If you like burgers, tacos, shepherds pie, waffles, pancakes, biscuits, pasta salads (no, carbs are not your enemy - promise!), cheesy soups & stews, alfredo sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, lasagna, and desserts then you need to find the way to keep enjoying those meals. A way that will actually build…your…health. 

I want you to know that your taste buds will absolutely adjust as you go, and as a result, you'll discover amazing flavors in straight-up produce that you couldn't even taste before. And together we’ve lost over 75 pounds without ever having to go on a diet. Praise God we’ve found the realistic, healthy, tasty, enjoyable way to live plant based and we are thriving. As a whole food plant based beginner, there is a high likelihood that your medication dosages may need to be adjusted, but don’t ever attempt to do this on your own. A caring practitioner, vegan doctor or not, will be very excited to see the positive changes in your health and more than happy to help! 

However, if your doctor or healthcare provider are proving to be less than supportive with your whole food plant based diet, it may be time to consider moving on. But how will you know? Whether you're listening to this at the start of the New Year or at some other time, chances are your question is the same...

Thankfully, getting healthy does not have to be hard...

This is how we've lost over 80 pounds and kept it off without counting calories, grams, points, or macros. There's no need to "control" our portions, wish for cheat days, or ever feel hangry either. Eating this way we've had cardiovascular disease reverse, autoimmune symptoms disappear, pain go away, and our energy levels soar!

Here are just some of the health improvements our clients have also experienced:
Going from a size 14 to a size 4,

Nuts and seeds are one of the joys in plant based living, not only because they're super simple to add to your daily routine ( yes, even a busy one 🙌🏼 ), but they're also power packed with nutrients that your body must have in order to thrive.

These small but mighty seeds that we're discussing today, flax seeds, have been shown time and again in research to greatly improve health by preventing and even reversing disease.  So the question is, are you enjoying them regularly?
