In this real expert interview, we talk about Michael's extensive practical and theoretical process management experience and learn how Lufthansa Technik uses processes to manage more than 20,000 employees. Lars is Managing Director of TTE Strategy. TTE Strategy is a premium consulting boutique for strategy and transformation always following their motto “Creating results together” with a strong focus on the human aspects of a transformation. He founded the company in 2015 and TTE Strategy quickly grew to a consulting boutique with more than 25 consultants, offices in Germany – Hamburg and Munich – and one office in Zug, Switzerland. Although the company is still quite young, they have already won several awards as a top strategy consultancy. Prior to founding TTE Strategy, Lars worked as Project Leader and Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and before that Lars also worked in various positions at Lufthansa Group. - But we were both unsure whether we had actually met in person during that time. 😉

#027: Søren and I are talking about the BPM tool “Gluu” and how it helps with its clear design to inspire employees for processes. Søren is Founder of the Copenhagen-based company Gluu. Before founding Gluu he was founder, partner, and board member of a number of digital agencies, and he also worked as Director and Manager for Philips International in the Netherlands. He started by visualizing processes with PowerPoint, which of course had its limitations, still had the advantages of clarity for everyone. This motivated him to develop a model with which everyone can work easily - to help more than to confuse. This is how Gluu was born in 2011. It’s still sticking to a really clear and modern design and focusses on a permanent feedback process.

Martin and Tobias founded mkrz lab in 2023. mkrz lab is located in the Tabakfabrik Linz, Austria. Their mission is to get “From doing to thinking”. With mkrz lab, they also founded a hand workshop as a “making is thinking lab”, which is also named “Alternative lab for Future Skills”. Before founding Makers Lab, Martin worked in medical informatics and automation business in various leading positions at KEBA Group. He studied Information Systems at Kepler University of Linz and is an active maker since he graduated from mechanical engineering high school. Tobias — before founding mkrz lab — was CTO at Impact AI for about three years. Before this, he worked as UX Designer and UI Developer for various companies. He studied interior design and media art, and learned programming as an autodidact during high school. Since then, he has been involved with IT, especially in combination it with other disciplines.
