Kathy Jacobs @ageisbeauty

made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut as part of the 2020 model search. Kathy was a petite model in the '80s with Ford Models and came to the open casting call for SI Swimsuit at the age of 56. In the past year, she did a Thirdlove campaign with her daughter Abigail, a Miley Cyrus video, a Beauty Blender job and Soji beauty work. Kathy is an outspoken advocate for beauty at every age.

And 57-year-old Sports Illustrated bikini model Kathy Jacobs is the silver-haired mother of the movement.

“Old is the new hot,” a smiling Jacobs told The Post.

The 5-foot-2 married mom of one is featured in SI’s 2021 Swimsuit edition, and is the oldest woman to ever be spotlighted in the issue’s 57-year history. (Sports Illustrated’s first Swim volume hit shelves in 1964 — the same year Jacobs was born).

“I’m closer to 60 than I am to 50 at this point,” said the small town Texas girl-turned-Calabasas, California resident. “So to be in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine representing ladies my age is just the best feeling in the world.”

An entrepreneur who started both her companies with a laptop and an idea and grew them from self-funded side projects into multi-million dollar businesses and nationally known and recognized brands.

How? By trusting my gut, seeing the whitespace, seizing the opportunity all with an unnerving amount of drive, purpose and persistence. I've launched and sold two companies before the age of 35. My latest company, Create & Cultivate, recognized a gap in conversations, resources, events and community for female millennial entrepreneurs and small business owners. Now, Create & Cultivate is a cult favorite brand hosting multiple events each year, a community of 1 million plus women, a line at Target, a top business podcast & more. I’ve had the honor and privilege of interviewing such pioneers of industry like Chelsea Handler, Issa Rae, Meghan Markle, and Martha Stewart, to name a few. And now, I want to pay it forward to burgeoning entrepreneurs, self starters and women with my fund, New Money Ventures.

How Are You Really? book howareyoureallybook.com

RELEASE DATE: JUNE 28, 2022 Forget hustle harder. Forget a mandatory 5 a.m. wake-up. Forget outlining your life plan in six-month, one-year, and five-year spans. We're living in a cultural shift as we reframe our perspectives around the purpose of work, what work/life balance really means, and how we want to spend our time on this planet. We move through our day attempting to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible. When asked how we are, we give a brief "fine" and proceed with our day figuring that the person asking wouldn't really want to know anyway. But what if we stopped ourselves and truthfully answered the question? What truths might we uncover?   In her debut book, HOW ARE YOU, REALLY?, Jenna Kutcher takes everything she's learned to demystify for readers the steps to take to create their own truly fulfilled lives. It all starts with asking that simple question, and finally getting to an answer.  Divided into three sections, HOW ARE YOU, REALLY? is a guide to creating a life that focuses on soaking up the richness of our experiences to make room for more actual living.

  • What are the best ways to stay mentally strong during crisis
  • How to reframe your negative thoughts

Guest

Amy Morin @amymorinauthor

I started my career as a psychotherapist thinking I’d use what I’d learned in college to teach people how to be mentally strong. I never imagined how much I was going to need to build my own mental muscles. When I was 23, my mother passed away. When I was 26, my husband passed away. Losing the two most important people in my life made my interest in mental strength personal. With a broken heart, I began studying people. I wanted to know why some people felt stuck after they went through hard times and why other people emerged from hardship feeling stronger than ever. As I studied mental strength, I realized that mentally strong people didn’t just have good habits. They also avoided any unhealthy habits that could hold them back. In 2013, during one of my lowest points in my life, I wrote a letter to myself about all the things mentally strong people don’t do. When I was done, I had a list of 13 things that could rob me of mental strength if I let them. I found comfort in reading that letter. So a few days later, I published it online. I hoped someone else might find it helpful too. I never imagined it would resonate with so many people—but that letter was read by more than 50 million people. Within a matter of days, a literary agent called and suggested I write a book. And my life has never been the same.

He is using his social media popularity to inspire entrepreneurs. His real-life story is proof that one can be successful without a University degree.

Nima Yamini hails from a well-educated family of degree-holders. During his school education when Nima failed to get good grades, he often felt unworthy. The pressure of carrying the educational legacy of his family was too much for him to bear at a young age.  This eventually delayed his time of self-discovery to figure out his forte and utilize it to earn a living. Nima’s first job was at a gas station that was hardly fulfilling for him. Life took a positive turn for Nima when he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a music but ended up working for the prestigious Los Angeles Times media company.

Within a short period, Nima was able to hit a record in sales for the company he was working for. This is when Nima discovered his forte in sales and knew it was something he could excel in. Nima used his ability in sales and marketing to scale his career as an entrepreneur. He managed events and organised several top-notch parties for celebrities across NYC. One of the parties hosted by Nima became so popular that it was covered by the New York Post. This success made him a recognised name in the city. More celebrities started attending the Monday night parties hosted by Nima.

For almost all of his business ventures to date, Nima has headed the sales section. For the other responsibilities, Nima has either hired or partnered  with someone to scale his business. With his proven track record, he has now embarked upon a new venture with his online education company, P.N. & Friends. Nima wants others to follow in his footsteps without following the traditional path. He has managed to achieve financial freedom without a degree and he wants people to know that they can achieve their dreams even if they don't achieve good grades in school.

Nima has taken TikTok by storm with his educational content that guides budding entrepreneurs to start a venture confidently. With more than 640K followers on social media, Nima is motivating Gen-Z to become successful entrepreneurs. P.N. & Friends has earned the support of an active community with over 40k members. The community comprises passion-driven people from different corners of the world who are determined to chase their dreams.

Nima hopes to escalate P.N. & Friends to the next level in the coming years. He also wants to continue helping people on TikTok as long as he is adding value to others' lives.

  • What to do if we want something to leave behind, to let go, but we are unable to do it?

  • What’s “compassion” and how we can tap into its power?
  • What’s the easiest way to heal our strained relationships?

Guest

Danielle LaPorte @daniellelaporte

I write and speak about the intelligence of Love. Some career details: I used to run a future studies think tank in Washington-DC, and my own publicity agency. I never went to university, I got rejected from art school, and I was fired from a business that I co-founded. When I was little, I wanted to be a “social worker, disco dancer, and a poet.” I think I’ve managed to pull that off.

I’m the creator of The Heart Centered Membership and The Desire Map book + planner system. There are 400+ Desire Map Facilitators in 23 countries. Desire Map as a “brand” is evolving into a Heart Centered Facilitating curriculum—our first cadre of trained facilitators will be of service in the summer of 2021.

I’m a member of Oprah’s Super Soul 100. Over 5 million people a month visit DanielleLaPorte.com, which Forbes named one of the “Top 100 Websites for Women”. My podcast, With Love, Danielle ranks in iTunes’ Top 10 for wellness. I’m honoured that Marianne Williamson has referred to me, “as a bright light in the modern priestesshood.” And one of my other heroines, V (formerly known as Eve Ensler) called me “a force field of energy, wonder, humour, and love.” Thank you.

I co-create all of my meditation decks and the Heart Centered Membership with a beloved esoteric practitioner of many spiritual traditions, V. S. Offering these practices is one of the greatest blessings of my life… along with working with a wonderful team, living in Vancouver, Canada; and being the mother of my teenage son.

  • Things you wish you knew before becoming an entrepreneur?
  • What kind of content attracts the most attention?
  • How to prevent social media burnout?
  • Why most entrepreneurs fail at social media?

My Guest

Theresa DePasquale @theresadepasquale

"I began my career as an entrepreneurial fitness expert, owning multiple health clubs in the Tampa Bay Area before moving my business totally online. In 2012 I started my Instagram page and used my marketing skills to quickly dominate the social media space by successfully building multiple large, revenue-generating brand pages on Instagram. My own personal brand page @TheresaDepasquale has over 230k followers and is still growing today due to it’s motivational and educational content. With over 10 years of online branding and social media experience (paired with countless hours of high-level masterminds and business conferences), I’ve worked hard to master the art of online branding and social media strategy and have become the go-to mentor for many elite, high-level clients and mastermind groups. Meet the Just Thrive® team: Billy and Tina Anderson! Billy and Tina have been involved in bringing health to the lives of others for many years…so the launch of Just Thrive® Probiotic was a natural progression into a field they have always been passionate about.

Just Thrive® is the only probiotic available comprised of four (4) key strains of nature’s own design for a true probiotic. The bacillus strains found in Just Thrive® are abundant environmental organisms that have evolved to be consumed by humans on a daily basis and then thrive in the digestive systems. Once there, they perform critical functions, such as the development of the immune system; reduction of inflammation; digestion and absorption of nutrients from food, and the production of important functional compounds, like antioxidants. Just Thrive® is the only product on the shelf to contain the patented Bacillus Indicus HU36®, a strain that produces high levels of antioxidants. Once ingested via the intestines, Bacillus Indicus HU36® becomes an important source of daily antioxidants.

Simply put, Just Thrive® is a TRUE probiotic by all scientific definitions and over 95% of other products on the market just are not probiotics.
