Episode 1: Dr Ben Mitchell is an astute ethicist, retired professor, and all-around curious personality. Ben's specialisation is in medical-based ethics, however Ben has much to say surrounding the importance of ordinary liturgy. In this episode, Ben and the host, Will, discuss the importance of everyday liturgy, especially for those who have highly-stressful careers. Ben and Will also dive into the importance of physical actions and their spiritual implications.

In this episode, Will discusses sacramentology with fellow Anglican and podcaster: Jonah Saller. Jonah is a current postulant with the Anglican Church in North America as he plants a church in the American southwest. Will and Jonah talk about the Eucharist and how understanding that God's redemption of the world helps us stare evil in the face. In addition, Jonah expresses the importance of venerating saints. In this week's episode, Will interviews famed detective, author, professor, and pastor J Warner Wallace. Det Wallace was an LAPD detective for 25+ years who initially started his career as an atheist who viewed Christians as ignorant and uninformed, however once Det Wallace started to analyze the claims in the Bible from a forensic point of view, he found them to be true, which changed his life. Will and Det Wallace discuss a wide variety of topics, from police being the foundation of American societies to the role of masculinity in the 21st century.

Police officers fill many shoes: be it counselor, roadside assistance mechanic, or professional chauffer; however one role that all police officers must successfully fill is that of a leader. In this episode, Will interviews one of his co-workers, Ed Buckman. Ed fashions himself a "perpetual student of leadership," a title exemplifying both his humility and his capacity to effectively lead. Will and Ed discuss a wide array of topics, from personal sacrifice and worship to holding leadership accountable for their mistakes, especially inside of the church. Ed's perspective of both being a student and a leader makes for some unique ideas which balance both leadership at the highest ranks to being able to make effective change in a small magnitude. You won't want to miss the conversation with Ed.

In this unique bonus episode, Will discusses with a physics professor how the wave-particle duality, discovered in multiple quantum experiments in the late 19th and early 20th century, parallel Christ's existence as one being with two natures. The professor, Dr Guilaran, also emphasizes that without a christological understanding of the universe, some scientific concepts are forced to be "left in the lurch." Dr Guilaran also discusses how being a christian is a benefit to his profession, despite many loud voices saying that "science" and "God" contradict one another. I hope you enjoy this episode.

In this episode, Will and "Father Sean," a priest and exorcist inside of the Anglican Church of North America discuss a topic which is no stranger to police officers: demons. Fr Sean explains what demon possession can look like and Will tells a few stories from his experience on the street. Fr Sean also explains how demons get ahold of a person and what that can look like on each level of possession. Fr Sean also talks about inroads that demons can use to enter someone's life, either via sin or trauma. Be careful, however I hope you enjoy this episode!

In this episode, Will sits down with an actual cop for the first time: Danny Jones; a veteran law enforcement officer and marine. Danny discusses daily practices, mantras, and an acrostic that he uses each day to keep himself centered on Christ while dealing with the stresses of police work. Danny also discusses police work as a vocation, explaining that many kinds of people are needed to do police work, but each must exemplify definitive characteristics to "Remain Sane."

This episode concludes a two-part series with philosopher, veteran, professor, and apologist: Mark Coppenger. Will and Mark discuss Christ's resurrection on the cross and compare the analysis of the event to a criminal trial. Mark and Will also continue a previous guest's discussion on the "spiritual gift of plodding."

In this episode, Will interviews one of his good friends, Alex Rhody. Alex is an orthodox Christian who really takes to heart leading a sacramental lifestyle, which he argues is based on 3 practices: fasting, prayer, and alms-giving. Alex also talks about his personal struggle with cynicism/practical nihilism, which has many parallels to police work. Alex also makes a strong argument as to why police officers should find a tradition in which the Eucharist is presented as the body and blood of Christ. I hope you don't miss what Alex has to say!

On this episode, Will interviews his friend and long-time police officer: Ken Palmer. Ken was a police officer in DeKalb county Georgia in the 1960s and 70s, until he left for what he called a safer job: "the fire department." Ken later went to college and seminary before going back into police work for 33 more years. Ken discusses his personal experience with police work both before and after having found Christ, along with how a sacramental lifestyle has kept him focused on the truly important things in life. Ken also has a few wild stories along the way.

On this week's episode, Will interviews a philosophy professor who specializes in nihilism: Dr. Justin Barnard. Dr. Barnard is able to define nihilism and how people easily fall into it (especially those that work in highly stressful professions); Will and Dr Barnard also explore how to start getting away from it. Dr. Barnard makes many thought-provoking connections between a philosopher's outlook of the world and how that compares with that of a police officer. Dr. Barnard is also able to articulate many philosophical concepts that many people officers may not realize they experience. Dr. Justin Barnard is an interview that you do not want to miss!

In this episode, Will interviews Steve Gould, host of the successful podcast "Things Police See: Firsthand Accounts." Steve is a confessional Lutheran who walked away from his faith in God as an adult, delved into agnosticism and modern-day spiritualism, and returned to Christianity. Steve is also a patrol sergeant in western Massachusetts with a combined 16 years in law enforcement.
