter’s, foreign business dealings, yet we have another revelation from bank records telling us the opposite. According to Rep. James Comer (R-KY), one of Hunter’s LLC’s was sending payments directly to Joe Biden’s account on a monthly basis. The LLC was receiving millions of dollars from China and other foreign entities, most not friendly to the United States. No wonder a Chinese spy balloon is allowed to wander all over nation. Our Commander-in-Chief is horribly compromised and has been his entire political career.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about the revelation. She said she wasn’t aware of it and to talk to the White House and then left the room. I thought she was the “White House” Press Secretary, but she apparently thought someone else in the White House would have that answer.

In a separate hearing, Rep. Dan Bishop (R-NC) was left almost at a loss for words when questioning the DOJ’s U.S. Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, Kristen Clarke, about Missouri v. Biden. She claims to have no knowledge of the case involving government imposed censorship via their Censorship Industrial Complex. It’s the perfect microcosm for the DEI hires that take place in the Biden regime.

Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) reveals what I have been warning you about for a very long time now. The open borders are the means to the creation of a permanent under-class to be used as a voting block for Democrats. He said we need to give illegals a chance to serve in the military, which fills falling recruitment levels while then giving them citizenship. It’s one of their amnesty plans.

At the same time, Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) announced Sunday she has obtained a copy of the contract in New York demanding migrants being housed in newly constructed shelters be given copies of voter registration forms. While Mayor Eric Adams says it’s not true, the language in the contract is there and says exactly what Malliotakis claims.

Finally, on CBS News Money Watch, a new survey is not going to be liked by the Biden administration. According to their story, 60% of workers says their income has not been enough to keep up with inflation, while 53% of those who received a pay bump say their pay has actually lost ground to inflation.

In today’s episode, I break down the primetime event of the reality TV season, the January 6 Committee Hearings. To start off, I go back and pull some bites of my earlier analysis of what I expected to hear and see. If you remember, I stated the entire goal of the hearing was to give flailing Democrats a Hail Mary pass to try to recast the midterms in their favor. They hired a TV news executive and documentary filmmaker to help them create pieces and align the narratives for the greatest emotional impact. I even predicted their goal would be to paint every Republican as a seditious, white supremacist bent on overthrowing our Constitution.

It didn’t take Committee Chair Bennie Thompson more than 20 seconds into his personal introduction to evoke the words “slavery”, “Ku Klux Klan” and “lynching.” He didn’t even try to be sly about their intent. Just as I had predicted, their goal is to paint everyone who votes Republican this November with those same words.

When does a legal hearing of any kind have only one side of the argument represented? There is supposed to be a prosecution and a defense. Well, if Liz Cheney (R-WY) was representing the defense, you could have fooled me. She spent her whole opening diatribe blaming Donald Trump for everything and did it with a steely-eyed, cold delivery. She is the epitome of the phrase, “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.”

On top of the one-sided, scripted narrative, they kludged together a 12 minute video of the events of January 6, 2021. I noticed the timelines of shots started to shift, rather then remain in chronological order. But, what happened at the end told me all I need to know about these hearings. While the video was showing some loud and demonstrative rioters at the Capitol, they brought in a voice-over of Donald Trump. The words were Trump’s comment on the state of the crowd who was in attendance at his speech, not at the Capitol. So, while he was heaping praise for those who were half a mile away from the Capitol, the Committee wanted you to believe he was saying that about the rioters.

It’s the same thing Adam Schiff got caught doing when discussing the Zelensky call in 2019’s impeachment. When the transcript was released in it’s entirety, Schiff had to admit he was parodying the call and embellished it to make is sound worse. That’s what this video was. They used selective moments, edited for effect and then intentionally misttributed a quote from Donald Trump to make it sound worse. It’s not surprising to see this tactic, given Adam Schiff is on the panel. But, what do they tell jurors when a witness has been caught perjuring themselves? If any part of their testimony is found to be fraudulent, it is reasonable to assume the rest is and can be ignored. That one moment of the video was this committee’s act of perjury.

Even though I covered it earlier in the week, I have to once again explain the difference between a SCOTUS ruling and an order. The number of lawmakers and members of the Legacy/mainstream media who seem to not know the difference is frightening. Part of this discussion deals with the most ridiculous arguments/excuses given by WH Spokesperson John Kirby to the infantile request from Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) wanting Biden to take over the Texas national guard. I read the whole letter from Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) and then play an interview with Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R-TX) explaining their options and how they are willing to go to the mat against this radical Biden regime.

We then have to mention, once again, the DNC pipe bomb story that the Left and the Legacy/mainstream media (but I repeat myself) don’t want to cover. Former secret service agent Dan Bongino just recently brought up some great points from citizen journalist Julie Kelly. It makes me wonder if the DNC pipe bomb plant with their backup plan if the “insurrection” plan failed.

Adding to this discussion, we get some sound bites from citizen journalist Steve Baker who talked about how ridiculous all of the facts sound when you line them up against the timeline. And, I still come back to the same question, why isn’t Kamala or Biden milking the near-assassination of the VP-elect for more sympathy? Why do they want this story to go away?

On a closing note, we go to yet another citizen journalist, a woman by the name of Noa Tishby. She went to the Sundance Film Festival where a pro-terrorist/pro-Hamas rally had broken out and so she asked some pretty simple questions. Unfortunately, these indoctrinated skulls of mush were incapable of making even a single cogent talking point.

Today’s show opens with a bit of a story. It could be considered a fable, but since we aren’t using animals, it technically does not qualify. But, at it’s core, a fable is meant to impart a moral lesson to the reader. In this case I use the example of walking down the street and we see a destitute person in need of some help. I decide to reach into my wallet and give the person $20. This is called charity. I have willfully decided to part with some of my own property (money) by giving it to another.

Now, if we have the same scenario, with the same destitute person and you take my wallet out of my pocket and had the person my $20 bill, well, that’s called theft. The end result may look the same, but the process is where the difference lies. When I do not get a say in what happens to my own property (wealth), then it is called theft.

Joe Biden’s college debt forgiveness plan is outright theft. It is punishing those who succeeded or overcame obstacles in favor of rewarding those who made bad decisions and want to absolve themselves of any responsibility. Considering the Left always seems to want to talk about “fairness,” this move is the farthest from it. Are we going to refund the small business loans people took out to invest in their companies rather than incur tuition debt by investing in a piece of paper? What about those who chose to work and pay for school without getting a loan? Should they be asked to shoulder the burden of the unwise?

This move is blatantly unconstitutional because the Executive Branch does not control the budget or the purse strings. Only Congress can do this. Biden knows this, but he also knows Congress doesn’t have time to get it passed before midterms and he’s gotta buy votes to stem the bleeding coming to Democrats. If the midterms return Congress to the GOP, the Biden agenda is all but halted, which explains the rush to cram through as much garbage and spending as they can.

Current Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is the single biggest moron I have ever seen behind the lectern. She is incapable of answering questions or even understanding the question being asked. She offers up nothing more than evasive word-salad and circuitous reasoning, disguised as cogent thought. Even former Press Secretary Jen Psaki knew they only way for Biden to forgive debt would be through Congress.

Financial advocate Carol Roth recently was asked why the endowments for these schools can’t be used to forgive debt? Why put it on the taxpayers? If this is such a great idea, get the universities and colleges to foot the bill. Of course, for Democrats, that’s never the answer. All they want is to avoid the Constitution, institute their radical, socialist/Marxist agenda and fundamentally transform this nation into one where they have all the power and all the wealth and we are left with nothing.

In today’s episode, I try to get us caught up on some other news developments overshadowed by the SCOTUS leak and the left-wing vitriol choking the news cycle. While we have been watching the Roe v. Wade debate, the Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security was getting grilled over his new Ministry of Truth, which they call the Disinformation Governance Board.

Rand Paul had a brilliant assault on the stupidity of such a board. After going back and forth, it became obvious Alejandro Mayorkas has no idea what disinformation is or that his newly crowned Director of the Board is guilty of spreading vast amounts of it. Senator Paul reminds him of just how much disinformation the US itself has spread over the last 50 years and it is only through discussion and debate do you ferret out the truth.

Similarly, Senator Josh Hawley ripped Mayorkas up one side and down the other for not knowing anything of Nina Jankowicz background nor how she was hired. So, when pressed further, Hawley demands copies of meeting minutes and notes from the board to which the DHS Secretary tried to say there were none. But, that flies in the face of a tweet Jankowicz herself put out last week when she said she’s been working on the board for a couple of months.

The crazy part of the whole discussion still revolves around “what is disinformation?” And, as if to illustrate the stupidity of trying to install guard rails and policies, Twitter goes all-in with a beautiful example of it’s flawed censorship. The FDA just put out a statement that the Johnson & Johnson vaccine should no longer be given unless a patient has medical issues for not using the mRNA vaccines. It’s an actual press release from the FDA. However, when some new media agencies linked that story out on their feeds, those tweets were immediately given the FACT-CHECK FALSE label and wording from Twitter stating, “Misleading – Learn why health officials consider COVID-19 vaccines safe for most people.” It’s stunning to see what we have allowed to happen right before our very eyes. We do not need a Ministry of Truth.

We do no need to curtail the Freedom of Speech. We need more speech, not less. Those who fight against free speech are showing you their hand. They want control and dominance, not an open a fair playing field.

Finally, we get to the doxxing of the home addresses of Justices on the Supreme Court and how the White House won’t even condemn that. The far left activist group, Ruth Sent Us, is now paying protesters to actively harass and intimidate Justices at their homes, which is a violation of the law.

With each passing day, the midterms draw near. I feel like I say this a lot, but I think it should be said a lot. Elections matter and those who we send need to be thoroughly vetted. We need to be sure elected officials understand they are their to represent the will of the people and the uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. We do not need those who want to fundamentally transform this nation.

In today’s episode, I open with the newest announced primetime reality TV show, The January 6 Committee Hearings! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the Democrats have found the third leg of their midterm elections campaign and are sparing no expense in making it an extravaganza! First we had the Roe v. Wade leak, putting abortion on the table, then we have had mass-shootings, putting the gun control debate on the table. Now enter the third act in this twisted drama being perpetrated on the American people.

On the heels of Democrats hiring ABC veteran news director, James Goldston, to turn the proceedings into the primetime television event of the season, the New York Times has given us their gleeful plan for the fall. According to them, the January 6 hearings will “give Democrats a chance to recast the midterm message.”

Think about what they are admitting with that headline. They want to use the hearings as a way to “recast” the midterm message. They are admitting everything Joe Biden touches has turned rotten and they have no winning play heading into November. But, wait! Let’s hire a television news director to help us create a primetime special, with all of the reality of professional wrestling. Every Democrat running for office can then use it to remind their voters how all Republicans are seditious white supremacists.

Now we know, with these two moves, this committee has nothing substantive to deliver. They already have the legacy media on their side, ready to propagandize whatever grandstanding they were planning. They have Big Tech ready to suppress truth and promote the approved narrative. Why go through all this trouble to turn it into a primetime reality series unless they know they have nothing to run on in the Fall and are hoping this is their Hail Mary pass into the end zone?

The next topic moves to Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who cannot seem to figure out how to answer the questions being asked by reporters. Today’s romp into word salad and reading prepared sales pitches deals with Biden’s latest act of stupidity. Joe Biden has now invoked the Defense Production Act to build (wait for it)...solar panels! Yes, apparently there is some emergency in the solar panel sector requiring the President to invoke the Defense Production Act. What is that emergency? Well, you’ll have to hear KJP attempt to answer that, but don’t hold your breath. She is incapable of addressing the question, but we should never question her qualifications as a gay, black, female, immigrant.

What's even worse than KJP's babbling is Joe Biden’s fabrication over how he has produced the strongest, fastest, most wide-spread economic recovery America has ever experienced – with record jobs, record small businesses and wages rising. For any who believe this drivel, I only need 5 minutes to bring down that shameful house of cards.

Finally, to end on a positive note, I have two health stories, one on exercise shows to help grow and expand gray matter in your brain. Second, a new clinical trial of a cancer drug had a 100% success rate in those who participated.

Today is my first show back after the break at the end of the year and it is so good to be back. I open with the announcement from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau that he is going to resign from office in the coming months. The avowed Communist wanna-be has finally lost all remaining political capital and is choosing to step down.

We are also on the anniversary of the riots on the ground of the Capitol on January 6, 2021. No matter the spin, the lies, the propaganda or even wishing, J6 was not and never will be an insurrection. Not a single person was charged with that crime, let alone found guilty in a court of law. But, it doesn’t stop the Left and their shills from trying to keep that lie alive. What sad is it’s even coming from Democrat lawmakers and even the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States, AG Merrick Garland. As a bonus to the liars, I remind you how Rep. AOC tried to milk the event for sympathy, not realizing we would be able to check her schedule and discover she wasn’t even there.

The former Designated Liar, freshman Senator Adam “Lying Piece of” Schiff decided to weigh-in on the qualification of Kash Patel to be the head of the FBI. It’s funny how the party who embraces all elements of DEI have an issue with the brown-skinned nominee.

As we close, we get a quote from the Ragin’ Cajun himself, James Carville on what went wrong with the 2024 presidential election cycle. Apparently they just realized, demonizing Donald Trump was not a winning strategy, given their candidate never once told us anything about how she would be different than the mire Joe Biden had given us over the last four years.

Today we spend the entire episode breaking down The Twitter Files part 3, dealing with the shadow banning of President Donald J. Trump from early 2020 through his eventual expulsion after January 6, 2021. Matt Taibbi reveals Twitter was already affecting the election by turning on their “visibility filtering” on the President of the United States of America. With all of the other murderous, tin-horn, two-bit dictators around the world with their Twitter account intact, it was the leader of the free world who would find himself banned from being able to freely communicate with Americans.

Twitter folks inside knew they were making history by suspending the president. The breakdown of information is so in-depth, it’s almost dizzying to process it all. It seemed with each passing day, they were creating new rules, bots and algorithms to control speech – at least the free speech of Republicans and Trump supporters.

It’s clear upper level executives withing Twitter, like Yoel Roth, were meeting with DHS, the FBI and the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) on a weekly basis. At one point, Roth laments about how much time he’s spending with them and would sometimes “ghost” them (not responding to emails, voicemails or texts as though they were never received).

By the time January 6 arrived and the riots took place, Twitter had gotten to a place of such Orwellian self-delusion, they believed it was their solemn responsibility to control, as much as possible, what people could talk about, how often and with whom. It was groupthink on steroids. By the end of the frenzy over the course of January 6 through January 8, the millions of rules were reduced to basically one – we can moderate anyone we want for any reason we want without explanation.

As we close the show, I mention a fun tweet Elon Musk put out in the pre-dawn hours of Sunday, December 11. It was a single line: My pronouns are Prosecute/Fauci. While the Left is once again lighting their heads on fire, someone asked Musk if that tweet refers to an upcoming new release of Twitter files, and the simple reply was, yes.

Today opens with sound bites from Democrat Mayor Rolando Salinas of Eagle Pass, Texas. While Eric Adams, the mayor of New York City is crying over 10,000 illegals in one month, they have seen 5,000 a day in the last few days. It’s so bad, the mayor of Eagle Pass has declared a state of emergency. And, somewhat surprisingly, puts a good bit of the blame on the Biden administration.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre wants us to think Biden’s policies are great. In fact, she said Joe Biden is a president that has taken historic action. If that is the case, why is it worse than ever? On top of that, while she is saying he’s already done amazing things, Biden, in a speech today, said he’s powerless because of the “mega” Republicans. Someone better put these two people on the same page.

As I’ve said repeatedly, this is all happening by design. They want to flood the system and completely change the landscape forever. To give you a little insight into this liberal lunacy, I give you a short sound bite from comedian Louis CK. It’s stunning to see someone who has become immensely wealthy in our system of government suddenly turn on that very system as if it’s evil. It make no sense whatsoever.

And they are hypocrites down to their marrow. I play a clip of Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) from 2021 where she was begging all illegals to come to New York City. Now, less than two years later, she is telling them to go somewhere else. It’s liberal lunacy in action.

On top of that, Attorney General Ken Paxton from Texas just revealed his office cannot bring voter fraud cases to court any longer. An appeals court decided to rescind a long-standing law that made it one of his appointed duties. Now, it makes it illegal for him to bring forth voter fraud cases.

I told you yesterday about Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) who has unilaterally implemented automatic voter registration. I said I was pretty sure it was unconstitutional for his state. Turns out, I was exactly right. But, do you think that matters? In recognition of this obvious work by the Left to implement as much fraud as they can for the next election, my good buddy and parody-artist, Jim Gossett, brings us his version of YMCA.

The Washington Examiner put out a story this afternoon stating a third IRS official told the House Ways and Means Committee that US Attorney David Weiss was not allowed to act without permission from the DOJ Tax division. This runs contrary to what AG Merrick Garland testified to in the House this week.

Finally, I told you Joe Biden would still send money to Ukraine even though the Congress is saying no more. He just issued a memorandum giving the Secretary of State authority to fund Ukraine at least $128 million more dollars with promises of more to come. And if you think Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) put America first, you’d be mistaken. In fact, is seems much of our current body politic is very much America last.

Today I open with a discussion of the Supreme Court ruling that Affirmative Action rules for college admissions is unconstitutional. The first shot against the woke DEI movement that has been ramming itself down everyone’s throat has been heard. This should be a wake-up call that equity is the exact opposite of equality. However, my fear is, those institutions are just going to hide their bias even more.

Too many of our colleges and universities are no longer interested in taking in the best and the brightest and then giving them even more knowledge to then take into the workforce. Instead, they have become indoctrination and grooming centers where they can breed the woke agenda into people and send them out to destroy our country. They are only interested in finding weak, skulls full of mush and radicalizing them and then unleashing them into the workforce.

It explains why wokism and transgenderism is running rampant. These radical leftists want a communist utopia and believe the quickest ways to achieve that end is to plant communist seeds in every business and industry in our country. And to help fuel this movement, we have create the conditions where members of those groups get to receive special attention. A straight, white male is mocked and derided today, but if that person decides they are transgender, then the “white male” descriptors no longer apply. They have become a marginalized group and are therefore afforded an elevated status. It’s what happens when you place magical thinking over reality.

We have a story of one professor who was fired from Pennsylvania State University because of the original sin of being white. Another professor of biology with 20+ years of teaching was fired for teaching students the XX chromosomes in an embryo will lead to a female and XY will lead to a male. A long-standing professor of biology was fired for teaching facts!

And they are definitely coming after our children. In one pride march after another, chants of, “We’re here, we’re queer, we’re coming after your children,” are shockingly on display. They aren’t even bothering to lie about it anymore. There has always been a strong correlation of people fixated on transgenderism and drag to have a predilection for pedophilia. That’s why they keep pushing to normalize sexual relationships with children, calling it, minor attracted persons. In fact, just this week, a counselor at a school who helped to organize drag shows was arrested for having sexual relations with a 15 year old. Moms in LA’s Unified School District have had it and are not going to be silenced. They are tired of seeing their children being groomed.

What we ultimately have to realize is Leftists are always looking for the next target. Once they eliminate their target, they move to a new one. At some point, they will come after you or something you enjoy, like the wood fired pizza story we discussed yesterday. That’s why you cannot give these people and inch. The more you concede, the more they will take and then come back and demand even more.

Almost all of my show prep went out the window today after Hunter Biden pulled his latest stunt on the House Oversight Committee. For those who didn’t catch it, just as the committee was holding the debate over whether or not to hold Hunter Biden in contempt for the stunt he pulled in December by not showing up as required by subpoena, he walked into the proceeding. He literally walked into his own contempt of Congress hearing. He believes he is above the law and above reproach and enjoyed making a mockery of the proceeding. He did make a glaring error by telling a Fox News reporter as he was retreating from the building that most people pickup the phone when their dad calls.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) called out the stunt and said Hunter should be immediately arrested. Here is where I have to remind the audience that there isn't a contempt of Congress charge, yet. That's why they were meeting. If they pass it (which I believe they will), it then has to go to the DOJ for them to process and decide if they will follow through on an arrest. Let's see just how fairly AG Merrick Garland and the Democrats play this as opposed to January 6 subpoena subjects who were found in contempt.

Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) made some great points about how committees work, what Rep. Jaime Raskin (R-CA) stated when it related to January 6 and how Article 1 Section 6 of the Constitution works. He also stated the Florida Democrat representative Jared Moskowitz helped facilitate the Hunter Biden stunt, much like Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) aided and abetted Hunter with his first stunt back in December. Of course, Moskowitz, when asked by MSNBC, denied it, but praised Hunter for his performance and suggested Republicans should have been prepared for his bit of theater.

Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) put forth an articulate explanation for why Hunter should not be allowed to consider himself like a prince and outside the laws of the United States. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said much the same, but in a less subtle way.

Happening in a separate hearing, a call to see if Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas can be placed under an impeachment inquiry. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) asked for their expert witnesses to give their thoughts and they each said Mayorkas should be impeached.

You may have missed it, but Ray Epps, a J6 provocateur and a long believed Fed asset was sentenced yesterday. Oh, he's not going to serve any jail time. Nope. Just a small fine and some community service. Just go ahead and confirm he is a Fed without using those words. By way of comparison, we look at a sentencing today of an independent journalist who was at the Capitol on January 6. It seems our justice system hands out sentences based on whether or not you are in support of the official state narrative or if you are trying to get to the truth. Truth tellers are being shown, the First Amendment will not apply and they will be met with much more harsh sentencing.

Today’s show opens with a comment from Donald Trump after being arrested, his mugshot taken and posting a cash bond for release. It’s a sad day for our country and the rest of the world is both laughing at us and shaking their heads. Yet it seems, in the wake of the mugshot being released, the desired effect by these petulant and lawless collaborators seems to be exactly the opposite.

To understand how nefarious these events are, we need to look back at recent history in Georgia – first by just a few months, then a few years. In May of 2023, while is went mostly unnoticed, a major victory was had in a Georgia Court of Appeals. While two initial lawsuits were struck down for lack of standing, thanks to an unrelated ruling by the GA Supreme Court saying an individual can have standing on public matters, the case of Favorito v. Wan and Jeffords v. Fulton County can now move forward.

There is another sticking point. The judge that oversaw the big Fani Willis indictments out the Fulton County Grand jury is the judge who is supposed to hear the case. He has not. Judge McBurney has even received a motion to recuse because of his obvious bias and he has been sitting on it in an obvious move to stonewall the case. But, at some point, a forensic audit of the ballots in Fulton County will have to come to light.

I then remind the audience about an investigation in December of 2020 where over 1,700 Georgians were singled out for illegally casting two ballots, but nothing was ever done. In fact, their votes were never canceled out, according to state election officials.

Now let’s look at the reason Fani Willis started her investigation. Remember the phone call Trump had with GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger where he supposedly demanded they find 11,800 votes? How many remember that being a lie? Raffensperger and his aide, Jordan Fuchs, saying that’s what Trump said, but didn’t have a recording?

How many remember that very recording being found two months later in the recycle bin of a laptop? Turns out, all news entities that reported the demand to find votes had to print a retraction. But it was small and most of you might not even have known they ever did. You know who else acts like she didn’t know it was a lie? Fani Willis. Her entire case is built upon the fabricated story.

What’s worse, Raffesperger had a meeting two weeks before the call with Catherine Engelbrecht, Founder of True the Vote. They both agreed there were at least 67,000 people who voted who were ineligible to cast a ballot. He knew that before the Trump call and then said Trump was fooling himself into thinking there was enough fraud to overcome the 11,799 margin by which Biden won the state. It’s disgusting and infuriating!

Investigative reporter Natalie Winters found out Fani Willis’s campaign director became Joe Biden’s coordinated campaign director for Georgia in 2020 and he had vowed to “take down Trump” as far back as 2017. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) issued a letter to Fani Willis regarding the indicment, indicating Congress was going to be investigating it. Even Tulsi Gabbard commented how Democrats are not looking out for the interests of our country or our democracy.

Washington Post columnist Henry Olsen suddenly changed his tune and thinks Joe and Hunter Biden need to be investigated. What’s going on there? The Leftist rag dedicated to being one of the loudest propagandists of the Left is printing stories about the need for a focused look at the alleged illegal activity?

At the same time, the FDA is trying to convince us there is no need for clinical trial for any annual Covid boosters, regardless of how they have been altered. They liken it to the annual flu shot. However, Dr. Vinay Prasad points out that there must be clinical trials and even the annual flu vaccine goes through randomized control testing.

And, on the subject of the vaxx, the CDC admits that the variant BA.2.86, dubbed “Pirola”, may be causing increased infection among those who have received the Covid vaccine. Of course, this audience has know about the vaccine’s negative efficacy for a long time. To add to this, in Japan, Dr. Masanori Fukushima, Professor Emeritus at Kyoto University went off on the government of Japan for hiding the negative effects and lying to the people. His observations track with everything I’ve been telling you for months and months.

Finally, a Lahaina resident tells Joe Biden to get lost, though she uses more colorful language. The Democrats may be losing the blue state of Hawaii if she represents the current views of the rest of the citizenry at the failure of government to do it’s job and protect the people. They may have to get busy stuffing more ballots and rigging more elections if they start to lose their base like this.

Today’s show continues to look at just how bad the Senate border bill is and more fallout as people read it for themselves. I spend time going through what Senator Mike Lee has dubbed, “The Dirty Dozen,” problems he and his team have gleaned when pouring through the bill. Listeners to this show will be happy to note, his words echo what I brought you on yesterday’s analysis of the bill. Even Donald Trump calls this bill a trap, while Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell now seems to be throwing Oklahoma Senator Lankford under the bus after tasking him with negotiating the bill in the first place.

President Biden has told us about a particular super power he has. According to Biden, he told us about having a meeting at the G7 right after his election and mentioning to French president Mitterrand that the U.S. is back! This would have been 2021. Unfortunately, French president Mitterrand has been dead since 1996. But, hey, maybe Madam LaSolda works with him in the Oval Office, which might explain how he goes about making his policy decisions.

Mollie Hemingway, Editor-in-Chief of The Federalist weighed-in on her thoughts on a recent poll that said if Trump were to be convicted, Joe Biden would lead in the polls by two points. Hemingway states that as we continue to see the lawfare play out and the problems these individual DA’s and prosecutors have found themselves in, people are beginning to see this is nothing more than Banana Republic tactics. Maybe that’s why the regime needs to bolster the voting rolls with all of the illegals?

Speaking of a DA with issues, a state supreme court judge in New York just virtually slapped DA Alvin Bragg on a case involved two people who bought forged vaccines cards so they could remain gainfully employed and enrolled in school. Yes, the guy who let illegals out on the street hours after beating up two NYC cops and who let’s dangerous criminals off with no punishments, wanted to push felony charges on people who paid for a fake vaccine card. The judge dismissed the charges and gave Bragg and his department a good tongue-lashing.

Shifting to the topic of journalism. It seems CNN has lost their collective minds over someone setting up an appointment to sit down and interview a world leader. Heave forbid someone who considers themselves to be in the “news” business, make a point to chase actual news! However, with all of the vim and spin we’ve come to expect from the propaganda wing of the Democrat party, CNN is trying to discredit Tucker Carlson before he can even air the first word. I think it’s funny how they try to paint Carlson as a Putin pet, when they are missing the bigger story and picture. Carlson likes to call balls and strikes and if you are going to fawn over Zelenskyy, the least you should do is make an attempt to get some information from the other side. It’s not about love or hate, but asking questions from all parties to give the American voter more information to consider, not less.

Finally, with polls in the sewer, Biden recently made a speech where he wants you to believe he loves all Americans equally. He has never said or done anything to make you believe he thinks of you as his adversary or his enemy. Just remember, to buy that, you have to forget everything he has ever said against half of the electorate since the 2020 election and before.

Today’s show looks at the element of silence. First, we have Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). The House physician has cleared him for continued work, saying light-headedness is natural after a concussion. Plus, dehydration can be a factor. Does anyone believe that? In honor of this type of silence, we turn to comedian Jim Gossett who brings us his rendition of “The Sound of Silence.”

The next bit of silence is the under-reported story of inflation, gas prices, food prices and wages that have slipped since Biden took office. Along with that, 61% of American households are now living paycheck-to-paycheck and credit card debt has broken record ground at over a trillion dollars. But Lael Brainard on Biden’s economic advisory team wants you to be thankful that price at the pump isn’t as bad as it was last summer. Remember, the average price of gasoline before Joe took over was $2.39/gallon and today it is $3.81/gallon.

GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger quietly had to admit in court today that Donald Trump never asked him to “find 11,800 votes”, never asked him to fabricate votes, never asked him to betray his oath of office and never told him to declare him the winner in Georgia. Every lie he allowed to float around until the recorded phone call with Trump was discovered had to be denied today in front of Fulton County DA Fani Willis.

Victor Davis Hanson pens a piece where he discusses the silence of the Legacy/mainstream media as they moved from one hoax after another. They are quick to shout about the latest fabrications being hurled at Donald Trump and when they are found to be without substance, they simply move to the next one. Never an apology. Never a peep from them about being wrong. When the overwhelming mountain of evidence becomes impossible to ignore, the propagandists in the media will wait to get word that Joe is being cut-loose and then will they finally report on it. But, they will never apologize for not doing it sooner.

But, Miranda Devine has a piece in the NY Post saying she believes American’s are starting to see the truth for themselves. Thanks to this show and so many like it, the word is getting past the gatekeepers in Legacy/mainstream media.

Want to get a sense of what white elitists on the Left think about black Americans. We get a peek into what they truly believe, but generally never state aloud. John Mellencamp was with Bill Maher and when he said no more than 1%-2% of black Americans are better off today than the day’s of slavery, not even Maher would let that stand.

We then move to the dumbest items of the week. First, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre literally said Joe Biden has done more for border security than anyone. She says this as the far Left rag Washington Post puts out the following headline, “Families crossing U.S. border illegally reached all-time high in August.” Second, Joe Biden has renamed our Transportation Secretary. He introduced Mayor Pete as “Secretary BootyJuice.” Sometimes the jokes just write themselves.

Finally, I close with a read of a recent essay by Sam Janney, aka The Foo, aka @PolitiBunny on X. She is a senior editor for Twitchy and her piece was titled, “I”m about to tell the truthy. QUICK, ALERT THE AUTHORITIES!” It is a great read and sums up what people like me and her are up against in this world of cancel-culture and censorship. That’s why it is so important to support our shows so there will be an outlet for truth-telling and exposing the corrupting that has been allowed to fester in our Republic for far too long.

On today’s show, I first open with a recognition that it was one year ago today we abandoned the country of Afghanistan in one of the worst foreign policy debacles in our nation’s history. But, don’t take my word for it. We turn to Jake Tapper of CNN to tell you that for himself.

Then we continue to see how the FBI and DOJ narrative keeps changing before our very eyes. What started off as an issue regarding presidential records, changed to nuclear weapons related information to now possession of Top Secret SCI documents. And, while they keep changing the target, we find out the search warrant literally allowed agents to seize any and all documents from the time Donald Trump was sworn into office to the time he left. What happened to the “specific” and “targeted” reason for the search? Seems like they went on a giant fishing expedition.

The real crux of the matter is any president, while in office, has the power to classify and declassify anything they want. This is not new, but we cannot expect the Legacy media to tell us this information. It’s better to play games with hyperbole, preying on the ignorance of others to paint a wild and crazy scenario of a man out to jeopardize our national security.

Ken Dilanian, intelligence and national security correspondent for NBC New (and a massive pusher of the Russian Collusion Hoax, was on with Andrea Mitchell this weekend. He told just enough truth to pull the audience in and then went on wild fictional fantasy to scare the people watching. Thankfully, having a background in naval intelligence, I am able to point out his fallacious examples and how the intel community really works.

We then hear from one of Donald Trump’s former security advisers, Kash Patel, who reminds the American people of the power of the president to declassify anything they want. He also points out how the FBI did not come anywhere close to this course of action with Hillary Clinton while she was in possession similar Top Secret documents. Keep in mind, while a president has the power to declassify anything, a Secretary of State cannot.

Joe Scarborough had the stones to bring on disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok on the Morning Joe to tell how how the FBI never plays favorites. He then went on to slur the right, mocked the former president and lied about treating all parties the same.

If you doubt the purity of the FBI, we cut to a congressional hearing where former CBS journalist Sharyl Attkisson was testifying on how they caught the FBI trying to hack her laptop and later tried to plant child porn on her husband’s PC. So, yes, there are issues when it comes to the power and the audacity of some of the folks within the FBI and other agencies within the Executive Branch.

We wrap up with Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) who reminds us how the Left creates and promotes propaganda. He then says at least 14 agents within the FBI have come to his office as whistleblowers, upset at the political agenda within the Bureau.

Then I ask, how does mass chaos, violence and continued lawlessness help to achieve those ends? The mayor of Atlanta, in the wake of all the violence, decides to go after the governor for calling out the National Guard to restore order. We are still in the wake of the killing of an innocent 8 year old black girl and so many won't remember her name because it doesn't fit the narrative. It feels like democrat leaders want the chaos and disruption to continue in an effort to hurt the president. 

The conversation roles back to a huge spike in testing and how it reminded me of the movie Sneakers. The self-fulfilling prophecy is at work here in the United States, thanks to the non-stop hype and hysteria generated by click-bait headlines.

The conversation then moves to the rise of "intellectuals" in the Ivory Tower and how we give them far too much power and authority. I ask why we lack a healthy sense of curiosity and an even healthier dose of skepticism?

I got to start off the month of April by filling-in on the nationally syndicated Erick Erickson Show and once again had a blast. I always remove the news and the commercial breaks for you, but I know that can also make the show feel like it jumps around a bit. The on-air format for Erick's show is different than my own and I must respect it. They like to jump to more topics in shorter segments. I also had several callers today, which I always enjoy.

The show opened with my reflection on Eaaster and how those in power were threatened by Jesus. This becomes the launching point for how the elites today are threatened by allowing us to have the ability to think for ourselves and to openly speak our minds. This is why so many of them are against the Bill of Rights. I cover a host of topics, but almost all of them centering around how the elected leadership today wants to rule, not represent and they want to be able to ignore the freedoms guaranteed in our Constitution. I end with a back and forth exchange between a self-righteous BBC reporter getting school by the President of Guyana.

I had the chance to talk again with the CEO of the Cartersville Medical Center, Chris Mosley, about the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and how it is being handled by the hospital. We spent a good amount of time encouraging the community to not forego medical appointments or trips to the ER. There is no reason to fear being infected by going to the doctor or the hospital. With increased testing, the numbers of infections rises, but the hospitalizations remains very low and the mortality has been non-existent for almost a month. If listeners have any kind of medical issue, especially an emergency, the message is to immediately seek attention. Don't delay getting to the doctor or to the emergency room as you could end up succumbing to more serious health complications. 

Today's show opens with a quick look to the Kari Lake lawsuit, which we just find will go forward. Kattie Hobbs tried to have the case dismissed, but a judge is allowing a pair of charges to go forward. As Kari Lake tweets, Kattie Hobbs is now going to have to take the stand and defend her actions in the midterms election.

Next, we have to spend a few minutes recapping the bonus episode of the January 6 Committee where the Kangaroo Court, short on time as the new Congress starts on January 3rd, 2023, had to announce their bogus charges for criminal referral. The committee never once bothered to present themselves as fair or unbiased. They always intended to recommend charges and yesterday was their final chance to do it. In all likelihood, the new Congress will rescind the referrals.

Plus, the idea the DOJ would move forward on such anemic charges, as much as they might want to, is laughable. They know they would never stand up to appeal, even if they got initial convictions inside a DC courtroom. The political move is going to die where it sits, just like every other bogus charge that's been brought to bear on Donald Trump.

We then spend the remainder of the episode looking at the latest release of information from Twitter. Michael Shellenberger dropped the Twitter Files part 7 yesterday just after I completed the show. It dives into deeper detail the intelligence operation that was set in motion in December of 2019. That operation was to convince, through both collaboration and intimidation, Twitter (and other Big Tech companies) that a Russian hacking group would be dropping fake information before the 2020 presidential election.

The FBI knew the Hunter Biden laptop was real and rather than go after the actual crimes indicated on the hard drive, they chose to implement an operation to discredit it, showing how they wanted to protect the Biden Crime Family and oust a sitting president. It's a blatant overreach of power and scope with wanton disregard for our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.

Today’s show opens with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News items, which had a few items that came directly from reactions to last night’s State of the Union 2024 speech. After we run through that, it’s time to dive into the main topic of the show, the SOTU 2024.

Next, I chose to go through my X timeline in real-time to give you a sense of my immediate reactions as I was listening to Joe Biden deliver his speech. It was the most divisive and non-statesman-like speech I have ever heard any president give in my lifetime. It was a State of the Democrat Party speech or a State of his Campaign speech, but it was nothing close to a State of the Union speech.

I then play quotes from CNN that immediately followed the speech and how they mirrored my own observations. It’s stunning to see how even Leftist cable news agencies saw it the same way.

One of the biggest gaffes made by Biden related to a challenge from Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene to say the name of Laken Riley, who was bludgeoned to death by an illegal. Biden was goaded into saying “Lincoln” Riley was killed by an illegal, but then deflected to how many Americans are killed by non-illegals and that he feels for Riley’s parents because he lost a kid too. You cannot make this up.

However, the Left saw the gaffe differently. They were really angry that Biden used the word “illegal.” In bite after bite, the Left seems bent on apologizing to the murderer for making him feel bad by the President calling him an illegal. Just evil and devoid of any sense of reality.

I call balls and strikes on this show and I have to throw the GOP response under the bus, too. Senator Katie Britt was chosen to give the response and while I was fine with her starting with setting a dark and depressing tone, I quickly realized we were going to then get 10 minutes of a B-grade, unknown actress trying to be dramatic in her first role on a Hallmark movie-of-the-week. It was over-acted, melodramatic and lacked giving us any kind of a positive vision for the future. The GOP missed a perfect opportunity to provide a contrast to what Biden just put us through.

The Legacy/mainstream media got their memo on how to describe last night’s SOTU. Multiple outlets all used the phrase “...firey State of the Union Speech…”. The collusion is too easy to see once you know how to read them.

Finally, I close with a piece in The Federalist written by Shawn Fleetwood did a magnificent jobs of listing the 30 biggest lies contained in the speech. I covered many of them in my show, but the list covers some I didn’t get to.

In this episode, I take a moment to remember one of the great speeches of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Not his, "I Have a Dream," speech -- which is marvelous in and of itself. Instead, my favorite is one that very few know and is rarely heard. It is his street sweeper speech.

However, to fully understand the impact and see it's relevance for today, we need to remind ourselves just how weak we have become. First, I quote from a person who works in a "Big Tech" firm, explaining what it is like to work there. The atmosphere is heavy, depressive, anxiety-inducing and bleak due to the take-over of the woke mindset. The Millennials and the Gen-Z workforce has been so insulated from any real adversity for so long, they lack even the simplest of coping mechanisms to deal with the real world. They were insulated and protected for so long, never given the chance to fail and learn from failure at a young age. It's no wonder we are seeing mental health issues, specifically around depression, anxiety and even suicide, at startling highs for our nation.

All societies and civilizations have ebbs and flows. One way of tracking this cycle is looking at the fortitude of the population. A weak population creates hard times; hard times lead to a stronger population; a stronger population leads to good times; good times leads to weakness. Strength does not come for rewarding mediocrity or assigning greatness without an accomplishment. It comes from being battle-tested and scarred from the trials and tribulations of the real world.

Which brings us to Dr. King's street sweeper speech. After playing the first part of the speech, heard in the context of our current society, isn't more important than ever to stop the coddling, stop rewarding the bed-wetters while punishing the successful? If you don't have real experience on which to draw, you will lose control in a short amount of time.

In this episode I remind the audience how new media seems to always be 12 to 18 months ahead of mainstream outlets. At the start of the pandemic, any discussion over the virus being created in a lab would get you de-platformed. Discussion of gain-of-function research was dismissed as conspiracy theory. Suggesting the vaccine isn't the one-size-fits-all answer and we will not get to Covid zero would get you thrown into social media jail.

Journalists are supposed to be interested in the truth. Or, at the very least, factual information. Oftentimes, there will be conflicting information or dissenting opinions. The journalist should be there to present the information in a way that gives us a chance to hear all sides and make up our own minds. However, when they take their marching orders from the upper echelon of the Democrat party or public health without any skepticism, we are no longer getting news -- we are getting propaganda.

Our leaders in public health and the Democrat party have gotten so many things wrong with the response to Covid, but continue to demand blind loyalty and obedience. President Biden made a plea today to social media and media outlets to stop all "disinformation or misinformation" from airing on their platforms. With all they have gotten wrong before, why wouldn't we demand to know more information and not the same talking points regurgitated day after day? How much longer can they continue to be wrong and retain any credibility whatsoever?

In this episode, I conclude the Biden press conference was an epic fail. The analysis begins with the first question asked by a pre-selected reporter. Did this administration over-promise on their agenda? Incredulously, with all of the horrible news hitting the Administration, President Biden says he over-performed what anyone thought he would do. It's amazing the self-delusion that was on display for the world to see.

I use several of his answers to point out what an addled and ineffectual President we have. Perhaps the most dangerous example over the course of his Q&A was about a possible Russian incursion into Ukraine. After hemming and hawing, he uttered the words, "It's one thing if it's a minor incursion..." How does the leader of the free world give what is basically the green-light to Russia for a "minor" incursion? Even the president of Ukraine fired off a tweet saying no incursion is "minor."

Ultimately, this Administration continues to show it is completely devoid of anyone in touch with reality. If Joe Biden believes he has done more in his first year than any other American president, we are already in trouble. The only way that metric is correct is if his measurement is not on putting America first, but rather destroying it. If that really is his goal, then he is right, he has done more in one year than any other President in my lifetime to achieve that aim.

I waited as long as I could to see if the judge in the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was going to release the affidavits behind the search warrant, but they still had not. However, I find it interesting how after they have changed their narratives multiple times and only leak information they want released, it’s the DOJ who is fighting to prevent the full release. We have heard from many on the Left, if we have nothing to hide, why would we be worried about a search? If we didn’t cheat on our taxes, why worry about being audited? Well, if the DOJ and the FBI did nothing wrong, why not release all of their supporting evidence for the raid?

What is interesting is how Newsweek is now saying the raid wasn’t about any of the documents previously leaked or stated, but instead had to do with documents Trump may have related to the Russian collusion hoax. If that’s the case, what we have is the use of the FBI and the DOJ to stop the presumptive front-runner (if he were to announce running) from having information damaging to the democrats and all involved in the Russia-gate hoax. Think about that for a moment and let that sink into your mind. The current regime was so worried Trump could weaponize all of their lies, manipulation and smears they levied against him as part of his 2024 campaign and was willing to raid his home to confiscate those documents. If the leaks to Newsweek are to be believed, AG Garland’s unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful raid was to retrieve records that are politically damaging to former President Obama, President Biden, Hillary Clinton and the upper echelon of the intelligence community, to include the FBI.

Senator Rand Paul believes the burden in on the FBI to justify the Mar-a-Lago raid to prove it was not “politically” motivated. It’s going to be hard to do if the leaks to Newsweek end up being accurate. Remember, though, we are told the FBI never takes sides, treats all parties the same and would not knowingly allow harm to come to fellow Americans through their actions or inactions, right?

Let’s shift the story and see how you feel.

USA Today’s headline, ‘They left us at the disposal of a predator’: How the FBI failed US gymnasts. 13 U.S. gymnasts (most under-aged at the time) asked the FBI for help as they were sexually assaulted by team doctor Larry Nassar, but their pleas were ignored for nearly two years. They are rightfully suing the Bureau for $130 million in compensation for pain and suffering. Add to it another story, this time from the Washington Post. The headline, Gymnasts sue FBI for $1billion over mishandling of Larry Nassar case. In this story, 90 women filed a the lawsuit (to include the 13 from the USA Today story), bringing their pain and suffering claims up to one billion dollars! The suit evokes the 1946 Federal Tort Claims Act that makes the United States liable for injuries “caused by the negligent or wrongful act or omission of any employee of the Government while acting within the scope of his office or employment.”

Still think the FBI is not above ignoring some while protecting others? Still think there isn’t anything to see here related to Donald Trump?

American philosopher Sam Harris might as well have hit his own self-destruct button on his career in a recent interview. He literally said, because Trump was such a threat, it was okay for the Left to do whatever it took to keep him out of office. His exact quote, “Taking down the New York Post’s [Hunter Biden laptop story]? That’s a Left-wing conspiracy to deny the presidency to Donald Trump. Absolutely it was. But, I think it was warranted.” He echoes the words of Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) in her concession speech where she was, and still is, determined to do whatever it takes to keep Trump out of office. Sam Harris seems okay, just this one time, pretending there is no Constitution, there is no rule of law, there is no tradition or precedent to keep them from doing what was “warranted” to keep Orange Man Bad out of office.

Add to it a dust-up with Harriet Hageman, the woman who beat the pants off of Liz Cheney. She stated she never got a message from Cheney conceding the election. Someone from Cheney’s team called her a liar saying a message was sent. Stephen Hayes, Editor/CEO of The Dispatch and an NBC News political analyst, put all of his journalistic skills to work and put out a horrible tweet about Hageman being a perpetual liar and she was doing whatever she had to to win MAGApplause. When Hageman’s team released video of the phone message, showing it was only :02 seconds with no content, he waited until the following day to apologize. He didn’t take back all of the slanderous accusations about her, just stated he now realizes she was telling the truth. The no-apology apology. Once again, this seems to be the status quo for what we are calling journalism today.

Finally, it looks as though CNN’s Brian Stelter is out of a job. His weekend show has been canceled and he is being terminated from his employment. He tried over the last few months to attempt some journalism, but it was too little too late and is now gone. We can only hope this is heard by others in media to remind them of their job to be reporters of truth, not spreaders of propaganda. But as illustrated above with Stephen Hayes, that seems like an impossible habit for them to break.

Today’s show opens with me sharing my weekend trip to Providence Canyon State Park in SW Georgia. This also leads to me telling newer members of the listening audience about why I call myself a Constitutionalist and why I do what I do each and every day behind the microphone.

My opening topic deals with the death of a UGA college student who was bludgeoned to death at the hands of a known, repeat criminal illegal immigrant. ICE was aware of him. New York was aware of him. And the state of Georgia was aware. Yet, he was repeatedly released back into society to commit more crime and this time it lead to the murder of a 22 year old nursing student. Suddenly, the border crisis has a face, a name and a story. It should not have taken that, but here we are. Now, after more than three years of ignoring the crisis he created, Joe Biden plans to do a campaign speech at the border on Thursday.

It appears the Penn Biden Center decided to destroy all the visitors logs. Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation revealed that while over 600 classified documents were illegally kept in the office on campus in unlocked cabinets, whatever logs that had been in place to know who may have access to those documents, no longer exists. Who ordered the logs to be destroyed?

The NYTimes committed a random act of journalism by reporting on how the CIA has been working deeply with Ukraine since 2014. The report details what can only be thought of as a shadow war on Russia, carried out by the CIA through our Ukraine proxy. Imagine how Americans would react if we found out Iran’s IRCG had worked with Mexico to put up spy bases all along our southern border? I’m not trying to excuse Putin, but I am trying to keep the reality of the big picture firmly in focus. Everything this woke, Marxist, Leftist regime believes they are doing to ease tensions, only ends up making them much worse.

A hot mic on an open tarmac caught an exchange with President Biden, VP Harris and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. In professional wrestling like terms, they were caught scripting the White House’s language around whether or not they play to actually implement and reforms at the border. It’s a game they are playing. But, unlike wrestling where it’s all for fun, their games cause nothing but pain and misery.

Because Biden handles himself so poorly, former Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill went on MSNBC’s The Morning Joe and said all newspapers in America need to stop fact-checking Joe Biden and go after Donald Trump. In similar fashion, DNC Chair Jaime Harrison told MSNBC that Joe Biden has done more in three years than most presidents have done in 8. If he means in terms of damage and destruction, I am in total agreement.

In a bit of a news round-up, my buddy Steve Baker got word from the FBI that he would have to turn himself in this week. He still does not know the charges, but would let us know when it happens. RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel says she is officially stepping down after Super Tuesday. Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, stated UNRWA is a functioning arm of Hamas, thereby making it a terrorist organization. And, Prime Minister Netanyahu is not stopping the operation of crushing the entirety of Hamas. 

Finally, I have heard some say I use the expression “ladies and gentlemen” a lot throughout the course of the show. I have tried to pull back a little, but I explain why I started doing it in the first place. While I respect everyone’s right to live how they choose, so long as they are not trampling on the rights of others, I will not be forced to accept someone else’s delusions as my reality. You are free to live in a make-believe world and I am free to reject it.
