"The wolf you feed gets stronger" is a metaphor derived from a famous story often attributed to Native American folklore, specifically the Cherokee tribe. The story illustrates the internal battle between positive and negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors within each person.
The Story: The tale usually goes like this: An elder tells his grandson that there are two wolves fighting inside him. One wolf represents negative qualities such as anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other wolf represents positive qualities like joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. When the grandson asks which wolf will win, the elder replies, "The one you feed."
Meaning and Implications:

Over the past year, we've shifted our intention/goal setting process a bit, taking out the rigid feeling of super specific goals, because it just doesn't feel as aligned to us anymore. But that doesn't mean that we're not goal oriented and living intentionally.

When you are your authentic self, your actions align with who you truly are, at your core. Of course this is easier said than done, since the world we live in puts so many expectations on us to fit into a tiny little perfect box, tied with a beautiful bow. Reality is, we don't all fit into a box, and that's completely okay. You deserve to live your authenticity, to shine like the beautiful bright light that you are.
Maybe you have fear on showing up as your authentic self to your family, at work, to your friends, or even to your partner. So many people experience this for various reasons- things you learned in childhood, not being accepted by others when you do live in your truth and authenticity, or even your own inner shame.
In this episode, we give you 5 tips on how to be your authentic self. The deepest, most aligned version of yourself, who you are when no one is watching.
Our five tips are:
Get to know yourself, the most authentic version of yourself. Who are you? What do you like? How do you want to show up? How would you live your life if you weren't held back by self-doubt, perfectionism, or people pleasing?
Releasing the blocks that keep you striving to live in that tidy little box, the blocks that hold you back from living your authenticity. Why don't you live your life the way that you want to? Did someone tell you that you can't live as your true self? It's not their choice how you live. Release it. Did society make you believe that you cannot express yourself? Screw society, you're a unique butterfly, spread your wings! Release it.
Listen to your inner voice, the voice that is there when you quiet the rest of the chatter. Your highest self, your authentic self, is always with you. They are ready for you to step into your truth and will always support you.
Speak from your heart, be vulnerable, use your powerful intuition. You have so much magic to give to the world. Don't hide behind the walls that you put up in your past, break free of them. The next time you want to speak up and share something with someone, a stranger, a friend, a family member- do it! When you speak from your heart, you're speaking from your authentic self, and even if it's challenging sometimes, it's aligned.
Be present, practice mindfulness. The world gets in the way of our authenticity sometimes, and it's easy for our ego to rear its head and load up the programs from our childhood that we've used for years to cope. Being present allows you to remember who you authentically are.

039. Intentional Dating: 10 Intentional Dating Tips to Show Up Authentically + Empowered
For our last episode in our relationship series, we're discussing intentional dating and giving you all of our tips to show up authentically, empowered, and with intention when dating!
We talk about intention so often, yet it's something that sometimes gets swept under the rug when we're dating. Intentional dating essentially means dating with an understanding of your purpose, getting clear with what you want and going after it. There is so much magic in knowing what you want! We may think we know what we want and that we're showing up with the goal of getting it, but that may not be what's happening. We may be showing up with with our shadows at the forefront, with doubt, with the inability to be vulnerable.
Through this episode we take you through our 10 tips:
Get really freaking clear on what you're looking for! What are your desires? What are your non-negotiables? Do you want something long-term, are you looking to have fun? Write it down and come back to it.
Ditch perfectionism. So many of us show up with perfectionism when dating, but if you're trying to be perfect, you aren't showing up as your authentic self. So what's the point?
Become an energetic match to your desired partner. Of course you don't want to change yourself for your partner. This is about connecting to your highest self to ensure that what you're seeking in a partner, you are. If you're seeking some vulnerable and connected to their emotions- are you?
Take action! You must go to places that your ideal partner could be. Get out into the real world to build connection in places that you enjoy.
Open your energy. This one is so, so important. Channel that magnetic magic baby, open your energy to receiving! As humans we are attracted and drawn to the energy of others. Pay attention to who you're attracting and if it's not in alignment with your intentions, explore how you can shift your energy.
Release what no longer serves you. Your situationships, your ex that keeps coming back in your life, the crush you've had that hasn't turned into anything. To welcome in your aligned partnership, you must release relationships that are not aligned with the things you desire.
Let your authentic self shine! Our favorite tip in every topic we talk about. If the people you're dating don't like the real you, that is completely okay! You want to be with someone who connects to your authentic self! Don't fake being someone else to trick them into liking you.
Switch up the types of dates you're going on. Rather than going to drinks and dinner, try the activities that bring out your passion!
Decide what your boundaries are with intimacy. This is going to vary from person to person. Goes back to getting clear on what you want.
One of the hardest tips of all...don't overanalyze! Be present, enjoy the moment. You can be aware of red flags of course, but also be aware of how much you're overanalyzing. Dating is meant to be fun!

When you're struggling with something, it can be tempting to try and control it, to try and force it to work out the way you want it to. But that never works out well—and it's especially unhealthy when the thing you're trying to control is a situation that is out of your hands.
Surrendering to your hard times might sound like giving up or backing down, but actually it's about letting go of your attachment to how things should be and opening yourself up to new possibilities. You may not see any way out of your situation right now, but there's always hope!
Surrender is the ability for you to trust in source, that what's meant for you will be. Surrendering is not a bad thing, though. It's actually a relief—and one that we can all use more often than we think.
When you have to let go of something, it's not always easy. You might feel like you're losing control, and that can be scary. But here's the thing: we can't control everything in our lives. Sometimes, we just have to surrender to what's happening around us, and move forward with trust and hope.
Think of something you've been struggling with that is out of your control. Put your hand on your heart and repeat, I surrender, to release.

If you frequently get *stuck in your head*, struggle to separate yourself from your thoughts and emotions, and/or want to shift out of your old patterns of turning your thoughts into your emotions, your emotions into your identity- THIS EPISODE IS FOR YOU!
The awareness that *we are not our thoughts* has been one of the most powerful shifts in both of our lives. If you’ve been listening to Mindfully Moody for awhile, you know that we love to talk about the voice in our heads, the ego, the subconscious mind, and how to use your thoughts and emotions to propel yourself forward vs. running in place.
In this episode, we share so many nuggets of wisdom on our thoughts, emotions, and the subsequent actions we take or don’t take because of them. Some highlights:
You are not your thoughts! The voice in your head, your narrator, your inner dialogue- you don’t have to identify with every thought that pops in. You have the authority and the permission to allow thoughts to pass.
Rather than identifying with your thoughts, the real power is in *becoming the observer of your thoughts*. You can have a thought arise in your head around a situation or event taking place in your life. Then you can acknowledge that thought, as the observer vs. as the person attaching to the thought and turning it into an emotion, or even allowing it to become a part of your identity.
Use your emotions as information! You can use your emotions to help you understand what you may have to heal in your life. Let’s say you consistently are getting triggered by something in your life. Use that as information! Reverse engineer it. Where did it originate from?
You do not have to repeat the same habits and patterns just because it’s the way you “used to react.” We are spiritual beings who are meant to evolve throughout our precious time on this earth. Give yourself the permission to do things in a new way, prioritizing your own inner peace and self-love.
When you identify with your thoughts and then they become your emotions, they may be holding you back from taking action for the life you want to live! Grow awareness of this. Practice releasing the thoughts and emotions that are no longer serving you. You deserve to live in peace.

One of the challenging things about friendships is that they are dynamic relationships that can change and evolve over time. As we grow and change as individuals, so do our friendships. Some friendships may become stronger and deeper, while others may fade away. AND THAT IS OKAY!
We may have soul contracts with different friends throughout our life, people who are meant to teach us certain lessons. Soul contracts are a spiritual belief that suggests that before we are born, our souls make agreements or contracts with other souls to play specific roles in our lives. These agreements are said to be made with the purpose of learning important lessons, helping each other grow and evolve, and ultimately fulfilling our life's purpose.
If you're feeling like your journey with a friend may be ending, try monitoring your energy when with and after leaving a friend and also evaluate how you're showing up. Are you giving love and compassion? Or are you giving a different kind of energy? Monitoring your energy with other people involves being aware of how your interactions with others impact your emotional and physical well-being. Our energy can be influenced by the people we spend time with, and it's important to be mindful of this so we can make choices that support our health and happiness.

051. Step into Your Divine Feminine Power + Integrate Your Masculine Energy
Calling all of our dynamic, magnetic, magical feminine QUEENS that are ready to step into their divine feminine POWER, this episode is for you! I (Sara) dived deep into everything divine feminine on my heart during this solo episode. This episode was so beautiful for me to record and I can't wait for you to listen and experience.
In this episode I explore both the concepts of divine feminine and sacred masculine energy and open up about my life experiences leading with masculine energy because ... I THOUGHT I HAD TO!
And I simply was so in my masculine that I thought it was my authentic personality. I was incredibly results oriented, a direct communicator, analytical, a perfectionist, constantly thought everything was such a big deal...
My experiences led me to believe that. Watching the women in my life live their lives in the masculine (because they also thought they had to...and pretty much did) led me to believe that.
Realizing that I don't have to be that way all the time is the biggest gift in the world. Getting in touch with my divine femininity has led me to my authentic self. And I cannot wait to go deeper and deeper.
Femininity is your intuition, your creativity, your nurturing ability, your emotional intelligence, your compassion, your heart-center approach to life, and so much more. Femininity is your MAGIC.
I share how you can start embodying your divine femininity TODAY. Because you absolutely DESERVE IT! You deserve to have balance and harmony in your life, in your relationships, in your career.
So how can you do it? I talk about some of my favorite ways to embody my feminine energy ~ through movement, spending quality alone time with mama gaia, self-care rituals and practices, being in community with women (could be women's circles), and one of the most important- REST!

053. Chakra Harmony: Balancing Your Energy Centers
If you’re curious about energy work and the chakra system, this episode is for you! This episode is dedicated to exploring the fascinating world of the chakra system. Join us as we embark on a transformative journey to understand and unlock the power of these vital energy centers within ourselves.
As we’ve both been on our spiritual journeys, energy work has been something that both of us have experienced profound transformations with. ~ENERGY IS EVERYTHING~ and learning more about how our energy flows and how to master your energetic body may be just as transformative for you as it was for us.
In this episode, we dive into the ancient wisdom of the chakra system, an intricate network of seven main energy centers located along the spine. We explore the unique qualities and attributes of each chakra, from the foundational root chakra to the ethereal crown chakra:
~ROOT CHAKRA~ at the base of your spine, red color. Your root chakra is your connection to your physical body, your literal ROOT to the earth. Our favorite exercise to balance this chakra is to practice grounding: go outside, take off your shoes, and place your bare feet on the grass/sand/forest floor/etc. This exercise will help you feel more balanced, grounded, and connected to yourself and Mother Earth.
~SACRAL CHAKRA~ below your belly button, orange color. Your sacral chakra is your connection to your divine feminine and masculine and your creativity. Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are: dancing (ecstatic dance is amazing!) and allowing energy to get unstuck and flow through your body and connecting to your creative side.
~SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA~ right above your belly button, yellow color. Your solar plexus chakra is your POWER, your confidence, your fire! Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are:
~HEART CHAKRA~ your heart space, green color. Your heart chakra is the bridge between your lower chakras (root, sacral, and solar plexus) and your spiritual chakras (throat, third eye, and crown). Your heart chakra is full of unconditional love, when your heart chakra is balanced, you’re about to live leading with love vs. fear. Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are:
~THROAT CHAKRA~ at your throat, blue color. Your throat chakra is your authenticity, the ability to speak YOUR TRUTH! Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are: voice activation (even if you think you’re not a great singer, that is okay!) to move energy through the body and authentic conversations with yourself and others.
~THIRD EYE CHAKRA~ in between your eyebrows, indigo color. Your third eye chakra is your intuition, your inner knowing, the little voice in your head with no doubt. Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are:
~CROWN CHAKRA~ above your head, almost like a halo, purple or white color. Your crown chakra is your connection to the DIVINE! God, source, the universe, your highest self. Your crown chakra is like a portal to the magical spiritual world, ready to guide you. Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are: meditation, calling in the support of your highest self, God, and/or your guides and breath work, which helps you clear stuck energy and get connected to your highest self.

055. Rewire and Heal Core Limiting Beliefs to Unleash Your Fullest Potential
Welcome to another podcast episode with your favorite self-growth and spiritual girlies Sara and Hannah. We're talking about one of our favorite topics this week, rewiring and healing core limiting beliefs. If you're ready to challenge the beliefs that hold you back and embrace a mindset of possibility and growth, this episode of Mindfully Moody is for you!
Through our own journeys, we have both invested deep focus into healing our individual limiting beliefs and shadows, and it's been absolutely transformational. Core limiting beliefs have a significant impact on shaping our thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and overall life experiences. There are so many ways in which limiting beliefs shape us:
Self-Perception: Limiting beliefs shape how we see ourselves. If we hold beliefs such as "I'm not smart enough" or "I'm unworthy of love," it influences our self-esteem and self-confidence. We may underestimate our abilities and hesitate to pursue opportunities or take risks due to a fear of failure or judgment.
Decision-Making: Limiting beliefs heavily influence our decision-making processes. If we believe that we are destined to fail or that success is only for others, we may avoid taking action or settling for less than what we truly desire. These beliefs create a self-imposed barrier that hinders our growth and keeps us within our comfort zones.
Actions and Behaviors: Our beliefs shape our actions and behaviors. For example, if we believe we are incapable of achieving financial stability, we may not take steps to improve our financial situation. Limiting beliefs can also manifest as self-sabotaging behaviors, such as procrastination or avoiding challenges, which prevent us from reaching our goals.
Relationships: Limiting beliefs affect our relationships with others. If we hold beliefs such as "I am not lovable" or "I can't trust others," we may struggle with forming deep connections or maintaining healthy relationships. These beliefs can create a self-fulfilling prophecy, leading us to attract or tolerate situations and people that reinforce our negative beliefs.
Goals and Aspirations: Limiting beliefs shape the goals we set for ourselves. If we believe we are not capable of achieving certain milestones, we may settle for mediocrity or avoid pursuing our dreams. Our beliefs act as a lens through which we view our potential and the possibilities available to us.
Emotional Well-being: Limiting beliefs can contribute to negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, self-doubt, and low self-worth. These beliefs create a cycle of self-limitation and negative self-talk, impacting our overall emotional well-being and hindering personal growth.
Perceived Limitations: Limiting beliefs create perceived limitations on what we believe is possible for ourselves. They narrow our perspective and restrict our willingness to explore new opportunities, take risks, or challenge societal norms. These beliefs create a mental barrier that limits our ability to tap into our potential.

Hello magical souls, this week's episode is a ~solo episode~ with Sara, focused on key self-growth and spiritual reminders to bring you back home to the most precious home you have, YOURSELF!
I recorded this episode from inspiration from a recent wellness retreat that I had the privilege to attend with my mother. This experience led me to so many rich reminders and new learnings
Some of my favorite learnings:
The importance of PRESENCE ~ taking intentional time for yourself to be present with limited distractions. We spend so much of our time thinking about the past and the future, existing in previous memories from our past that pull us out of the present moment. Presence enables you to fully engage in and appreciate life's experiences, whether it's savoring a meal, enjoying nature, or spending time with loved ones. By being present, you can heighten your senses, deepen your enjoyment, and create lasting memories. It allows you to make the most of each moment and live a more fulfilling life.
MICRO MINDFULNESS is powerful ~ I used to have a very rigid mindset about mindfulness, thinking if I would meditate it needed to be ~30+ minutes or if I was doing breathwork it had to be a dedicated session where I was seated/laying down. I had a huge mindset shift at the retreat about micro mindfulness, figuring out how to fit small moments of mindfulness throughout my day. Micro mindfulness refers to practicing mindfulness in brief, bite-sized moments throughout the day. It involves bringing your attention and awareness to the present moment in short intervals, even amidst your daily activities. You can integrate micro mindfulness into routine activities such as brushing your teeth, washing dishes, or walking to your car. Instead of letting your mind wander or being on autopilot, you intentionally focus on the sensations, movements, and details of the activity at hand.
ABUNDANCE is our BIRTHRIGHT ~ What a powerful message. Abundance comes in so many forms, financial abundance is just one of them. We can have abundance of love, joy, safety, self-love, self-care, food, gratitude, etc. t: The concept of an "abundance mindset" highlights the belief that there is enough for everyone and that opportunities for success and fulfillment are limitless. Embracing this mindset involves shifting away from scarcity, lack, and a zero-sum perspective, and instead focusing on gratitude, optimism, and the belief in one's ability to attract and create abundance. Abundance attracts abundance!

Hello our gorgeous Mindfully Moody soul family. We are here for another episode to talk about releasing the things that don't make you feel good to better align with your highest self.
Releasing things that don't make you feel good is indeed a valuable practice that can help you align with your highest self and promote personal growth. Letting go of negative emotions, limiting beliefs, toxic relationships, and unfulfilling habits can create space for positive experiences and personal transformation. Here are some steps you can take to facilitate this process:
Self-reflection: Take time to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Identify the aspects of your life that no longer serve you or contribute to your well-being.
Awareness of negative patterns: Pay attention to repetitive negative patterns in your life. This could include self-sabotaging behaviors, unhealthy relationships, or unproductive thought patterns.
Identify triggers: Explore the triggers that lead to negative emotions or behaviors. This awareness can help you recognize when you're about to engage in something that doesn't align with your highest self.
Letting go of attachments: Practice detachment from things, people, or circumstances that no longer contribute positively to your life. This may involve releasing expectations, forgiving yourself and others, and accepting that change is a natural part of life.
Cultivate self-care practices: Prioritize self-care activities that nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This could include exercise, meditation, journaling, spending time in nature, or engaging in creative pursuits.
Surround yourself with positive influences: Seek out individuals who inspire and support your growth. Surrounding yourself with positive-minded people can help reinforce your commitment to aligning with your highest self.
Set boundaries: Establish clear boundaries to protect your energy and well-being. Learn to say no to things that don't serve you and create space for activities and relationships that uplift and inspire you.
Embrace change and growth: Recognize that personal growth involves constant change and evolution. Embrace new experiences, challenges, and opportunities that align with your values and aspirations.
Remember, releasing what no longer serves you is an ongoing process. It takes time, patience, and self-compassion. Celebrate your progress along the way and acknowledge that each step you take towards aligning with your highest self brings you closer to living a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Hello beautiful friends, welcome to another enlightening episode of Mindfully Moody! We're delving into the fascinating world of the overactive nervous system and explore its profound impact on our health and well-being.
You know when you just feel OVERSTIMULATED? Maybe it's after a vacation, a challenging day at work, a conflict with someone, or even a trip to the grocery store. It could be because your nervous system is overactive, meaning you're spending more time in your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) vs. your parasympathetic nervous system (calm).
Keeping your nervous system balanced is one of the most effective ways to live an overall more balanced, peaceful, grounded life. We've both struggled with overactive systems throughout our lives and learning strategies to balance has been transformative.
In this episode we go into into the impact an overactive nervous system can have on everyday life, relationships, and mental health. We explore coping mechanisms, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic approaches that can help you regain control and find the balance you're seeking!
Some of our favorite ways to get out of an overactive nervous system:
Breath! Your breath is the most incredible tool that you have. Focus on deep diaphragmatic breathing, with your exhale being longer than your inhale. A great tool to use on the go or throughout your day.
Cold exposure! This could be through an ice bath, a cold shower, even putting cold water in a bowl and putting your face in it. Cold exposure is magical and is one of our favorite ways to reset our nervous system and come to a place of peace.
Connection with others! There is so much science around the power of connection, inclusive of physical touch and how it impacts us as humans. Hug your friends, your pets, your significant others! It can be so calming for the nervous system
ASMR! There's a reason it has gone so viral!
Singing/Humming/Chanting! There's a reason it feels so, so good to belt out a song while you're driving in the car! When you're singing, your exhale is naturally longer than your inhale, so it's giving the same effect as deep breathing.
Gratitude! One of the most important things in life.

This solo episode from Sara is an *extra special episode* because it was recorded on my 31st birthday! I channeled some juicy goodness from a topic that I've been feeling ultra passionate about lately: being my own best friend! Join me as I share about my own journey of embracing solitude and developing a genuine, compassionate relationship with myself.
It's so important to have a foundation of self-love and self-care. This foundation allows us to show up as our strongest, most authentic self to the rest of the world. This foundation allows us to nurture and love ourselves in the way that we all deserve to.
I used to absolutely dread spending time alone, so I limited it, and placed myself in the company of others constantly, even if it was doing things I didn't feel aligned with. Learning to love spending quality time alone has given me the deepest sense of inner peace and helped me gain clarity on the incredible journey that is my life.
Learning how to be my own best friend has transformed my life in so many ways. I'm not looking for validation from others anymore, I give myself the validation that I longed for from others for so many years. I've learned to embrace my authenticity. It's given me more freedom than I ever thought possible.

074. Chakra 101: Understanding Your Energy Centers
If you’re curious about energy work and the chakra system, this Chakra 101 episode is for you!
This episode of The Mini Mood is pulled from a full length Mindfully Moody episode from earlier this year titled: Chakra Harmony: Balancing Your Energy Centers. In the full length episode, we give you the full rundown of the 7 main chakra energy centers, their functions and needs, and tips on how to keep them balanced.
As we’ve both been on our spiritual journeys, energy work has been something that both of us have experienced profound transformations with. ~ENERGY IS EVERYTHING~ and learning more about how our energy flows and how to master your energetic body may be just as transformative for you as it was for us.
The 7 main chakras are:
~ROOT CHAKRA~ at the base of your spine, red color. Your root chakra is your connection to your physical body, your literal ROOT to the earth. Our favorite exercise to balance this chakra is to practice grounding: go outside, take off your shoes, and place your bare feet on the grass/sand/forest floor/etc. This exercise will help you feel more balanced, grounded, and connected to yourself and Mother Earth.
~SACRAL CHAKRA~ below your belly button, orange color. Your sacral chakra is your connection to your divine feminine and masculine and your creativity. Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are: dancing (ecstatic dance is amazing!) and allowing energy to get unstuck and flow through your body and connecting to your creative side.
~SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA~ right above your belly button, yellow color. Your solar plexus chakra is your POWER, your confidence, your fire! Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are:
~HEART CHAKRA~ your heart space, green color. Your heart chakra is the bridge between your lower chakras (root, sacral, and solar plexus) and your spiritual chakras (throat, third eye, and crown). Your heart chakra is full of unconditional love, when your heart chakra is balanced, you’re about to live leading with love vs. fear. Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are:
~THROAT CHAKRA~ at your throat, blue color. Your throat chakra is your authenticity, the ability to speak YOUR TRUTH! Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are: voice activation (even if you think you’re not a great singer, that is okay!) to move energy through the body and authentic conversations with yourself and others.
~THIRD EYE CHAKRA~ in between your eyebrows, indigo color. Your third eye chakra is your intuition, your inner knowing, the little voice in your head with no doubt. Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are:
~CROWN CHAKRA~ above your head, almost like a halo, purple or white color. Your crown chakra is your connection to the DIVINE! God, source, the universe, your highest self. Your crown chakra is like a portal to the magical spiritual world, ready to guide you. Our favorite exercises to balance this chakra are: meditation, calling in the support of your highest self, God, and/or your guides and breath work, which helps you clear stuck energy and get connected to your highest self.

As we continue to peel back the layers of our divine feminine and masculine energies, we're always reflecting on the idea of BEING/RECEIVING (feminine) vs. DOING (masculine). And in the rush of our modern lives, where busyness is worn as a badge of honor, it's easy to overlook the beauty and power of feminine receiving.
However in this space, we find a profound source of nourishment and renewal, a space where we can SURRENDER, replenish, and rediscover the harmony within.
In this episode we talk about receiving both INTERNALLY and EXTERNALLY, because we must establish the safety and love within ourselves internally to be able to even allow external receiving to flow into us.

086: How to Bring Your Feminine Energy into Work & Entrepreneurship
Feminine flow in business...maybe that idea is completely foreign and unknown to you, just like it was for us for so long. Corporate, entrepreneurship, work in general, is positioned as a very masculine part of our lives. We thought that our feminine energy wouldn't be respected, wouldn't be invited or enjoyed, especially when working with men. AND THAT MINDSET STOPS TODAY!
We encourage you to invite more divine feminine (and divine masculine- key, divine!) energy into your workplace, so that you're able to create an environment where you thrive as your authentic, most aligned self.
Before you can even invite the feminine energy in, give your divine masculine a job! Find the structure and organization systems that actually work FOR you, not against you.
Make sure you're listening to your body, which is connected to your intuition aka your feminine energy. Be intentional with your time, even if it's 1-2 minutes of intentional breathing between meetings, or if you take a few seconds in the mirror in the bathroom to settle your nervous system.

Hi spiritual beauties! Feeling swamped by the relentless pursuit of your goals and manifestations can be overwhelming, can't it? Take a seat and grab your favorite cup of tea as I, Sara, share how this shows up so often in my life: in my life coaching business, my personal goals, my wellness practices, Mindfully Moody & more.

Now, I’m shifting into the significance of trusting divine timing and the transformative power of patience and presence in our pursuits, and let me tell you, it feels so, so good. The art of mindful, urgency-free living is not just a concept but a lifestyle that I've learned to embody, and it's a gift I'm eager to pass along to you.
As we enter a cozy winter weekend, let's collectively agree to loosen the reins on manifestations for a more serene existence. This doesn’t mean your manifestations and dreams won’t come through! It means we’re releasing control and trusting in source/God/universe to deliver our manifestations in divine timing.
