The spiritual energy of a covert narcissist is often described as demonic for valid reasons, as the outcomes of narcissistic behaviour are destructive and malignant in nature. Looking at all the main drivers that motivate a narcissist, 7 spirits of a demonic energy are a constant theme in the narcissist’s makeup. A relationship with a covert narcissist is often difficult to describe in terms of the unseen malevolence towards the target. Here we describe in detail those 7 demonic spirits as parts of the whole personality, to better understand the true nature of a narcissist.

This information can also assist a person who has dealt with a difficult individual, to come to a decision in relation to their spiritual energy, in reflecting on the 7 spirits mentioned. Narcissists hook their targets in through a form of love bombing validation in order to secure them for narcissistic supply extraction. The target’s self belief is manipulated to rise on the narcissists instruction covertly and fall accordingly in the devaluation phase. A Narcissist’s darkness is not self sustaining and needs to reaffirm its false mass by the energy and validation of others whom the mask controls. Oftentimes when a person is set on a path for great things having finally overcome difficulties in life, a malign narcissist will appear to distract that person from their purpose and convert them to the narcissistic negativity of the npd psyche. Reaffirming oneself post a discard and smear campaign will be critical to the recovery journey. When searching for education on a healing journey after an enmeshment with a narcissist use discernment in your information gathering process. I cannot emphasise strongly enough how narcissists no matter how talented they maybe at providing assistance to our community, are at the end of the day personality disordered. Narcissists by definition will not wish to be described in very malignant terms as they are excellent at disassociating from their behaviour ie. Lacking accountability (even intellectually). In general they poh poh spirituality as they mainly deal in black and white/cause and effect terms. It is a powerful component to healing for targets of narcissists to embrace their own in-ate spirituality to heal and rise beyond the dark experience that envelops narcissistic relationships. Calling a ‘spade a spade’ and not negating or gaslighting the experience of human beings who sense the dark side of a narcissist and their destructive behaviours is vital to a wholesome healing experience and for the rising of a crushed human spirit. Believe what you’ve been through in all its components and validate your experience. What you see you saw, what you hear you heard and know you are more than a psychological definition and physical presence.

The narcissist’s discard is a most devastating experience initially, comes out of left field, and is dished out to their target at the worst possible time and usually in the cruelest of ways. Overcoming and recovering from such an emotionally, psychologically, spiritually and sometimes physically devastating life event can at first appear insurmountable. Akin to an NDE in terms of soul challenging, it can however be turned on its head and used to great advantage by a narcissists former partner, friend, or family member. Recovering from and reversing the narcissistic discard is totally possible, is highly recommended, and the results of such a reversal are exceptionally rewarding in a healing capacity. Harnessing the power of this painful experience with a narcissist and utilizing that energy for personal freedom and, as a transformative breakthrough out of the matrix so to speak, becomes a blessing. The physical effect of such an escape is oftentimes, a narcissist looking to return to the relationship quicker than their normal cycle would predict. There are certain actions and behaviours that the target of a narcissist can adopt to annoy the narcissist sufficiently, that they become deterred from further interactions with the individual target. These actions must only be used where appropriate and with discretion as it is always preferable to withdraw and go no contact once you have identified that you may be dealing with a narcissistic person/npd Narcissist. Sometimes it’s more prudent to just understand what would annoy them in order to understand the personality disorder in more depth and make your escape. Some of these individuals share narcissism with a deeper psychopathy and must always be handled with care.

Divorcing a narcissist or trying to negotiate a separation is extremely difficult. With the correct strategy and education on NPD, divorcing becomes more linear as the target of the narcissist develops the best strategies to reach their desired goals. Approaching divorce or any legal proceedings with a narcissistic individual requires a different than usual approach. Without implementing a strategy with firm boundaries a Narcissist will take their opponent down various rabbit holes in a very destructive manner.

The second generalised style of treatment post a discard by the covert narcissist is to vanish from their target’s life quickly and inexplicably. One day the relationship is in full swing the next the narcissist never returns home with little of no explanation. This action/manipulation of the narcissist is termed ghosting and is usually accompanied by also blocking any access to their person. All forms of access are denied to the narcissist’s former partner, friend, family member or work place colleague and the narcissist keeps all information private. Such an experience has a devastating effect on the individual over whom it is carried out and this podcast addresses the reasons the narcissist has vanished in order to provide closure and healing moving forward. NPD relates to a disorderly personality, by understanding the predictability of the disorder, those affected by a narcissist’s behavior can certainly heal and go on to thrive in a much deeper and more fulfilled manner.
