During the growth of BHG, their passion for real estate continued to grow and they began buying and selling single-family homes, in 2003 they ventured into condo conversions and multifamily properties. In 2011 the real estate portfolio had grown to demand Sofia’s full-time attention and she transitioned full-time to start Ortsac Capital Group, LLC. Today, Ortsac Capital Group independently owns over 2550 doors between Florida, Tennessee, and Texas in addition to nearly 4000 doors through Joint Ventures.
