01:00:35
In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, Cody and Matt find their luck amping up with our lucky 13th episode. Also discussed: A+ casting and vehicle choices, the incomparable Warwick Davis, and of course, how Jennifer Aniston was able to work that phone despite mystical adversity. If nothing else, Francis from Peewee's Big Adventure is in it, which is worth the price of admission alone. Clean shoes not required! Keep one ear on the pod and one eye on your gold! Gibbs. Thanks for listening and for being a friend!

Ep. 17: Dead of Night (1945)
01:08:00
This week, Cody and Matt wake up from a terrible nightmare, only to realize they're still living that nightmare over and over...and no, this time they're not talking about their friendship, but about Dead of Night! They discuss this classic British film from the 40's and what some would call the birth of the Horror Anthology. They discuss their picks for the Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor Award, what they really would want to see behind a haunted mirror, and which of them is the real dummy in the relationship. Not to mention, the horror of witnessing their future selves on full display in the Golf scene. And boy, do they really go on about that! Grab a stool (if you didn't scoot it too far in shock), an extra dash of sugar for Mr. Craig, and tuck this episode into bed like the ghostly little brother you didn't know was in the next room. Ep. 18: Frankenstein (1931)
01:04:41
We've got a (James) Whale of a movie this week! It's the icon of icons: Frankenstein. Cody and Matt discuss the "tragedy" of parenthood, the morality of experimentation gone unchecked, and the job description for one (1) incredibly odd laboratory assistant. Other discussions include the pros and cons of physical media, meeting the icon himself last year, and juggle options for the Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor Award. In an unsurprising twist, they land on two old people struggling to get their lines out.
It's Man vs. Monster vs. Disgruntled Wedding Planner in this week's shocking episode! Grab a shovel and don't stand too close to the water!

Ironically for our first silent movie covered, only listening will tell! So, get out of that chair you've been sleeping in, put on a funny hat, grab a coffin of the dirt you were buried in, and join us for our earliest movie yet! Avoid the sun and stay in with us!

01:14:35
Ladies and Gentlemen...Her...editary! This week, Matt and Cody venture into the land of A24 and the directorial debut of one of Horror's Newest Hit-Makers, Ari Aster. They discuss the ins and outs of theories, symbolism, miniatures, acting methods, and they spend quite a bit of time in wonder at the majesty of Toni Collette. Not to mention, their preferred ritualistic sitting strategies. Jump in the backseat and pack a nut-less candy bar for this wild ride of generational trauma and ceremonial insanity!

Ep. 20: Serial Mom (1994)
01:05:21
It's our special Mother's Day episode and we couldn't think of a better Mom to celebrate it with than one who will beat you mercilessly with a leg of lamb! This week, Cody and Matt discuss fame and crime, dogs that love to lick your feet, and why you should always rewind your tapes. They also dive into the subversive humor of director John Waters while figuring out how to "Send Yourself Roses." It's harder than you think.

Ep. 22: The Hills Have Eyes (1977)
01:13:34
They knew they should've taken that left turn at Albequerque. . .
This week, Cody and Matt talk the ears off of those hills with their admiration for horror icon Wes Craven. They also discuss the danger of unfortunately timed picnics, Flintstones inspired jewelry, and a metaphorical representation of the economic gap between classes in the late 1970's. You know, standard fare. The boys chew on the idea of mountain men, the ideal American family, and just how exactly this can be transformed into a Broadway Musical.
There's never a dull moment spent with Jupiter, Mars, Pluto and. . . Uranus.

Ep. 23: Wait Until Dark (1967)
01:12:25
No need to wait, our next episode is here!
This week, Matt and Cody discuss this classic play-turned-home-invasion-thriller. They talk about the legacy of this type of horror, the greatness of peerless Audrey Hepburn, power dynamics of hapless criminals, and the many many many hats/wigs of Alan Arkin. Does a character playing a character playing a character qualify for the illustrious Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor Award? Should children be allowed to save the day if they are absolutely irredeemable? If you take a picture, will it last longer? This is an episode you don't need to hide in a doll, but it will play you a fancy tune if you if you listen close enough.

Ep. 24: Friday the 13th (1980)
01:18:16
Doomed? We could have told you that 23 episodes ago.
When it comes to horror franchises and slasher masters, it doesn't get much bigger than this! This week, Cody and Matt head to Camp Crystal Lake to fix some gutters, play strip Monopoly, and. . . well, die. They talk the Mrs. Voorhees's that could have been, the local color around Crystal Lake, behind the scenes tidbits, and how fashionable the local whacko is.
It's not Summer until a few teenagers get brutally murdered in rural New Jersey!

Ep. 25: Piranha (1978)
01:09:15
Come on in! The water's fishy!
This week, Matt and Cody go off the deep end with this 70's cult classic! What it lacks in riptides, it more than makes up for in loving rip-offs. The boys splash about the political themes, subversion of character stereotypes, and of course, are buoyed by a bevy of Veteran Character Actors. They get personal about animal attacks, oblong objects, and just how exactly Huckleberry Finn ties into all of this. You think Jack's dog is sick of listening to his stories? Imagine how they feel about each other's!

Ep. 26: The Ruins (2008)
01:03:24
It's not often that we leaf our comfort zone and branch out into something new. . . too much? We wouldn't want to shrub you the wrong way.
Anyways, this week Cody and Matt take a vacation to some mysterious ruins in Mexico! They talk mid-aughts trends, the ability to find a taxi literally anywhere, and the price you pay for being an ignorant tourist. They also talk some grisly body horror and the benefits of just enjoying the hotel pool.
As always, they discuss the suspension of disbelief with a character's age but it's a root point by now.
We're done, promise. Thanks for listening!

BONUS: The Sadness (2021)
00:56:26
Folks, we've got a doozy for ya. If there was ever a time to heed a warning, this is the time to heed. This movie has some extreme violence, including sexual. While we don't always warn for moments like this in movies, we wanted to re-iterate the warning at the top for those who may be especially affected.
In this bonus episode, Cody and Matt subject themselves to what is being touted as one of the most depraved zombie flicks of all time. They talk the importance of honest and grounded acting, real world fears and anxieties, and exactly how they found themselves even watching this movie. Not to mention our usual hunt for the Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Award, offensive footwear, and the depravity of public transportation. It's a horrific display of eye jabs, neck stabs, secret labs, and zombie grabs!
Thanks for listening, now go take a shower!

Ep. 27: Game of Death (2017)
01:21:29
"With the clock ticking, is life worth living? Make a choice, you or I; Without decision- one will die. In this quest, some are left behind. This game will blow your mind."
This week, Matt and Cody prick their fingers and enter into a game with severe consequences. They chat about horny neighbors, hornier siblings, the real trouble of group hangs, and of course, one of the most clear and shining examples of a Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor Award nominee they have encountered...including Fred Gwynne himself. They talk about oiled cops, Ranger bops, eyes that pop, plans that flop, pizza apparel to shop, and a dog's love that'll never stop. Grab a mop and join them for the bloodiest game you've played since that one time you and your cousins tried to complete Monopoly.

Ep. 29: The Most Dangerous Game (1932)
01:01:25
This week, Matt and Cody jump from a sinking ship and unfortunately for you, they don't mean this show. They wash ashore with conversations all about Veteran Character Actors, gender norms for the 30's, more reasons to hate Gone With the Wind, how this story is more about a giant gorilla than anything else, and how they would try to survive if faced with these circumstances. It's an episode of laughs, crocs, plots, and booby traps galore!

Ep. 28: They Live (1988)
01:14:51
OBEY. CONSUME. LISTEN TO NIGHT HOWLS.
This week, Cody and Matt live it up with the John Carpenter classic about alien overlords and the professional wrestler ordained to stop them. We don't want to give anything away but this episode is a bit. . . Rowdy. They talk effective scoring, the importance this flick has on the contemporary art scene, and the scene-stealing power of Buck Flower. The boys also discuss the Max Headroom incident and just how badly Carpenter wanted to stick it to the Man.
Sure, we came here to chew bubblegum and talk movies. . . but isn't capitalism the more pressing problem?

Not to mention the incredible vendors, staff, and creatures they met a long the way. Listen to the boys get second hand gitty about something that already happened and find out what some of these folks were like to meet in person.

Ep. 30: The Conjuring (2013)
01:13:26
They came, they saw, they Conjured.
*clap clap* This week, Cody and Matt enter the world of the Warrens. They talk the cultural impact of this franchise juggernaut, the effectiveness of perfect casting, and how an ideally told haunted house story is a thing to behold. They also discuss the dangers of leaving your child alone with a potentially drugged grandparent and the real estate worries for the local raccoon population. Not to mention, the references to other iconic haunted house films and even their own paranormal experiences if you dare.
Grab your red crayons, favorite music box or phone, and hide in a witch's wardrobe with the boys as they fall through the floorboards of a house and into one of James Wan's most quintessential releases.

Ep. 31: Revealer (2022) w/ Shaina Schrooten
01:26:02
This week, Matt and Cody end up reconnecting after some time apart and ranting about the latest Scream 6 news. Afterwards, they chat about one of Shudder's hottest releases, Revealer, with the star herself: Shaina Schrooten! Shaina is kind enough to put up with their shenanigans and goes deep into the process of making this movie, the relationship she formed with her costars, creating a character completely out of her wheelhouse, and trying to survive the apocalypse. They learn behind the scenes tidbits including: what it was like to film in the early days of the Pandemic, the value of multiple costume changes, her now iconic glasses, and what she got to take from the set. Not to mention filming with some of the creepiest crawlies the boys have seen yet.
It's Night Howls first guest, and there's no one better to join the madness than this uber talented star on the rise.

Ep. 32: Popcorn (1991)
01:05:23
He haunts your dreams. He's back to avenge his own death. He preys on the young and defenseless. He's. . . Lanyard Gates?!
This week, join Cody and Matt at the concession stand as they celebrate the communal movie experience. They discuss all-night horrorthons, incredible theater gags, and one of their favorite veteran character actors to date. They also chew over the importance of a cohesive story and how being "fun" isn't the same as being "good" while debating the effectiveness of putting superstar mom Dee Wallace into a full body cast for a majority of her screen time. Choices were made. Faces were transplanted. Mosquitos were murdered. And that's not the half of it.
Grab a bucket, clean a theater, avoid your landlord, and join us for this salty, yet buttery, cult classic! Now in Stink-O-Vision!

BONUS: Nope (2022)
01:21:20
This week, Matt and Cody see something truly out of this world with Jordan Peele's latest outing, Nope! They "peel" back the layers by analyzing the themes, scares, and cultural impact of the film, while still flapping their gums about their usual nonsense like two inflatable tube men along the side of a dusty trail. They give their props, like a good crew person would, to the now legendary Peele, Kaluuya, Palmer, and the already legendary Keith David. Do they find the key to success or is that key just stuck in a horse's ass? Only by listening can you find out!
Peak out from behind the clouds or slates of a barn wall and giddy up over to your two favorite ranch hands as they dig deep on being exceptional (like they would know), floating shoes, one-eyed purple people eaters, and so much more!

Ep. 33: Night of the Living Dead (1968)
01:18:07
Yeah, they're dead. They're all messed up. And this time, we don't just mean the hosts!
This week, Matt and Cody visit a rural Pennsylvania Farm House during the body-swinging sixties for what is unquestionably one of the most pivotal horror movies of all time. They discuss the birth of the modern zombie, the social and political themes, which of them would be left in the basement, and how some can-do attitude amounted to 60+ years of terror. Not to mention, what exactly is up with the body at the top of the stairs, which of these ghouls should be the Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor, and how exactly does 'Rock of Love' factor into all of this...
Board up the windows, exit the burning truck, and grab a non-human snack for consumption as the boys rise from the dead to chat about this classic...at least until they come and get them, Barbra!

Ep. 34: Theater of Blood (1973)
01:10:57
When it comes to Vincent, the price is always right.
This week, Cody and Matt try their best to hit their marks before the curtain comes crashing down on them. Unsurprisingly, that's something they're used to. They talk the delightfully devilish Vincent Price, the mileage one can get from a prosthetic nose, and their unending love for stage managers. They also discuss the potential for a modern take on this macabre tale and just exactly what Cody was doing at a pirate themed restaurant.
To B, or not to B, that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the grade to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous critique Or to take arms against a sea of praise-

Ep. 37: Attack of the Giant Leeches (1959)
00:58:09
This week, Matt and Cody dive head-first into the marsh and come up covered in leeches. The boys dry off with a chat about 1950's gender perspectives, normal to above average sized aquatic life, ineffective ways to off your partner, and so much more!
Maybe it's the radiation or maybe it's the 2-liter jug of moonshine they threw into the creek, but either way, they are in rare form talking about this rare film. Should it be forgotten by history? You should know by now, they never leave a good character actor behind!

Ep. 36: Howl (2015)
01:06:27
Warren Zevon tried to warn us. We only have ourselves to blame, really.
This week, Cody and Matt ride the night train to Eastborough. They talk the effectiveness of figures in the fog, less-is-more attitude, and their love for train based horror. They come across werewolves that work, werewolves that don't, and a character who might be their favorite Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor nominee so far.
Oh, also, the bathroom is out of order so the snarling creatures outside might not be the worst of our worries.

Ep. 35: A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
01:20:19
THIS. IS. POD!
And this week, Matt and Cody take a trip to Elm Street to visit their favorite dream demon, Freddy Krueger. The boys get meta by making this their first "from bed" episode in honor of the occasion and due to sickness. However, nothing could stop them from diving into the nitty-gritty on this Wes Craven bonafide classic. They discuss themes, inspiration, the impact of the film, behind the scenes facts, and what they would do to fix the ending. Not to mention: drunk moms, incompetent subordinates, booby traps, failed stunts, and of course their beloved, Bobby E, Amanda Wyss, and Miss Langenkamp.

Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn and. . . is that Patricia Quinn?
Pack your bags and gas up the old broomstick because we're headed to Salem! This week, Cody and Matt visit a story of one witch's revenge as only Rob Zombie can tell it. They discuss wretched records, debaucherous DJs, and bubbling beast babies. It's a lot. Try and keep up.
If that wasn't enough, the boys also gush over their new favorite character actor coven. Needless to say that it's a struggle to grant the Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor Award to one wonderful witch. So, get that cauldron bubbling and sing your praises to the Master with us!

Ep. 39: Gaslight (1944) w/ Melissa Weyn
01:24:45
Oh, sparrows! Oh, pigeons! Oh, boy do we have a guest for you!
This week, Matt and Cody are joined by the incredible Melissa Weyn to talk all things Gaslight. Mel and Cody walk down memory lane to discuss the stage production they worked on together and she brings her keen insights into one of the genre's earliest heroines. The lights may be dimming, but Mel shines bright as she talks about insights into the character, the many layers of symbolism to the story, what makes Ingrid Bergman so iconic, and which Ronald McDonald characters go where in the inevitable animated remake.
You can listen through the floorboards, or just through headphones. Whichever is least suspecting!

01:17:02
What are you gonna do? Knock our blocks off?
This week, Cody and Matt run away to join the circus! (If their parents had a nickel for every time they heard that one...) They discuss the charms of stylized acting, gruesome monster design, and the obvious love for 1950's drive-in thrills. The boys chew over the scares and slapstick gags while struggling to nominate someone for the Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor Award. It's a hard job but someone has to do it.

Happy October, Howlers!
This week, Matt and Cody kick off the best time of year the only way they know how by covering their shared favorite and one of the greatest movies of all time: Halloween!
Before they start the film, the boys unearth memories of holidays past and dive deep into the history of the movie's creation including: how John Carpenter's life lead him to making it, speculation around who exactly came up with this idea, how Jamie Lee Curtis' Scream Queen lineage landed her the role, who else was up for the iconic Dr. Loomis, and what exactly could have happened to the mask all these years later. After that, the slashing continues in 5/4 time as they discuss all the behind the scenes facts you could want, weed-smoking teens who should probably fear the reaper, doom-saying dogs, novels for monologues, fateful lectures, and for one episode, who should win the Donald Pleasence Veteran Character Actor Award. Much like Laurie vs. Michael, it's a tougher battle than you might assume.
Grab your masks, knives, knitting needles, chemistry books, and a beer...."yeah", as your favorite ghouls celebrate the night he came home.
Thanks for listening! Oh, Paul!

Ep. 42: Halloween (2018)
01:38:04
Happy Halloween (2018), Michael.
The road to HALLOWEEN ENDS continues with the requel that started it all... again! This week, Cody and Matt discuss the threads of the Halloween franchise, the triumphant return of John Carpenter, and a mask that gives Myers his due. They also hop on the Sartain train and attempt to figure out exactly what that entire subplot is about.
They talk cowboy hats, novelty pens, proper ways to address the senior citizen in your life, and that satisfying FWPANG! sound that comes from nailing a serial killer with a frying pan.
Thanks for listening! Now go trim those nasty ass toenails...

Ep. 43: Halloween Kills (2021)
01:48:55
This is for [insert four syllable joke here]! WooooAAAAAAH!
This week, Matt and Cody finally start talking about the movie they haven't shut up about all year, Halloween Kills! They continue their trek to Halloween Ends by discussing the middle sequel in this timeline and even have the same discussion about Sondra from last week, completely forgetting they already did... Classic Night Howls! They also dig in on: Big and Lil Jon (yeah!), loving homages, less than loving when it comes to the legacy characters, swinging nurses, sidelined final girls, radio towers, and so much more.
Not to mention, one of the most contentious battles for the Fred Gwynne Veteran Character Actor Award these streams have seen. Who will take the top prize and who will end up with a new award?

Ep. 44: Halloween Ends (2022)
03:33:24
We're going to show grief our WHAT NOW?!
After three weeks in beautiful suburban Haddonfield, the boys find themselves crawling through the sewers in search of closure. Do they find it? Does this grand finale lay Michael Myers to rest and respectfully send off the greatest final girl to ever grace the silver screen? Turns out, they've got some thoughts about that.
This week, Cody and Matt start off with a chat about Cody’s birthday weekend including their epic trip to Halloween Horror Nights. After, they move on to pre-viewing speculation before hopping on the back of motorcycle into spoiler territory for the franchise’s final showdown. They talk big narrative choices, third act expectations, and Laurie Strode's role in her own farewell. They also discuss moldy Michael's hobbies and the most dastardly marching band in the midwest. It's one part Halloween, two parts Stephen King, and a whole lot of Corey! Say goodbye to the boogeyman because we are leaving Haddonfield. . . one way or another!

So hop into the Ecto-1 and watch out for Slimer and get ready to scare up a few laughs!

Ep. 77: I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997)
01:57:18
This week, Matt and Cody take a look back at what they did this time last year and what horror movies were doing this time two decades ago. They talk 90's slasher trends, seaside town characteristics, and what makes the legend of the "Hook Man" so compelling to this day. Not to mention: July 4th horrors, drunken stories of by gone eras, fashionable fish hats, irredeemable supporting characters, and the chokehold oversized sweaters had on the youth of the 1990's.
The only thing sharper than the Fisherman's hook is Mr. Prinze Jr's jaw line, and that alone is enough to send them into a tizzy...and how couldn't it?

Ep. 78: Signs (2002)
01:32:51
Swing away, Howlers. Swing away.
This week, Cody and Matt adventure back into the corn to find signs of intelligent life... something that's been sorely missing around this pod. They discuss the phenomena of M. Night Shyamalan, the brilliance of child actors, and the powerhouse that is Cherry Jones. They also ponder their own stances on crop circles, strange lights, and fate while trying to decide the ethical nature of leaving somebody pinned to a tree.

Ep. 79: Death Ship (1980)
01:27:26
It's getting desperate!
This week, Matt and Cody continue their Summer movie run by boarding a vessel fit for their particular brand of nonsense. The boys float through obnoxious hauntings, more obnoxious costumes, and even more obnoxious hauntings. Not to mention: problematic costume parties, candies that kill, kids that rely too heavily on bathroom humor, and an onslaught of Nazis. Will they make it to the raft or inevitably get stuck on jokes concerning veteran character actors? We all know the answer to that.
Hoist the sails! Lift the anchors! We're wet!

Night Howls Announcement
00:06:50
No, the show isn't ending. Sorry.
Cody and Matt make an announcement on the status of Night Howls and their plan moving forward during the ongoing WGA & SAG-AFTRA strike.
This week, Matt and Cody have a conversation about the current Hollywood Strikes: what's at stake, why they matter, the history of the previous strikes, and how this affects the creators and artists who contribute to the Horror Genre and the business of show overall. They also give an update on how they plan to move forward with the show in the meantime.
This week, Cody and Matt take a stab at the iconic independent movie that's responsible for starting the splatter sub-genre. They talk dim-witted detectives, baffling Babylonian beehives, and lolly-gagging locals. They also dive into cult icon Herschell Gordon Lewis' impact on the genre and his infamous movie marketing techniques.
Pull up a chair, grab a fork and spoon, and get ready for the feast.

Ep. 81: Talk to Me (2022)
01:12:16
Since you asked nicely...
This week, Matt and Cody grab the hand and beg each other to do anything but talk. Despite their best efforts, they discuss trends of A24, other famous spooky conduits, and who they would connect with on the other side. Not to mention: gruesome party games, gruesome-er Aussie Accents, and the gruesomest directorial debut they've seen in awhile.
Grab the hand or your nearest pod catcher and join the boys for one of horror's hottest new releases.

Crazy... but that's how it goes!
Get your tickets ready for a trip to South Korea for one of the most beloved cult films from the last decade. This week, Cody and Matt discuss the terrors of public transportation when zombies are involved while trying desperately not to cry. They talk effective ensembles, creepy choreography, and moral malfunctions. Ep. 85: The Screaming Skull (1958)
01:19:58
This week, Matt, Cody and Ed the Head, come boiling up from a smoky pond with another non-AMPTP production. They talk salacious marketing tactics, the pros and cons of "Actor-Directors", and the bodily autonomy of a floating skull. Not to mention: pot-stacking soothing techniques, precarious ladder tomfoolery, atrocious artwork, and how this movie takes a common leading lady trope and flips it...on it's skull.
Close the armoire (unless you want to have fun) and watch out for that peacock! There's a screaming skull on the loose!

Ep. 86: Suspiria (1977)
01:46:58
Hang on to your dance belts...
This week, Cody and Matt enlist at a dance academy of the occult (or AH-cult, depending on who you ask.) They discuss the striking style of Dario Argento, the fabulous Jessica Harper, and the malicious magic of Mother Markos. They also conjure up questions about hairy arms that break through windows, 70's hairstyles and their effects on chlorinated water, and what exactly a witch is to do if she loses her invisible boss.
You'll be saying Giall-Oh Brother by the time these two learn how to pirouette.

Ep. 87: Carnival of Souls (1962)
01:52:26
"That must have been a kick in the head!"
This week, Matt and Cody "Admit 2" for the ultimate 60's Carnival Movie (unconfirmed). They drive this car straight off a bridge and into a discussion including: powerful hand acting, how many sips it takes to get to the bottom of a spiked mug, comparisons to this film's more-famous contemporaries, and the dangers of Organ Rock 'n Roll. Not to mention: fun transitions, gorgeous aesthetics, that ambiguous ending, and what exactly is the landlady's name...
Find a dance partner and cut in! Will this pod finally admit it's under water or will we keep harassing retail employees until it's obvious?

Bring a bucket and a mop... for this UAP.
This week, Cody and Matt search the skies for the first potential American found-footage horror movie. They discuss simple and effective storytelling, groundbreaking techniques in the beloved horror sub-genre, and the mysterious tale of how this movie gained its cult status.
The boys also discuss alien smoke breaks, the acceptable amount of knowledge someone should have when it comes to repairing a roof, and drunken grandmothers that really make a party pop.

Ep. 89: Cry_Wolf (2005)
02:19:41
Do you beLIEve in life after love?
This week, Matt and Cody cry wee wee wee all the way back to the early aughts for the very first PG-13 slasher in honor of Cody's birthday. The boys gather in a huddle to talk games in horror, dangers of the early internet, and bigger dangers in stunt casting. Not to mention: devilish reveals, killer character creations, embarrassing AIM screen names, and what was really going on in the German Philosophy section. The real twist is the buddy lists you make along the way...

Ep. 90: Häxan (1922)
01:49:15
Which witch?
This week, Cody and Matt conjure some tongue-wagging devils and dive into this staple of scary Swedish cinema. They discuss the influential characterizations of Hell and the damned, the horrors of those accused of witchcraft, and the special effects mastery on full display. It goes without saying at this point that the boys get wildly distracted by axe milking, kissing the Devil's behind, and the attractiveness of a monk who double fists turkey legs.
Bring that cauldron to boil and join these couple of Häx as they cackle their way through a century old tale!

Ep. 94: Halloween 45
03:31:25
Last month, Matt and Cody had the opportunity to celebrate their favorite shared franchise's birthday by exploring the Halloween 45th Anniversary Convention in Pasadena, CA. The boys reminisce on the experience of meeting so many of their heroes including: PJ Soles, Nancy Loomis, Diva Tyler, Nick Castle, Tommy Lee Wallace, Adrienne Barbeau, Dee Wallace, and so many more! Not to mention, four exclusive panels they attended diving deep into the eras of this iconic film series. Who knows? Maybe the boys recorded those panels and included them in this episode? IF THEY WERE TO DO SUCH A THING, those timestamps would be:

This week, Matt and Cody pretend they know how to read and dive dook first into this modern classic of grief and monsters. "The Boy(s)" talk creaky floors, self-opening doors, and meta...phors! Not to mention: how the Babadook gained icon status, potential unseen partners for Mrs. Roach, why Samuel doesn't deserve a birthday party or a DAAAAAAD, and so much more!
