Erin knows what it's like to be in both positions and the complexities and challenges that can come along with that AND how important mental health and wellness is for people who are continually exposed to trauma and critical incidents, often over many years. Erin aims to bridge the gap between peer support and clinical services, trying to cut through the resistance to any kind of "help" in our first responder community, made difficult because of the stigma attached and the overall culture.
