After Emily was diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety, she was determined to change her life and mentality by challenging her fears head on. Emily started a worldwide trip, intent on seeing the world from a new perspective and has documented her journey of experiencing the highs and lows of travelling, as well as the joy of immersing herself within new cultures. She started her own blog to raise awareness of what it's like to be a young female, travelling the world solo whilst battling with her mental health. 

In this episode, Emily opens up about her mental health and her travel experiences. She hopes that people in a similar position will be able to relate and in turn, feel less lonely and isolated.
