One reason he became a lawyer was because he saw the impact even a minor legal issue can have on hard-working people. Because lawyers are so expensive, most people have their issues go unresolved, so their access to the legal system is effectively denied. So our system is becoming a system where the rich buy access to justice, the poor can get pro-bono legal help, but everyone in the middle—regular working people and small business owners, just get left out, and that’s not right….. She has experienced the family court system through her husband’s custody battle and is here to share how stepparents are treated in the family court system. She shares her experience in order to help other parents and stepparents; assuring them they are not alone in their fight. Gemma also gave important tips on reading custody orders. She stresses the importance of this as a county can delete or change just a sentence which will affect the whole family and who has legal custody as well. Also, judges falsely apply the 16-factors to the "unfit" parent....It is also very important to show support as a court watcher to others going through custody hearings, Gemma explains, as good, fit parent need to know they have the support of others. She also touched upon the school districts where they will interfere when they shouldn't. Gemma explained how they had over-stepped their bounds with one of the child's lunches and that led to a CPS issue. Thankfully that was easily resolved. Making and keeping a commitment to your spouse during this stressful time is very important, Gemma stated as she watched her husband go through the family court system. You are now in it for, "the long haul." Gemma also touched upon the importance of understanding what it is supposed to mean to be a sincere advocate for families, discuss 50/50 custody, and about how children’s voices are silenced, forcing to endure abusive environments.

His slogan is "Future Forward Together," and this is very important to all of us. Mark addressed several issues that are important to his candidacy. Mark would like to introduce a Family Law Bill of Rights and this bill should go through the House and the Senate as some/most parents have gone through the Family Court system. We all have in common in Family Law: the Title IV-D funding that the Federal Government pays to each district to each community, to help them implement laws and enforce laws against families. They get serious bonuses for removing children through CPS, finding them foster parents and especially when they adopt them out after a two year period. Mark also spoke on how America was grown on the stability of the family. The Bradley Act guts this inadvertently. Lawyers that ended up being politicians, other politicians as well, Bradley was a Governor, they found out that if we get them into court as lawyers, and we keep them fighting all the time and we can break this up, we can keep getting funding. Keeping someone fighting for their financial benefit is WRONG. Judges have immunity? This was a great discussion as judges made this up themselves. The wolf is guarding the hen house. There needs to be judicial accountability. The children do not have a voice. Mark wants to be a candidate who stands up for the children and families as they are hurting the most. Mark also talked about how the Federal Government is denying water in the San Joaquin Valley for their crops. Farmers should be able to get water for their crops. We should be able to help farmers get their water at a fair price. The January 6th Insurrection should be looked into. Mark is of a clear mind that anyone in the House, Senate, anyone who participated in this treasonous action should be impeached from their position. Great discussion of a new and up coming candidate with excellent ideas and explained so thoroughly.

Judith explains that there is a new level of service being offered to the legal community users, which is the Paraprofessional. This is completely rocking the world of attorneys because it is taking from them the most two sacred aspects of their services: Providing legal advice AND showing up in court with a Pro Per/Pro Se litigant. Washington State was the first state with Paraprofessionals however, now they are discontinuing licenses. Utah and Nevada have already instituted this newly credentialed person and the attorneys have brought it on themselves by OVERCHARGING and badly representing their own clients. The concept is to provide access to the legal system to people who cannot afford $400.00 per hour. Judith explains the pros and cons to the Paraprofessional. Judith encourages the public to look for lawyers that are ethical. For instance, in a divorce, you can control when you file for divorce and you can control the speed of the divorce. If a person goes through the emotions and grief stages, divorce becomes a new beginning. If your attorney is going to engage in this conversation with you, then you have a good attorney. There should be no need for Father's Rights attorneys, as children need both parents have become the topic. Collusion, bias and the unethical behaviors of attorneys was heavily discussed from attorneys creating emotional pain and then compounding the emotional pain by unethical frivolous filings and continuances. The bar must be raised on attorney ethics.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back book author, Michael Sayen to the show. He was last on, on January 19th, 2022, Season 3, Episode #9. Michael explains contracts and covenants. The truth is, our culture is not compatible with proper family law. The most important thing is to look at marriage and divorce biblically and covenantally. I strive for laws that are biblically accurate. 50/50 shared custody is not a biblical approach to family law. It’s a band-aid approach to our current system. It just says, women can’t have their cake and eat it, too. They can’t expect there to be “no-fault” divorce and not apply the fair and good faith principles of contract law. They want to apply “equity” to “no-fault divorce,” however, these laws cannot legally be looked at it that way because, marriage is a contract here in America (marriage license). Contracts are protected by the constitution from government interference. No state shall pass any Law impairing the obligation of contracts (Contract Clause - Article I, Section 10). Furthermore, not all civil divorce and remarriage situations are considered adultery in the Bible. However, the far majority of them are. Only those who have not been properly released from their vows (promise and obligations) by the proper nullifying the marriage contract. The woman is responsible for her acceptance of the covenant. “Who forsakes the companion of her youth, And forgets the covenant of her God” NKJV (Proverbs 2:17). You can’t have a biblically recognized divorce, but still have contractual obligations. It simply doesn’t work that way. Adultery means, the marriage covenant has not been nullified. It is still active in the eyes of God and will be used against you on judgement day. Only the man was allowed to initiate the divorce. And it was only allowed to be voided if the wife committed adultery in the marriage. Or, some form of sexual immorality by defiling herself and breaking the one-flesh commitment. Natalia Dalton Shares Her Story Of Unfairness In Family Court And How The Court Is Failing her Son

Slam the Gavel welcomes Natalia Dalton And Chris DeVol to the show. Natalia shares her incredibly unfair story of a mother taken away from her son. Natalia Dalton is from Alexandria, Virginia and had a son with an ex-boyfriend in 2008. Since the child had been six years of age, Natalia had physical custody. However, when she started to see her son acting aggressively after returning from his visits with dad, Natalia sought help in the court in 2014. The court, instead of investigating the causes of her son's behavior, they instead fixated themselves on Natalia Dalton. She then became a Target Parent. In a status conference, the opposing attorney filed an Emergency Motion to SWITCH CUSTODY because he claimed that Natalia had come to her son's school barefoot. Natalia states this never has happened and she was not even at the conference. This motion was granted. Natalia has found herself only allowed two, three-hour sessions per month to see her son to the tune of $300.00 per session. Natalia's ex complained that she was rude to a doctor. Unfortunately, there was a court order in place which forbade Natalia to communicate with doctors regarding her son's health. After Natalia had sent out four emails when she became very concerned about the medication, the physician changed the medication. But in retaliation, the judge SENTENCED her to FIVE days in JAIL for violating the court order. Natalia states, "I have this constant ache in my heart," and "I find myself crying more than usual because of how unfair it is that I can't see my son."

"The Brave Movement," is a survivor-centered global movement fighting to end childhood sexual violence. Prevention to protect and reduce risk, Healing for victims, survivors and their families and Justice for victims and survivors as well as accountability for offenders and institutions who covered up the abuse. It is important to know that child sexual abuse comes in all forms and it doesn't matter of the age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality or economic status. This can happen anywhere either in homes, schools, places of worship community, sports and especially online/social media, which is unregulated and must be held accountable. About 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 13 boys experience child sexual abuse at some point in childhood. This public health crisis has been put on the backburner for too long and was only exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Disruptions in routine, isolation, more time spent at home and online, financial insecurity, stress, and anxiety increased the risk and incidents of violence against children. The data shows COVID-19 has disproportionately impacted communities of color, further exposing longtime racial inequities. We also know that longstanding structural barriers have made it more difficult for Black and Indigenous communities to access a variety of critical services focused on prevention, healing, and justice to end child sexual violence. In some cases, the systems designed to protect individuals and families have actually caused harm and exacerbated existing inequities. This is unacceptable. Slam the Gavel welcomes Peggi Wegener. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and has been a psychotherapist for 35 years. She has extensive experience in suicide prevention/crisis intervention and adult mental health and wellness including the treatment of stress, depression, anxiety, abuse/trauma, grief and more. She obtained certification as a TRE Provider in 2017 and was invited to become a TRE Provider Trainer. She began that certification process in 2020 and expects to complete it in 2022. Peggi loves teaching TRE because, not only is it effective in reducing muscle tension, calming the nervous system and building resiliency, it is also self-empowering and self-initiating -- once learned, a person can continue to use TRE on his/her own without being dependent on a practitioner. Using TRE at least twice a week as maintenance for her own nervous system Peggi has experienced better sleep, more patience with normal irritations, and less physical symptoms of stress. Stress, tension and trauma are neurophysiological processes, and our bodies have a marvelous alarm system that responds to danger (real or imagined). Once that alarm goes off, our bodies respond by hyperarousing certain systems that are critical to our survival (muscles, heart, lungs, key hormones) and turns down or off certain systems that are unnecessary if we are “about to die” such as sleep, processing food, immune system, sex drive, AND complex thinking. The alarm system also has a built in reset mechanism that restores functions to their relaxed ready processes which are trembling and shaking. All mammals tremble and shake as they recover from stress. By 10 years of age, most humans have gotten the message not to do that because it means you are weak, crazy, weird, or broken. In so doing, we trap stress and tension and trauma patterns in our neurophysiology. TRE is a tool that, when done regularly, has the potential to unwind the deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma thus restoring our systems to their relaxed ready processes. Individuals who do TRE often report improved sleep, better digestion, less aches and pains, more joy, improved relationships and more. Athletes even use TRE for muscle recovery. TRE can be adapted for most ages and abilities and it is best learned with a certified provider. That person can help you not only learn the TRE process but also learn your system so that you can get the most out of the process. Like many therapys, TRE is not a “one and done” process. Improvements are far more likely when TRE is done regularly.

Michael Sayen, Author, PART 2: Parent's Rights Vs. Children's Rights

Slam the Gavel welcomes Michael Sayen back on the show for Part 2. Michael was last on Season 3, Episode 25. Much discussion on Parent's Rights vs. Children's Rights. John Locke wrote, the purpose of government is to secure and protect the God-given inalienable natural rights of the people. The Declaration of Independence says, "it is [our] duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for [our] future security." The purpose of the government is to protect our rights and make it safe to practice our fundamental liberties. That is the job of the government. Sometimes others threaten our unalienable rights, so the government will create laws to govern their actions. Our rights are given by God and fundamental. The US Supreme Court has said that our fundamental rights must be protected by the State. Such as life, liberty, and property (14th Amendment). The Supreme Court said for the courts to take away a fundamental right, it must be done with strict scrutiny. Strick scrutiny says there must be a "compelling" State interest, and it must be narrowly tailored. The Best Interest of the Child is the State (or court) saying there is a compelling state interest situation that causes the State to violate a parent's fundamental right to raise their child. The US Supreme Court has said time and time again, that the parent knows what is in the best interest of their child, not the State (Troxel v Granville, 2000). And that right must be narrowly tailored to protect the parent's rights to raise their child without government interference. Because, a parent's right to raise their child is fundamental (Troxel v Granville, 2000). However, the best interest of the child was created to express the State's compelling interest to interfere with the parent's rights. They are putting the State's rights over the parents to safeguard the child. The problem with the State using the best interest of the child standards is that they are not showing compelling reasons why the State must be involved, or how the child is in danger from the parent. Therefore, the State is not using the best interest of the child in family court cases, but they are exercising the child's constitutional rights over the parent. The problem with this is, since the child is under the parent's authority, the State is superseding the authority of the parent to rule against the parent. The way the State Court's justify this action is an ancient doctrine called Parens Patrie. Parens Patrie is an old term that says, the Nation is the parent of the child. It gives the government the power to supersede the parent's authority. They claim this is to protect the child from harm (endangerment). Therefore, this is another way to say, "compelling State's interest." This doctrine was used both in ancient Rome and England. However, it was used in England in 1608 to eventually say, the King had supremacy over children when the parent was no longer fit "unfit" to parent their child, or the child was abandoned by the parent and given up for adoption. Parens Patrie cannot be used as a doctrine in family court (Juvenile Court) because the government does not have the supremacy over its citizens (Leviathan). There is more that the public does not know about. There are bigger problems than most know about. The public has lost all confidence in the judges. Judge shopping is another issue, another instance is a judge of the same level cannot over rule a previous order, over-riding jurisdiction of the previous judge, yet it happens. Malfeasance and nonfeasance were discussed in depth. The Judicial Conduct Board is comprised of sitting judges, attorneys and lay people. They dismiss 99% of cases as" frivolous." There is a bill in Pennsylvania that must be amended and addressed by the public. PA bill 1909 introduced by the Legislators seeking reform to expand the Judicial Conduct Board from 12 members to 18 members. Expanding this would only expand the network of the connections of corruption. What needs to be done is that the JCB must be completely independent of the system. The proposed bill obstructs the public from getting their complaints fairly considered and reviewed. Hamilton warned, "liberty can have nothing to fear from the judiciary alone, liberty would have every thing to fear if the judiciary were to unite with the other branches of government. Reflexive deference to the government irrespective of constitutional limits is judicial abdication of the duty to guard the Constitution."

At age 49, he recently made the 2nd oldest debut MMA fight ever as part of an upcoming book and documentary about parental alienation entitled Proxy War. Ben discussed his time in Family Court along with a Guardian Ad Litem who did not function appropriately in her job capacity. The Family Court battle is decided before it get started. Ben explained that the alienation began even before his daughter was born and the groundwork was laid long before he and his future wife had married. There were consistent patterns. It seems that Empaths find themselves to be intercepted by Narcissists and BiPolar Personality Disorders. There is hidden trauma in families who then cover it up and it perpetuates into Parental Alienation and this evolves, manifesting itself as a child grows up. We discussed how to deal with the Narcissist behaviors and how judges and attorneys seem to have the same traits. There was symbolism relating to the goings on in family court and fighting in an MMA fight. Ben talked about his family dynamics and how parental alienation manifested itself in his youngest. The divorce/family court industry works with the same incestuous spinning wheel with no justice in sight as the rabbit holes reach deep. Parents find themselves railroaded as their case ends up hijacked by money-hungry attorneys, GAL's and caseworkers. But there are other ways to approach the system in another manner albeit a humorous one.

Providing us with new updates to her case, Monica discussed Constitutional Rights and encouraged parents to push for their Parental Rights, and to go to parentalrights.org for information . Monica asks for parents to do this for their children. Monica states that in the future, once our children have grown up, will not be "nice" to America or other countries because of what CPS/Foster Care has done to their Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents and extended family. We discussed Monica's case and how her girls are still on trial home visits with Dad. However, the girls show up for visits with their mother not bathed, hungry and tired, and unkempt. However, Monica has a new Supervisor. Monica was able to attend her daughter's optometrist appointment. Her daughter will do anything to come back home and she is more focused on herself. Monica had brought her daughters snacks that day as well. Her daughter whispered to her mother, "your attorney is an idiot," and continued to state, "she is on Daddy's side." Monica is unable to obtain her own case file, which is her right to have. Monica talked about how Parental Alienation is continuing more so in her one daughter. This is concerning for Monica and did give parents advice. She told parents not to agree to a safety plan and don't sign one. Monica explained the, "Unconscionable Contract" and that it is a one-sided contract and that a person can't get out of it legally either. Monica also talked about relaxation techniques. This is an organization designed to help expose the corruption of this nation's guardianship systems. Dr. Sugar received his M.D. from the Abraham Lincoln College of Medicine at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He also achieved certification as a specialist in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and was distinguished as a fellow of the American College of Physicians. He has served as the director for managed care at Evanston/Northwestern Healthcare. Dr. Sugar has also taught at both Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and the Chicago Medical School. In 2014, after experiencing the horrors of guardianship firsthand, Dr. Sugar teamed up to create the Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianship. Currently, Dr. Sugar lives in Hollywood, Florida with his wife Judy. Dr. Sugar was explaining that the public is naive to the fact that Guardianships are hidden from public view and that the public needs to understand how serious this actually is. Between 90% of all American families consider themselves dysfunctional, so dysfunctional parents produce dysfunctional children and this is known as intergeneration dysfunction and disgruntled siblings find themselves financial targets when they don't know what to do with an elderly parent's financial and medical issues. This is a very complex dynamic not recognized by the court system. Perhaps they are unaware of it or intentionally ignoring the issues related to Guardianships. We discussed "Epigenetics." The stresses on families and individuals who have taken care of an elderly parent and find themselves and their loved one destroyed by these Guardianships. Profit is what drives the abuse across the country known as professional Guardianships. Guardianships cannot be fixed, but possibly re-imagined. As a society, we need to take a serious look at how we handle infirmities in the elderly, disabled and handicapped and how we can do better as a country intaking care of people that need help.

She is a volunteer teacher and relief worker, Air Force veteran, a foster parent, an adoptive homeschooling Mum, and biological mother after having multiple child losses (biological, adoptive, and foster). Teri "married" someone of same sex before the supreme court ruling which retroactively put her name on my daughter's birth certificate. She thought I was living a dream until the other party tricked her into signing a document that now allowed her sell the house, move out of state, and demand that Teri follow with the children. Two months later Teri found herself locked out of her home. Teri began reaching out for my children who were forced into the apartment building by people who posed as "friends". Her oldest adopted son was used to slander Teri in two main court cases that began a journey for her to fight for her own biological daughter and her closest-in-age adopted brother across 3 states in 4 households within 5 years. Teri discussed how legalizing gay marriage invited a whole new level of marketing children and how Lesbians are at risk of being first world sex slaves. The national crisis of judicial abuse is can be a gender issue, as well as income issues, race issue, preferential/opinion issue. However, none of it is legal. Survivors must stop segregating over these reasons why and start uniting to end immunity without attorney or jury. An antiquated, monarchical system is not democratic. Survivors of domestic violence by proxy are organizing. We are growing and advocating against parental deprivation/alienation. Accusations are a weapon of mass destruction. The ADA, the constitution, even the Bible cannot protect us from slander. Teri states that our mental health is crucial, and we must be dedicated to surviving and healing as a full-time job. Our parenthood is not contingent on our children's presence, neither is our mental health. Teri encourages parents to stop sitting in your own TRAUMA and start living in your HEALING.

Ms. Cosentino received a B.A. in Dance Performance from the University of South Florida in 1998. After 21 years studying and performing in various areas of the arts, Ms. Cosentino started attending Nova Southeastern University Law in the summer of 2001. Ms. Cosentino was awarded a Public Service Fellowship from Nova Law in 2002 for her pro bono work for the City of Hollywood. Ms. Cosentino worked for the Florida Attorney General’s Office, the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office as a CLI prosecuting in the domestic violence division, and practices family law in the West Palm Beach area since 2005. Ms. Cosentino won leadership awards in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013 for her work in the domestic violence committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Sarah spoke about her sons, Joshua & Samuel Leyva as they were forcefully removed from their home in Virginia through a perjurious "no-knock-warrant" carried out by the Sheriff’s Department. Since November 2015, their Mother, Sarah Leyva Pike had maintained a Non-Revocable Court Order which protected rightful Virginia jurisdiction and custody of both children. Tarrant County judiciary unlawfully took jurisdiction, in addition to leaning into bias, and committing aggravated perjury, child kidnapping, and child trafficking across state lines. However, since they were removed, Josh & Sammie have been prevented from every mode of contact with their Mother. For over two years Sarah has received zero evidence of their wellbeing. Tarrant County judiciary have continued to deny both Sarah and her children of their most basic Constitutional rights whilst continuing to target Sarah with multiple hearings without representation or ability to be present. The result of which has led herto being labeled a “vexatious” litigant, and fined over $20,000 in legal fees to the opposing party and a Habeas Corpus (civil warrant) with to her knowledge contains 39 violations; requesting 6 consecutive months imprisonment for each violation; where she would not be provided a jury due to "non-criminal". Sarah is not looking for justice, she just want to hug her children, know where they are and know they are safe.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Sam Sugar, M.D. to the show. we discussed how to prevent a Guardianship/Professional Guardianship from happening and what to do if you cannot. Dr. Sugar recommended having Advance Directives that state that under no circumstances that you want a guardianship. Also make sure a Health Care POA is in place and a Will. Make your wishes well known to family members as well as settling family disputes, as Guardianships can start with a disgruntled family member. There could be an estimated 3-3.5 million Guardianships in the United States and this creates a negative impact on families affected by a loved one being placed into a Guardianship. Families find their money being thrown away in years to multiple decades of litigation affecting their own health and welfare fighting for their loved one. We discussed the dark history that goes back to Parens Patriae and how in 1929 Equity Courts joined with civil and criminal courts as well as the history of the Osage Tribe and the book written by David Grann, "Killers of The Flower Moon," that goes into more detail on what really happened to the Osage Tribe and how that evolved into the FBI and J. Edgar Hoover. This history of the Orphan Trains were discussed and how churches and others thought it was a great idea to put homeless children onto trains and ship them off to help farmers farm their land. Prevention is very important, and Dr. Sugar recommends people be vigilant and aware of their surroundings in order to prevent a Guardianship from happening to their loved one and family.

A Philadelphia native, Anne is also a book author, 55+ model and podcaster/host. Anne has been the Director of the St. Raymond Nonnatus Foundation since 2018. The foundation is a Catholic 501C3 non-profit faith-based organization located in the Philadelphia area that exists to bring pastoral accompaniment to families in crisis. Though Catholic, the foundation welcomes ALL faiths that are suffering through crisis and divorce. They have helped hundreds with a free service to Catholics and other faiths. Anne talked about handling crisis calls, giving support to parents, grandparents, relatives and neighbors as well. Also, the foundation helps adult children of divorce. The foundation offers one-on-one with a Mercedarian friar for a call or on-line meeting. They offer podcasts that addresses issues with children of divorce. The Foundation has a National Online Presence that handles Prayer, Podcasts and Videos, Programs and Free Pastoral Consultation. They are now available in six locations speaking with Grandparents, people going through trauma, estrangement, alienation and divorce. There is a wealth of information on the website to help people in adversity and divorce. The church also recognizes annulments and Anne explained that they recognize divorce because it is a civil union, therefore children are legitimate. In her latest faith-based book that took her two months to write, "Love and Care for the Marginalized," Anne wrote 40 meditations for reflection.

The state of Florida has a fund designated for kids born with birth defects and it is funded by doctors in Florida. Doctors pay money every year into this multi billion dollar fund. This led to a discussion on a case of a child born blind, but thrived at school up to graduation. However, he was abducted out of school and put into a guardianship due to the fact he was sitting on a million dollar lawsuit. He was taken away from his friends and his mother. To this day, his mother doesn’t know where he is. Isolating him from his friends and peers is taking a toll on him. This is not “in the best interest.” Legislation cannot fix this. Profit is what drives the abuse across the country known as professional Guardianships. Dr. Sugar explained that there are no juries in guardianships nor family court. The Title IV Social Security program is generating billions of dollars that punishes people who marry as well as destroy the family unit and this is an unacceptable as well as devaluing the 2 parent home. CPS and Adult Protection Svcs. does more harm than good. It is best to uncover and educate people unaware of these problems. Do everything you can to avoid equity courts and do not hire lawyers to solve family problems. Dr. Sugar has templates on his website for people making out their wills and Advanced Directives that should be looked at as to help avoid a guardianship.
Heidi Heard Speaks Out About A VICTORY Over A Guardianship

Heidi explains how the case evolved over asking for help with her daughter to a distant family member. She had no idea that going to get help from a family member would set in motion a calculated system of betrayal. After Heidi did this, the situation worsened into chaos and confusion which set into motion a Guardianship case. This case revolved around revenge and money. Heidi states that she never knew such a thing existed and found the case being dragged out as she was representing herself but found she had to hire an attorney, but fortunately he handled her case Pro Bono. The Judge would not let her 19 year old daughter speak. There is no accountability nor oversight in these courtrooms. Heidi would like to see change happen and to let people know that this can happen to anyone. Coming together collectively to shed the light on this corruption and persevering through this travesty is the only way to help end Guardianships. Heidi also recommends do not stop no matter what.

Jennifer's education consists of a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Children & Adolescent Psychology, and a plethora of trainings in working with high conflict families and parental alienation. Spending fifteen years of her career teaching psychology courses to college students, which included child and adolescent development, Jennifer used these professional interactions and recognized a need to help families who go through a divorce and developed programs in her Successful Parenting business to address these issues. Her Co-parent Coaching Program focuses on families developing the skills necessary to put up boundaries, have positive communication, and strategies to raise healthy children in their new normal. The program Rescue the Parent-Child Bond works with target parents and sometimes the whole family, to implement strategies to repair the parent-child bond and inoculate the child from future alienation. Hope Wagner, Grandmother, Speaks Out On The System: Til Death Do Us Part

Slam the Gavel welcomes Hope Wagner to the show. She is a Grandmother to three granddaughters. Her own daughter was murdered by the children's father. However, she has been ordered to not see her own grandchildren, but the father that has committed the murder has access to see his daughters. As the children were questioned by the detectives, three factors existed: Prior to her daughter's murder, the father had used and groomed his daughter's on the murder of their mother that would take place, he also directed the children as to what would happen and to clean up and cover up the murder, what to say to the police and how to say it thus helping him in the process under his direction. The children stated they witnessed the brutal murder of their own mother. Watching their mother cling to life while fighting to her death is haplessly ignored, however the system is helping the children by showing them Sesame Street and teaching them how to have a relationship with an incarcerated parent, yet won't allow them to see their grandparents. For the past 24 months the children have had a forced relationship with the convicted murderer. CPS and non-profits are working together to develop a care plan for the family and children focused on reunification with the parent incarcerated. Hope has been taken out of their lives for the last 24 months. Reaching out to attorneys who are reluctant to challenge they system, Hope has found that there are no outlets, no one to turn to. The system threw Hope and her husband into the family court arena where they want to revoke his parental rights. Hope refuses to participate in this as the system which has made it very difficult to talk to anybody. Dean Tong, MSc., Forensic Trial Expert Speaks Out On National Child Abuse Awareness Month

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Dean Tong, MSc., to the show for National Child Abuse Awareness Month. He was last on the show on Season 2, Episode 32. Dean Tong, MSc. is a Forensic Trial Expert, author, public speaker and consultant in the field of false child abuse allegations. He is the author of three books: "Elusive Innocence: Survival Guide for the Falsely Accused," "Ashes to Ashes Families to Dust: False Accusations of Child Abuse: Roadmap for Survivors," and "Don't Blame Me Daddy: False Accusations of Child Sexual Abuse." There are two sides to the coin. Reality is 5% of all allegations are false, 70% are unfounded or unsubstantiated, those that did not meet a preponderance of evidence, 51% in court when a judge thinks more so than not that the abuse happened. The judge can rule on credibility of witnesses, including children only the judge can rule on what's called the ultimate issue of fact or bar which is rule 704 of whether abuse happened or not and that is for the judge and jury if criminal case to decide. However, 25% are confirmed substantiated cases. In law in all 50 states in CPS court, the rule of law, the burden of proof is the preponderance of evidence, prima facia evidence. All judges on the bench use "discretion." This is not about the parent's best interest, its about the child's best interest. Dean Tong has testified as an expert witness in 15 states and consulting as an expert for Attorneys in court cases from all 50 states. He has been retained by attorneys and parents in over 1,000 high-conflict cost cases over the past 25 years and has appeared on more than 2,000 radio talk shows during the same timeframe discussing the pervasive and unpopular subject of false allegations of abuse. His consultancy is concentrated in the fields of divorce, child custody, abuse accusations, sexual or physical child abuse, domestic violence, parental alienation and sexual allegations in divorce. Dr. Susan Ilkov-Moor graduated from medical school, residency and subspecialty training from Queens University and has been in practice since 2006. She is seen here in a picture with a yoga-instructor who recently passed at the age of 101 and had practiced 93 years of her life practicing yoga. Primarily working with dementia she is also working with patients with Psychotic Depression. She has seen families witness a death of the soul when their loved one begins the stages of dementia. Early onset is at the age of 60, which is rare and the youngest case of dementia was the age of 29. Dr. Susan looks at the patient's childhood trauma, PTSD and how they re-experience this as they go through cognitive impairment as well as family dynamics. Dr. Susan explained that patient's could only see their loved ones through the glass at the nursing home when the pandemic began and what the patients really need is hugs, the feeling of love. Parental Alienation has touched her own life as well as the legal system and its failure. Family Court perpetuates the Mental Health industry, the Prison industry and the Self Help industry, a "cash cow Family Court Circus." She is the mother of three adopted children and knows first hand how challenging the Family Court can be, both legally and emotionally. Using her personal and professional experience to guide clients through their case, Attorney Reguli cares about what is happening to these families and children inside the courtrooms. Attorney Reguli came onto the show to explain how far they have gone to silence her. Reguli has built up a reputation for defending parents against this uncontrollable monster, known as DCS (CPS) that other parent's attorneys will not do. When Attorney Reguli stood up, they silenced her and kept her from defending other parents. We spoke about Child Welfare and how there are a critical mass of people speaking out and people on the periphery should be paying attention, as they have a false belief in trusting the Government. Calling Mothers and Fathers drug abusers triggers judges and DCS knows this. Attorney Connie discussed a case she was working on and at the same time decided to run for judge. Simultaneously she was indicted along with her client convicted of a two Felonies and a misdemeanor, ROR and no bond accessory after the fact for custodial interference. The statute for custodial interference is very specific and written for parents to keep parents from violating parenting plans, visitation and taking a children out of state when there is a custody order and prohibited from doing that. In the indictment they changed the language of the statute as the DA did and the judge did not look this over closely and signed it. The law says 'it's custodial interference to detain a child after the expiration of a lawful period of visitation in violation of a court order,' however it was changed to, 'to detain a child in violation of a court order.' This is a statutory offense There is a lot going on and now Attorney Connie's future is hanging in the balance as her license has been taken away. Attorney Connie cautions, question everything, the government is taxpayer funded employees and we want to believe in our hearts they will do the right thing. Connie will not be silenced.

Justice For Betty Hayes: The Family Speaks Out As To What Is Really Going On With Their Mother And Inside The Courtroom

Their niece had absconded with their mother on May 1, 2021 and Cynthia then filed for guardianship not knowing how corrupt it really is. Her Mother's Guardian ad Litem refused to talk to Cynthia or her brothers and never came to see her home where her mother lived for over two years. This niece had her mother sign a revocation of Cynthia's Power of Attorney after having dementia for 5 years. However, the niece also notarized it. Now they have been isolated from their mother for over a year now, including 27 family members. The siblings went to New York State Capital on May 23, 2021 to introduce a new bill called Karilyn's Law that would prevent isolation of family in a guardianship. The niece got personal protection order against the family so she could isolate their mother. She even tried to have Cynthia arrested when she was at the hospital with her son who has a brain condition and had just had a seizure. Cynthia has well over $100,000 in legal fees. Probate court took their mothers $275,000 protected trust and are paying the Guardian ad Litem, court appointed attorney Terry Jordan and the guardian Family Option Services attorney Bruce Rice all from the trust. A very insightful podcast where a family is spreading the word of what happened to their mother and their hopes for visitation with her.

He and his wife established the Center for Estate Administration Reform in 2018 Their headquarters are located in Charlotte, NC and they have been advocating for seniors and dependent adults as well as those exploited by the legal community in equity court proceedings since 2014. Rick's wife, Terri, lost her father in Las Vegas when she discovered his landlord and longtime friend had stolen $220,000 from him and was systematically exploiting and neglecting him. When confronted with this, his “friend” took him hostage and was able to completely isolate him from all family with the help of a "professional guardian" and three attorneys until he died in 2015. Terri had all the legal authority and executed documents to protect her father and yet law enforcement negligence and the predatory legal community ensured his complete exploitation. This experience caused Rick to leave his profession as an Engineer and begin studying guardianship files and proceedings in Nevada and nationwide. His research and work with local media and the Nevada Attorney General gained a state wide investigation into adult guardianship abuse. As of 2020, those efforts have yielded massive statewide reforms and 10 convictions of Nevada attorneys and professional guardians who used guardianships as a cover for their criminal acts. Snap Shot: Roe v Wade was based on privacy rights under the substantive, due process clause of the 14th Amendment. Planned Parenthood v Casey confirmed Roe v Wade prohibiting government interference if the child could not live outside of the womb (fetal viability). It also said that abortion was a “liberty” right under the 14th and 5th Amendment. This was thought to put an “undue burden” on the woman (by the State) to carry a child that she did not want. However, the court was split 5-4. The main argument was over the constitutionality of Roe v Wade. Although Planned Parenthood v Casey confirmed Roe v Wade, the split decision made it possible for a new case to directly challenge Roe v Wade in the future. All-in-all, Planned Parenthood v Casey made it harder for the States to interfere with the abortion rights of the woman. Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey could be reversed in the summer of 2020. The question will be over privacy rights, State interference, and the child’s constitutional rights to life. If reversed, this will change how the State looks at their ability to interfere in the private life of its citizens. That means, gay marriages could likely be reversed in the future. What this means to family advocates is that substantive, due process rights really do not exist. That protective barrier that prohibits the State from interfering with how you parent your child. Like; public education, religion, free speech etc… In reality, these rights are unalienable rights guaranteed in the Declaration of Independence. The bad thing for us is the courts do not look at the Declaration as a legal document. That means, there is no protection for our parental rights should the State want to interfere other than those rights expressly spelled out (enumerated) in the Constitution. Which Justice Scalia in Troxel v Granville (2000) correctly said is “zip.”

We had a great discussion on shame and guilt and how toxicity is really shared. Children learn to adapt to the way things are being done within the family whether it is broken or not. When a person is unfinished and they have kids, they wind up having the same needs their kids do, so the kids will trigger the developmental stages of the parent. When the child reaches the stage the parent was wounded in, that stage is going to call up the parent's wounds because they won't know what to do. As a child goes through his or her developmental stages they are going to trigger the needs the parent did not get met at each of those stages, specifically infancy, toddler, preschool and school age. George advises to avoid the adversarial arenas as it's no longer about the children. She was back on the show to give updates on her daughter's possible adoption. Monica explained that people need to know that family services are either involuntary or voluntary and what that entails. A parent can complete the family services plan, jump through hoops and still not get their child back. Monica was deprived of seeing her daughters on Mother's Day and her daughter's birthday as well. What was explained by Monica is that CYFD on an adoption tax audit collects $14,900.00 a year per child. Kids for cash. Her children are pulled out of one foster home and put into another. Many children endure this, and they don't know which end is up while suffering abuse. CASA does not have the children's best interest at heart, only PARENTS do. The children need to be returned to Monica Griego. She is their mother and knows what their special needs are. Monica has a strong belief in God. The idea that in the year 2022, in the United States, a human being can actually own another human being, is atrocious. The family has been living the nightmare of having an uninvolved, stranger taking complete control not just of their Mother, but their entire extended family. After unfortunately reaching out to the county looking for assistance, the family suddenly found themselves falsely accused of not properly clothing and feeding their Mother, not taking her to appointments, using her money, and other things that were easily refuted had anyone taken the time to look at. A County-appointed psychologist spent five or ten minutes with their Mother, without her consent, declared she had dementia. A county-assigned lawyer read the petition written by a county social worker, and took it at face value. The petition was replete with outright falsehoods. A series of people paid by tax payer dollars had decided their Mother needed the “help” of a complete stranger who didn’t know anything about her, and at this point, EIGHT MONTHS LATER still doesn’t. After attending a hearing with a clearly predetermined outcome, a judge assigned this stranger, whom none of the family had ever met, and who didn’t even speak to their Mother, became the owner of their Mother. For eight months now, she has endured multiple fractures and head injuries, the situation has caused her to mentally, physically and cognitively decline exponentially, and the county claims they “can’t do anything”. What Jenny wants everyone to know is that NO ONE should not, under any circumstances ask county agencies for help. Do not under any circumstances allow anyone you care about to become under the control of a “Guardian “. It’s a malicious, dangerous system designed to separate families and take advantage of vulnerable seniors. It’s an unwarranted, unnecessary and harmful arrangement.

Looking back on all the epic Halloween parties where her staff were fully involved and she prepared it a year in advance to make sure no kiddo was left out, but things were changing in her life, she was slowly being broken down. Not only was Dr. Stephanie Russell by far the best pediatrician around town who her children loved, she was aloud considered a member of the family. The news tells only one side of the story; making this physician out to be a monster, however she is truly an awesome person who never hesitated to help her patients and reassure their parents. It is truly sad when the Justice System was not there for her when she needed it to perform as it should: FAIRLY. To this day, the Parent stated she would trust her children in Dr. Stephanie's care without worrying about her being anything but compassionate and loving. He explained how he founded CPSprotect Consulting Services, a first of its kind consulting firm designed to help families prepare for and navigate CPS investigations strategically. Mr. Rosenthal discussed CPS Intrusion vs. Going to Court, how to handle CPS coming to your door and false allegations. He also explained how CPS investigators have qualified immunity and statistics. In 2017, 37.4% kids come in contact with CPS (4 out of 10 children). Advocates/Activists, Jay Rosenthal explained, are focusing on Title IV-E funding, in some respect they are right but are getting the target wrong. The reasoning for this is Title IV-E of Social Securities act for funding for prevention services and foster care reimbursement through the states. Most states contract out foster care and prevention services to private/non-profit agencies which are contracted by CPS, these are very lucrative, expensive contracts. Because CPS is conducted by the government these contracts are in essence, political. When that happens the agencies that get these contracts, tend to be friends of the officials signing the contract. The way that these contracts are paid for is reimbursement through the government through Title IV-E. They have kept Attorney Connie on ROR Bond. The state of Tennessee has historically been known for corruption such as a State Senator taking a bribe, a Sheriff involved selling Cocaine. The issue is they are trying to quiet Attorney Connie, now a Target for exposing the monetization of children and the court corruption as well as detention centers that use hallucinogenic drugs on these new Foster Children. Attorney Connie recommended that the more we discuss the corruption and expose it for what it is, the more people will be reached and be made aware. Family Court is supposed to be there to protect families, not destroy the family relationships/bond. The judges are not responsive to the best interest of the child. Target parents are losing their children because the judge will not respond as it is between the two parents and this is how they want people going into Family Court. The problem is that everyone has a right to be heard but there is much interference. Like with many other court cases, her evidence of the abuse of her child has been long ignored by Staten Island Family Court Judges beginning with Judge Janet Mc Farland, through Judge Peter DeLizzo and Supervising Judge of Staten Island Court Helene Sacco. Marta's child was legally kidnapped from my NJ Court on Jan 6th, 2021 without any evidence or facts of her ever harming her child, having any serious health issues, any criminal convictions or addictions. All of the afore mentioned judges including Supervising Judge of NY Family Courts Janet Di Fiored have ignored her pleads. However, Marta is not the only parent in this situation in NY state and in other States. There is a major SYSTEMIC PROBLEM in the United States of children being kidnapped from loving, fit parents by government appointed officials. It is very difficult to fight against these organized crimes as the Courts protect themselves. Most parents become too exhausted to keep fighting while losing all their finances, health, sanity and often their lives by suicide. Marta personally battles depression, PTSD and anxiety. Attorneys that are supposed to help to fight for justice are actually feeding into injustice. Many parents have gone through 5 or 6 attorneys who are quick to collect retainers but barely put up a fight. They are not fighting for children's best interests. They are feeding into the food chain of the Family Court System. Finally, if the attorneys make a real attempt to stop this injustice they will not have as much business (and this means less vulnerable customers). Marta has created non-profit called PARENTS FOR CHILDREN'S BEST INTERESTS. It should be fully running in about a month and Marta is planning, along with other parents whose children were kidnapped, to support those less fortunate. Family Courts are destroying the target parent's mental health and her goal is to teach other parents to protect their mental health and get appropriate treatment as soon as possible. Smith even sent a mother to jail for baptizing a baby as well as sending Jacque to jail for refusing to return her baby to a man using drugs. An investigation must take place sooner than later. There was much discussion on how Judge Fidnick, National President of the AFCC, caused Darlene Orvieto's situation. The Judge removed the children away from a loving, fit parent, violating her rights and has allowed the abuse to continue. Also, she showed bias and had no idea of what ADA rights are. Darlene has filed grievances with no response. In the interview the Judge is quoted stating, "family court is a 60 billion a year business, Family Law Attorneys are doing well..." Fidnick also stated that the Family Resolution program, would not be held against parents who were substance abusers, yet removed the children from Darlene with not even so much as a traffic ticket. Also referring parents to reach out to CPS for help. We also discussed The Family Wizard program and found that it was a Platinum Sponsor to the AFCC. Darlene Orvieto has a 175 page GAL report that stated Darlene should have full custody, but still was treated like a criminal. Apparently there are 22 million alienated children in the USA and judges think they can tell a parent who is in charge of Moral Development. Darlene discussed what her kids have gone through and now the fourth false accusation of sexual abuse through coaching of one of the children. If a Child comes out with a coached accusation such as this, it is generally coming from the opposition. What has to be taken into consideration is that some parents are not alienating, but protecting their children and it gets twisted around in the courtroom. This happens quite often. George Roche has a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Family Systems, Child Development, and the various forms of abuse related to Parental Alienation. He also brings a BA in Business Administration to the Presidency of Canadian and American Rights Watch, both of which function as Human Rights defense organizations. The team's skillsets range from various business, mental health, and legal disciplines, providing various educational, logistical, legal referral consultation, healing modalities, relocation, and mental health services to citizens. George Roche states that we are experiencing Parental Alienation on a grand level. The "Master Emotion" is SHAME, George explained that toxic shame is a form of de-selfment resulting from the dysfunctional rules which are passed on in a multigenerational manner. Parents who do not critically question or update their own rule books are destined to unknowingly perpetuate these abusive-shaming rules which work to destroy the self-esteem of children, who become more compliant as opposed to challengers of these rules since questioning them is forbidden. This is where children begin to internalize shame. Kids are not allowed to know what's going onmaking it difficult for them to confront matters. It is the parent's job to defend and protect the budding self-esteem of our children. Shame is a psychic numbing. A child experiencing depression, self-doubt, splitting of the self, and perfectionism all result from shaming rules that people thought were normal. Internalized shame is characterized by a psychic numbing, a person no longer feels what they feel because they are so ashamed to feel anything, and their emotions are bound for shame. Anger and sadness are buried alive, but they will return later on as a reminder of the harsh treatment they have received. The adult-child will have it all to pay back to society down the road. Parental Alienation doesn't start in adulthood, it starts in a dysfunctional "family" which serves to condition all other subsequent relationships. This is how the shame cycle continues to destroy self-esteem throughout the person's life. because The recycling of the scenarios acquired functions like governing scenes being replayed throughout a person's life unconsciously. Parental Alienation is a severe form of ABANDONMENT, where the parents impart to their children a role in the conflict that should be kept between the parents. The most dangerous place for a child is the un-lived lives of their parents in that environment because the parents will set the children up to be carriers of a disease that they have unknowingly internalized from their families. Judge Sheri Eisenpress doesn't have very good press herself. There was an article written on July 6th, 2016, by Lee Higgins and Jonathan Bandler in The Journal News, "Rockland Judge Tied To FBI Sting." Apparently in this article, "an FBI informant at the center of a political corruption probe that brought down the former state Senate majority leader says he helped elect Rockland Family Court Judge Sheri Eisenpress by using her money to bankroll an illegal campaign finance scheme and by bribing a public official, an investigation by The Journal News found." However, this judge still is on the bench abusing families and their children. This judge is also active in the Supreme Court. Now Antonella has been assigned a "gatekeeper." and has to go through that individual to file motion. She can't file a motion without the judge's permission.There is a lot of control in this courtroom. After a court hearing was over, the judge said in a loud voice to the ex, "I give you permission to tell the kids their Mother doesn't want to see them." When Antonella asked several people around her they acted like they didn't want to get involved. Another incident was when her 13 year-old was in the courtroom and asked the judge if she could see her mother, the judge stated to her, "you are starting to sound like your Mother." Antonella does not need supervised visits. She has been through eight different supervisors and all their reports are good on Mother, however the ex is trying to find one bad thing they are saying about her. The children do not want supervisors. This is the state of disrepair in this courtroom. Children are being psychologically abused by this judge and attorneys. Antonella states she will not give up as her case is now at the Appellate level.

This adversarial system is set up to ruin families and it is a system of "pay to play." It is time to be vocal about how many people this is affecting. It is people that are trying to survive every day or have been diagnosed with mental illness that is now being used against them in the courts. The world will say whatever about us but we always have a choice and we get to decide how we will relate what is happening to us. This pathological system, it is chaos and the most effective way through it is to go inside and gain your own resources in terms of a support system and empowerment. Live a life that means something to you. Moving forward we are not under such naive illusions that life is fair, it is not. Don't put your faith in what is happening in the outside world and people are not alone. Laurie encourages to enjoy every day, do a gratitude practice, no matter what is happening around you. Focus on positive things, because they can't take that away from you.
Marineka Bowman And Her Family Speak Out On Her DFS Complaints/Evidence That Is Ignored By Family Court And The Disaster Of Co-Parenting

Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Marineka Bowman and her family members to the podcast. She is a wonderful Mother of a five year old daughter. Mother explained that her ex-husband left the house when their daughter was only two months old. However she did not go to the courts looking for child support as she tried to work it out with him. There was barely a response. Now, when her daughter was a happy three year old, the father came back into their lives and went before the courts saying that he wanted to only see his daughter two hours a week. Judge Natalie Haskins made a comment that, 'it would make it harder for you in the future to get full custody if you do this.' But there really was no problem in obtaining custody. At present time, the Father has complete custody and when Marineka does see her daughter on a scheduled basis, her child's head is shaved as we'll as an eyebrow. There are alleged reports on child sexual abuse that have gone unnoticed from DFS (CPS). The school system is doing nothing to help her, even though they are mandated reporters. Now father would like Marineka to visit with their daughter at a visitation center, costing $60.00 a visit and eventually would like to see mother completely erased out of their lives and even calls his child by a different name. What Marineka has learned is that the opposing counsel has a hand in this abuse of her daughter as Judge Haskins addresses Attorney Laura Brooks as "Laura," while in the courtroom. Very unprofessional. From there they were ordered co-parent counseling which proved disastrous. The counselor yelled and used expletives and didn't care. Marineka is being watched very closely as she explains in this podcast. Being a Targeted parent and being penalized for protecting her daughter has gone to the extreme so much so that they now are blaming Marineka for the abuse. Former Attorney, Talks About Courts Forgetting That The Parent Is Advocating For Their Child And The Taxpayer's Expense

Slam the Gavel welcomes a former attorney who was actually a family law attorney from 1999-2003, when she left practice to be a full-time homemaker and mother of two. Her experience as a litigant from 2017 to present in Georgia has given her a first hand experience from the other side of the "perfect storm" of family court corruption and all the players in government and the legal profession supporting it. Questioning the bias of some judges who may possibly dislike Family Law Litigants while getting angry at the litigant seeking relief was only one of the topics of discussion. Family Court is supposed to be there to protect families, not destroy the family relationships/bond. However it appears that Family Court is there to defame the to use Guardian Ad Litems at their discretion, only speaking to a child for one hour yet the parent is billed thousands. Families are destroyed every day through the courts due to the false allegations coming from Personality Disorders that completely run the show. She discussed that the GAL need to take their job seriously and judges do not take harsh actions on people for lying in Family Court, as the Guardian Ad Litem helps to drag the case out. The judges nor GAL are not held accountable in the best interest of the child. Target parents are losing their children because the GAL reports are not done correctly and submitted six months late. The problem is that everyone has a right to be heard but there is much to be said about the behaviors in the three-ring family court circus and the taxpayer needs to be aware of where their monies are going. Angel is a paralegal and assists on cases of extreme corruption, violence and sexual assault. Having learned from legal greats, she became a paralegal in an effort to help many families across the country being systematically destroyed by these corrupt, illegitimate courts. Today, we will explore the topic of her journey to successfully file a judicial complaint and a motion to remove a very deranged judge from her own case, where she automatically faced more retaliation. Angel suggested doing a spread sheet of the Judicial Canons that are applied to your own case while keeping track of the break down of numerous violations in the judge conduct. When a courtroom becomes its own legislative body and negates the codes that exist, then they are not a judge. Discretion within the law; they don't have the right to legislate from the bench. Going into family court you lose all faith in the Judicial system. Use a statement and how it violates a Canon. Discussing Family Court Law in the state of California, Angel explains that the 730 Custody Evaluations is the biggest sham ever, a racketeering syndicate and they give kickbacks to each other, a referral relationship and give attorneys a specified outcome. On recusing a judge, you file your complaints to an oversight board. The Commission on Judicial performance cannot take action on a judge who is presently acting on your case and you must show how the presiding judge is derelict of duty and let the CJP know as well. Slam the Gavel welcomes back Jay Rosenthal. He was last on the show Season 3, Episode 87. Mr. Rosenthal is a Child Welfare Consultant and a former Child Protective Services (CPS) Investigator. On our last podcast he explained how he founded CPSprotect Consulting Services, a first of its kind consulting firm designed to help families prepare for and navigate CPS investigations in a strategic manner. "The Alternative Response," is being pitched as Child Welfare's way of addressing the disparities in the Child Welfare system. On a case by case basis, cases can be assigned to this alternate method of CPS involvement. The alternative response tends to have no determination of allegations, no court involvement and focuses on putting in place a CPS-contracted in-home prevention services to address safety concerns. When put like that, it sounds like a great idea! The truth however, is that it's not what it seems. The Alternative Response is ALREADY present in MOST states and is expected to become the MOST common type of CPS involvement in America within the NEXT FIVE YEARS. CPS could be visiting a family 2 to 3 times a week, spending several hours at a time, for example. Excellent conversation that we all should be aware of because in 2019, 4.4 million calls were put into CPS and only 2.2 million met criteria. We discussed the disastrous Arizona DCS case where caseworkers wearing bright pink t-shirts that said on the back, "do you know where your children are?" Removals of children from the home are becoming politically incorrect and VERY serious. Jay Rosenthal has given families a HEADS UP to what is coming in our future and the future of our children.

He freely discussed his court appearance on this past Thursday and Friday and how he was glad that he spoke the TRUTH and had his say in the courtroom via Zoom. James stated, "Silent No More." He had to say what needed to be said in that courtroom on Friday as his attorney Tricia S. Lindsay supported his words fiercely. A formidable attorney, Attorney Tricia S. Lindsay specializes in Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Family and Matrimonial Law, Personal Injury as well as Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. She has also been on several YouTube videos championing Civil Rights. James feels Family Court is truly a trap for parents and does a great disservice to the public. He also pointed out there was a false accusation however, not in writing. James was also disappointed in the AFC (Wellness Attorney that speaks on behalf of the child), David Peck who excused himself from the Zoom meeting. James feels that there is hope and, "when you have gone the distance of 3.5 years, $150,000.00, seven attorneys and multiple states, I am not going to be bullied anymore." Friday was a small victory James feels and it makes him feel empowered to go on and continue to fight for his son's best interests.

Now, Mary has become involved in advocating for others and helping others as a parent coordinator, assisting in supervised visits and educating others with Vernon Beck of Canada Court Watch. Mary is also strongly involved in Equal Shared Parenting and has become involved in multiple alienated family groups on and off of Facebook. Augustus was featured at every "open mic" poetry venue he could find until the state of Oklahoma was no longer a task to the young poet. So Augustus was once more drawn back to the state of California where he would do charity work and discover what issues needed close attention in his area. Eventually he realized that these issues were not just in his area, but nationwide, so he decided to write his first book, "The Bad Boy." Now he runs an organization based on dealing with common issues through literature, features on well-renowned book sites like Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Audible, iTunes. One may not be superstitious, but considering that Augustus was born on the same day that Caesar Augustus died (August 19th), this might be the continuation of a great empire. Julie runs the Village News and has one woman of the year in 2021. There has been malfeasance reported in "sunny San Diego," California within the Family Court system. The issue at hand is a fraudulent document. However, when there are two judges, one being Michael T. Smyth who is the Presiding Judge in SanDiego along with the commissioner Ratekin and a Clerk of the Court, Kim Stucker as well as two prominent San Diego attorneys, Jim Fox and Amy Lass who have written declarations that state they were never in court and the fake judgement was filed by Mr. McEwen which gave himself everything in the divorce never happened and was false. The judge whose name is on the fraudulent document is Judge Michael Washington said to the"victim" that he was aware of the fake document and admitted he never saw McEwen in his courtroom room. The Register of action has no record of this Judgement. However, the clerk of the court also found a fraudulent wage assignment that Mr. McEwn filed with his employer giving himself back his money to avoid paying a garnishment he had against him from monies owed to another person. The monies being sent to M. McEwen's own personal mailbox only HE had access to. The clerk of the Court, Kim Stucker called his employer to stop this fraudulent document and told his workplace that it was not real. This individual has been allowed to hide behind the skirt of the DA. The family Court has to be made accountable to the length of time they hold someone to a fake judgment. Making this the perfect storm as well as a crime and showing how broken the Family Court is, they must be held accountable. Penny L.A. Shepard And Host Discussed Repressed Memories And False Memory Syndrome

Penny was last on the show August 23rd, 2022, Season 3, Episode 92 where we discussed the importance of doing your own research on the Deep State And the Legal Arena. We discussed repressed memory which are memories that we try to unconsciously avoid thinking about, because it is usually caused from a traumatic experience from our past history. These memories are not thought of for several years and recovered later usually from a trigger response. However in Psychology, a false memory is a grey area where someone remembers something that did not happen at all and remembers it differently from the way it really happened. Elizabeth Loftus developed a theory after running an experiment involving 150 subjects from the University of Washington and noticed that when a preconceived idea was one of false information it could only be explained by the "assumption hypothesis" and not the "strength hypothesis," Loftus explained that a theory needed to be devised for complex visual experiences where the main hypothesis plays a significantly more important role than a situational "strength." We discussed Ted Gunderson, head of the Los Angeles FBI and an American author and conspiracy theorist. He did leave the FBI and became a PI as well as his involvement in the McMartin Case.
