這是爲兒童而寫的中英文原創正念睡前故事，
每集以引導式冥想帶小夢想家們，在靜心、自我肯定中進入好眠。
以柔和的敘事口吻搭配幫助想像力的的聲音設計為製作基底，每一集都有『呼吸練習』幫助安撫情緒、更有『魔法口令』支持孩子能自我肯定，非常適合睡前收聽，提升孩子的睡眠品質。
每個主題首發『中文版』隔週就會上架『英文版』
讓孩子們在熟悉故事後，也練習聽英文故事，成為自然。
