Likely you have tried all the fancy detoxes, trends, fads, etc. But the reality is, if you are not supporting your gut with foundational habits you will continue on the cycle of no relief. Trust me, I've been there too. You can think of supporting your gut health like the process of building a house. We remodeled our kitchen last summer so this is all too familiar to me. All I wanted to see was the beautiful backsplash that I picked out up on the wall. But that took time. There's a process, just like your gut. You need to foundational habits that will then allow you to see the fancy backsplash. But without a proper structure and the right grout, it’s not going to last. In this episode we discuss stress management, hydration hacks and sleep importance. In this Episode You’ll Learn: [00:59] Three steps that you can implement to bio hack your gut [0:21] Step 1: 2-5 minutes of stress management [08:57] Step 2: Hydration 80-100oz of water [10:21] The different products you can use to help enhance the mineral quality of your water and help your body to actually absorb the water. [11:52] Step 3: The benefits of Sleep 7-9 hours of sleep [13:30] Improving digestion and resting by taking a deep breath before eating [14:05] Sleeping routine and why it is important Quotes: · “We can get really distracted by all the really fancy trends and fads and latest diets and detoxes for digestive health, and forget about the foundational things that we need to do to support our gut.” [01:12] · “If you eat a mostly whole food diet, and you don't salt your food, then you definitely will need more salt. And that could be part of the dehydration problem.” [11:08] · Now anything that is not caffeinated, I'm counting as hydration. “[09:06] · “When you are really stressed your body is in a fight or flight state. And if you're operating each day from a fight or flight state, and you're not resting and digesting enough, tthen of course your digestive symptoms are in a flare.,” [13:08] Learn more about me and my gutTogether program. 17 May 2022 | Ep. 6: 3 Reasons why your SIBO keeps coming back | 00:27:29 | |
What is SIBO? SIBO is small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. It can cause unwanted bloating, fatigue, constipation, diarrhea, gas, nutritional deficiencies and more. And it’s one of the most common reasons that clients are experiencing their digestive symptoms. The traditional method for treating SIBO is to take antibiotics for 2-4 weeks to "kill" the SIBO and potentially to do an elimination diet. But this standard of care does not work for a couple reasons: 1) It’s not addressing the root cause of the SIBO 2) It is not empowering you as the client to understand how to prevent it from coming back 3) It is only addressing the small intestine In this episode of Love Your Gut podcast, if you feel completely stuck with your SIBO I want to give you some insight as to why your SIBO keeps coming back, what you can do about that, and then some actionable tips at the end of what you can do now while you're working on actually clearing your SIBO. So if you feel like you've tried all the antibiotics, all the herbals all the diets, everything this episode is for you. Tune in to hear more! Are you set up to achieve your highest grossing month while also on maternity leave?
In this episode of the Love Your Gut Podcast, I talk about how becoming a mother changed my business, and the importance of investing in yourself first.
My mindset was so wrong that 2 years before i had my daughter I actually got a job so that I would have maternity leave - instead of investing in systems and processes to create a sustainable business. I started changing my mindset the day after my daughter was born and I realized that I didn't want to go back to working the way that I was before.
Whether you invest in my program or someone else's, this will not happen by accident. You need to develop the tools in place to allow your business to grow when you need to take a step away, whether it is to have a baby, to address unexpected personal matters, or just because you want to take time off.

After developing the only all-natural and clinically-proven answer for IBS and bloating for 6 years, Atrantíl launched in the summer of 2015. Dr. Brown developed Atrantíl to help those suffering from symptoms of IBS, which we now know are caused by bacterial overgrowth.
