19 Nov 2024 | Empowering through Regenerative Practices: Yaki Wo. With Julia Neumann | 00:32:52
In this episode, Yaki shares how she got to develop Future Positive, or “Future+”, a programme she birthed in collaboration with Beijing based “Wild Bound”. It is a programme to bring regenerative practice, which she defines as cultivating essence-to-essence relationship between whole living beings, to architects and urban planners. Yaki shares her journey from feeling out of place in Hong Kong, studying journalism with a strong sense of justice, becoming a human rights campaigner, winning a scholarship in the UK which got her into climate change, and joining a philanthropic foundation funding NGOs that work on climate change issues. Listen to this episode to learn about how a dream job can turn into burn-out if old principles of pure logic and analytics are applied, and how personal life challenges can lead to change of focus. Through the death of her mother, Yaki came to enquire her spirituality, and became a forest therapy guide. Her becoming a Mother and encountering Covid lockdowns spurred her development further. As she learned to trust for things to emerge rather than trying to impose, listening and noticing where the patterns are emerging, she came to co-create Future+. Today she offers Future+ workshops and community support, mainly in Asia, with a focus on regenerative discipline, to empower people to move beyond old school thinking to a more regenerative way forward. Listen till the end for a practical exercise to take into your life. 14 Sep 2024 | Radically reconnecting to the indigenous roots as a Western Woman: Ina Mehrfert. With Julia Neumann | 00:38:32
"I don’t say I found my truth, but I found my way." Ina Mehrfert is an elder and part of the Kiva ceremony for the Healing of the Earth, a ceremony taking place worldwide with elders from across the globe. (https://kiva.family) Ina grew up in the German Democratic Republic, Eastern Germany, which is now part of the Federal Republic of Germany. From early childhood, she sought the connection with nature, and communicated with the forest. In this episode, she speaks about the indigeneity of Women in Europe and Germany, about radically trusting and following one's calling, and about the necessity for humans to connect with their roots and gain power from there. "I am here to serve Mother Earth and my sisters and also my brothers, because they are also searching." * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more like this one with a donation. * At the age of 19, Ina followed the call of the North wind to go to Russia. She walked there by feet, without a plan of where to go, and met her first shamanic teacher. Her job since has been to help humans reconnect to their peace, their ancestors, their roots. Listen in to hear Ina speak of connecting with the grandmothers, letting go of “baggage” in the form of stories, of suffering, of dreaming, of living in abundance, ritual in everyday life, and the importance of intention. She gives some practical tips of how you can connect with your grandmothers and integrate ritual into your everyday life, too. Ina offers sweat lodges, Celtic ceremonies, coaching and more. You can find her here: https://www.instagram.com/ina.mehrfert/ “We have our stories. But I am not here to carry this story. I close the book of suffering, I close the book of violence. (…) Now we have the time where we need to close these books. And we will not open a new chapter. No, we open new books.” “We are in a beautiful dream. We can choose to live our traumas, but we also have dreams. And I encourage everybody to live the dream, where we are calling for this new world, where we all live in abundance, where we all live together, nourishing each other, respecting each other.”"I really love the roots of the German Women. They have fire in their ass." 21 Feb 2023 | Unplugged: Janet Redmond | 00:21:06
Janet Redmond is a Phase-One-Gameworld Builder. She is a bridge for people who know that something is not working in their modern culture life, and who want to know what else is possible. Janet is also a Possibilitator, a Communication Bridge Builder, an "Umi" (grandmother), and a Sourceress Sister - amongst other things. She also created her family business "DrainKing", a drain unblocking company. In this episode, Janet takes us on a journey of her life-long learning of what it means to be a Woman, and what it takes to undo the masculine mind. In our conversation, we keep coming back to the necessity to "unplug", just like a blocked drain. It ain't pretty, but absolutely necessary! Janet offers coachings, healing processes, Building Communication Bridges workshops and "Reclaiming your Warrioress" anger trainings for women. Contact her for more information via janetredmond@gmail.com. In this lively and feelings-filled interview, Janet mentions: 1) Clinton Callahan, the originator of Possibility Management, and Marion Lutz, his former partner, whom Janet met at a Transactional Analysis conference in 2006. 2) Archetypal Lineage: https://archetypallineage.mystrikingly.com/ You have an Archetypal Lineage... Everyone does... but none exactly like yours. Each Archetypal Lineage is unique. There are 4 categories of Archetypal Lineages. Probably your Archetypal Lineage fits into one of these categories, or it may have resonance with more than one category. (...) 3) Bright Principles: https://brightprinciples.mystrikingly.com/ Bright Principles are a force of nature. They are facets of the General Field of Consciousness out of which the Universe is made. Each Bright Principle is one aspect of the radiant aspects of archetypal love, the bright jewel at the center of the Great Labyrinth of spaces. These may seem like strange words, but they turn out to be practical and precise. 5) Richard Erskine and his Integrative Psychotherapy. 6) Emotional Healing Processes: https://process.mystrikingly.com/. Feelings are neutral energy and information serving a purpose in the moment. They last for a maximum of 3 minutes. Emotions feel the same but they last longer and they aren't from this moment but often from the past. You may know what it's like to be "triggered". That is an emotional reaction. Emotions are doorways for Healing. Emotional Healing Processes offer a space for healing emotions, making space for adulthood and authentic feelings.
28 Feb 2023 | Unfolding the Magic: Anicha Vos | 00:23:37
"This is the time to reclaim what is really valuable." ~ Anicha Vos. I interviewed Anicha Vos this week. It was an ad hoc interview in a public café, hence some background noise, as I radically followed my impulse. This interview itself unfolded magically: I had been to Anicha's and her partner's (Marcel Hof, Wim Hof's brother) Breath and Meditation workshop a few years ago. When I came across them in our local café Raw Balance in Turangi (what are the odds?), I immediately knew I wanted to interview Anicha. I went for it. She said Yes! and here is the result. Anicha is a researcher of consciousness. She offers heart meditations and quantum hypnosis together with Marcel's breathwork. She's also been a belly dancer and dance teacher, as well as an arts therapist. You can read more about Anicha's background here: https://hofmethod.com/about-us/ The thread that emerges from this lively interview is an inspiration to let life unfold its Magic - by radically honoring what's alive in you, especially your feelings; connecting to inner and outer nature; keeping life simple. Finding out what you love and then choosing that. Following the vision of your heart even if the practical side of things may be uncomfortable and challenging for your mind. Listen to this episode to hear the personal stories of an alive and courageous woman, her journey, and her learnings on how to let the magic of life unfold. NB: It is the first interview I had with a woman who is not part of the Possibility Management context, a context of Radical Responsibility that I am committed to. I feel glad to know that women out there are on their radical aliveness journey also in other contexts, and that it is possible to have these kinds of conversations.

With her immense Clarity, she shares about the limitations of working with feminine principles in a patriarchal world, the damming of our internal rivers as women, internalised patriarchal values, and the necessity to dismantle our own obstructions to our power. She also speaks of being at source, and of turning towards yourself, of epigenetics, the importance of shadow work, and more. 10 Jun 2023 | Radically Alive Villaging: Christine Dürschner | 00:21:56
Christine Dürschner describes herself as Woman before the bridge, holding space for the washing machine process that is necessary for people to shed their old constructs before building out their sustainable inner structure, to be able to create a different culture, next culture. It is heart-warming to witness her dedication to and acceptance of the chaos that is necessary for that evolutionary process to unfold. In this episode, Christine shares about these spaces especially with regards to community building, against the background of her 11 years of experience creating community at Schloss Glarisegg in Switzerland, a community of 55-60 adults and children. Listen in to find out more about how to build a sustainable community inside out, where everyone gets to discover their own nonmaterial value, which is essential for the whole to become a "radically alive village", and the role that women are playing in such a village. * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more like this one with a donation. * Christine offers her experience as a Community consultant. 04 May 2023 | Plant Medicine from Peru and Radical Collaboration with Nature: Amba Casturi O'Hara | 00:22:50
"It's absolutely crazy not to collaborate with nature." Amba Casturi O'Hara is a Woman radically connecting and collaborating with Nature. She currently lives in Peru, where she is immersed in a tradition of the Shipibo indigenous tribe. Near Iquitos, she goes into the jungle for weeks to months with only very basic food soaked in water, with no distraction such as salt, sugar, fruit. And then she listens to one plant for the entire time. This format is called "dietas", or diet. Amba speaks vividly about how she ended up in Peru, why she chooses to listen and learn from plants, and what that has to do with being a human. The stories she shares of her diet and post diet experience are captivating. They show a path to reconnecting with one's own roots, one's own nature, and how that can serve human interaction with each other. Learning to communicate with plants is a continuation of Amba's long practice of listening to Gaia, the Earth, to inform her projects. From that she developed "Futureshaping", a program that enables others to learn to collaborate with nature to inform your projects. "Future Shaping stands for the ongoing dance of creating Life serving networks, projects and possibilities. Future Shaping means remembering Life’s deep Intelligence and participating in the dance of co-creation. A Future Shaper knows that actions, thoughts and feelings shape the field of human possibility." Contact Amba if you would like to work with her.

30 Mar 2023 | Women's Anger and Sexuality: Annika Korsten | 00:22:58
"How do you create radical shifts in your sexual intimacy with a partner, to come to a place of discovery together?" This interview with Annika Korsten is one of the bravest conversations I have yet had on this Edgecast. Both women's anger and women's sexuality are topics that are underrepresented in mainstream culture. Bringing both together into one conversation may seem dangerous. Yet: Where if not in sexuality would lie a key to ecstatic aliveness? And how could you unfold into your sexuality if you cannot hold space for it with the clarity of your anger? It becomes obvious that these topics naturally belong together. * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more like this one with a donation. * Annika Korsten has explored them both over the past few years with conscious healing and experiments. Her recent article on "Anger and Sexuality" is a door opener for this conversation. In this interview, Annika shares her research on conscious sexuality and how her access to conscious anger helped her embark and continue on this discovery journey. Annika encourages women to be bold and ask for the unthinkable, through an intimate connection with their own body. Did you know that your body parts, such as your Yoni, your Vagina, and your lips, have information and can say Yes or No to an experience? If you would like to learn more, stay tuned: A longer episode with Annika is in the making. 20 Sep 2024 | To thine own self be true: Being a radical stand. Julia Butterfly Hill. With Julia Neumann | 00:33:03
In this episode we bring you the voice of Julia Butterfly Hill. Between 1997 and 1999, Julia sat for over two years in a 1,000 year old Redwood tree („Luna“), taking a stand to protect this tree and the ancient forest from clearing. She and her team succeeded. This interview goes beyond this remarkable event. Julia speaks with immense Clarity about what it takes to be a person who is able to be authentically herself, and from her heart-knowing to be a Radical Stand for life on this planet. She speaks into the necessity for collaboration as Women, despite being raised in a culture that champions competition. Julia’s words call forth the innate power within each person to make a real difference in this world. How important it is to go continuously beyond your comfort zone, lean into your fear, trust your gut, and be willing to make mistakes. It is in those mistakes that we learn and collectively grow our capacities as a human species, in that a different culture is born. Redwoods are trees that grow as a community, not as individual trees. Can you hear their ancient wisdom lacing the words of Julia, their ancient hearts beating in the silence? Julia is available for coaching, interviews and speaking engagements, https://juliabutterflyhill.com. * You can show your appreciation for this conversation with a donation. * Poem “Women and the Earth”, by Julia Butterfly Hill. From her Poetry book “Becoming”, available for purchase here: https://juliabutterflyhill.com/product/becoming-e-book/ You are afraid of my darkness because that. is where the magic is held. You cannot control it, so you destroy it and oppress it and use a book written long ago as your excuse and then blame it on the women... the loss of the Eden which is me. See, I am the Goddess... See, I am the Goddess, the part of your God that you wish to get rid of because I hold the magic... in the dark, moist caverns I lie and live and thrive. I am the womb of life's gestation. I am the darkness that holds the space for the light. We could not see the stars without the night. Those green shoots, the children of tomorrow, they are held within my darkest depths until they are called forth. I am the understanding of balance. I am the knowing of gods and goddesses. I am the Great Mystery, and it is this uncertainty that scares you. I would rather grab hands with thousands, run off cliffs to be swallowed by the sea, than to give up the magic that is me. I will be consumed by the fire that you thought would kill me, and I will come back stronger than before. I am the phoenix arising from that flame. And I will hold the hands of thousands, emerging from the seas, wetlands, deserts, prairies, caverns, mountains, and trees. and I will call forth the magic that is me. This interview was made possible by donations of a group of Possibility Managers, in order to honour Julia’s stand. 04 Jun 2023 | How to empower yourself and bring your nonmaterial value to the world: Sónia Maia Gonçalves | 00:19:46
"Being in touch with reality, the reality of my own value, this is priceless for me. The reward is to be aware of my value, and the more I am aware of my value, the more I do what I want." Sónia Maia Gonçalves is an Explorer of Gaia’s Inner Landscapes and the Gaia Consciousness field. In this episode, she shares her research on self-empowerment. She speaks about the path of empowerment as a woman, its pains as well as the rewards. This episode is for you if you want to hear more about the journey necessary to create an inner structure that enables you to be in touch with reality and your own value, flicking the switch so that your inner light can shine. One key aspect that Sónia mentions is around rediscovering your sensitivity. A woman's sensitivity has no value modern culture. How can you reclaim it for yourself, despite having learned to numb yourself by being the good girl, the good student, and despite having had your inner knowing crushed for naming that something different is possible, over and over again? Listen in to hear more about how to discover the piece of the puzzle that only you hold for the larger whole, the piece that only you have for creating the change necessary for a next culture in collaboration with each other, and especially with other women. This episode includes a practical experiment for using your energetic body consciously, and for calibrating the accuracy of your sensibility. "There's not a recipe. There is not someone that says: This is done like this and this. No. There are distinctions, there are tools, and I pick them wherever I am. It's amazing. I am my own guide, my own teacher."
Terms used in this episode, to facilitate your listening experience: 1) EHP means Emotional Healing Process. A facilitated space to fully express your emotions (carthexis) that are stuck from past experiences, to get to the root of old decisions that determine how you live your life today. 2) Energetic Body is one of your 5 Bodies. You can learn to be connected to all your 5 bodies (physical, mental, emotional, energetic and archetypal) A context of Radical Responsibility (consciousness in action).

21 Nov 2023 | Sisterhood and the older Woman in Archiarchy: Susanne Hutzler (Legends from Women of Earth Lab) | 00:22:03
Susanne Hutzler, Bardo danceress and Feelings Practitioner, shares her legends and ripple effects from Women of Earth Laboratory in this episode with Julia Neumann. This interview is like a fresh breeze of feminine wisdom breathing. Susanne tells of the Sisterhood that emerged once the space was cleared of emotional baggage, so that Women could step into Archiarchy, so that they could de-baptize themselves out of patriarchy, and so that they could venture into the new land of not knowing as Sisters where "her case is my case". Susanne also shares how the experience is shaping her life today, how it leads to more Love, more Friendship, and how it helped her connect to her role as an older Woman in Archiarchy with her life experience. 18 May 2023 | Proactivist Agent for Change: Every Woman Counts - Laura Cope | 00:23:36
“Shit is fucked and we need to deal with it. We can’t carry on with it.” This episode is a plea for behavioural change and personal responsibility. It is about the power of grassroot action, and personal agency. Laura Cope is a Proactive Agent for Change, with clear connection to her sword with which she cuts out bullshit. Laura is the founder of UYO (Use Your Own), a ProActivist cafe guide to reduce single use serviceware in cafes, as well as Takeaway Throwaways, an initiative to promote legislative changes. Laura takes a bold stand for grassroot level solutionising: Taking action to solve the problems rather than talking about them. With a clear awareness of the bigger picture and the systemic problems we are facing, she appeals to the power of seemingly little actions by every woman. Taking responsibility on a personal level is not a concept. Laura shares and shows by living it how it goes to take a radical stand for what matters. Join this radically alive conversation for an invitation to connect with what you love unconditionally, and then go and take a radical stand for it. Besides Laura's clarity, integrity and humor, I particularly enjoy how Laura represents and models an intrinsic feminine approach of communicating and networking. There is so much power in that. "We need to dissolve the apathy of feeling disempowered. (...) Change is possible. Anyone has an opportunity to use their voice." NB: Aotearoa is the indigenous name for New Zealand.
18 Dec 2023 | Sexual Healing for Women: Ylia Sawitzki /w Annika Korsten | 00:27:08
Ylia Sawitzki is a Yoni Mapping Therapist and a Love, Sex and Relationship Coach. She is interviewed in this episode by Annika Korsten. This episode goes to the core of what holds women back in all areas of their lives, and - naturally - also in their sexual intimacy with a partner: The core belief that there is something wrong with them; that they should be aroused when they are not. Ylia pledges for a woman's own pace, which is much slower and gentler than many women may have experienced before. She opens up doorways with real practical descriptions of how sexual intimacy could be a way of healing for women and men, and how sexual pleasure, at a woman's pace and terms, unveils the Goddess within. 10 Sep 2023 | More than Cacao: Empowering Women and Planet Conscious Endeavours - Floris Niu | 00:24:32
This RAW episode is quite raw indeed: The interview was taken just outside the Tauranga food show, and you'll hear some background sounds. The seagulls gave a concert especially at a crucial point of the conversation! Floris Niu lives in Samoa and runs an organic Cacao plantation, Ms Sunshine Organic Farms, as well as taking a stand for women organic farmers through various organisations. In this episode, she shares how her life's challenges have brought her to reconnect with her ancestral land, the necessity and power of women's collaboration, and the healing properties of food grown naturally - especially Cacao as a medicine. You will get to hear about planet conscious, about Growness, about remembering that Women can do anything when they stop trying to do everything and instead start choosing to create the things they are missing in the world. Floris is a great example for that herself, taking a radical stand for organic women farmers. This episode is rich like a cup of warm, thick organic Cacao. Listen in for yourself. 06 Jul 2023 | SPECIAL! Next Culture Fatherhood: Tristan Girdwood | 00:16:55
Here is a First: For the first time, we are broadcasting a male voice here on Radically Alive Women Edgecast. Tristan Girdwood is a Man taking a stand for new ways of Fatherhood: How does it go to hold space for children to grow up into adulthood, supporting them to choose life instead of numbness? Tristan used to have two stepchildren until he chose to be their father - taking a bigger risk, stepping fully in rather than keeping a foot out the door. He describes how he came to make this decision (which has nothing to do with "adoption"), and how essentially every father has to choose fatherhood. This conversation was too good not to publish here. It is relevant for fathers and mothers, it is relevant for creating next culture, and it is relevant for the spaceholding for future adults. 23 Jun 2024 | Why Women's Indigeneity to the Earth matters: Julia Neumann /w Millicent Haughey | 00:38:31
Julia Neumann was interviewed by Millicent Haughey for this episode, as a special journey is taking form for her. Julia speaks about her latest project of travelling, researching and documenting the indigeneity of Women: Indigenous Woman Documentary. It is a collective project emerging from Julia's Question of what it means to be indigenous as a Western Woman. Part of the journey is to radically trust that this initially personal journey is deeply relevant to many other women, and life on the planet. The research is conducted by several Women and touches upon the pain of how the severing of Western Women from their indigeneity makes the destruction of life on the planet possible. Julia shares of her journey thus far, and the potential she witnesses in Women to reclaim their indigeneity, beyond reason, to the Earth. When Women radically honour their deep connectedness to Everything, and their capacity to let life through, the urgently necessary shifts in consciousness become a real possibility. Indigeneity, viewed in such a way, carries the hope, as a way of being, to inform the future. Julia also touches upon how this journey is relevant to men, and the importance of this project unfolding in a deeply feminine way. * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more like this one with a donation. * You can read about the project here: https://indigenouswoman.mystrikingly.com
13 Jul 2023 | Be who you really are: Moira Aberdeen | 00:23:33
"The hardest thing is to know yourself, and to be yourself. ... Reconnecting people with who they really are, a source being and a point of consciousness, that's my jam." Moira Aberdeen's passion is to help others find out who they really are. She does that in a holistic way and against the background of her own life journey of reconnecting with who she really is. This warm-hearted, deep and light conversation is about the necessity of people being who they really are and helping them to heal so that they can "get what they need when they need it". The world would look differently then, because it would set free so much energy for creativity, to create a better world. Moira's bottom line is to reduce the amount of unnecessary suffering and to disrupt such suffering, including cumbersome systems. Listen in for some wisdom deeply grounded in reality, from a Woman that stands in her power. Let yourself be inspired by Moira's passion for the human body as a divine vehicle. Moira's healing practice helps people to reconnect with their physical health, emotional health, mental health, psychological health, and spiritual health. 01 Oct 2023 | Connected to Everything: Nadine Autet (Pirate Boat of Transformation and Love, Part 1) | 00:25:30
“Pull me out with other humans and then I am just part of this magnificent universe” This episode is a plea for outer and inner adventure and radical teamwork. Nadine Audet, is a Transformational Adventure Pirate and Connected to Everything who just returned from her 4 months trip on a sailing yacht. In this special episode, she speaks of her remarkable adventure sailing a yacht along the coast of Australia for 4 months together with her two grown up children and their partners. Simultaneously the crew committed to radically rely on each other using the tools of Possibility Management. This meant that as a team they navigated not only the ocean but also their feelings and healed their emotional wounds as these showed up. It opened the space for profound connection to each other and, even more astoundingly, Nadine speaks of experiencing a deep connection to all of the magnificent life around her. From this embodied presence she finds life teachers and team members everywhere, including the ants.
The yacht really turned out to be a pirate boat of Transformation and Love: “I can not be the best I can be without a team. When I am connected to myself and my team, I am connected to the whole world.”
Nadine mentions “sheets” plastered to the inside of their transformational sailing ship. These are Maps from the context of Possibility Management: Stay tuned as Report 2 is in the making - where you will get to hear Nadine's daughter's version of the adventure. Watch out for the upcoming episode with Sofia Kuczera! 11 Feb 2023 | Coming alive by becoming a Conscious Asshole | 00:22:12
I was honoured to interview Ingrid Schmithüsen as my first guest in this episode. If you met Ingrid for the first time, you might think that she is a sweet woman. She can be. Yet she also has a sword. On her journey from being an adaptive woman she learned a few things about becoming a "conscious asshole" that I am really glad she is sharing here from her authentic place of exploration. Catapulted out of her fantasy of relating with her husband through "understanding" after having been diagnosed with possibly a terminal disease, she learned how to speak up for herself and say what she wants to say. Meanwhile the diagnosis of ALS has been confirmed. Ingrid's at times slow speech may be a result of this disease. At the same time, Ingrid is on her healing journey. If you would like to learn more about becoming a conscious asshole, contact Ingrid for coaching sessions: http://www.ingridschmithusen.org/ * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more like this one with a donation. * Ingrid mentions a few terms from Possibility Management (www.possibilitymanagement.org) which you may not be familiar with: 1) Box: Also known as belief system, worldview, mindset, reality structure, paradigm, self-image, identity, personality, psychology, comfort zone, or defense strategy. 2) Conscious anger: Your anger as a resource when used consciously rather than what you may have learned to associate with anger (unconscious, destructive, aggressive anger). https://consciousanger.mystrikingly.com/ 2) Matrix: Consciousness expands at a certain speed limit. 04 Nov 2023 | Women sourcing Archiarchy: Anne-Chloé Destremau (Legends from the Women of Earth Lab) | 00:31:20
Anne-Chloé Destremau recently held space for a Women of Earth Laboratory in Portugal, together with Vera Franco. She speaks to Julia Neumann about what it actually looks like when women decide to exit Patriarchy forever. She paints the picture of how Women that exit Patriarchy source Archiarchy - not as a Women's culture, for everyone. Women carry the seed of a regenerative culture in them, and are natural spaceholders for Archiarchy. This is already a legendary radical interview that holds tremendous Clarity and is full of gold. May it fuel your fire, bring you insights and be a guiding light in what can seem like a monumental task – sourcing and inhabiting a new culture: Archiarchy. 13 Apr 2023 | Freebirthing Love: Hannah Abouzahrah | 00:23:36
Listen in for the (almost) incredible story of a woman freebirthing her daughter in March 2022, following on from a decision to heal her feminine lineage. From the beginning of her pregnancy, my guest Hannah Abouzahrah prepared for giving birth without medical assistance. She had decided to venture into this path due to her third miscarriage, which empowered her to notice that she actually knew how to handle her body. It is the story of reclaiming the inner authority over a woman's capacity to give birth, to know her body, to heal her past emotions and use her feelings consciously, to have a feelings doula coach by her side, and to collaborate with the baby. What emerges is a beautiful description of how a whole village supported the young parents in walking their path and enabling this child's birth in a swimming pool under the stars. Love was born. Hannah mentions this book, "Intuition: The Inside Story. Interdisciplinary Perspectives". If you would like to explore the topic of freebirthing or miscarriage with Hannah as a Coach, contact her. Stay tuned on this Podcast/Edgecast for deeper dives into these topics! Terms explained: A 3Cell is a team of 3 people coming together to evolve and grow up, each member committing to help the two other people evolve and grow up. 3Cells are about making the (r)evolution conscious.
11 May 2023 | Feminine Business: Fierce Devotion from the Heart - Lysa Black | 00:22:39
“If I’m not clear and distinct enough to annoy some people, I won’t have the power and precision to really make an impact for the people that are for me.” Lysa Black is a Feminine Business Amplifier. As such, she shows a path, through business, to liberate the heart. From her own journey of evolution, rites of passage, trial and error, Lysa learned to embrace her boldness, and unraveled her fierce devotion for heart-led business. This is at the core of "Feminine Business". In this episode of Radically Alive Women, Lysa shares about her Feminine Business vision, which she embodies herself: A radical approach to business, where the pure essence of women's sense and intrinsic knowing, their authenticity, is at the core of how and what they do for business, and where they really let their hearts lead. In such a model, family is an important aspect of "business". It is a model where human beings' devotion interacts. In the transition from men-made business for men, which no longer works, she offers a bridge to utilise the currently existing constructs. Through Lysa's work, business becomes a vehicle for birthing a new culture, where Women stand in their power and receive income for their intrinsic worth, medicine, knowing and power. Lysa offers very practical heart-led support: So that women can build a financial structure that honors their life, work, family, and frees them up to be who they actually are in the world. Contact Lysa for one-on-one coaching or join her monthly Feminine Business Connections in four locations across Aotearoa's (New Zealand's) North Island (Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington) to amplify the value that you bring to the world and make it sustainable for your life. 15 Jan 2024 | Learning from Horses: Rosemary Wyndham-Jones | 00:24:07
Rosemary Wyndham-Jones could be called a Horse Medicine Woman. She is the originator of "Dune Lakes Lodge", a horse-inspired learning centre an hour North of Auckland, New Zealand/Aotearoa, where her 12 horses roam freely and live naturally as a herd. These horses are not for riding, they are for learning spaceholding skills, especially on an energetic level. This interview was taken by Julia Neumann outside with Rosemary and the horses. Rosemary describes how she was initiated into her energetic wizardry with horses in 1990, when her horse Jody played up and called forth Rosemary's tenacity to reclaim her respect and set clear boundaries. In this episode, hear more about how the wisdom, or medicine, that comes through horses, can teach us humans to be human Beings, rather than human Doings: from respecting ourselves, setting boundaries, using the clarity of Anger, to creating a different culture - which Rosemary calls "Wholearchy". Rosemary works with humans of all genders and age groups, as individuals and in groups. 16 Jun 2024 | RAW Voices: Do not follow, by Millicent Haughey | 00:12:58
RAW Voices brings you written words, read out loud by the author. This article is "Do not follow" by Millicent Haughey. "Do not follow her when you see her walking ahead. Do not think that you are walking there too. Do not follow. Like a dog lonely in the night. Then again do not stop walking because you are scared. Lean into that. Lean towards. Lean forward into. Do not give up. Do not give in. Don’t let go. Do not let go of something that is not yet here. Do not decide that your life is over. Do not wait until it is too late. Do not believe your doubts. Even before you know how, start moving. Move into your fear. Let it guide you like a lost friend. Let the fear unfold its riches for you. I don’t have the answers and I do not wish to lead you anywhere. Except into the shape of your own sinuous heart. I do not wish to fill your head with my ideas, I have no plan for you, I long to know you. I want only to know who you are when you let yourself unfold… like a sheet thrown up to cover the bed. Unfold like an autumn wind pulling the leaves like confetti from the trees. I wish to see your passion rise up from within you like an ocean swell. (...)" 22 Apr 2023 | A force to be reckoned with: Trish McGee and Renee Alleyne | 00:20:09
"It's time for a Revolution" and "That's way more exciting than planning a trip to Rarotonga."
In modern culture, the older women get, the more they become invisible. Here is an outlook into Next Women's Culture and an entirely different possibility:
Trish McGee (Builder, Teacher, and Rage Club spaceholder in the making) and Renee Alleyne (Possibilitator and Psychodramatist) started their initiation into adulthood in their late 60s and are on fire. They are, at the age of around 70, becoming "a force to be reckoned with". So much so, that by the time they are 90, they consider they may have time then to only sit on the porch. But before, they are on the mission to live their life purpose to the fullest.
In this episode, they share about their experience of their inner fire growing instead of vanishing as they become older. Both have been in a relationship with each other for 35 years and are discovering what it's like to radically relate not only with each other, but also with the world: To do what each of them really wants to do. While they had created a beautiful home together in the past, they are now getting ready to sell it and move into a tiny house as part of their project with Ana Norambuena, "The Ontree Center" for people to heal and transform.
They share what they perceive of their role as older (elder) women, and also give some practical hints for your next possible steps.
"Let's be together in a new way and create something that's bigger than us!"
Terms to ease your understanding:
1) PM means Possibility Management, a context of Radical Responsibility (consciousness in action).
2) "Lab" is a Possibility Laboratory in the context of Possibility Management: 3-5 day transformative trainings in radical responsibility.
3) Archetypal Lineage is a force of nature and a resource for you to become your destiny in action.
Your Archetypal Lineage is waiting to stream down into your life, entering from up behind the top of your spine and exiting into your life actions through the place just above your heart. It is unique to you, and it is already ready to put useful and challenging jobs on your bench, and also to provide you with unseen resources and unimaginable coincidences and connections to handle these jobs.
4) Ontree Centre:
A Centre for Next Culture Creation in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Trish and Renee are taking a stand for it together with founder Ana Norambuena.
5) Rage Club:
The purpose of Rage Club is to change your relationship to the feeling and emotion of anger so you can consciously and productively use the energy and information of anger as an adult in your daily life, without being possessed or overwhelmed by it.

20 Dec 2024 | Sovereign Birth and Self-Response-Ability: Claire Eccleston. With Annika Korsten | 00:40:00
Claire Eccleston is a midwife of life. Amongst many hats she wears, she is a mother and a grandmother and takes a radical stand in the birth space. She advocates the reverence for a Woman's body and bringing back the knowledge and wisdom through its inherent physiology. In this conversation with Annika Korsten, she takes a leap into where birth stands today in many Western cultures, including aiming to control birth, the use of technology and machinery, and the link with a disconnect from the land. The ancient art of birth work, on the other hand, stresses the importance of touch, senses and "Being with" as opposed to "doing to". Whilst the Western approach aims to create a space of safety, ancient birth work relies on the safety of the physiology of the birthgiver. Claire is not biased in her approach to birth, neither does she give preference to the way it plays out. She promotes Women's capacities to respond to birth (as opposed to controlling it) and to be empowered to have choice on their pathway. Claire emphasise this sense of self-response-ability that goes beyond giving birth. As such, this episode could be of interest for anyone curious about the ability to respond from the self, including especially bodily sensations of clear Yes and No. Claire practices predominantly in Aotearoa, New Zealand, and travels every year to spread her tools and wisdom internationally especially via "Spinning Babies", a unique approach to birth which aims to revitalize the intelligence of the physiology of the birthgiver and baby before medical intervention. * You can show your appreciation for these conversations by donating to the Edgecast: RAW Edgecast donations – Radically Alive Women * For more information: https://www.claireecclestonmidwife.com/ https://www.spinningbabies.com/ https://www.mp.pl/auschwitz/journal/english/193055,a-midwifes-report-from-auschwitz (Stanislawa Leszczyńska) If you would like to read about and find some practices for your Yes and No, you might be interested in this Radically Alive Women publication: Her Conscious Anger Workbook for Women, www.radicallyalivewomen.com/shop. Ariana is a dangerous Woman because she says how things are. For this episode, Julia Neumann interviewed Ariana on her perspective on Women and their role in changing culture. Ariana shares with raw Clarity about the power of Women to choose and stop complaining, about the shift to the heart-mind, the mind of the heart that is for feeling, and how this shift naturally occurs through Women, paving the way for the necessary heart-shifts in humankind, when they no longer wait for outside saviors. Ana Norambuena held space for the Women of Earth Laboratory from 13-17 March 2024 in Kina, New Zealand. She speaks about what happened, the shifts that occurred, the Sisterhood that was awakened, the fierce Love that Women reclaimed for moving forward, the radical commitment to following impulses and the Nothingness required to hold space for the emergence of an Unfolding of Everything in chaos. She reveals especially the lie in patriarchy that Women are alone. Without that lie, with Women collaborating, being together, patriarchy stands no chance. In one of the processes that Ana shares about, all the Women declared, not orchestrated, at the same time: "Withdrawing my Love ends here." * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more like this one with a donation. * And as Ana points out: A Woman's Love is not just sweet. 11 Mar 2023 | Bardo State and Menopause - The in-between space: Patrizia Patz | 00:20:45
Patrizia Patz is Speaker, Trainer and Author. Patrizia's website is in German; you can find her also on Facebook (with English posts). What does it mean to be radically alive? Is it only when you're thriving and creative and doing? In this episode, it becomes clear that aliveness is not a show. It's not about pretending to be alive in a certain way. Radical aliveness, rather, means to be authentic about where you are at right now. It is about the exact opposite of pretending. Then radical aliveness can look very differently. Usually, Patrizia is full of what is commonly considered aliveness. As you will hear in this episode, this kind of aliveness is not where Patrizia was at around the time of the recording. Instead, she was in "Bardo state". Bardo is a Tibetan Buddhist term to describe an intermediate, transitional, or liminal state between death and rebirth. It is a space where the old is gone and the new is not there yet. In these 20 minutes, Patrizia shares of her experience of being in a state of no internal impulses, how that differs from a state of depression or "swamp" / victimhood, its challenges, and how it is an invitation to observe oneself and one's patterns. Together, we explore how this state is an essential part of being radically alive. Patrizia's aliveness comes through in this conversation with vulnerability and curiosity. I was deeply touched also by her exploration of how Bardo state is connected to her personal transition during menopause - a field lacking role models. Hear what tips she has for you when you find yourself in "Bardo state". 22 Mar 2023 | Māori Warrior Queen: Rangitunoa | 00:19:44
"If we want the humanoid strand to continue living on Earth, we have to get real. The women have to stand up and say: Enough." Listen to this episode with guest Rangitunoa Black. She is bold enough to call herself a "Warrior Queen and Seer", amongst other things. She is a published lesbian poet and composer and writes and composes primarily in Te Reo Māori (Māori language). Rangitunoa is indigineous to Aotearoa (New Zealand) and from the tribes Ngāi Tūhoe and Ngāti Tūwharetoa. Her name means "The internal chimes of freedom", and that is what she stands for. In this episode, she speaks of the necessity for women to stand up and reclaim their sovereignty, of spirituality and ancestry, of Patriarchy and colonisation, of women's connection to the land, and more. "Women are connected to the land because they are incubators of the people." "We have to decide how to draw up the blueprint of the future." Rangitunoa uses a few Te Reo Māori terms that you may be curious about: 1) Whānau means "family", and goes beyond blood family. It includes friends. 2) Treaty of Waitangi: New Zealand’s founding document of 1840. An agreement signed by some Māori chiefs and the British Crown. It is to date disputed whether Māori tribes gave up their sovereignty under this Agreement. 3) Aotearoa means New Zealand. 4) Te Urewera is a region on the North Island of New Zealand, to the East of Lake Taupo. It is the historical home of Tūhoe, a Māori iwi (tribe) known for its stance on Māori sovereignty. 5) Te Wakaminenga Flag: In 1834, British official James Busby called the Chiefs of the Northern districts together to decide upon a flag. There were three options and the one they agreed upon became known as Te Haki Tuatahi, meaning the first flag. One year later, in 1835, Busby gathered the chiefs together and they signed He Whakaputanga, The Declaration of Independence. Today many Maori hold firm to the 1835 He Whakaputanga and maintain that Te Haki Tuatahi is the first and legal flag of the sovereign independent nation of Aotearoa. Te Haki Tuatahi is also referred to as Te Kara o Te Whakaminenga o Nga Hapu o Nu Tireni – The Flag of the United Tribes of New Zealand.

30 Jul 2023 | Conscious Parenting: Rose O'Connor - with Hannah Abouzahrah | 00:24:16
Rose O'Connor is interviewed in this episode by Hannah Abouzahrah (who has been an interview guest herself a while ago on conscious Freebirthing, listen in here) on her experience with Aware Parenting against the background of her own emotional healing journey with Possibility Management. Rose shares how she found out the power of holding space for the feelings and emotions of her son Xavier, who at the time of the interview was 11 months old. She speaks of the importance of trusting the baby's capacity for healing and your own intuition, as well as the importance of the parents recognising their own needs, including their emotional needs. The episode contains practical hints on how parents can create a support structure for themselves for that purpose. It also describes the particular power of being with the baby's emotions so that they can heal birth trauma. As Hannah points out: Imagine a world in which humans heal their emotional trauma already at this young age. How much more spaciousness they would have to live their destiny in action! 10 Oct 2023 | Surfing with the Sharks: Sofia Kuczera (Pirate Boat of Transformation and Love, Part 2) | 00:20:10
Sofia Kuczera recently returned from a real adventure: 4 months of sailing on a yacht with her family: her mother Nadine Autet (a previous guest on this edgecast), her brother, her partner and her brother's partner. They decided to embark not only on this outer adventure, but to include an inner adventure: To travel in the context of Possibility Management and use the tools of distinguishing between Feelings and Emotions to navigate their life on board. Sofia's main challenge was to encounter her fears, to heal her emotional fears and to use her feeling of fear to navigate risks. As a 'reward", she got to surf with sharks in the most remote places along the Australian coast. Listen in for an inspiring conversation in which Sofia shares authentically from her experience on the yacht. PM stands for Possibility Management: a context of Radical Responsibility for upgrading human thoughtware through adulthood initiations. EHP stands for Emotional Healing Process: A process from the context of Possibility Management where, by feeling your past emotions you get to the core of old decisions from situations long gone, and you get to make new choices for your life today.
30 Apr 2023 | Aliveness through Music and Movement: Sybille Biedert | 00:20:19
Sybille Biedert is a Magician when it comes to opening doors for Transformation through Music and Movement. With a background in Possibility Management and Open Floor Movement, she combines movement with an embodiment in all bodies: especially the physical, emotional and energetic bodies. In this episode, Sybille shares of the magic that can happen on a dancefloor when people start to move, to feel, and bring out their unique colours, as she becomes the space through which possibilities and music emerges. She describes her experience of music and movement as door openers to the heart, and a way to become radically alive. At the end, she gifts you an experiment to do at home. Sybille offers embodied movement sessions and immersions, which you can find via her website. Together with Julia Neumann, spaceholder of this Edgecast, she creates 3-4 day immersions for women to become "Radically Alive" through feeling and moving, in connection with nature. The next one takes place in Wainui Bay, Golden Bay, from 116-19 November 2023. Find out more here. Terms explained: 1) Numbness Bar The level of feeling below which you are numb to the feelings of either anger, sadness, fear, or joy. Being numb is a survival strategy that makes it possible to kill life on planet Earth at the fastest rate possible. You could change your mind about that and start to feel consciously, so that your feelings become the rocket fuel for change. 2) Energetic Body and Emotional Body You have five bodies. Modern culture over-emphasizes the intellectual and physical body, holds limited awareness of the emotional body, and teaches nothing about the energetic body. Your emotional body has a heart, and your heart has feelings and emotions. Your energetic body has presence and can notice energies. You can train your emotional and energetic bodies just like you could train your intellectual and physical bodies. 3) Liquid State The transition state when a new distinction really landed in you - then you become liquid in some or all of your five bodies. In an authentic Liquid State the rigid structures of your belief system release their grip on your world and allow your Being to redesign itself to meet current circumstances, to be a force of nature at work serving something greater than your own pitiful defendedness. No liquid state, no change. Gratitude to Millicent Haughey for her support in editing this audio file.
06 Apr 2023 | From Nurse to Combat Center Owner: Sally Greenwood | 00:20:01
This week's guest Sally Greenwood is a fiery, alive woman running The Combat Center in West Auckland, where for a little more than a year she has been offering a women's empowerment programme called "Power Up". Sally shares her personal journey, and her growing up process from having been an intensive care nurse, a really "good wife, good person, good girl" rescuing the world around her, to becoming the co-founder of The Combat Center. She shares of her inexplicable health problems, hitting rock bottom, and a recovery journey which lead her to a physical and emotional healing journey. Listen in for a refreshing conversation that makes Sally's journey relatable far beyond her personal story. It is the perfect example of a woman's journey of adaptation and rescuing, fuelled by the fear of not being valuable unless she helps others. It shows a path of empowerment through reconnecting with her own physical body, own power, and agency. When Sally chose to go first, magically, a Village of Women appeared around her. Sally has been using The Combat Center since as a doorway from modern culture to next women's culture, empowering and collaborating with women from where they are. "As a business woman, as a mother, it is so important to have access to our clean anger." "No one can do it for me; AND no one can stop me from doing it."
1) "Stellating" feelings means going all the way to 100%. When you can do that, you activate the archetypal force of that feeling, in the case of fear: the Magician; for anger: the Warrior(ess); for sadness: the Lover; for joy: the Possibilitator. You shift from a consumer to a creator (like from a planet to a star). 2) 3x3x3 Anger: https://3-3-3.mystrikingly.com/ A practice of strengthening your "anger muscle" by committing to 3 months of 3 minutes of anger for 3 times a week. The way it goes: lie down on your back, then get angry and feel angry for 3 minutes (setting a timer helps). Let your body go wild. Make the sounds. (More instructions via the link)

23 Sep 2024 | Fear Response Physiology and Holding Space for Fear: Janet Redmond and Christine Ploschenz (Fear Series, Part 1). With Julia Neumann | 00:38:39
Fear Response Physiology and Holding Space for Fear: Janet Redmond and Christine Ploschenz (Fear Series, Part 1) This episode is the first in a series on Fear (Fear, Magic and Women, collected by Millicent Haughey). It goes deep very quickly, so be ready to listen at your own pace, move your body before playing the recording, pause it often and take plenty of notes. To get the most out of this episode, we recommend you find your own way to ground yourself first, in the here and now in your physical body. “If I take someone into their danger zone before they know their survival mechanism, integration does not happen” - Janet Redmond. * You can show your appreciation for this conversation with a donation. * Christine Ploschenz works closely with people, to guide them to be in their bodies, through movement. She uses tools and distinctions from Possibility Management as well as somatic and embodiment practices. Janet Redmond has over 30 years experience as a counsellor, therapist, and transactional analyst. She holds regular Building Communication Bridges workshops where people get to practice and experience deeper levels of communication with themselves and others. She combines her years of experience with the tools and distinctions of Possibility Management to create healing and real change for people from all walks of life. Julia Neumann is a coach, Edgecaster, aliveness researcher, writer and visionary. She holds regular spaces that you can join to discover new levels of aliveness through conscious use of your Feelings. She passionately takes a stand for Women becoming Radically Alive. In this interview Christine, Janet and Julia go into the terrain of fear to discuss a fundamental part of being human: How does the human system deal with fear on a biological and neurological level? And how can having an awareness of the ways the human body stores traumatic events help you navigate your own fear response as well as meet people exactly where they are? This episode is valuable for anyone who is learning to have a different relationship with their fear in their body, and will be also of interest to spaceholders for Emotional Healing Process especially around emotional fear (unprocessed events, still caught in the nervous system). 09 Jan 2024 | Women's Healing Medicine: Michaela Kaiser | 00:28:24
Michaela Kaiser is a Feelings Practioner, which means she recognizes and uses the Feelings and Emotions to integrate and heal the physical body. In this episode, she speaks with Annika Korsten about the power of fully inhabiting her female body and occupying a space where healing happens. Listen closely in for the gift that the human body really is and the magic that unfolds when learning to sensitize yourself to its subtle language of feelings as both energy and information. Then the physical body becomes a vehicle for aliveness. Michaela shares in this episode how she became a healer and embodied in her female body, with an early commitment to her natural rhythm. She speaks about her fine perception as a physiotherapist of how it is different to touch a male body and female body - how the skin is different, and how the energetic space around a woman is different than that around a man. 16 Apr 2023 | Beyond the mind: Julia Neumann | 00:21:30
Meet Julia Neumann, the main spaceholder for this Edgecast. It was such an honour to be interviewed by Millicent Haughey on what it means for me to be a Radically Alive Woman. Millicent is part of this Edgecasting team with a knack for editing the episodes as well as interviewing and non-linear ideas. We speak of the limitations of the mind and the role of fear and anger as resources to operate and act from a different point of origin than the mind. Thanks to Millicent's questions we also got to talk about the collaboration amongst women and the collaboration of women with men, as an original creative process. When this conversation was recorded, I still called this broadcast a Podcast. Well, things change quickly in a radically alive world. Also, you may notice that my voice is a bit husky and pitchy at times from my conscious anger practice that day. 16 Jun 2023 | Courage for Love: Selina Frei | 00:19:54
"We are in a time of relationship also, of learning how to maintain and create love between human beings. There has been such a huge evolution and development in the technology field, but we are nowhere in human relationships; and this is the base to be able to create something new. There's no future if we don't learn how to really, really hold the space for Love." Join Selina Frei and Julia Neumann for this episode of deep feminine wisdom around Courage, the excitement of jumping off the edge of your knowing, letting something greater work through Woman, birthing Life and birthing Love, and the role of fear in the creation process. Selina lives and works in the highlands of Chiapas, in Mexico. In this episode, she shares about her courageous journey from her protected life in Switzerland to a next culture community in Mexico, where - drumrolls - she is currently pregnant with her second child. This experience informs the conversation and connects to the archetypal forces that come through Women: holding space for life to come through, and for Love. Selina is passionate about Next Culture Womanhood and the collaboration amongst Women, for Women to shine with each other, as well as the collaboration of Women with Men - for Love to occur. Take your heart into your hand, and jump! You will find Selina's article on stepping out of Patriarchy here. Anne-Chloé Destremau's episode on RAW, which Selina mentions, can be listened to here. 19 May 2024 | Choosing the edge: Radical experiments in communal living. Olive Jones | 00:35:09
In the late 1970s, at the age of 17, Olive Jones joined a communal living experiment in Nelson, living in a kind of Anarchy with each other and off the land. Later, that Community purchased a piece of land in Motueka Valley that came to be known as Graham Downs. There, they experimented radically with communal living: anybody could join whenever they wanted for as long as they wanted. They farmed the land with horses, milked cows, butchered their own meat, built their own houses, made their own clothing, all without any governance structure. * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more like this one with a donation. * Olive became a pillar of that community and lived there for 13 years. She wrote the book "Commune: Chasing a utopian dream in Aotearoa" about her experience of that time, as well as about the deterioration and falling apart of the Community. In this episode, Olive shares some of her life experiences: - How they thought they were creating an alternative culture but ended up reproducing patriarchy; - What did not work; - How living in Community requires a level of emotional maturity and conflict resolution processes; - How choosing an interesting life over a comfortable life makes life worth living; - How women playing small contributed to the patriarchal culture; - How women's work can be invisible; and more. Today, Olive lives in Auckland and is a trustee of the Trust holding the land. This interview was held by Julia Neumann, who spent several weeks of living on the land in March & April 2024. Listen in as Julia speaks with clarity and authenticity about the Radically Alive Women (RAW) context, and how her authentic necessity has been essential in bringing RAW Heart-Quarters (HQ) to life as a physical structure. Julia also shares about some of the things that have been necessary for her to go through on her path, to find and inhabit the space that is uniquely hers and the magic that unfolds from there. Here is a live example of what it looks like when a Woman takes a radical stand for her own aliveness, and how this calls the wider community to life, which simultaneously opens up opportunities for authentic aliveness in other women, in men, and the wider network of life. 18 Aug 2024 | Being Love Whilst Dying: Ingrid Schmithüsen. With Annika Korsten and Hannah Abouzahrah | 00:28:54
"Do not doubt yourself a single second." This interview of Ingrid Schmithüsen by Hannah Abouzaharah and Annika Korsten is special in many ways: Ingrid was found to have ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, almost 2 years ago. Ingrid is dying from this disease, which is a neurodegenerative disorder that results in the progressive loss of both upper and lower motor neurons that normally control voluntary muscle contraction. Due to the loss of her speech, Ingrid is using a text to speech technology, hence her speech in the recording is an automated voice. The process of writing takes some time, and we have intentionally left some of the pauses to invite you to slow down with Ingrid. You will also be able to hear her sound as she is typing. Ingrid is paving the path for a conscious way of dying that is truly inspiring. In this interview, you will hear her speak of accepting the disease, of the illusion of death, of her Being residing in the energetic body, of a life free from stories, and of being fully alive in each moment. In the presence of Ingrid, you get to experience Love. Her coaching for other Women: "Do not doubt yourself a single second." * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more like this one with a donation. * This interview is also special because Ingrid was the first guest ever interviewed for RAW Edgecast in February 2023, when she could still speak. 09 Nov 2024 | A Year-Long Women’s Journey: Annika Korsten and Julia Neumann. With Hannah Abouzahrah. | 00:40:15
This episode is a conversation amongst the three main spaceholders of RAW Edgecast. Hannah Abouzahrah holds space for Annika Korsten and Julia Neumann to speak about their One-Year-Long Journey, travelling and living largely together and partly separately, as Women committed to honesty and inhabiting their own culture. In November 2023, Annika and Julia co-created and lived in the first Women’s Bridge-House together with 4-5 other Women, in Golden Bay, New Zealand. In early December 2023, they sat off on a journey North by car and via ferry across the Cook Strait. What followed was a travel to visit other Women across New Zealand’s North Island, refining their own culture and taking it where they went. Navigating from moment to moment. Radically relying on their impulses and each other’s wisdom. Setting boundaries. Navigating to (non-romantic) intimacy as sisters from different parents. In early 2024, they lived in Motueka together, partly also with men, but mostly with other Women in Women-only spaces. Later in the year, both separately took off to Europe to connect with their roots and visit yet more Women. When they found themselves together again on the ferry across the Cook Strait in October 2024, this time Southbound, to hold space for Radically Alive Women’s Immersion, they noticed how they had come full circle. This recording is a start to make some of the rich findings of this extraordinary journey accessible to you. * If you want to support this Edgecast, you can donate to its creation with a financial contribution here: www.radicallyalivewomen.com/donate. * For more information: https://hannahabouzahrah.mystrikingly.com

Ella calls for adults to clean up the rubbish, plant more trees and live more peacefully together. She speaks clearly of future nature schools where young people learn to fish, clean, cook and do maths on their fingers as different ways of teaching. And she touches upon the importance of true friendship. Ella knows herself and knows what she wants. 13 Oct 2024 | Reclaiming the Feminine Ebb and Flow of Life: Clare Dubois. With Annika Korsten | 00:59:48
In this episode, we are honoured to host Clare Dubois at RAW Edgecast once again. Clare is the founder of Treesisters.org, a global women's organisation for reforestation. She left Treesisters in October 2022, with burnout and mould poisoning, coupled with her transitioning through menopause. Since leaving the organisation, Clare has been facing her trauma work and surrendering to the death of her past self. * You can show your appreciation for this conversation and support the creation of more episodes like this one with a donation. * In this conversation with Annika Korsten, Clare shows up as a walking permission for every woman and man on Earth: to feel the death of versions of ourselves and our species that have collided with the world as it is, and to allow the authentic part of our soul to express. She invites us to be radically present with each moment and each experience and to let the alchemical process unfold on the basis of feminine principles, as a way forward to face the mess and chaos of a culture rooted in disservice to life. Clare highlights the epigenetic imprint in Women encultured by a profound fear of being female and ultimately a fear to die. If we allowed the cyclical, emotional and intuitive nature of Women to come alive, the lie of rejection would be washed away by rivers of unconditional love. At this point, Clare invites us to imagine a different culture. Clearing and cleansing the Earth and ourselves will require an enormous amount of compassion for the parts of ourselves that have not yet grown up to an extent that we could fathom. It will require us to face the results of the barbaric choices we've made, and the violence we use towards ourselves, each other and the Earth. Clare's clarity and boldness empowers Women to bury the lie of of separation, to come forward in unity with other Women, to claim back our sovereignty and to own our birthright of belonging.
