If we are to connect with the spirit world and be able to separate the feeling of our own soul's energy from the subtle energies outside of ourselves, it is first vital to become sensitive to and aware of how our soul's energy, apart from our bodies and physiological systems feel. Sitting in the power enables us to reconnect with our spirit bodies, remember our true nature and blend our energy with that of the greater universe, with source energy. Sitting in the power connects us with our higher selves, which ultimately helps us to hone our intuitive abilities and to know ourselves, not as we have learned to do here in the physical world, but to rediscover our pure essence independent of our earthly persona and corporeal envelope. It is recommended that you do this meditation as often as possible, and that you incorporate this practice into your regular routine. Sitting in the power has been a vital part of my growth as a psychic medium and I have been doing it almost daily for years. In 2001 Jim began studying esoteric subjects and has sought personal experiences as a means of validating his understanding of the breadth of reality. What began as an interest in near-death experiences expanded to include other spiritually transformative subjects. Jim has attended four residential programs at The Monroe Institute (TMI), participated in numerous programs sponsored by the Rhine Center, spent 2 weeks at an ayahuasca retreat in Peru, and has engaged in multiple holotropic breathwork sessions. I am a Medium, Akashic Records reader, Angel reader and Animal communicator. How I became all this began in Germany when I was a young girl, I was walking home from school, and I heard a voice telling me: you are here on this earth with a mission. I didn’t know what this meant back then.
At the age of 24, on Valentine’s Day, I had my first encounter with my Guardian Angel when I got into a car accident. During the crash, I felt two hands holding onto my shoulders, keeping me pressed against the seat. Miraculously, I had no scratches or bruises even through I was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The vehicle was completely totaled. This event was a miracle because the crash was horrible, but I survived the accident and was given a second chance to live; and I thank my guardian angel for keeping me safe.
Between my 20’s and 40’s, I had the experience to be taught by a lot of great spiritual teachers like Eckart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, Neal Donald Walsh and Matt Kahn. I also worked with wonderful mentors and took many spiritual courses.
Then came Kundalini, a very powerful spiritual awakening that takes over your whole body, mind, and soul. My ego was affected and my whole life went upside down. This process helped the death of my ego allowing me to meet my innocence. Like the caterpillar to a butterfly, I had to go through a lot of purging in order to have my spiritual awakening. This was the hardest time of my life, but now I am at a place where everything makes sense.
And in May 2021 I went through an out of body experience that showed me that we are all connected as one; but expressed through our individuality. I really feel that I have followed my once-unknown mission by stepping into my role as a Medium, Akashic Records reader, Angel reader and Animal communicator. I am honored to connect with you, and I look forward to meeting you.

Welcome to Day 9 of the Magic Is Real Manifesting Challenge! Today, we dive deep into the art of Detachment, a crucial element in manifesting your dreams. I'm Shannon Torrence, and my journey towards spiritual awakening and personal transformation has taught me that sometimes, the most powerful action is inaction.
In today's session, we explore how to let go and trust the Universe. It's about finding peace in the present, stepping outside to embrace nature, and practicing gratitude for life's simple pleasures. My mantra for the year is "less forcing, more allowing." By embodying this belief, I've witnessed profound shifts in my life.
We often feel the need to grind endlessly to achieve abundance, but true manifestation requires a balance between action and trust. Even when it seems like nothing is happening or things are falling apart, remember it's just the bridge of incidents leading to something better. Trust that the Universe has your back, and focus on embodying the state of already having what you desire.
Today, I encourage you to be kind to yourself, rest if you're tired, and engage in activities that bring you joy. Whether it's yoga, meditation, or a simple walk, let go and trust the process. Your manifestation is already on its way, just like an order being prepared in a kitchen.

Christine Clawley, MA, LPC is an NDE experiencer, counselor, and life
coach who has worked in a variety of capacities, including providing
counseling and support at community mental health centers, hospitals,
prisons, inpatient eating disorder clinics, homeless shelters, and crisis
support. She currently works in private practice and has a Jungian and Depth-oriented practice that helps clients heal from traumatic experiences, as well as supports individuals who have also had near-death experiences or other spiritually-transformative experiences.
After overcoming the life-threatening Necrotizing Fasciitis at age 24, she
embarked on a journey of healing and self-understanding through exploring
various holistic techniques, including a mindfulness practice, meditation,
yoga, self-hypnosis, and indigenous healing modalities. Prior to contracting
this illness, she received many dreams and messages that foreshadowed her illness. While spending nearly a month in a medically-induced coma she had many dreams that mirrored what was happening to her on a physical,
emotional, and spiritual level. Upon awaking from the coma, she experienced
increased intuition, empathy, and an increased frequency of lucid and
precognitive dreams. These experiences have led her to research topics
related to near death experiences, consciousness, non-ordinary reality,
synchronicity, dreaming, and shamanism.

I served 22 years in the Navy and flew as the Flight Engineer on the P3 Orion aircraft for over 20 years. In the year 1981 on the island of Oahu while stationed at the Barbers Point Naval Air Station and after departing the runway at over 150MPH in an aircraft incident during an emergency engine out landing I had an intense OBE in the middle of that incident. Two days later I had my NDLE and was in the Light of my Creator whom I call God.

Branden is a childhood trauma and sexual abuse survivor who fell into drugs as a way to escape the pain and resentment he still carried with him. When he died of an overdose and had a near death experience, his life was not only saved, but changed forever. Branden is now able to serve as a spiritual mindset and business coach, and to help others struggling with not only addiction but many others who may be in spiritual distress or who simply lack of clarity and direction and need some guidance.
In this episode, Branden and I talk about the importance of forgiveness in healing from trauma, and about some ways in which we might be able to find compassion and understanding for those who have trespassed against us, and even just to find self-compassion and love for ourselves so that we may nurture our wounded souls back to health.

Karen Thomas’ near death experience occurred July 7, 1982 in Anchorage, Alaska where she had been working as a physical therapist. She injured her back and was scheduled for what would be her second back surgery. Concerned that this surgery may need to include a spinal fusion which could be a career-ending situation, Karen asked friends and family to pray for her on the day of her surgery. During surgery, Karen’s left common iliac artery was cut and she bled out on the operating room table.
Today Karen is dedicated to telling her story of what took place during her near death experience. Karen has been a speaker for the IANDS Durham, North Carolina Group and her written story can be seen at IANDS.org under the title Prayers Like Musical Notes. She is featured in the Documentary Back from the Light co-produced by Yvonne Sneeden and Robert Neal Marshall. NDERF.org has a written account listed as number 4317 Karen T in both their current and Exceptional Archive areas.

Christian Sundberg has worked for over 15 years as a project manager for complex nuclear pump and valve manufacturing projects, some valued at over $100MM. Christian is also a public speaker, having presented at over 80 events. When Christian was a young child he remembered his existence before coming to Earth.
