Chakras are energy centers within our body and tonight  Shannon and Virginia will discuss the 7 main chakras and ways to balance and align yours.  We will discuss the main function, location, and areas of the body associated and affected by each chakra.  Did you know that you can eat foods, wear clothes, or carry crystals in the color of the chakra that may be underactive?!
