Abed Awad is the founder of Shariawiz.com , a portal dedicated to helping Muslim families in estate planning according to Islamic guidelines. Through his own legal practice and his academic work on Islamic law,  Abed noticed that many Muslims opted out of creating Islamic estate plans due to misunderstanding the Islamic inheritance guidelines. He specializes in helping Muslims find sharia compliant solutions for their inheritance and estate plans.

Dr. Delic received his training as an Imam in his native homeland of Bosnia.  He received his BA (Hons) in Islamic Studies and Arabic Language from the International Islamic University of Islamabad, Pakistan. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Oregon,  a Doctorate from Simon Fraser University. From 1990 through 1995, Dr. Delic served as an Imam and teacher in Bosnia and Croatia. Since immigrating to Canada in 1995, his leadership positions include head Imam of the the BC Muslim Association, vice-principal of the BC Muslim School. He currently works with South Nepean Muslim Community (SNMC) in Ottawa  and serves as their resident Imam.

Dr. Husain is an Associate Professor of Social Work at Howard University in the United States. Dr. Husain's community work includes serving as Vice President of the Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research, a Board Member of The Conscious Kid Library, a former Vice President and then two-term national President of the Muslim Students Association of the US and Canada (MSA National) and Vice President of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Peaceful Families Project, dedicated to preventing domestic violence.
