Welcome to Running and Fitness with Raj! I am Raj, your host from Mumbai in India. This is an introductory episode, and gives you details on how the podcast will be structured, what you can look forward to and some of the exciting guests already lined up!

I am an avid runner, and keen student of running, fitness, health and endurance activities. I have benefitted greatly from listening to podcasts, and this is a passion project of mine. We will interview great guests - coaches, nutritionists, strength training experts, psychologists, scientists and of course, runners and other athletes!

The podcast will be interview based and I want to give you actionable and specific advice. Which in turn you can incorporate into your training and life.
