1. A “miracle” is any time we come back to the “light” and the expression of love that we are.

Key Learnings:

1. Miracles can happen anywhere and anytime. It’s important not to limit how God can show up in someone’s life. Say your prayer and KNOW that it is being answered.
   
   

2. Pat received guidance from Mary Magdalene to create an altar so that Christ Light could be channeled through her even more powerfully. She set up a small tray table and put gold cloth over it and an image of the risen Christ. Before she told anyone about it, people started to contact her asking for prayer!

This Winter Solstice is upon us here in the Northern Hemisphere. The Archangel associated with this season is Uriel, whose name means “God is Light.” When we work with Uriel’s energy, we are asking for more light in our lives, and more light means more miracles!

1. I had been having a feeling that something was knocking on my door, spiritually speaking. I knew who it was, but wasn’t really open to him. Then this happened.


2. While putting my home pod together, it began to play a track that was NOT in my phone…or my ipad…or my ipod…and it said “If you want to know God’s will for you, connect with the Holy Spirit!”

Today’s episode is a book review of Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramhansa Yogananda. This book has influenced George Harrison of the Beatles, Steve Jobs and even Gene Roddenberry, creator of Star Trek. This book is infused with Yogananda’s vibrations, which is why it is so influential. If you haven’t read it yet, I hope to inspire you to do so. If you have read it, I hope to inspire you to read it again.

Key learnings:

1. To Magnify Your Miracles, it’s a good practice to keep your mind filled with true stories of miraculous occurrences. This book has miracles in every chapter, no joke!
   
   
2. Even if you don’t feel drawn to Yogananda as your teacher, if you call on him to help you, he promises to help you find your true teacher. I can vouch for this myself.
   
   
3. The chapter on The Law of Miracles explains, from a scientific AND spiritual perspective, exactly how miracles occur. Read this chapter over and over to deepen your understanding of miracles.

2. Lack of talent was not her issue…trying to make everyone else happy was her issue. When Aretha DECIDED to take control of her career and stopped trying to make everyone else happy, she soared to superstardom!!

This episode was a dream come true, an answered prayer, and a miracle, all rolled into one!

I am thrilled to share this interview with two modern day mystics, who seem like your average couple who live next-door, until they start sharing their experiences with “Our Lady”…

Clark Strand and Perdita Finn, are the authors of one of the best books I’ve read in a long time, The Way of the Rose: The Radical Path of the Divine Feminine Hidden in the Rosary. I reviewed this book in episode 4 and it was a challenge for me not to cry throughout this interview for two reasons; first, because it was a dream come true, and second, because I can feel Divine Mother’s loving presence so strongly through them throughout the whole conversation!

In this episode, in addition to learning how a former Buddhist monk and a children’s book author found their way to Our Lady and the rosary, I hope that you find deep comfort from the numerous stories they share about miracles still happening through this ancient devotional practice.

This episode is a bit longer than usual, I confess, but it is SO worth it because we talked about miracles, miracles and more miracles the whole time!

Key learnings:

1) According to “Our Lady” miracles are the most natural outcome of all.

2) In the middle ages, miracles were part of the fabric of life. People expected them to happen and they DID happen all the time. The number one performer of miracles in the middle ages is Our Lady, not God or Jesus!

3) In Her many apparitions, Our Lady says “If you want a path to negotiate your way through difficult times, hold my hand. I will get you through this, if you hold my hand” and the best way to hold Her hand is the rosary.

4) The rosary is actually an ancient practice of honoring the Great Mother and predates Christianity by thousands of years. Anyone can practice this ancient devotion, regardless of what path you are on, and experience the miracle of your true heart’s desire.

3. The voice that is talking you out of your dream, telling you that you are too old, too young, too early, too late, etc., is NOT the voice of Spirit!

How do you know if you are truly committed to achieving your dreams?

Key Learnings:

1. Are you fired up about your dreams and goals? If not, take a step back and make sure it’s what you truly desire. We are so conditioned to focus on how we will do something, and so sure we must do it all ourselves, that we often focus on the process instead of the end.
   
   

2. In the Magnify Your Miracles Journal Challenge, I give the four practices I KNOW work to help you manifest your dreams. Yet many people only did one or two of the practices. If you were stuck in prison in a foreign country and I gave you the four things you needed to do to get you out and back home, would you do all four?
   
   

3. Lukewarm efforts come from lukewarm goals. When you focus on your true dreams, the ones you truly desire, it is easy to pour all your energy into achieving it. If you are having trouble with this, it may be time to seek out help!

In today’s episode, I will share how a mantra practice blessed my mind and life in a miraculous way, introduce you to my go-to resources for mantra practice and take you through a mini-mantra recitation to give you a feel for this ancient and sacred practice.

Key learnings:

1. Mantra allows the chakras to “switch on” safely and to operate at a higher “wattage” so they can hold more energy. It’s like a 25 watt bulb becomes able to hold 50 watts, then 100, then 500, and then 1000!
   
   
2. Sanskrit is a language of energy, so even if you don’t understand the meaning of the words, they are still activating your energy field. And if you focus your intention on physical healing, the energy activated will be directed towards your body.

1. If life starts to feel overwhelming, like you are at your wit’s end, powerless to change your circumstances, begin a mantra practice. You will quickly see that you can “turn the tide” of your life through this “vibrational medicine.”

Have you ever wished that you could turn your ordinary day into an extraordinary one? I got to experience doing just that during this interview with the amazing Sister Karol Jackowski!

Her book, Sister Karol’s Book of Spells, Blessings and Folk Magic, is teaching me how to take seemingly mundane tasks, and through the power of ritual prayer, turn it into a miracle!

Let me tell you a bit about her: Sister Karol Jackowski has been a sister since 1964 and is currently a member of the Sisters for Christian Community. She is the author of seven books, and is a professor of Creative Writing at Bay Path University. She is also a Spiritual Director to all who ask for prayer.

In this episode, Sr. Karol and I had so much fun talking about ‘folk magic’ and how we grew up lighting candles in our homes and observing feast days. You will really enjoy hearing about her journey from becoming a nun, to expanding her vision of “church” to include all of God’s children. She is a wealth of spiritual knowledge and experience, and I hope this episode inspires you to begin making your everyday life “sacred”.

Key learnings:

1) When you live in a diverse community, like New York City, you are friends with people of different backgrounds and faiths. You end up celebrating their holidays with them and start to notice the similarities rather than the differences.

2) Folk Magic is really just what people do at home to connect with the divine, the stuff that “folks” do. These could be anything from lighting a candle to invite in the Sabbath to saying a special prayer to break the fever of your child.

3) Whether you call it a spell, blessing or a prayer, Sister Karol says it is all the same thing.

Although you may try to read this book quickly, I recommend that you do what I do; read it slowly, and over time, to digest and absorb its wisdom.

In this episode, I will share what ‘anam cara’ means, and how it is the perfect metaphor for your relationship with the Divine Presence. I will also share two prayer poems that are rich with blessings to inspire you. My intention is that this book and its wisdom touch your heart and help you feel the Divine Presence within yourself.

1. The Celtic phrase Anam Cara means soul friend. In the early Celtic church it referred to someone who acted as a teacher, companion or spiritual guide.
   
   
2. On page 131 there is a beautiful poem to bless the day called “The Deer’s Cry.” Celtic Spirituality has a great sense of the significance of each day, and how the new day is sacred. Imagine waking up and feeling that just the act of awakening was a gift! 

• On page 198 is the Blessing for Old Age, but it’s really a blessing for all of us. The final line of this prayer poem is “May you be blessed, and may you find a wonderful love in yourself for yourself.”

Have you ever prayed for a “money miracle?” I know I have. What I didn’t realize is that I was simultaneously pushing money away subconsciously!  

In this episode, I explain how highly sensitive souls and spiritual entrepreneurs may be unknowingly telling the Universe NOT to bring more abundance, even though they are praying for more money.

Key learnings:

1. Feeling is one of the key factors to manifesting anything. Highly Sensitive people FEEL so deeply, that we should be the wealthiest people on the planet!
   
   
2. Money is energy, like electricity. It acts as an amplifier or magnifier. It will magnify what you already are, but it doesn’t have the power to make you something you are not.
   
   
3. Any time you “use” money for something other than as a medium of exchange, such as to increase your self-esteem or make yourself feel secure, you limit its ability to serve and support you as it is meant to.

1. Even in the midst of our own darkest moments, the potential to experience the Light is there. No matter what you call it, the Light is a universal, loving energy that has the power to heal anything and everything.
   
   
2. Mirabai’s journey took her all over the world, but she had her ‘awakening’ while in India. After surrendering completely to her own enlightenment, she experienced the Light in a profound way. It is this same energy that she channels today.

1. Angels are always available to us. They need us to ask for help because they are not able to violate free will. When you connect with the angels, truly connect, you will know you are never alone.

2. St. Thomas is often referred to as the ‘doubting Thomas’ because he needed to see for himself that Christ had risen and was in fact alive. When Christ appeared to the disciples again, he showed Thomas his wounds and extinguished his doubt once and for all. From that point on, Thomas was one of the most devout and effective disciples.
   
   
3. Mother Mary encourages us to ASK for what we need. Yogananda taught that we should take his teachings and prove them to ourselves, not take his word for it. If you need more proof, more signs, more evidence, more encouragement, ask for it. And let God show up for you.

1. Anne Frank has given the world so many gifts through sharing her story, but did you know that she also gave us the keys to manifestation?
   
   

2. The first thing Anne did was decide to become a writer. She wanted this with all her heart. The second thing she did was ACT like a writer and write every day. As the war was seeming to come to an end, Anne began preparing her writing to be published as a book. Her intention was so strong, not even the Nazis could stop it. They may have taken her body, but not her spirit. Her spirit lives on through her writing.
   
   

3. The thing Anne Frank did NOT do was blame her circumstances or decide to wait until her circumstances were better. No, she fully embodied that she was a writer. And today, her book is the most widely read book in the world, second only to the Bible.

1. A paradigm is a collection of beliefs that form your perception of yourself, of life, and of what is possible for you. Without changing your paradigm, it is very difficult to achieve lasting results that differ from your current reality.
   
   

2. Repetition is what created your paradigms. Many are passed down to you, genetically and through your ancestors. The good news is that you are not limited to your genetics or the beliefs and experiences of your ancestors. You can change!
   
   

3. Some of the key things that Bob Proctor did to change his paradigm, and his life experience are: read good books, listen to good recordings, get tutored by excellent people, choose your mentors, do not mix with people who are not working on goals and never hang around people who complain.

1. Here is what I did that did NOT work: asked others what worked for them, read books and magazine articles about weight loss, worked with a personal trainer who gave me a generic fitness plan, got a walking buddy, exercised first thing in the morning, tried to exercise MORE, and took herbs and supplements that were supposed to help.
   
   
2. Here is what DID work: followed my intuition about which path was right for me, set myself up for PERSONAL feedback via my Apple watch, set a joyful goal, followed the feedback I received from my watch, had fun and became more confident!
   
   
3. While I am SO grateful to have lost the weight, I am most happy about becoming a new person – I am a person who moves every day!

Mother Mary gave me a prayer and blessing to share with you for this new year!


The energy of 2023 is quite different than 2022, and you might be feeling ‘unsettled’ as you get used to this new vibration. This prayer will help with that.

In this episode, I channel a spontaneous prayer from Mother Mary, one that will bless you as you adjust to the new frequency of 2023, or any time you are adjusting to a new circumstance. I hope this prayer will help you experience more joy, light, peace and wisdom and will help you feel supported during this annual shift.

One of the biggest blocks to experiencing a miracle is believing you don’t deserve one.

In this episode, I will share my own story of how I delayed receiving the miracle Mother Mary was waiting to give me for fifteen years! Why? Because I felt I “wasn’t ready” or “good enough” for Her to work with me. If you have ever felt that you were not “good enough” to receive a miracle, this episode is for you.

Key learnings:

1. Because God’s love is unconditional, there is nothing you need to do to be “good enough” for your miracle.
   
   
2. Focus instead on being open, receptive, and willing to receive all the goodness that the Universe is waiting to give you.
   
   
3. Take a look at the rules you believe are true, such as needing to finish your college degree before you can get a new job, or needing to lose weight before you will find your true love, and give yourself permission to let them go.

May 13th is the anniversary of Mother Mary’s apparition in Fatima, Portugal in 1917. She appeared a total of six times from May to October and encouraged people to deepen their spiritual practices, such as praying the rosary, to help end the war. Even though this apparition happened a long time ago, you can still access the power of Our Lady of Fatima.

As a highly sensitive soul, the shocking events in the United States Capitol last week really took a toll on my energy. Regardless of your political beliefs, I believe we ALL felt an energetic ‘shockwave’ that day!

Whenever I feel that level of fear or anxiety, I call on Archangel Michael…and that is exactly what I did! I posted the Archangel Michael Invocation on my Facebook page for anyone who wanted to join me, and I am sharing it here with you today. Even though I truly believe that better times are ahead of us, it’s good to have a “go to” tool when you are afraid.

2. Here is what I did to manifest a free TV: 1) I decided that I wanted a TV so I could do yoga in my room. I had no doubt about getting this TV. 2) Said a prayer and asked the Divine to help me with this desire 3) I began acting as if it was coming, finding a spot in my room, looking online for the best TV for watching DVD, etc. 4) I let it go to the Universe 5) I did something FUN that got me into the energy of joy!
   
   

3. The TV came to me, I did not have to go out and find it. I came across this TV when I was out for a bike ride, having so much fun, and lo and behold, there was a free TV. YOU can do this too! The Universe works by law, not by chance. Rather than try to infuse fun into your manifestation techniques, have actual fun and get ready for a miracle!

3. The reason you feel stuck is not logical. It is emotional or energetic. It won’t be solved by the logical mind. But you can USE the logical mind to help redirect your energy. If this is you, reach out to me or someone who specializes in this type of work, and get the help you deserve.

One of the questions I am asked most often is “Can I balance my own chakras?” Have you wondered this same thing? Since so many people ask me, I thought it would be good to answer this question in today’s episode.

The first thing I tell my clients is that my goal is to help them to understand their own energy, so they know when it’s out of balance and how to take care of it. What makes your spouse’s Heart Chakra happy may not be what YOUR Heart Chakra needs! How do you know what your energy needs?

In this episode, I will explain how you CAN begin to bring balance your own chakras on a daily basis, as well as why you need some objective help too. I will also share why having access to Mother Mary’s special x-ray vision (aka divine insight) speeds up your process and magnifies your miracles!!

Key learnings:

1) We are wired to need each other. Even Jesus needed to receive from St. John the Baptist. Thinking you can do everything on your own, or that you should be able to, is a belief that will block your miracle.

2) Before you can balance your energy, you need to get to KNOW your energy. What works for you and what doesn’t? Otherwise, you will spend a lot of time, energy, and money doing things that might not make that much difference.

3) For one whole day, observe what gives you energy and what drains your energy. There are many things you can do daily to keep your energy flowing, like eating organic food, walking in nature, connecting with loved ones, laughing…but we all need help at times, and that is when you reach out and ask someone who can help you.

Do you know what a ‘spiritualized’ prayer or affirmation is?


When a prayer or affirmation is said by someone with so much energy and power that it receives a response from the Divine, then it is considered ‘spiritualized,’ according to Paramahansa Yogananda. If YOU say that same prayer, the power inherent in the prayer is available to bless you! It’s like stepping into a river with a strong current and being carried the rest of the way!

1. Yogananda taught that words have great power, when they are saturated with sincerity, faith, conviction and intuition, they can smash through current circumstances and bring out the desired result.
   
   
2. The most effective way to practice affirmations: begin speaking in a loud and strong voice, then repeat it at a medium level, and then finally at a whisper. This internalizes the affirmation and brings it powerfully into all three parts of your mind.
   
   
3. When someone speaks a prayer with so much energy and conviction, the Divine MUST respond. This is called a ‘spiritualized’ prayer. When you repeat a spiritualized prayer of affirmation, you reap the benefit. It’s like stepping into a river with a powerful current and being carried along.

3. Find your St. Elizabeth. Find the people who have Miracle Consciousness, those who believe it is possible, or even better, those who are experiencing miracles themselves!

Q: When should you hire a manifestation coach?

A: When there is something you want to bring into your life, but you haven’t been able to do it on your own.

That was me at the end of 2022. I hit a wall with my manifestations. Due to the stress of family members with serious illnesses, I found myself struggling to manifest consistently. I knew I needed help but didn’t know of anyone who could address both the internal and external process of manifestation.

And then one day, quite miraculously, I found someone.

2. The two things to consider when looking for a coach are: 1) who has the result I want to have? Have they already achieved what I want to achieve 2) Do they have a proven track record of helping people achieve what I want to achieve? If you can find someone who has both of these, that is the best option!

3. The manifestation process is both an inner and outer game. If you only focus on one, you won’t make as much progress. Work with somone who can address both, and watch the miracles unfold.

Have you been wondering if you need to do anything different to manifest during these uncertain times?

1. One of the most important things to remember with manifestation is that the outer world is a reflection, an effect. YOU are always the cause, which means the key is to keep your focus on the cause, which is your goals, thoughts and feelings, and not on the situation.
   
   

2. ALL times are uncertain times, we just fool ourselves into believing we are in control. None of us knows if we will wake up tomorrow, or even what will happen in the next moment. Instead of being afraid, let’s embrace this truth to propel us forward!
   
   

3. When Peter was in the boat with the other disciples and Jesus was on the shore, they were so afraid that they didn’t even recognize him! Jesus comes to them by walking on the water, which makes them more afraid. But Peter recognizes him and gets out of the boat and begins to walk on water too, until he looks down. Looking down means looking at your circumstances! Keep your eyes on God, on your goal, and not on your circumstances!

I admit I was skeptical too. Prayer is so personal, how can one person’s prayer work for someone else? The truth is there is no secret prayer, like ‘abracadabra’ that magically brings you prosperity. But there IS a simple and powerful prayer that sets the stage for greater prosperity!

In this episode, I will share the simple prosperity prayer that my coach taught me, and why I find it SO helpful. I will also share the way I have been saying it and the miraculous results I have had, and how you can start to make this prayer your own.

1. There is no prayer that works for all people, no magic words like ‘abracadabra’. But that does not mean that prayers don’t work. The goal of prayer is to change YOU, and if a prayer can do that, it is a powerful prayer!
   
   

2. This simple prosperity prayer works because it automatically puts you in a receptive state! That is the key to receiving more. And it also releases the control and allows the Universe to reveal even more to you than what you could ask for. That is what makes it miraculous.

The season of Lent is a time of preparation, of deepening our relationship with the Divine and preparing to receive a miracle!

1. If you were raised with a concept of God that made you feel anxious, afraid, judged or anything negative, know that you can change that right now. Nothing negative is of God, that is the ego projecting itself onto the Divine.
   
   

2. If you had a challenging relationship with your parents, it might be difficult to relate to God as Divine Mother or Father. But most of us have had a friend, or can at least imagine a friend, who cares for us and treats us as equals.
   
   

3. Meditation is a relationship. It is a process of creating more and more intimacy with your own Self. As we learn to deeply relax, we become aware of the Divine Presence that is always present. We learn to become God’s friend.

1. Hildegard of Bingen was a three-fold soul; mystic, healer and artist. She was simply a channel for the Divine, which is what all three of these archetypes have in common; being a bridge between heaven and earth.
   
   
2. Your primary archetype is the most important one. The other one or two support that primary one. But as a three-fold soul, you have three archetypes as your main one, which is why you must honor that about yourself.
   
   
3. The advice to ‘choose one thing’ and have a laser focus with that one thing will never work for three-fold souls. It will make things worse. Honor your uniqueness and focus on being a channel, not on how you’re doing it.

1. Visualization and affirmations are powerful tools, but only if they help you to practice having or being what you want. The more you visualize, the more normal your goals will feel.
   
   

2. If you feel excited or ecstatic about your manifestation happening, you aren’t quite there yet. You want it to feel normal to you, just another day in your miraculous life. Be grateful for sure, but not surprised. That is how you up level your life.

The great Indian master, Paramahansa Yogananda, was born in January of 1893. Since this episode is being released in January, I thought it would be fun to share a channeled message and meditation from Yogananda with you.

In case you are unfamiliar with him, Yogananda is the author of the book Autobiography of a Yogi, a book that has changed the lives of millions of spiritual seekers. (I did a book review of this book in Episode 8)

Can you believe the holiday season is already upon us? I know this hasn’t been the easiest year, and if you’re like me, you are already looking forward to the New Year.

But Thanksgiving is an important time of year, a time to be grateful, no matter what our circumstances. There is always something to be grateful for, and in fact, gratitude is the frequency of miracles!

In this episode, I will lead you through a special guided chakra meditation that focuses on the gifts of each energy center. My intention is to expand your sense of gratitude, so you have a truly Happy Thanksgiving! I won’t tell you much more than that, because I want you to experience this meditation yourself.

If you’re a highly sensitive soul, you are also probably a natural ‘giver.’ Helping people makes you feel good, and your sensitivity makes it easy for you to know what they need.

But how do you know if you’re giving too much? What are the signs?

In this episode, I share the pros and cons of being a giver, and how being out of balance with receiving sets you up to draw people who are ‘takers,’ leaving you depleted and resentful!

I’ll also share a few simple things you can do to get you back in the flow of giving and receiving instead of giving and resenting!

Key learnings:

1. Highly sensitive people often know how others are feeling and can naturally give in a way that is helpful. But if you are giving to a ‘taker’ you will feel depleted and resentful.
   
   
2. Takers will not set any boundaries with your giving. They aren’t wired that way. YOU must be the one to draw the line.
   
   
3. The big red flag is resentment. If you feel resentful, you have given too much. When you feel resentful, stop, and ask yourself what you really want to do. Often, we give from a sense of obligation or needing to be liked. The is not true giving.
   
   

“How do you know if you are giving too much? You feel resentful. If giving leads to resentment, it’s debting, because you are giving what you don’t really have.”

February 11th is the anniversary of Mother Mary’s apparition to St. Bernadette in Lourdes, France in 1858. Many people go to Lourdes for physical healing, but ALL types of healing are possible when you open your heart.

1. There is one word that cuts you off from your intuition, and that word is ‘should.’ Should is not based on how you feel or what’s true for you. It is based on conditioning and other people’s expectations.
   
   

2. When you were young, you followed your own feelings and guidance all the time. Then at some point, the world tried to get you to do something different than what you wanted to do. This is where the word should first showed up for you. Should means to do something that is expected of you, rather than what feels right to you.
   
   

3. Breaking the habit of asking yourself what you should do can be tricky. A simple thing to do is to put your hand on your heart or stomach and ask “how do I feel?”

Have you ever wondered what the world would be like if fear disappeared? That’s exactly what this week’s guest asked herself…and then dedicated her life to making it happen!

This interview was so fun for me, as SONiA disappear fear is not only an award-winning singer-songwriter, Grammy nominated artist and world-class composer…she’s also one of my dearest friends. She has been an inspiration to me, and countless others, not only for her amazing songs, but for her message…disappear fear…which she embodies and encourages us to do as well.

Let me tell you a little about her. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, SONiA disappear fear’s music defies being categorized. With over 21 albums out, her songs range from ballads to rock to folk. The common elements of her music are beautiful melodies and powerful lyrics that challenge injustice, performed with passion and hope.

She has played all over the world and has shared the stage with Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, Green Day, Emmylou Harris, Sheryl Crow, Lucinda Williams, Joan Jett and Bruce Springsteen, to name a few. She came out as a lesbian long before it was popular to do so and has used her music as a platform to inspire people to stand up to oppression, both outer and inner.

In this episode, you will be inspired by her story of taking a leap of faith as an artist, giving up her day job to say yes to her purpose, and the many miracles that have occurred in her life because of it. One of the most inspiring stories she shares is, as a Jewish woman, facing her fear of touring in Germany. So powerful!

2. Combining her love of music with her political activism has made her a powerful force for positive change. Sonia came out as a lesbian publicly way before it was in fashion and paved the way for others to do the same.  

1. As a Jewish woman, one of her biggest fears was going to Germany. She never wanted to set foot on that soil, but she had the opportunity to tour there, so she faced her fear. Now Germany is one of her favorite places on the planet. Miracles happen when we disappear fear.

You can’t listen to the news without hearing the word “corona” over and over again. Whenever I hear something over and over, I take that as a repeating message, and I dig a little deeper! 

In this episode, that’s exactly what I did, and I found some interesting “Sacred Symbolism” for the word ‘corona!’ I share my insights with you, not to deny what is happening, but to offer another perspective, and some tips to help you practice good “energetic hygiene.”

Last week I shared the amazing book, The Black Madonna, Mysterious Soul Companion by Stephanie Georgieff. This week we dive deeper as I share this special interview with the author herself and hear about her own miraculous journey with the Black Madonna!

Let me tell you a bit about her:  Stephanie Georgieff is a podcaster, author and speaker whose works surround the Divine Feminine through an Anthroposophical lens. She has led workshops and participated in Anthroposophical and Christian Community Conferences in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom and Southern Africa. Author of several books on The Black Madonna and The Virgin of Guadalupe, Georgieff now resides in Southwestern Bulgaria where she is serving with The International Fellowship of Saint John. She works with Roma in the region and manages the foundation guest house which hosts visiting mission teams from North America, the United Kingdom and Europe. I like to choose a book in January that can serve as a guide for the whole year. Prayer and the Five Stages of Healing by Ron Roth is such a book. This is the only book I know of that details the process of ‘awakening’ to our true spiritual nature in five specific stages, and offers prayers for every step of your journey.

In this week’s episode, I will share a little bit about the late Ron Roth and his amazing healing ministry, and why I believe this book is SO important for lightworkers, healers and highly sensitive souls. Honestly, this book is so rich, I couldn’t do it justice, so I focused on a single aspect that many highly sensitive people struggle with…the dark night of the soul…what it is and the path of healing it requires.

I end the episode by reading two of the authors prayers to help you overcome any negative thought habits you may have. I’d love to hear your thoughts about these prayers, and this topic as well!

1. Manifestation is often taught as how to get something ‘out there’ to happen, but magnifying is focusing on knowing that it is already here. When you combine these two approaches, anything is possible!

2. Divine Love is the great magnifier. It is the most powerful and magnetic force in the Universe. The more you can be in the energy of love, the higher your point of attraction.

3. In Bob Proctor’s book, Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life, he states that ‘when you put yourself in the energy of love, love is all you can attract.” Everything that you truly desire is in this state. I call it the field of unconditional love.

2. In a recent 54 Day Novena practice, I decided to pray for EVERYTHING, as choosing was stressing me out! This was the best decision I had ever made in my prayer life, as it was a form of surrender. I didn’t realize it at the time, I thought I was praying for everything, but what I was actually doing was giving all my desires to Divine Mother and asking Her to sort it out, which She did!

3. The 54 Day Novena is a powerful practice to manifest what you really want. You say a prayer for 27 days in petition or asking, and then another 27 days in gratitude or thanksgiving. When you combine the 54 Day Novena WITH the Month of Miracles, you are supercharging your prayer intention!!

3. Because we live in a patriarchal world, a world that puts men first, women have internalized the negative belief that they are less worthy. Negative self-talk is trauma. When we reject any part of ourselves, we are doing to ourselves what the patriarchy does. Saraswati helps us to remember who we really are and heal from that societal trauma.

There are many, many Mother Mary miracle stories I can share with you, but there is one that impacted me the most AND was even verified by a doctor!

For most of my life, I had a dull heartache that was always there in the background of my life, no matter how good things were. No matter what I tried, nothing seemed to heal it, not fully.

And then I had a miraculous experience in Mother Mary’s presence…

In this episode, I will share my true story of being healed from a lifelong heartache by Mother Mary, and why I believe being ‘in Her presence’ as often as possible is the key to everything, especially for Lightworkers.

Key Learnings:

1. Most of my life I have had a heartache that nothing seemed able to heal. I had been seeing a Ayurvedic doctor for a physical issue, and she confirmed that the pulse of my ‘energetic heart’ seemed to have an unusual dip. No matter what I did or herbs I took, nothing seemed to help. I assumed it would always be there.

2. Someone told me about an icon of Mother Mary that was ‘active,’ meaning that it was streaming myrrh. Healings were reported from the oil of this icon, and it was in my home state. I made a special trip to see it. I received a drop of the holy oil and placed it on my heart, and that is when I experienced the most profound feeling of love and joy I had ever felt. The sadness was gone!

3. When I went to my doctor a few weeks later, she confirmed what I already knew. My heart was healed. The sadness was gone. Being in Mother Mary’s presence had healed me.

Do you know the story of St. Catherine Laboure and the Miraculous Medal? St. Catherine experienced an apparition of Mother Mary in 1830 and was tasked with having a medal struck which Mother Mary designed.

May 13th is the anniversary of Mother Mary’s apparition in Fatima, Portugal in 1917. She appeared a total of six times from May to October and encouraged people to deepen their spiritual practices, such as praying the rosary, to help end the war. Even though this apparition happened a long time ago, you can still access the power of Our Lady of Fatima.
