He then usually proceeds to prescribe a celery juice cure (because of the "undiscovered special salt clusters in celery that "spirit" has told him and only him about) to heal most ailments. Unfortunately, he is "practicing" his "spirituality" in a way that is AWFULY close to a medical practice, and we have a lot of words about his nutrition claims.

In 2023, the World Health Organization released new guidelines on artificial sweetener intake and classified a particular sweetener, aspartame, as a Group 2B carcinogen.
