09 Dec 2024Beth Bags a Brace00:52:38

Spurs Women fans can breathe a sigh of relief because we finally beat Everton! It took a surprising penalty call to get Spurs over the line, but the overall performance was a lot better than most of the team's recent efforts.

First, we discuss a few non-match topics:

  • FA Cup draw instant reaction
  • Ella Morris' MCL injury
  • International break roundup

Then we recap the 2-1 win against Everton:

  • Eleanor's WSL debut

  • Classic Courtney Brosnan
  • Maite's return

Plus, a look around the league and previews for Spurs Women's last two matches before the winter break, Crystal Palace in the League Cup and Brighton in the WSL.

  • Lenna's impactful performance

And we ask: will anyone other than Beth ever score again?

* Note: This episode was recorded before we saw the transfer rumours about Olga Ahtinen's return to Sweden.
