09 Mar 2021#115 A Conversation About Progressive Politics, Censorship, M4A, & The New Democratic Regime...00:57:27
In this episode I will be talking to Patrick Cote. I found Patrick when an episode of the "Status Coup" started playing on my YouTube and I got sucked in to watching. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the topics he was speaking about and how well put together his thoughts were. As I always do I started poking around the internet and trying to find him on social media. I ended up landing in the Twitterverse .
*
I followed Pat on his Twitter account and sent him a message, and invited him to come on the show and a few ideas about what we could talk about. To my surprise he was open to the the invitation and the topics and I got him booked to appear.
*
After Pat filled out the guest form is when I found out that he had been on one of my favorite shows that I follow "The Jimmy Dore Show". Also I started poking around some of Pat's links and found an appearance on Ron Placone's show talking about a parody that he co-wrote called "The Yass Kween Chronicles".
*
Coincidentally I had been trying to book Ron Placone on the show because he is a contributor to "The Jimmy Dore Show" and appears on it quite a bit. Ron is on the schedule for late March. Below is a question and answer I pulled from the guest form to give a little more info on Pat.
*
*
Why do you feel that your story would be beneficial for other people to hear?
*
If you're interested we could talk about my prior parody account "Peter Douche" being banned from Twitter. It was a parody of "Peter Dauo" a former centrist propagandist, who is now a progressive ally. Long story short. It was a fun but useful parody that mocked him. I was banned from Twitter for "impersonation" although Twitter has clear guidelines for parody accounts that I was over-careful not to violate.
*
I woke up the next day, not knowing I was banned to find that "#FreePeterDouche" was trending on Twitter. (This story helps explain how I got a bigger platform/voice) The ban led to more media attention and I went on the Jimmy Dore Show to discuss censorship issues. The show with Jimmy Dore was then tweeted out by Julian Assange of WikiLeaks, which grew more attention.
*
As I mentioned on the show, I was going to use the attention to write a book, to ensure that instead of silencing me, I would gain a bigger voice. I followed up by writing my first parody book, "An Inconvenient Douche." Then, I followed that up with my recent book, "The Yass Kween Chronicles." Both books focus on the problems within the Democratic Party and on the media and propaganda used to prop up the corporate interests of the party.

25 Apr 2022#160 Vertical Growing and Composting with Mark Paine from EVE Growing...01:32:14

In this episode I am talking to my friend Mark Paine that I met on Clubhouse. Mark has a YouTube channel called EVE Growing. Here is a description from his YT channel.

*

"EVE" (ECO VERTICAL EVOLUTION) is a revolutionary method for growing food. "Non traditional growing" (aquaponics, aeroponics, hydroponic) and traditional growing coming together to help make our inner cities green and food desert free. EVE can grow healthy organic food anywhere and every where with little need to change the actual growing grounds from rooftops to paved parking. Whatever these other non traditional growing methods can do EVE can do better, cheaper with far less energy used, and less chances for failure. Instead of abandoning the art of growing in soil as these other non traditional growing methods have EVE is all about soil treating it like fine wine as it gets even better year after year.

*

This simplistic growing method is about composting, recycling, and reusing making it the perfect grow method for Urban Farming where most of the supplies are easily attained.

19 Oct 2020#72 Spike Cohen|Libertarian Party|Third Party|End The Duopoly| Are We Really Free00:36:55

I bring Spike Cohen on the show today to talk about more politics with us, as it will be my first time voting ever. This is the 2nd stop on my mission to figure out which 3rd party I fit into. Spike shared what the Libertarian Party can offer. It is based on the belief that we do best as people when we are the free to create and thrive as a species. He describes the government system as something that dictates how to live our lives and that system is the reason why we are facing problems like increasing police brutality and the pandemic being worst in the United States.

*

The Libertarian Party sees the current system as abusive where government officials are not held accountable for their actions. It aims to dismantle that power so that the freedom and the money that has been stolen are put back where they belong, in the hands of the American people.

*

Jeremy “Spike” Cohen is a political activist, and an entrepreneur. He is the Libertarian Party’s nominee for VP serving as Jo Jorgensen's running mate.

13 Feb 2023"From Cannabis Skeptic to Canna Mom: A Lawyer's Journey into the World of Cannabis"00:35:50

The guest on the Nowhere to Go but Up Podcast is Joyce Gerber, host of The Canna Mom Show, attorney, and cannabis activist. Sean and Joyce met in a clubhouse room, and they discuss Joyce's journey into the cannabis space. Joyce had a "cannabis awakening" in 2016 during a private tour in Colorado, which made her realize that everything she knew about cannabis was wrong. She is based in Massachusetts and promotes the involvement and inclusion of women in the cannabis industry through her podcast.

30 Jan 2021#98 Brother's Suicide | Adolescent Sexual Abuse | Mental Health | Virtual Reality01:07:02
In this episode I am having a conversation with Nate Glover. I met Nate when I posted in a Facebook group that I belong to for a virtual reality poker game that I play. I wanted to record an episode while playing poker. That idea didn't really work, but Nate started listening to my show and reached out and asked to be a guest. Below is a little bit about Nate and why he reached out.
*
In 2006, I lost my brother Jason to suicide. He was 19 years old. He suffered from paranoid schizophrenia that stemmed from him being sexually assaulted by a family member when he was 15.
*
Everyone knows someone that is struggling with depression, but they often don't know what to do or what to say to help them.
*
I feel it is important to recognize that mental anguish is no different that a physical ailment, such as cancer.
*
I'm proud of how I got through some incredibly difficult times, and how I've learned from them. I feel more prepared as a parent, and as a friend to anyone who is struggling with depression. It is one of my life goals as a Humanist to use what I've learned in life to help others.

06 Apr 2021California Department Of Corrections "Green Wall" Whistle Blower D.J. Vodicka...00:39:40

In this episode I have a conversation with D.J. Vodicka who is a former prison guard for the California Department of Corrections. D.J. is best known for the book that he wrote called "The Green Wall" which is about his career and the fact that he blew the whistle on a corrections officer gang called the Green Wall.

*

D.J.'s Bio:

*

The career of Donald “D.J.” Vodicka encompassed the rapid expansion of the prison system in California. For sixteen years, he was a prison guard in California’s highest security and most notorious correctional institutions Daily duties included serving meals to gang leaders, proctoring serial killers in lockdown cells, or patrolling exercise yards filled with violent felons while unarmed and outnumbered 1000-to-2. He belonged to an elite unit called the Investigative Services Unit (Internal Affairs), responsible for solving horrific crimes occurring inside the walls. He was retired as a decorated veteran officer, but certainly NOT of his own volition. He became the most influential “whistle-blower”, uncovering the silent secrecy of a group of rogue prison guards who called themselves “The Green Wall.”

*

His book is a true story, a real-life drama of one man’s courage to do the right thing against the California State Prison System that helped in the cover-up. It is an unblinking look at what can go wrong when only one person is willing to stand up and speak for what is right, against almost insurmountable odds. Vodicka’s televised state senate testimony exposed a scandal that led to resignations, transfers, sudden retirements, and reforms of the system that are still underway. The story is a classic tale of the triumph of personal integrity in the most dishonest and crooked institution imaginable.

09 Apr 2022#158 "So I Married a Dick Doctor That Fixes Women Too"...01:10:22

In this episode I am talking to Madeline Zech Ruiz who authored the book "So I Married a Dick Doctor That Fixes Women Too". This was a fun conversation plenty of laughs and uncomfortable moments. This conversation took place in 2020 while I was living in my 5th wheel over Zoom. I hadn't switched over to StreamYard yet.

*

Madeline's Bio:

*

Author Madeline Zech Ruiz resides McAllen, Texas with her husband Dr. Henry Ruiz, a well-known and respected urological surgeon. Madeline became known as ‘the Dick Doctor’s Wife’ around town.

Over the years, Madeline has found herself approached by townsfolk for discreet urological advice, even while on her personal errands. Finally the Dick Doctor’s Wife realized the need for a layperson’s book on the top 10 urological issues.

*

Madeline decided to write her book I Married a Urologist to help inform the general public on the prevention, diagnostics and cures for common urological problems. In this entertaining, personal and fact-filled book, author Madeline Zech Ruiz advises us to “Embrace your plumbing!”

03 Apr 2020#27 What is Bravery??? How Do You Describe Bravery???00:51:34

In this episode I talk to Emily Anne About her career ending diagnosis as a Cellist, as well as how she managed to get through it and what she is doing today to overcome her situation and how she is  helping  others.

Emily Anne's Bio:

In 2013, Emily Ann Peterson was diagnosed with a degenerative neurological hand tremor, which forever altered her two-decade livelihood as a cellist, string-arranger, and cello teacher. Refusing to lose her life's love of musical expression, in an act of neurological defiance she accepted an award of a 6-week artist residency to write new music in the Cascade Mountains of the Pacific Northwest.

"My grief broke through a creative glass ceiling I never knew existed." says Peterson. She returned from the mountains with an armful of songs, some of which fans can now find on her self-titled EP release from 2014. While touring the US, her interactions with new audiences prompted a question, "If they say I'm brave, then why does this still feel like fear?"

Thus began her research which spanned over 2 years of interviewing everyday heroes in pursuit of the true meaning of bravery. These conversations led to Peterson's discovery of the 12 ingredients of bravery, which are reflected in the brazenly honest guidance of her bestselling self-help memoir, Bare Naked Bravery: How to Be Creatively Courageous. By practicing the concepts in her book, readers are able to fully "show up" in the world -- learning to cope with medical conditions, breakups, divorce, depression, and a multitude of other challenges.

Her long-awaited, debut full-length folk-pop album, Covered in Clover, released in July 2019. Emily Ann Peterson co-produced the album with Gary Mula, former owner of the Dutchman and Calleye studio -- an early rehearsal space for grunge legends Nirvana and Mudhoney. She called upon other members of her musical family in Seattle, WA -- including Eric Howk of Portugal. The Man (Atlantic), Andrew Vait of the band SISTERS (Tender Loving Empire), Jess Alldredge (Gospel Song/Tooth & Nail), Alina To of Passenger String Quartet, Coltan Foster and Scott Morning (Origin). Together they tracked 9 songs in a historic burlesque venue, The Columbia City Theater -- the perfect setting for a choir of horns, sweeping symphonic references, and melodies that only a former cellist could compose.

Since recording Covered in Clover, Peterson relocated from the Pacific Northwest to Nashville, TN and has also found a home as a teaching artist and consultant. Fortune500 companies, executives, and tech startups seek out her expertise in creative courage, entrepreneurship, and growth strategy. Fans and audience members can find a place to belong online in The School of Bravery, a learning lab for life, career, and creativity. The school was founded by Peterson in 2018 and teaches students how to prepare, launch, and recover from their own seasons of bravery.

Emily Ann Peterson is a TEDx speaker and an alumnus of the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She currently holds or has held membership in the Northwest Symphony Orchestra, Seattle Rock Orchestra, the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (The Grammys), and the Suzuki Association of the Americas. As a collaborative recording artist, performer, string-arranger, and songwriter she has had the honor of working with Sera Cahoone (Sub Pop), Anaïs Mitchell, Shelby Earl, Shannon Stephens (Asthmatic Kitty), The Portland Cello Project, Rosie Thomas (Sub Pop), David Bazan (Barsuk), Karin Stevens Dance, Barcelona (Universal), and many others.

29 May 2020#42 How Can Eating Healthy Help You In The Time Of CORONA VIRUS??00:54:00
“How to improve your health with some great natural top tips which will dramatically increase the quality of your life, health and mindset.”

In this episode I had a really informative conversation with Sophie Wedlock-Smith who is a  Nutritional Therapist (BA Hons, DipCNM, mBANT, CNHC.)

We are living in a time where we have to start being vigilant with our health and what we put into our bodies. If you have pre-existing health conditions start researching your condition and what type of diet works well with reducing symptoms of your particular condition. From all of the documentaries that I have watched, podcasts that I have listened to, professionals that I have spoken to personally. Most health issues can be fixed or helped with learning about food and eating a diet that is less likely to cause inflamation in the body which is the doorway for disease.

Sophie Wedlock-Smith is the owner and founder of SW Nutrition a Nutritional therapist who specializes in natural weight loss, anti-ageing, balancing of hormones, and boosting the immune system while reducing chronic pain. Having personally beat cancer and overcoming a stroke Sophie is passionate and empathetic and truly understands how to empower people to take back ownership of their health so they can feel 100% healthy and feel and look the best possible version of themselves.

01 Dec 2021#147 Jen in Melbourne, Australia Speaks about the Conditions There...01:45:59

In this episode I am speaking to my friend Jen from Melbourne, AU about the current conditions there and how she became involved in the movement called The Great Aussie Comeback. We have a great conversation about a variety of topics that are relevant no matter where you are located in the world. Jen also turned me onto The Melbourne Experiment.

*

The weekend prior to our conversation Melbourne had a protest that had over 400,000 people that showed up. The had another protest where they where giving free haircuts on the steps of their government building. The push back from these people is inspiring considering the MSM does not cover these protests all over the world.

*

Here is a link to a 20 minute video of coverage of all the protests world wide on 11/20-21/2021

09 Nov 2022#179 Peter Panagore Froze To Death On The Side Of A Mountain, & Lived To Tell The Story... Recorded 5/10/2101:23:51

Peter Panagore went ice climbing with his partner on the world-famous Lower Weeping Wall, along the Ice Fields Parkway in Alberta, Canada. On their descent, they became trapped on the side of the mountain. As the sun set, he was overcome by exhaustion and hypothermia. He died on the side of that mountain. 29 Nov 2021#146 Benito's Story Part 100:50:27

In this episode I am talking to Benito who I met in a Clubhouse room. He had brushed around some of his story and I picked up on it and thought he would be a good guest for the show. I had to switch SD cards around 46 minutes and lost the file when I went to download it. So this is going to be part 1 and I will have Benito back to finish the conversation down the road.

Here is a little bit about Benito:

*

I grew up in a gang life, I was a drug dealer a womanizer my brother was shot and killed in front of me my mother was shot and killed by my dealer among other things loosing my wife and daughter finding out my daughter wasn't my biological kid. The hardest thing in my life was loosing my daughter I became discouraged and lonely so I masked it all in drugs and alcohol. until God came into my life and that's what started the hardest journey in my life. I'm not where I'd like to be but I thank God that I'm not where I use to be. So I will continue my journey and that's why I'm doing what I'm doing now.

18 May 2021#132 Helping Traumatized People & Animals Recover...01:05:56

This is another episode that was recorded in May of 2020. I have a conversation with Anjii Bryers who lives in Australia. I love those Aussie accents!!

*

What made you want to be a guest on the "Nowhere To Go But Up Podcast?

*
I love your story. Authentic raw, and courageous.
*
I speak on a lot of spiritual, survival and REempowerment subjects. I'm a clinical hypnotherapist/ psychotherapist, Reiki Sage Master, Biofield therapist. I specialise in PTSD, and working with traumatised animals. I am an abuse, and stage 3 breast cancer survivor myself, and my incredible journey, woven with times of sheer horror, and pure bliss, has endowed me some incredible tools, skills and pathways to rising from victim to courageous peaceful warrior.

*

Why do you feel that your story would be beneficial for other people to hear?

*
Blessed with an incredible life journey woven with devastating horror and blissful moments of sheer joy, has opened the doorways that Anjii needed to walk her own talk; and has taught her that everything, everything that happens to us, is for our own learning. No matter how painful, or beautiful, it is there to teach us.
*
It’s time for Anjii to share all that she has learned, and to pass on the ability to re-empower ourselves within our lives. To take back our own sense of misery, and re-examine life’s experiences from a higher plane. Looking back into our own darkness, reaching into it courageously, taking from it what we were there to learn or experience, and letting the rest go. Forever.
*
"What's the point of learning life's lessons
If you're not prepared to share them.
-I want the world to be better
Because I was here"
-Anjii Bryers

11 Oct 2020#69 Macro & Cheese|Real Progressives| MMT| Where Do I Fit Politically| Steven Grumbine00:57:15

In this In this episode I asked Steven Grumbine Founder of the Real Progressives. Host of the Macro & Cheese Podcast, and MMT activist. I reached out to Steven because I haven't ever voted and wanted to know more about the Progressive movement to see if they had anything to offer me that matched any of my own ideals and thinking. I really enjoyed the conversation and the connection.

My next stop in the search for my identity in the current political climate is Spike Cohen the running mate of Jo Jorgensen who is representing as the Libertarian presidential candidate. In case you didn't know there are 3rd party options out there even though mainstream media won't cover them at all in collusion with the duopoly we call our current rendering of democracy. This conversation is scheduled for this week and will publish the following week.

Steven's Bio:

.

Steven D. Grumbine was a conservative Republican who revered Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and George W. Bush. He was raised with the social belief that no one was deserving of a handout, that everyone must pull themselves up by their bootstraps. Steve’s mother and father had both finished their careers at Ma Bell, and Steve was on track to do the same, working with the company for 17 years. While working at Ma Bell, Steve continued his professional education, attaining master’s degrees in Technology Management (2007) and Business Administration (2008).
.
In 2009, despite his many years within the company, Steve was laid off due to the global financial crisis. Steve, with all his advanced professional education and experience, found himself unemployed for 18 months, and no amount of bootstrap pulling could lift him out. He experienced firsthand the struggles of no longer having secure employment with benefits, while at the same time dealing with a costly divorce, massive child support, and lapsing ability to make mortgage payments.
.
During this period of instability, Steve was introduced to Modern Monetary Theory (MMT), a new perspective that disabused him of the macroeconomic myths taught in his post-grad MBA program. He learned taxes do not fund spending at the federal level and the federal government can create as much currency as it needs up to the nation’s full productive capacity, which showed him how our government’s tolerance of unemployment was a national disgrace. Steve also learned why shameful austerity measures were allowed to continue: entrenched politicians in Congress controlled by big industry donors spreading macroeconomic lies and a public so brainwashed by those lies that they turn on one another instead of demanding more from their government.
.
This revelation started him down the path of educating the

17 Oct 2022#174 Lynn Espejo Wrongfully Convicted & Sentenced to 45 Months in Fed Prison... Recorded 6/7/2101:01:30
In this episode I am talking to Lynn Espejo who was suggested that I have her on my show to tell her story. Lynn was sentenced to 45 months in federal prison.    Here is a little bit about Lynn:   Lynn Espejo lives in Sherwood, Arkansas. She is a wife, mother to three grown sons and a very old and spoiled French bulldog. Lynn has a BBA in Accounting and a BBA in Finance and an MS in Clinical & Mental Health Counseling. She spent many years working in the corporate business world and has owned her own small business.  Lynn is a Christ follower. She also volunteers her time working with food pantries, the homeless, and those less fortunate. She and her husband, Pancho, volunteer their time helping with their church’s Share Your Lunch program. SYL, since its inception in 2017, has provided over 23,000 bags of groceries to individuals and families, as well as weekend backpacks of food to elementary age children, in partnership with local schools in the Central Arkansas area.  Lynn was indicted in the Eastern District of Arkansas on March 2, 2011, however, that indictment was dismissed in May 2012. She was indicted on the same charges on October 8, 2014, after she refused to give up claim to monies seized by the federal government during her 2011 indictment, and dared to complain all the way to Washington, D.C., regarding the corruption and prosecutorial misconduct she experienced from staff at the US Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Arkansas and an Agent at the Internal Revenue Service.  She was convicted on February 8, 2017, after an eight-day jury trial, and was sentenced to 45-months in federal prison, of which she served 27 months, before being released to home confinement during COVID-19. Her blog, Inside-The-Walls, started out as a way for her to vent her frustration at being indicted and convicted for a crime she did not commit, and what she saw as a broken criminal justice system.  However, it soon became a voice against the corruption, fraud, and violation of inmate rights she witnessed while incarcerated at Federal Prison Camp Bryan located in Bryan, Texas. Many times, Lynn was subjected to retaliation by BOP staff for continuing to blog while incarcerated.  During her incarceration, Lynn taught classes to other inmates, including classes on women’s value, worth, and self-esteem. She also volunteer tutored inmates with their college business classes, worked as a clerk in the Reentry Department, and took Cosmetology classes. She gained recognition from other inmates for her knowledge of BOP Program Statements, which allowed her to help many women fight false incident reports and retaliation by BOP staff.  During COVID-19, Lynn spent almost 100 days in solitary confinement, and was quarantined in the Men’s Maximum-Security Special Housing Unit (SHU) at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma before being released to home confinement under the Cares Act. Lynn continues to advocate for inmates and their rights, and wishes to help all women realize their value and worth. She wants to bring awareness to, and expose the corruption, that is our country’s criminal justice system. Lynn’s radio show Inside-The-Walls & Beyond focuses on women’s issues as they journey through the criminal “injustice” system.  You can find Lynn here:  Website YouTube Video: Our Conversation You Can find Sean here: All my links

14 Apr 2020#31 Moria Refugee Camp On The Greek Island Of Lesbos01:37:35

In this episode I reconnect with Eric Maddox who is currently covering the refugee crisis at the Moria Camp on the Island of Lesbos in Greece. Eric shares with me what he has been up to since our last conversation in episode 13. Below is a link to a written report on this subject.

https://medium.com/are-you-syrious/podcast-interviews-with-refugees-in-greek-camps-b356c7a45a4f

Eric is the host of "The Latitude Adjustment" Podcast. This has become one of my favorite Podcasts'. This Podcast has allowed me to travel to places I would probably never have gone , through the stories he brings of the people living in these areas.

This Podcast has delivered all of the elements required to be able to leave an episode entertained, as well as having questions of my own about the places his guests are living in and the conditions they have endured in a search for a better life.

Hearing these stories has caused me to reexamine my own life and lack of curiosity, and complacency when it comes to the basic human rights that most of us take for granted as the beneficiaries of the United States Empire. It is heart breaking to think that some of the basic things that I am guaranteed as a citizen of the U.S., in many foreign countries and places speaking up for those rights will get you beaten, and may get you killed.

This show has made me smile, made me question my own humanity, brought me to tears several times. It has shown me that I have holes, and blind spots to my own approach to life that I need to adjust. At the end of the day we are all just trying to navigate our way to a better place for our families and ourselves.

Thank you Eric for educating me, and enlightening me. I hope one day that my show will do for others what your show has done for me.

22 Oct 2021#139 Wrongfully Convicted at 16 for Murder & Rape, 16 Years Later He was Exonerated Through DNA Testing...01:09:16

This episode was recorded in November of 2020.

*

What made you want to be a guest on the "Nowhere To Go But Up Podcast?

*
I was recommended by James Saenz, after I was interviewed by him on his podcast, "From The Dust".
*
I want to get my story out there, the work that I do at my non-profit organization, "The Jeffrey Deskovic Foundation for Justice", which frees wrongfully convicted people and works for policy changes aimed at preventing wrongful conviction in the first place. We have freed 8 people, and helped pass 7 laws.
*
I also wanted to be able to help get the word out about the documentary short about me, entitled, "Conviction", which is currently making the rounds in film festivals, having gotten into 10 of them.
*
Here is my story: I spent 16 years in prison-from age 17-32- before DNA testing exonerated me of murder and rape. Upon my release, I have become an advocate whose life is dedicated to freeing people who have been wrongfully convicted as I was, along with pursuing legislative changes aimed at preventing those injustices in the first place. I started a non-profit organization, The Jeffrey Deskovic Foundation for Justice, using some of the money that I won as compensation for what happened to me, and we have been able to free 7 people and help pass 3 laws. As an advisory board member of a coalition group called It Could Happen To You, we were able to help pass 3 additional laws and we now have chapters in 2 other states. Lastly, I serve on the Global Advisory Council of Restorative Justice International. Since my release, I have become a recognized advocate, with a body of work consisting of delivering 200 presentation, authoring more than 200 articles, doing an uncountable number of media interviews, and meeting with many elected officials. I obtained a BA, a Masters Degree, and in May of 2019 I graduated law school and passed the bar exam, in pursuit of my dream of exonerating others as an attorney.
*
Here is a short 1 minute 31 second video of my story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXtsdpCmNb8
*
Here is an article that was written once I graduated law school: https://www.lohud.com/story/news/local/westchester/2019/05/09/exonerated-murder-jeffrey-deskovic-lawyer/1117072001/

13 Jan 2021#91 Being Married to an Alcoholic and the Struggles that come With It...00:50:05

00:00 Introducing Denise Bernardini, wife of a man with alcoholism. Sean explains the afflictions of both sides of addiction: the addict and the ones affected by their behavior. Denise explains the feelings of blaming her spouse for all their marital woes and coming to terms with the fact that sometimes both parties play a role in the problem. She celebrates her now, ex-husband's, achievement of long-term sobriety and their post-divorce relationship.

*

08:40 Sean elaborates on the glimpses you have of the person you fell in love with that can give you glimpses of hope, only to have destructive cycles repeated. Denise explains dealing with a gaslighting husband whilst trying to cope with death in the family and feeling bound to this man when she discovers she is pregnant.

*

13:00 Manipulation, blackmail and the complete unconsciousness of a spiraling alcoholic is depicted. To try and escape the weight of their burden on your life can sometimes feel like a frivolous task and Denise recounts her daunting journey to find a way out of what can seem like an endless maze of abuse. Property battles, paying rent, insurance and other struggles only add extreme stress to this type of situation, especially while trying to support children emotionally and financially.

*

18:00 Denise finds redemption when she relocates her family, goes to school, earns a degree, and finds stability for herself and her children. Her parents wholeheartedly step in and give her the emotional support she needs. She expresses the guilt and hopelessness of trying to hide her ex-husband’s alcoholism for 14 years. Her unrelenting love for her kids is what kept her driven and motivated. Sean weighs in on staying or leaving in an abusive relationship, considering the debilitating effect it can have on children.

*

27:15 Denise teaches Sean the difference between a trailer and an RV and her vehicular struggles that she faced with her ex-husband. She states you cannot be anyone’s mommy in a relationship and at a certain point the endgame becomes damage control. Sean quote, “I’m gonna love the demons outta ya!”

*

32:05 Denise takes her kids to see their father for the first time after a certain level of harassment but maintains their distance and declares shared custody could never be a possibility. Sean relates his addiction history and personally he chose to distance himself from people he cared about that he could potentially hurt. He recounts past relationships he had with people in active addiction and emphasizes the disbelief that takes place when you see good people fall so far into an abyss. Denise expresses her empathy and extreme sadness she has for addicts and alcoholics but can never come to intellectually understand it. Sean talks about his experiences in Vegas and how it “chewed him up and spit him out”, as well as his relationship with a Higher Power.

*

42:20 Denise reminisces about her experiences with an Evangelical College while getting her doctorate degree and the judgement she faced there in relation to her divorce. She talks about zealots in all religions and the oppression it can create in people’s lives. Sean expresses his grievances with government interference within the church and how it can be a money grab and the dire need for a legitimate third-party system in this country.

In this conversation I am bringing Levi "The Passion Guy" whom I met in a Fearless Speaking room on Clubhouse. I was so moved by Levi's message that I had to get him on the program to inspire all of you as well. Levi and Eden Gold from a previous episode are only an hour and a half from me. So I had to get them into my network since we all are working with young people in our respective communities and populations that we serve.

*

 Levi's Bio:

*

No father around. Born to a mother struggling with addiction. Started using drugs at 11. Joined a gang at 14. Never graduated high school. According to the statistics Levi should be dead or in prison. Sometimes the statistics lie. Statistics don’t understand the potential every person possesses. Levi is not another statistic!

*

Instead, Levi is a youth mentor and a transformational speaker who helps people discover their true potential and power in order to start changing the world in the unique way only they can! Levi is not content to simply "motivate" those he speaks to. Motivation can leave as fast as it comes. Levi's passion is to use the life giving power of words to help others discover their purpose and change the world!

25 Mar 2021Not Proud Of Our Behavior #2 Aurora Eggert & Sean Dustin00:44:58

This is a collaboration with Aurora Eggert the host of "The Borealis Experience" and Sean Dustin the host of the "Nowhere To Go But Up" podcast.

*

A few weeks ago Aurora and myself were recording an episode for her show with me as the guest. After finishing recording we decided that we since we have both been abusive people in our past relationships that this would be the perfect opportunity to team up and start a series about abusive behavior. It isn't often that you find a female that is willing to speak on being abusive in their past relationships. It is also not often that you find a male that is willing to openly talk about their role they played in being abusive.

*

This type of behavior is usually buried in shame, guilt, and embarrassment so it rarely gets talked about outside the walls of a therapists office. The type of abuse that is displayed by women in relationships isn't usually physical in nature but more mentally and emotionally charged. A lot of the time when a man is abusive it plays out in mental, emotional, and physical forms of abuse.

*

We hope that this conversation and the ones to come will help people out there that are being abusive, have been abusive, or have been affected by an abusive person to understand why this behavior even exists in ourselves and other people. We hope to bring on licensed professionals to talk about the different types of abuse and why they happen as well as current/former abusive people and people that have been affected by abusive behavior.

04 Jul 2019Episode #9 Freedom Of The Press; Or Just An Illusion???00:37:53

In this episode I talk to Scott Shirai, Scott was known to island viewers as an investigative reporter during the 1970s. In addition to reporting he has also been a disc jockey, singer and author.

In the early 1970s, television news in Hawaii had already been around for 20 years. Investigative reporting began to be a focal point in television news both here and on the mainland. "Because this was the post-Watergate era, there was a lot of emphasis on investigative reporting. Since I was born and raised in Honolulu, I had sources on both sides of the street who fed me lots of information," Shirai said.

Uncovering the seedy underbelly of crime in the islands at a time when the shield law wasn’t in effect, reporters sometimes had to pay the price. "Reporters are generally supposed to cover the news and not be the center of it, and because I did so many investigative stories, I found myself in court on three separate occasions facing contempt of court charges for refusing to identify sources in some of the stories I aired," Shira said.

02 Feb 2021#99 Childhood Trauma | Depression | Anxiety | Empowering Women | Kayla Matsoukas01:02:53
Kayla's Bio:
*
My story isn't exactly pretty, or glamourous, just real and raw! I was a young parent who let my childhood trauma consume me (who hasn't at some point) and I ended up hitting my rock bottom. I was severely depressed/anxious, did a lot of drinking and drugs, very unhappy and feeling like life happened to me. After a whole week of thinking about suicide I listened to a podcast(over and over) and it truly changed my life. after that I started taking my life back and taking Action. I became a happier, healthier, less depressed /anxious, mompreneur who truly believes life happens FOR us, not to us!
*
*
From letting my past define me and really learning that I control me and taking my life back, I now help others take ACTION of their life! I provide them with tools and resources to do this and become the best version of themselves. For the longest time I let my depression and anxiety take complete control over my life, not getting out of bed, not sleeping or sleeping too much, not showering or showering all the time, you name it I did it (including drinking and drugs -when I didn't have my daughter there). With all those negative thoughts that came along with depression/anxiety, I never understood that other people don't think about suicide. I actually thought we all thought about it. I also never realized how powerful our mind truly is until I started studying the brain. The more I studied the more I changed my life and I just knew I had to help more people, that is when I created Action Coaching. I am an empowerment coach who helps others create the confidence they need to become the best version of themselves by recognizing those negative underlying beliefs and retraining the brain on how to make new healthy lifelong habits. I focus my coaching on routines, and daily habits while working with other coaches to be able to help in all areas of life!
*
*
Action coaching led me to join a second business venture to help others even more. I am a co-founder in the Women Rise Collective with my best friend Jody. We help empower other women to RISE together. We have a private online community where others share their stories in a judgment free place of safety and share all the incredible things we have to offer to help each other grow. We have a group of amazing ambassadors who provide content
20 Jan 2023#191 "Surviving the System: Strategies and Lessons Learned" Thomas FreeMe... Recorded 4-19-202100:58:58

Hey guys, welcome back to my podcast! Today, I have a special guest, Thomas FreeMe, and we're gonna be talking about some heavy stuff. We're gonna be discussing the criminal justice system and how it affects people's lives.  We talk about how the system is set up to keep people in rather than rehabilitate them. We also talk about how the system targets certain communities and how that contributes to mass incarceration.

We delve deeper into the topic of how perceptions and societal stereotypes affect how people are treated in the criminal justice system. Thomas shares his own personal story of how he was caught up in the hip hop craze as a teenager and how that led to him being accepted into a certain community, but ultimately being viewed as a mockery.

We discuss the lack of investigating that happens within the system and how it just helps to build bigger cases and put people away for longer periods of time. We also touch on the topic of conspiracy and how it's used to put people away for things they may not have even done.  Finally, we talk about the mentalities that people adopt while in the system and how it's often a survival tactic. We also briefly mention Thomas's organization, the Coming Home Coalition, which aims to help men transition back into society after being released from prison.

Overall, it was a heavy but important conversation that I think everyone should hear.  Thanks for tuning in!

15 Mar 2021#117 A Conversation with Certified Life Mastery Consultant, Karoline Stevens...00:47:56
This episode was recorded on 5-08-2020.

*
What bottom or life struggle would you like to share with our audience?
*
Still living in New Zealand in 2007 losing our family home, marriage failed, losing money & investments and only a small part time business, no money...hitting rock bottom. walking out of the family home (since my ex wasn't going to) and leaving my teen kids behind (lowest point ever)-- rebuilding myself after a friend told me that I had created what I was experiencing because of my patterns of thinking and way of being, and all I needed to do was to change those to create something different.
*
I took this to heart and spent every spare cent on healing practitioners and coaches to do exactly that--change my subconscious belief systems, heal unresolved emotional issues, face fears and insecurities, forgive a bunch of people--and life started to reflect my inner empowerment, my business flourished, I reached financial goals I never thought I could, my relationships became more real and authentic, and I ended up meeting the love of my life in AZ (after leaving NZ after the earthquake in 2011, but that's another story), and now living my dream life in Sedona, AZ.
*
*
Why do you feel that your story would be beneficial for other people to hear?
*
Until that time unbeknownst to me my past conditioning was running and ruining my life--my marriage, relationships, financial--like it does for many people. It'll give people hope that if they're in tough situations that they can change their lives and create something amazing, by up-leveling their mindset and empowering their consciousness.

22 Mar 2020#23 Child Abuse Survivor Shares His Story01:35:07

In this episode I talk to Joe Potosi who is the Author of the book titled "When The Dust Settled". Joe is also a child abuse survivor himself, and shares a little bit of his story with me.

Joe's Bio

I am a husband and a father of two sons. I have been in Christian ministry since 1997. Including a television program and radio for 12 years. Presently I am  a Ambassador for NAASCA, Author and Motivational  Speaker. I also work full-time at a local university as a custodian.

Ten years ago I started to journal about my childhood. Putting pen to paper was an escape for me and allowed me to tell the story of my life through my memories. What started as a simple journal became much more as I relived the abusive childhood I endured. The memories on the pages were vivid in my mind and writing them down was a way for me to stop being held hostage by my history of abuse. Writing was a way for me to let go of traumatic memories and gave me the strength and courage to forgive my tormentors. When I would write I would allow the stories that were vivid in my mind turn into words on paper. I found peace and a new sense of self and decided to organize these stories into an autobiography. I shared the stories with friends and families who encouraged me to write. I wrote initially to help myself, but what I have found is that there are so many others with similar experiences of abuse, violence and trauma that I now hope that my writing will inspire others to go from victim to survivor. Surviving does not mean forgetting; instead it means living and not allowing those who have abused me to rent space in my head. Learning and sharing this lesson may help others and that is why I write.

15 Apr 2021#126 Physically & Mentally Abused From The Age Of 3 -13 Come Listen To Robert's Story...00:57:51
This is another Clubhouse guest acquisition. Robert's wife reached out to me after hearing me speak about my story in a Clubhouse room. She felt that his story could help people and himself from sharing it on my show. It is a great comeback story and I hope that it impacts people and lets you know that you aren't alone and that you could turn your mess into your message too.
*
Robert's Bio:
*
I’m 33 from Columbus Ohio I’m a dump truck driver ( I love what I do fortunately). Married with 5 children 3 teens from a previous relationship and 2 with my current wife.
*
In a nutshell, lived with my father and his wife for most of my childhood 3-13 and it was the worst ten years of my life being severely physically and mentally abused by my step mother. She’s done things to me as a child that are unimaginable even for the 90’s.
*
Move forward to around 13 children services finally got wind and moved me in with my mother and stepfather. After 2 or so years my mother was admitted into a psych facility and I was kicked to the streets at 15. I received my high school diploma at 15 and started working met my now ex and that’s when the long story starts.
*
Had a child found out in the hospital he wasn’t mine (he’s half Jamaican so it was pretty obvious pretty fast) went into a spiral after a few years discovered opiates as an escape ended up homeless and living in abandoned houses and eventually in prison which turned everything around for me.
*
Mett my now wife and have been sober since 2/14/14 and have a career I love. I make amazing money live in a great town in Ohio. I have a nice house nice vehicles and live mostly stress free. My ex and her family all get along we’re honestly one big extended family. My current wife and my ex will even take the kids and go do things so everything has fell into place where I think it’s supposed to be.
*
I’m in a place now where I’m glad all the Bull that has happened to me, has happened. I wouldn’t change anything no blood sweat or tears because I feel like things would now be different. But there is allot to fill in between all this that’s pretty crazy.

06 Jan 2022#150 My Covid Positive Christmas, The Plan, MSM Lies, Who is Bill Gates??01:28:18
In this episode I am going to talk about my experience having gotten sick over the Christmas holiday. I am also going to be playing some clips that I feel are important to highlight in light of where we are currently at in this last 2 years of the pandemic.
*
I understand that speaking out about some of these things may put a target on my back. My motivation to speak out is my 4 year old daughter that will be 5 in August and subject to mandatory Covid-19 experimental inoculation. I live in California where our Governor has already said he is going to add it to the mandatory vaccine schedule for children going to public schools.
*
It is not a vaccine. It doesn't stop transmission. It doesn't stop infection. I'm not an anti-vaxxer. I have had all of my childhood vaccines.
*
I believe that we all should have a choice based on your own risk vs benefit analysis for yourself and your family. I am 100% against mandates for forced inoculations of an experimental gene therapy.
*
The clips that I am going to show you are a small dose of what Legacy media doesn't want you to know. When the government, Legacy Media, and social media are all colluding and indirectly coercing you into one solution and one narrative that the experimental inoculation is the only way to combat this virus. Taking a shot and getting 90% of the population to go along with this narrative and plan is our only way out of this.
*
The early treatment protocols that were blocked early on in this madness to bring about the emergency use authorization for the shots. Estimates are in the range of 500,000 to 800,00 died needlessly because they were denied early treatment. When they were sick and went to the hospital they were sent home and told to come back when they couldn't breath. By that time it was too late and most were thrown on ventilators and ended up dying. Had they been given early treatment when they were sent home they would not have died.

28 Jan 2021#97 Wrongful Conviction|2009 Illegal Foreclosures |Corruption |Cover Up |Dr. Carmen Johnson Ph.D.01:15:19
For the past five years, Carmen R. Johnson, Ph.D., has been fighting for exoneration by judges and the courts. She has gone all the way to the Supreme Court with no remedy and she is now back in the appellate court, continuing to seek justice as of August 24, 2020. Carmen stated, “Even though I am still fighting in their courts, I do not see a remedy for me. I understand the difference between exoneration and a pardon. Based on Article 72, I am asking the President to look into my case and grant me a full pardon. Only the courts can decide to exonerate me and I have no faith in that system. I am not asking for forgiveness, however, I am asking the President of the United States for justice, by way of a full pardon.”
*
For over twenty years, Carmen had been a successful businesswoman in Maryland. She ran a for-profit business that offered credit restoration, debt negotiations, household budgeting, preparation for bankruptcy and did loans by paying off people’s debts. She reported these loans and services to the credit agencies. The non-profit taught financial literacy to the youth. She sat on countless organization boards. With one role as housing chair of the Maryland State Conference, NAACP. Carmen was investigating foreclosures that ravaged through the black community after the financial crisis of 2009. In her campaigns, she requested a moratorium on those illegal foreclosures and she even drafted bills involving lost notes. She received countless phone calls from power brokers in Maryland to stop this narrative. She was ordered to announce publicly that there were no illegal foreclosures in Maryland and she refused.
*
In March of 2011, her home and businesses were raided. However, when she talked to the prosecutor, she was told that no laws, statutes, or codes were broken and she was relieved. In July of 2014, men with guns appeared at her home in the early morning. They seized all her tax paid assets and called them “substitute assets.” They told her that she was not cooperating and they took her to jail. She was indicted on 24 counts of mortgage, bank, and wire fraud along with 14 other people. She only recognized 2 Real Estate Agents and she had not seen them in over 7 years. She did business with mostly real estate agents, mortgage companies, and major banks for years by offering their clients services and paying off their debts. Carmen was a victim as those banks, mortgage, and title companies were, but they were not implemented, not even the real estate companies those 2 realtors worked for. Her attorneys tried to use coercion, force, and intimidation to obtain compliance with the 3rd Assistant State’s Attorney to take a PLEA. Even after suffering a nervous breakdown, Carmen refused to take a PLEA.

16 May 2021#131 Comedian & Regular On The Jimmy Dore Show, Ron Placone!!01:17:07

In this episode I bring on Ron Placone who is a comedian that I am a fan of. I saw that Ron was on my friend Tiffany Werner's podcast so I reached out to her and asked if she could make an introduction. 28 Feb 2021#110 A Conversation With the Host of "From The Dust Podcast"...01:03:16
Here’s a brief bio for James:
*
I was born in east Los Angeles June 12 1984.I grew up in the san Fernando valley I grew up as a PK a pastors kid. Growing up in ministry had it’s up’s and downs. Somewhat neglected in a way my pops was really busy with his ministry. I seen many things at a young age, even though I wasn’t in a street gang the life was around in our neighborhood. You would think id live up to my dads life.
*
As I was growing up I faced many situations that I put myself into our just happened to be at the wrong place wrong time type scenario. Introduced to weed at a young age. I found myself trying to make a name for myself in the graffiti world. Didn’t know how crazy that could get.
*
Then I experienced my first arrest GTA a friend stole a car and we went out for a joy ride. A few miles later and a whole squad of cop cars a helicopter and a k9 were looking for me. We where caught and went to the station where they grilled us but let us go after our parents came to pick us up.
*
Later one of the most tragic thing happened I lost a good friend and that opened my eyes to see that real life hit home. That’s when me and a really good friend/brother wrote and produced a drama depicting real life stories of addiction a street life a drama about young youth trying to find a purpose in the very streets I grew up in.
*
I later became a at risk youth intervention specialist. Where I mentored and worked with young teens headed towards a life of possible jail and or prison that was on the verge of being in gangs.
*
Even though I was doing this at a time I was being harassed my cops detectives. They where trying to get information on a shooting that happened just steps from my front door. With nothing to give them they threatened me with charges of firing a weapon. They claimed the victim a person I knew and had no problems with just a homie from the city. Well they said he was hit with two different calibers, but they found three different casings at the scene. They claim I fired the third in order to save my friend, which was not true.
*
Later I would get married have kids, years later with a divorce and past drug use and depression I thought about ending my life for a split second. After quitting the drug use I found myself going back to church and this is where I Had the desire to share people stories and that’s how the podcast came to be.

18 Feb 2021#106 Paul Kratsas sentenced To Life W/O Parole In 1992 For A Non-Violent Drug Conspiracy Charge...00:49:53
In this episode I will be talking to Paul Kratsas about his story that starts in 1990 when a drug deal went bad. Paul's last drug deal ended in him being shot in the face, robbed, car jacked, and being arrested in the hospital as the perpetrator of a crime.
*
Paul was sentenced to life with out the possibility of parole for one count of conspiracy to sell 5 kilos of cocaine even though there were never any drugs present at the scene of the instant offense, or anywhere else for that matter.
*
Paul refused to take a plea deal and went to trial and and lost. He was punished with a life sentence that the judge didn't want to give him, but his hands were tied. In 1994 when the crime bill was passed it doubled the mandatory minimums for drug offenders and took the judges discretion away from them in sentencing.
*
On February 5, 2021 Paul received a compassionate release from federal prison due to the first step act that was a bipartisan criminal justice bill that was signed into law by President Trump in December of 2018. Below is the section of the law that pertained to Paul.
*
Title IV makes a variety of sentencing reforms. Section 401 amends the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C. § 801 et seq.) to constrain the application of sentencing enhancements for defendants with prior drug felony convictions by redefining “serious drug felony” and “serious violent felony,” to reduce the mandatory minimum sentence for a second violation from 20 years to 15 years, and to reduce the mandatory minimum sentence for a third violation from life to 25 years. It makes similar revisions to the Controlled Substance Import and Export Act at 21 U.S.C. § 960(b).

18 Nov 2020#79 Prison|Drug Abuse|Triggers|Turning Points|Joe Martinez01:17:16

Today on the podcast I welcome someone right up my wheelhouse, Joe Martinez. Joe joins me to discuss his gripping life story. From growing up a latchkey kid in San Antonio, Texas, to getting a twenty year sentence for a liquor store break-in, to finally quitting crime and getting clean for his family.

*

Joe also talks to me about his childhood, crimes he committed, shock probation, his turning points in life, major health issues from drug use, and parenting using his life decisions as teaching moments.

*

Joe Martinez is the host of his own podcast, The Talk From Cell Block, where he talks to current and formerly incarcerated people to give them back their voice.

*

Joe's Bio:

*

A man with a year of college (tried to major in English. I got bored)

I had my first run in with the law at the age of 10, and it never stopped. Rarely having to confront consequences for my petty to grand larceny crimes, I never understood the consequences of committing a crime and getting caught and being found guilty, until I was 17, when I took a guilty plea for a burglary and was given a 20 year sentence for it. After that, it was in and out of jail through out my life leading into my late 30’s. Now, I use the time on my hands to try to help expose the justice system for all the corruption that fills the court rooms in the united states, state and federal level.

15 Feb 2021#105 Abusive Relationships: There is ALWAYS a Way Out!00:50:56

00:00 Sean introduces(the wrong way) author, speaker, podcaster, performer, creativity coach, and second-time guest on The Nowhere to go but Up Podcast, Adrienne MacIain. Sean calls himself a d*** and Adrienne jokingly calls the whole world a d***. She explains the premise of her book and how it took 20 years to write. Self-victimization, a personal account of an abusive marriage, and helping people out of difficult situations are the main themes of her book. “No matter how far you’ve gone down a wrong road, turn back”. Sean is amazed that Adrienne has been to West Africa and she explains a little bit about her experiences with their hospitable culture. She continues that every culture has its upsides and downsides and where she visited, they don’t treat their women particularly well. She elaborates on the unfair and unbalanced dynamic of men and women there.

*

06:50 During her visit to Africa, Adrienne felt like she had to do “crazy things” in order to get by, giving her an enormous amount of empathy for these victimized women. She was able to get out of her abusive situation, but most of the time these women are already stuck from childhood. She further explains the physical and mental abuse they’re afflicted with. Adrienne spreads awareness about the people who think they can’t leave abusive relationships because of the Coronavirus. She lets people know that no situation is impossible and there are people and places that can help.

*

11:35 Sean speaks on a man’s tendency to be jealous and manipulative, driving them to control their partner’s friendships, make certain people off-limits, and threaten them with consequences. Adrienne gives an anecdote from her book; she was shocked to have witnessed a friend get hit in the face with a brick by their husband. American culture is tied in and how patriarchy and rape culture are normalized to a bizarre extent. Sean reiterates rumors of sexual deviancy with current and future presidents and how we’re forced to choose between the lesser of two predators.

*

16:15 Adrienne elaborates on the cycle of generational trauma that gets passed on with spousal abuse and reflects upon a horrific memory from childhood of her parents fighting. She wants to set the example for her daughter to never see her get disrespected so that precedent can be instilled in her as she grows up. Sean admits to having a past of being verbally abusive and states that mental and emotional abuse can be worse than physical abuse. Adrienne adds to that by touching on gaslighting, violence, and living in a constant state of fear.

*

20:25 Sean talks about his last girlfriend, how he would see his own abusive actions similarly depicted in movies they’d watch together and wondered if she was connecting the dots. He breaks down, in layman's terms, how explosive arguments play out and that he was the one that felt he had to end the relationship because of himself. Adrienne points out that “it takes two to tango” but we ultimately are responsible for controlling our own behaviors. She also details confrontations with her ex-husband and the peculiar way in which he would react in certain situations. Sean compares a specific thing he did to the “NBA flop.”

*

24:40 Sean admits the guilt he has felt knowing his past abusive tendencies were only continuing the patterns that he witnessed as a child growing up. He emphasizes how the importance of childhood is immensely undervalued and ages 0-13 are the most pivotal times to set a good example as a parent. “You’re raising f***ed up kids that are just going to create more f***ery in society.” According to Adrienne, the best examples that you can set

24 Apr 2021#128 Francis R. Conolly Talks About Oprah Winfrey, Meghan Markle, & His Banned Documentary...01:53:46

In this episode I have a conversation with Francis Richard Conolly about his banned documentary JFK to 9/11 Everything Is A Rich Man's Trick. I watched this documentary after I watched episode 280 of The Ripple Effect Podcast. My friend Ricky Varandas had a great conversation with Francis.

*

After I saw the video I was amazed at how great of a job they did condensing down the last 100 years into 3 1/2 hours of very understandable information that was easy to consume. 3.5 hours seems like a commitment before you start watching this, but I promise you won't want to get up after you start watching.

*

Francis reached out and asked if I could narrate a message from him in the beginning of the episode. It's about 8 minutes long. I'm also going to add it below in text as well.

*

*

Francis's Message:

*

This interview was Filmed several weeks before the mainstream media released the story about the break-away European Football Super League.   We were led to believe that this proposal had caused consternation throughout the entire Football world, and every Football Pundit currently working for BBC or Sky News was dragged in front of the cameras to condemn it out of hand the moment the full details were known.
*
Francis Richard Conolly on the other hand, was equally dismissive - saying that this was quite obviously just
another fake news story which the corrupt MSM was inflating out of all proportion; just as they did with the fake news about Oprah Winfrey and Meghan Markle.
*
It was claimed at first that both Chelsea and Manchester City, who have both reached the semi-finals of the European Champions Cup, could be ejected from the competition and even banned from playing in it for decades to come.  This is a classic example of the establishment trying to control it's citizens through fear - because they know that there is nothing English Football fans fear more than seeing the team they support being thrown out of the most prestigious competition in World Football when they are only 180 minutes away from winning it.
*
It was at this moment that Mr Conolly predicted in emails to the managers of several Premier League clubs that nothing of the sort would ever happen;  and that the story would be allowed to just fizzle out, and not harm any team in any way for the rest of this season.  Within just 24 HOURS Mr Conolly was proven correct.
*
It first of all transpired that even

03 Sep 2022Dr. Dave Bettenhausen & Carla Bogni-Kidd 3x Authors Talk About Spirituality & Reincarnation... Recorded 4/19/202101:16:18

BIO:

*

Dr. Dave Bettenhausen serves part-time, as the Vice President of Medical Affairs at a small midwestern hospital presently. He retired last year after twenty-five years as a physician and ten previous years as a cardiac nurse. Carla Bogni-Kidd retired last year after forty years of office managing for Dave and his predecessor.

*

Dave and Carla have been the best of friends since 1998 when Dave purchased the medical practice where Carla was the office manager. Together, they have been on a spiritual journey since beginning meditation in 2014. They have written three books with one more releasing in 2021. The first, “The Gift of Past Lives with Mother, Isabella, God & Elizabeth” is the story of how they learned they have lived 29 past lives together.

*

Their second book, Hell No, Reincarnation? is their reconciliation of their upbringing in Catholicism and other religions with what they now learned and believe about reincarnation. The Manual explores just how God creates us and how that relates to our Angels, Spirit Guides, astrology, traits and archetypes.

Dave and Carla have taught meditation at their local University as well at their Senior Center and services organizations. They trained with Dr. and Mrs. Brian Weiss at The Omega Institute in Past Life Regression after writing their first two books to learn more about regression therapy.

*

Their common goal is to share the message with the world that if you follow five simple rules which are to live without conceit, jealousy, selfishness, and unforgiveness and do everything in love, you can liberate yourself from the wheel of karma and reincarnation, returning home with God, Source, Tao, Creator. The answer is always LOVE.

17 Oct 2020#71 Author|Former CPA|Millennial Career Coach|Michael Patrick Lewis01:12:46

Get ready to enjoy some good conversation with your host Sean Dustin and today’s guest Michael Patrick Lewis. This light and informative listen includes topics about becoming an author, career transitions highlighting the Accounting/CPA and Marketing industries. The swarming mess around American politics at our federal and state levels of governments. And of course, no conversation these days goes without poking on aspects of the pandemic. Many eye opening concerns are weighed in regards to pre and post COVID-19 with suspicions of what’s plagued following.

*

Michael, is the author of the book “Vulnerable Career Switcher”. https://www.amazon.com/Vulnerable-Career-Switcher-Individuals-Persistence/dp/173424321X

*

He offers practical tips on how to get your pen to paper by micro managing time segments instead of the traditional thinking; “maybe.. someday, the time will magically come in”.

*

Humm, can’t help but think of random quarantines. Hope someone took advantage of the time to create their version of a masterpiece.

*

Sean and Michael have a few relatable laughs about accountability and how to stop being our own biggest excuses. Michael’s big time tip explains how important his less than an hour commute was key to his success. Daily train trips commuting between New Jersey and Manhattan gave him the undistracted, quiet opportunities needed to put his thoughts onto paper. Creating an indexed timeline for his book that helped him stay focused.  He was able to gradually generate realistic goals and deadlines instead of pre setting expectations. This fluid process helped balance time with his family, social and work activities.

*

Michael also suggests an additional resource to any one attentive and interested in learning more.

https://dorieclark.com/entrepreneurialyou/

*

Michael offers practical ideas for additional books or offsets from original publishing’s that make a lot of sense. The two continued on about social media platforms; their pros and cons, book sales, ease of self publishing and other avenues related.

*

Ending with highlighting the probability of managing multiple streams of revenue until the new career becomes sustainable. Michael pleasantly continues with helpful tips learned through his writing experience.

*

He transitions into discussions of why he chose to be a Vulnerable Career Switcher.

https://www.amazon.com/Vulnerable-Career-Switcher-Individuals-Persistence/dp/173424321X

*

His accounting career, although traditionally essential and industrially secure, was unfulfilling and non stimulating. After several years of numerical numbness in graphs and spreadsheets during his dreaded sixty to seventy hour work weeks prepping corporations for impending tax seasons, he was ready to evaluate his own mental balances. The importance of financial security blanketing his young and growing family weighed heavy on his drive for success. He had to figure out the appropriate steps for his career transition  to achieve a happier way of life for himself and family.

*

Sean and Michael touch on opinions of Artificial Intelligence, their current and future influences on the positions within some industries. The massive automation projects already on scene and speculations for future increase. Michael then talks about what drew him to Advertising and his discussion to select this industry as his second career.

*

Throughout the conversation, it’s definite as to how much our lives are being impacted by the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Increased frustration swirling around the Corona Virus and

04 Apr 2023The Catholic Church and Sexual Abuse, Two Children's Books, and Anti-Semitism rising in society.00:46:21

Mark Bello was a civil justice attorney who primarily dealt with auto accidents, police brutality cases, medical malpractice cases, workers' compensation cases, and helped people fight insurance companies. However, early in his practice, he handled a case where a couple of kids were abused sexually by a Catholic priest, which troubled him deeply, not just because of the priest's actions but because of the way the church behaved, such as transferring offenders, hiding witnesses, covering up prior incidents by the same priest, and avoiding consequences. He promised himself that he would write a book about this, and eventually, he did. Betrayal of Faith, the first book in his legal thriller series, is about a couple of kids who are sexually abused by a priest. The Catholic Church covered up such incidents, transferred predators to communities who didn't know they were predators, and the cycle began all over again. Bello discusses his legal career and how he transitioned to writing fiction and children's books with social justice themes. He explains that he wrote a book about a biracial child who experiences racism and bullying at school and another book about the dangers of texting while driving. The conversation ends in discussing changes in the news media over the years. Mark Bello and Sean Dustin discuss how the news was delivered in the past and how it has changed to become more opinionated and slanted towards specific views. They mention that the news has become more like infotainment rather than a nonfiction account of events. They also talk about the need for accountability in media and the rise of independent media sources. The conversation then moves to politics and the need for politicians to work together for the country rather than fighting over political distinctions. They mention that national politics can be a huge distraction, and it is essential to pay attention to what is happening in your own community where things actually make a difference.

04 Jul 2020#48 Former Federal Inmate, Author, Paralegal, & Prison Consultant Shares The Journey.01:09:29

In this episode I talk to Holli Coulman about her journey through the federal justice system. Which by the way was so disturbing that she became a paralegal so she could better understand the law. Holli also wrote a book about the experience and is a prison consultant for women that are about to enter the prison population. We also talk about ghost dope conspiracy charges that have been thrown on thousands of women and men in the federal system, and the inflated sentences that are being handed out for victimless crimes. prosecutorial misconduct and over reach in handling cases.

Holli's Bio:

Holli Coulman a college educated professional spent the better part of her career carving out a name for herself in highly competitive corporate arenas. While in her well-earned role at a strategic tech company, Holli’s integrity became compromised as she soon would become the target of a federal investigation. Coming under direct fire for financial fraud-related charges, she was forced to accept a guilty plea and subsequently, was convicted of one count of wire fraud. She spent the next 15 months in the Women’s Camp at FCC Victorville, California, 2 months in the Solitary Housing Unit (SHU) at the San Bernardino County Jail and the final 3 months at a Halfway House.

Though steeped in a whirlwind of life-altering change and hardship, Holli did not spend her time unwisely. She earned her American Bar Association Paralegal Certification and in April of 2017 was given the opportunity to work for a reputable law firm. Finding power in the written word, Holli started a popular blog on big issues such as women’s safety while incarcerated and related subject matter. This act of civil advocacy resulted in a Bureau of Prisons retaliatory- based punishment of two months in solitary confinement. These and other experiences will be chronicled in her much-anticipated book debut, “True Injustice.”

Presently, Holli Coulman is of the one most notable and respected Women’s Prison Consultants. Through various prison consultancy platforms, she navigates families and individuals through the difficulty of incarceration. Her services stretch far beyond education and awareness. Holli’s services include prison pre-and-post release strategies, clemency procedures, appeals, coursework, and compassionate releases. Known for leading the dialogue for women’s prison reform, Holli is often requested to be a speaker at many leading women’s conferences. Holli maintains an active presence in organizations that champion her causes, including the WPA, and also the Voice of Women.

27 Feb 2023From Grief & Loss to Prison Reentry: A Diverse Discussion with Susan Casey and Sean Dustin01:20:02
Susan Casey is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in grief and loss. She trains therapists around the country on measurement-based care and focuses on grief and loss in her private practice. Susan is also launching a course on the therapeutic benefits of writing through grief and loss. Her interest in this field was sparked after the death of her younger brother in 2014, which was the most catastrophic event in her life. She had written her dissertation on the therapeutic benefits of writing through grief, loss, and trauma long before her brother's death. When her brother passed away, she tested her theory by blogging her way through her grief, which eventually led to her writing a book on sibling loss. Susan interviewed people from around the world who had lost a sibling, and it took her three and a half years to write the book. Additionally, Susan got certified as a bereavement group facilitator and ran bereavement groups at the Center for Grieving Children. Susan believes that grief is not just about the death of a person, but it can also be about the ending of something. For instance, a person can grieve over the end of high school and the start of college. Susan's passion is to work with people who undergo major life transitions, and she feels that people don't talk about grief often because of societal messages that make people feel like they're complaining or whining if they talk about their grief. In response to Sean Dustin's question about how therapists avoid taking their client's traumas or situations home with them, Susan explains that it is a challenge for most therapists because they are empaths and can feel the emotions in the room. It is essential to carry people's stories without feeling weighed down and sad and without taking on the emotions behind their stories. To avoid this, therapists need to intentionally work on setting down their emotions at the end of the day. Susan personally does healthy things like eating well, exercising, and moving the energy through her body to avoid feeling bogged down by the things that happen in the lives of the people who come to her for help. A new true crime documentary series is coming out called "The Con". You can watch the 1st episode for free August 5, 2020 at 8:oopm EST; on The Con Facebook page or the Real Progressives Facebook page links below. The series will officially launch on August 7th on virtual cinema. I had the pleasure of talking to the producer Patrick S. Lovell and had him on a show that I co-hosted with Ricky Varandas from "The Ripple Effect" Podcast. Episode will be available Monday August 3rd.

If you thought you knew what happened to cause the mortgage crisis in 2008; it is way worse than you think!!! I was able to preview the entire 5 part series, and WOW!!!

"The Con" tells you who was involved from bottom to top. How it was structured. Who they targeted. How it could have been prevented and wasn't. Interviews with the victims and the whistle-blowers.

What really hit home for me was when they interviewed a couple of iron workers. Hard working American Union Tradesman; that sacrificed watching their kids growing up to work all the OT they can get to provide their family a good life and a good pension and retirement to finish out their days comfortably.

27 Dec 2022#187 A Conversation with Actress Shannan Wilson about Her Role in "Sno Babies"and other Topics... Recorded 11/24/202000:55:16

I was going through some older recordings that I hadn't published yet and I found this gem hiding out in the folder. I had a conversation with Shannan Wilson who played a part in a 2020 movie called "Sno Babies" about heroine addiction and young people. Since I recorded this Shannan has appeared in three other movies.

This was a casual conversation that took place on 11/24/2020. We just came out of the 2020 election and they were suggesting that everyone cancel their Thanksgiving gatherings. My views expressed in this episode are mine and have no reflection on how my guest thinks or feels. This isn't really an interview it is more of a conversation getting to know each other. 26 Feb 2021#109 A Conversation with Maryam Henein Director of the Award Winning Documentary "Vanishing of the Bees"...01:38:09
In this episode I am having a conversation with documentary director Maryam Henein. Maryam directed the documentary film "Vanishing of the Bees". It's available on YouTube with ads. I will drop a link below.
*
I first found Maryam when she appeared on one of my favorite YouTube shows called "The Union Of The Unwanted" where a bunch of alternative media show hosts and researchers get together every other Monday and hang out to talk about current things going on in the world.
*
*
Here is Maryam's Bio:
*
My quest down the path of health and wellness began 15 years ago. You would never know by looking at me, but I was hit by a Ford Explorer at 45 miles an hour and then dragged 49 feet while negotiating a crosswalk. I broke my left femur, tailbone, L-1, and five ribs. I was outfitted with a 14-inch metal rod and it took me a year to walk again without a cane or a limp. The trauma I endured led me down a windy path of medical treatments and self-discovery.
*
As a journalist, I used to investigate the underbelly of Los Angeles as well as the human psyche. But in a quest to heal, I found myself delving into alternative medicine and using my investigative chops to figure out the root causes behind my health issues. It’s so wild how many of us blindly listen to our doctors when in reality, Western medicine has such a blinkered view of things. They compartmentalize body parts and symptoms instead of looking at human health from a holistic perspective.
*
I became both a scientist and guinea pig. I fused solid research with first-hand experience and not only became quite knowledgeable, but also healed myself and became a holistic health advocate! I found myself in the aisles of Whole Foods sharing my knowledge with strangers.
*
And then in 2007, the bees literally flew into my life and gave me a bigger purpose. The bees pulled the curtain and exposed the wizards of Big Ag. Just like you, I didn’t know that beekeepers zig zagged through America with semis full of bees from one monoculture to the next. I gained a whole new perspective about our food supply.
*
If (organic) food is thy medicine, then the rapid spread of industrial agriculture and the increasing standardization of the food industry is our downfall. Chemicals are killing bees and beings, monocultures are breeding super bugs and killing biodiversity, genetically modified foods are making us sick and ruining our seeds, and factory farms are causing wide spread antibiotic resistance and causing unbelievable pollution. The paradigm shift must happen NOW.
*
*
Maryam runs an online store called "HoneyColony" it's more than just another online natural health store.
*
HoneyColony seeks to save you years of anguish by giving you access to solid information and allowing you to connect with others who have undergone similar health challenges. We modeled our platform after the bees and with your help, it will be a fully functioning hive where people can communicate and find each other. Swarm intelligence delivers the truth. We gather nectar and pollen in the form of information and organic products that do not kill you.

In this podcast episode, Sean Dustin interviews Jack Allen Levine, an addiction specialist, author, and serial entrepreneur. Sean introduces Jack and highlights his success in various businesses. Jack shares his story and mentions that he had a middle-class upbringing with loving parents. At 16, he started smoking and went on to use drugs such as pot, Quaaludes, cocaine, and Percocet. Jack reveals that his addiction didn't lead him to prison, but some of his choices and decisions could have. Despite his struggles with addiction, Jack managed to graduate from Syracuse University and build a successful career in advertising. Jack has embraced the recovery lifestyle and sees it as a journey and adventure, rather than a struggle. He emphasizes the importance of plugging into the recovery lifestyle and having sober friends, and compares addiction recovery to being traded to a different team. He acknowledges that there are emotions that he now feels that he used to mask with drugs, but overall, he feels that his new life is so much better than his old life of addiction. He advises people struggling with addiction not to make promises they may not be able to keep, but instead let their actions speak for them. Jack is also involved with Louisiana Addiction Research Center, which is studying psychedelics as a potential treatment for addiction. He hopes that psychedelics can be a cure for addiction, but acknowledges that it's a long road and that not everyone will be able to afford a trip guide. Moreover, he questions whether it's really a one-time or two-time treatment, or if it's a continuous treatment for the rest of a person's life, in which case it may replace one drug with another. However, Levine believes that if medically assisted treatment such as Suboxone or other treatments keep people alive and able to seek help for their addiction, it's better than having them dead from overdosing. At the end of the day, the most important question is whether a person wants help. Levine believes that there are seven ways out of drug addiction and alcohol addiction, and that there's hope for everybody who wants to recover. Jack and Sean move into a discussion on how mistakes and relapses are not the end of the world in recovery. Levine points out that we should look at our hearts and strive for a gold standard, but not beat ourselves up over mistakes. Instead, we should take it as an opportunity to reassess and see what is not working in our recovery program. Levine stresses the importance of following the recipe for recovery and trusting the advice of people who have been sober for a long time. He emphasizes the need for surrender, which is a sign that someone is ready for recovery, and to follow the advice of those who have been there before. The conversation ends with the idea that the people we may not initially like are usually the ones who will help us the most.

18 Nov 2022#183 Is Our Weather Being Manipulated Through Cloud Seeding???01:18:36

In this conversation I will be talking to Matt Landman who is the creator of a documentary called Frankenskies, also an activist, as well as the creator of Spero protective clothing.

*

*

Through grassroots activism, film, interviews, and international summits, Matt has gained recognition as a leader in 5G and geoengineering/chemtrail awareness activism. Matt presents unprecedented and view-changing information directly from official documentation and accepted research.

*

Matt Landman created the social change documentary Frankenskies, bringing awareness to ongoing atmospheric aerosol injections, chemtrails, weather modification programs and geoengineering. Matt has hosted a series of conferences, events and protests concerning the questions surrounding chemtrails and relentlessly continues to speak out against the ongoing lies in our skies.

*

In 2018 he hosted the third Global Summit to Stop Geoengineering in Tucson Arizona, protesting the SCOPEX sky-dimming experiment, after which the experiment was placed on ongoing hiatus.

*

In addition, Matt continues to contest varied Telecom networks with efforts to help citizens locally fight the rollout of the dangerous and disputed 5G data network in their communities.

*

He is also currently working on a sequel film titled Frankenskies 2 : Climate Chains, which exposes the false narrative behind climate change and how weather modification programs combined with smart technology and media control will result in humanity's enslavement if gone unchecked.

*

Matt is now leading a movement to protect humanity from harmful electromagnetic frequencies with his new project, EMF-shielded SPERO Protection Clothing. Matt aims to offer protection from the dangers of 5G and EMF radiation, before the technology hits widespread adoption. He was inspired to create this clothing and accessory line when he saw the need for protection of pregnant women and newborn children. This, combined with his own EMF sensitivities, gave rise to the vision of creating a brand that encompassed protecting both infants and adults through protective gear.

22 Feb 2021#107 David Didn't Let His Circumstances Define How His Life Turned Out...00:50:14
In this episode I have invited one of my fellow Toastmasters to join me on the show to share a comeback story with you. The first time I heard David's story was in his icebreaker speech at one of our meetings and one of his first assignments as a Toastmaster.
*
David's story was so compelling to me because it told a story that was similar to my own. A young man making bad decisions that have consequences. Some of the choices led to jail and some of them led to homelessness.
*
Ultimately there was a point in his life when the circumstances didn't direct his choices. His choices started directing his outcomes which led to who he is today. A successful real estate investor, a licensed CA real estate agent, a husband, and a father.
*
*
Here is a short bio:
*
My story is one of many that you hear so well. I was first arrested at 13, went to jail at age 15. I dropped out of high school, started running the streets, and was a teenage father. I always thought that was the only life for me. Bottom of the barrel. A few years ago things started to change when I made the decision to change. I am now a real estate entrepreneur who invests in emerging markets across the country. I am a licensed CA realtor and started investing in real estate in 2016 by renovating properties and reselling them for a profit. I would like to tell my story to let people know that any dream is possible. You have to believe and accept it with full conviction. Whatever the mind can conceive it can achieve.

Amber shares everything with me about her sister’s life, including her bipolar diagnosis, how she got into drugs, feeling like a mother to her, and the final weeks leading up to her surprising death. She also discusses the aftermath: feeling suicidal, seeking professional help, and eventually overcoming depression.

28 Nov 2022#184 Unspoken Truths about Male Sexual Abuse and Sex Crimes against Children.... Recorded 5/17/202100:51:09

Dr. Kelli Palfy began her professional career working in adult and youth corrections. Here she noticed a disproportionate number of males in the system. After becoming an RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) officer, she took an interest in investigating sex crimes and went on to specialize in sex crimes committed against children internationally. Here, as she combed through video evidence, she witnessed first-hand the grooming tactics commonly used by sophisticated pedophiles.

*

After retiring from the RCMP, Dr. Palfy obtained her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Alberta. She conducted her doctoral research on the reasons why males don’t commonly disclose sexual abuse. She is now a trained trauma therapist and public speaker on the topic of male abuse. Dr. Palfy currently runs a small private practice where she works with male survivors of sexual abuse, first responders and couples using Emotion-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Approach, plus Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Outside of her professional life she enjoys hiking, cycling, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, hanging out with friends and pets.

30 Nov 2022#185 Accomplished Real Estate Investor Shares About His 10 Year Federal Sentence... Recorded 6/25/202100:52:06

In this episode I am talking to Michael "Mike" Morawski. I met Mike in a podcasting room on Clubhouse. I briefly heard some of his story and reached out immediately to have a phone conversation. It was a great conversation so I didn't hesitate to get him on the show.

Here is a little bit about Mike:

Michael “Mike” Morawski is a 30+ year real estate investment veteran. He has controlled over $285,000,000 in real estate transactions.  Mike is an entrepreneur, author, real estate trainer, public speaker, and personal coach with a strong, personal resilience, and deep desire to help others live an extraordinary life. He has coached hundreds of real estate investors to fulfill their dreams.

Mike has always believed that transparency and honesty are central to any successful business and personal life. As a result of the 2008 world economic crisis, Mike let his guard down and let his transparency slip. The impact that had on his company and its real estate holdings left him scrambling to protect the company and its investors.

Due to the market climate, he found himself in a defensive mode operating out of chaos and fear. In an attempt to protect his company’s investors, Mike had to make difficult business decisions. Some of those decisions were handled poorly.  As a result of those poor decisions, the company imploded and Mike faced wire and mail fraud charges which lead to a 10-year federal prison sentence.

07 Jan 2021#89 Brian Choi Talks About Social Anxiety & Building Confidence01:01:15

Highlights:

*

3:15 Sean points out the shortcomings of western medicine and its tendency to only mask symptoms. The title of “social anxiety” and the stigmas attached to it can negatively impact one's mentality further, creating an even greater disadvantage.

*

27:00 “If your mind is on it, you will progress through it.” Michael highlights the importance in building a circle of trust/support system and the costly luxury of paying for a life coach. Even if you are desperate for help, always stay vigilant when people are trying to deceive you or take your money. He explains why statistical data and proof is most important to him when seeking help from a professional. How much does Tony Robbins charge for his services? The answer is shocking!

*

00:00 Introducing Brian Choi

*

01:40 Brian speaks on social anxiety and how its origins were deeply rooted into his high school experience. “The thought of approaching someone and having a conversation with them can feel crippling”. Fear of rejection only perpetuates the fear. Sean briefly touches on online interaction, dating, and getting to know people virtually.

*

06:10 Overcoming pressure of first impressions, getting out of your own way, defeating self-doubt and talking to pretty women are discussed. There are genetic implications with social anxiety and we’re all hard-wired to experience it to a certain degree.

Drawbacks with socialization could potentially be a life-long struggle and usually requires seeking out help. Brian urges listeners to help introverts in structuring a positive reality around them. The phrase “crabs in a bucket” is correlated to unhealthy social environments as it relates to social anxiety. Sean reveals he is a crabbing connoisseur. The pervasiveness of cultural expectations, especially in Korean culture, and the pressures that come with it are pointed out. Sean shows familiarity with K-Pop, explains his perspective odds of sleeping with a woman, and puts it into a business philosophy. “Don’t be cheesy”.

*

15:00 How do you add value to social interactions with women? Authenticity is key and social media’s contradictory highlight reels only showcase achievements, but suppress failures. The importance of experiencing mistakes first-hand and translating them into later success is emphasized.

*

20:20 Everyone struggles with social anxiety and realizing you’re not alone is part of the battle. If you’re having difficulties would you rather hear motivational stories or see concrete evidence of success? Sean ties in fighting addiction with social anxiety and how the effects on your thought processes can be similar. For both, it is imperative that you set your intentions, persevere through inevitable hardships until you see results, and convert what you learn into a lifestyle.

*

34:55 Michael elaborates on the two choices he believes you have when seeking mentorship and weighs the elements of time and money. He also explains the paradigm of money and happiness. 28 Aug 2022Sam Tripoli (Tin Foil Hat Podcast), Truthzilla, & Debra Gets Red Pilled...Recorded 4/11/2101:05:58

I am currently running through the livestreams I did and haven't put the audio out as an episode yet. I have a folder of almost 30 to run through. I'll add the date recorded to the title like I did in this one. So you will at least know what time period we are talking about if we mention any current events. This recording has been up on my YouTube channel since the day I recorded it. I'm just adding it to my podcast library.

I was going to add all of the links to these shows but 2 of them are no longer recording. Sam Tripoli is still rockin it!  Just look his name up and you can find all the places he is at. Some socials got cancelled so any links I had from then might not be good now. So my bad....I have some great conversations to get out still even if some of them are from 3 years ago.

I created a poll over on Spotify and the question is...Do you want to hear the unpublished older content that I have? So if you want to answer that yes or no question head over to this episode on Spotify.
