The energies of the universe see us as light and see a diminishing of light and so remind us to turn up our power of controlling that light. You are the vibration of your choice. We must devise a system where peace is more rewarding than war. You must devise a system where happiness is your energy, and love is your fuel and anything less than that doesn’t fit in your life. Heart energy. Being in Heart. Opening Heart. This might be confusing to some as exactly how does one experience or become this state.... and it is a becoming. I am energy and everything is vibrating to me at the energy that I emit. Everything happens FOR you NOT to you. And if we remember our power in how we experience our life, we become awakened. That is the key to doorways of the universe. Many say that our doorways are the chakra system – primarily the Heart. A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. Numerous studies have also shown that when these photons are infused with a loving and healing intent, their frequency and vibration increase to the point where they can literally change matter, heal disease, and transform negative events. Ten minutes of meditating on compassion, on kindness and love for others and you will see its effects all day. So why do we often feel there is more beyond our heart. Pisces season is February 18th to March 20th. Leaving the energy of Aquarius, Pisces signals the end of the Zodiac sign, and it still demands change and progress. Neptune rules Pisces and Neptune energy is connected with our imagination. Neptune gives us the supersensory gift of being able to open doors to mystical experiences and transcendental gateways. It can also bring illusion and false appearances, so often Neptune is associated with these including drugs, and all kinds of pseudo-realities. What I find interesting is at this time, on February 20th is that we also experience the energies of Pluto’s return. The great teacher of death and rebirth, that creates opportunity for transformation, while creating new pathways from which we can grow by deeper understanding of our inner self. Perspective is how we see something. Like our perspective on life is the way people see life. Some see the brighter side while others will only find a reason to complain. As humans we gain and use energy from how we live our lives, so our perspectives play into that. We can feed from positive or negative. If we normally are fed from positive but are heavily exposed to negative then we feel cloudy, off, sluggish. If we feed from negative, and don’t have a feed of negative energy we also can feel cloudy, off, sluggish, unhappy. It's always a rough journey when we have to look at something we don’t want to look at. It’s always a challenge when there is hard work to do – yet we don’t seem to want to say we are stuck, feeling low, disconnecting or are in the belly of our shadow. We like to talk about raising the vibes - that’s all good – but does that also give you a mechanism to escape the shadow? Shadow work, or seeing shadow doesn't have to be bad, hard, or something to avoid. Seeing both sides give us the opportunity to process, understand it, shift, evolve, and awaken. This is a time of changing perspectives, and that includes having the courage to look at the shadow as much as the light in all situations. It is literally impossible to isolate yourself from everything. You can buffer, be selective, but in truth you are not able to isolate from the energy that is bombarding our systems on a regular basis. It is impossible to shut out the outer world. On March 20th, the Sun moves into Aries, kicking off the 2022 Spring Equinox (also called the Vernal Equinox)! This Spring Equinox comes with a Full Moon in Virgo two days before, so it’s a bit more emotional than it typically would be. Full Moons are emotional energy, and in Virgo, we can be emotionally focused on getting things done as we go into the Spring Equinox. There may be lots of little things that we need to wrap up as we’re closing the chapter on the season of Winter and coming out of hibernation. 2021 seemed to continue the wonkiness that 2020 provided for us, and we’re in a really different time now. People have started to realize what matters most to them, and many are making massive life changes. 2022 has better energy for this, so we can get started and get momentum, especially over the next few months. There is a lot that we can still do, and the Vernal Equinox might be what kicks it off for you. March is my Birthday month - I am an Aries, and that provides drive and so many other attributes to me, but it is not what defines me. I also know that the placement of moon and my rising sign and all the other placements of the planets impact me. I know the era and placement in my family help create the experiences to shape me. These things I know - but I also know I came with a plan, and the universe interacts with me for this experience. When I was born many years ago, I had a plan, purpose, destiny, but I had no idea what an adventure of challenge life would bring. I had no idea the wonderful people I would cross paths with and those that would provide those valuable learning opportunities. I had no idea this love and support that would surround me on my journey. I had no idea how I’d travel, see, learn and then again sometimes I’d just want to be home by the fire, curled with a book and a fur baby. I had no idea the Universe would both challenge and gift me with experiences that would fill my life with immeasurable richness and the push to be seen, heard and continue to learn. I had no idea. Each day when I rise, I acknowledge how very blessed I am - birthdays and birthday months are times for us to reflect where we've been, where we are, and where we might have yet to go. The New Moon and Full Moon are the only phases under which eclipses can occur, and they also represent the two most pinnacle points of change within the cycle of the Moon. And, like certain lunar phases, Lunar and Solar eclipses tend to come with a flood of new information, whether that information was previously hidden or buried. Everything seems to come rushing up to the surface during these particularly illuminating transits. That information may take anywhere from hours to days to manifest. Think about it – when the Sun or the Moon is eclipsed, it means we can’t see it. Once that eclipsed planet comes back into view, the information that was unavailable to your conscious mind begins to grow more and more accessible. Eclipses are gateways and carry themes of change and transformation that are native to these kinds of powerhouse transits. We are shifting and changing, and we FEEL different – We are probably going through our biggest shift that we have for years. Many are having more difficulty in sleeping and when we do sleep it’s either restless or we go so deep into our dreams we wake groggy. We are going through waves when we feel nausea, lightheaded, or dizzy. We hear strange buzzing and high pitch tones. We experience a buzzing in our limbs that sometimes make our legs or feet jumpy. We get chilled to the point we feel we will never be warm again. We wonder what is going on. Is it food, something in the air, or aging? All these… are pushing us to ask why and seek out answers. There is no final answer, we are the way finders and there will always be more questions, with more answers to find. As our energy changes frequency, we may find we experience an increase in intuition, and moments of “knowing” where information comes to our mind without rational explanation. For example, we may suddenly discover the answer to a question that we have been pondering about a personal relationship or have an instant understanding about something we have previously failed to figure out. During solar storms, masses of luminous energy infiltrate Earth’s atmosphere and is known to cause many of the symptoms we are experiencing. Clouds are different shapes, layers and at different level. They have different purposes, and indication different things. Like humans we all have different shapes, sizes, and purposes. They inspire us, encourage our imaginations, and show us that when two people look at one thing, they can see very different things. We are in a heightened space of change where you may feel ungrounded or misaligned. Your soul has a plan, and the universe is helping you navigate that plan. That may require change. SWOT analysis is traditionally used in business to look at an organization or team's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for strategic planning. Our soul has a strategic plan, and the universe helps us with that roadmap. Sometimes we feel off course or stuck, and a process can help us see where there may be restrictions or we need to map another route. In times of change, we can feel off, directionless, and sometimes stuck. We are in a time of evolutionary change, so you may be looking for an explanation or tool to help you. Reflecting on your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and then asking if they are true or based on your perception of your reality is a good action. Everything is energy, nothing stands still, and the universe functions in natural cycles. We get push forwarded, we add or subtract what we need for the journey, we try it for a while, make adjustments, feel challenged with the change, but then we get a break until the next cycle. Hello July. In the northern hemisphere, the days of July are one of the longest with light. We are on the backside of the summer solstice and basking in the sun. It's also one of the hotter months, with less rain, and we tend to be outside more, more active, and enjoy more time in the direct sun. In the Southern Hemisphere, days light is limited, temps are cooling, and we may enter the rainy season. Either place will experience the energy of July that includes the influences of Uranus in Taurus and its dance with Pluto and the north node. Sun is in Cancer, bringing more emotion to almost all situations. It's a month of self-reflection and realization in relationships, careers, and what your vision of the future may be. Let’s check your beliefs on a few things. In our dimensional world we often look at things as having one solution, one option and are very linear. Humans process based on their filtering system, experiences, and beliefs. We only use about 5% of our brain, so of course the universe is going to push us to expand what we use. There is NOT one way – or ONE belief and we are testing this philosophy of multiple view NOW. So what am I talking about? Well, I saw an inspirational post, I’ve seen this post before, and often thought it teaches us to tolerate, stuff our feelings, avoid, and pretend we have to be all loving and compassionate 100% of the time. It pushes us to judge on how or why we experience fear, pain, abandonment and stuff that bugs us. It projects this view that we have to be perfect in loving and compassionate being - when humans can sometimes have messy emotions. Laurie was recently asked, "How might you open your heart while you guard it." What? Her response – Do we need to do that? Why? We lead with our heart, and our mental process drives momentum, so if they aren't aligned, we could either become an emotional bundle or drive in circles. A healthy navigation system has a compass AND drive system. We have that as our hearts and mind work together. Neither feels the need to be guarded with the systems working together. One needs the other. When you understand your entire system is the physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual body and that they all support each other, there is a pinging mechanism between them, earth, and the Universe; there isn't a need to guard. You can direct your energy with power and purpose. Laurie covers the science between these systems and what is primary, secondary, and tertiary in our chakra system, and how they relate to systems around us, such as the planets and earth. Fall Equinox 2022 marks the migration into the fall season and is an opportunity to focus on the changes you seek to make. As days become shorter, we enter the season of darkness and, according to the Farmers' Almanac winter 2022 predictions and as I’ve been watching the squirrels and chipmunks work incredibly hard to prepare for winter, I believe it's likely to be on early and chilly side too. Fall Equinox is an annual occurrence. This event is the astrological start of the fall season in the Northern Hemisphere and of the spring season in the Southern Hemisphere and where the night and day are equal in length. The balanced threshold state of both the light and dark invites us to reflect upon these aspects within our own lives and to prepare to descend into the realms of our shadow in order to transcend old wounds. For insight think back to 2021 Fall Equinox and the changes that unfolded. Did you fight darkness or your shadow? Or did you allow yourself to go through the mire of it - to get onto your next chapter? Do you have unfinished work? The shadow, a term coined by Swiss Psychoanalyst Carl Jung is the wounded or rejected part of ourselves. Are you getting ready to wrap up summer and step into hustle mode this fall. Fall 2022 is packed with planetary retrograde action per cosmic forecasts. There are six planets retrograde. Don’t panic. The month of November holds the energy of Service & Gratitude. This month is about how you can be of service to yourself AND the world.
