if someone's just kind of right in that realization  place? Yeah. Seeing that they are not operating from love, seeing that they're stressed daily, they don't, maybe they don't actually love being a mom. 

Can we just admit that? Have you ever felt like that? Like, I'm a mom. I have a lot of kids, I'm doing what's right, and I'm not happy. I can't think of the last time I had joy. Mm hmm. Oh, yes. Yes. That's why. If I keep working at it, I'll have joy, right? Like one of these days, everything's gonna be lined up.

 My boys were fighting and I was like, why can't we just change?

Like I finally figured out to live in love over fear and nobody else is getting it, you know, and I wanted to yell, stop fighting, but I paused and went inward and upward.  Instead of acting on my natural human instincts or my past patterns, I paused and I said, God, show me what to do in a place of love right now?

Going inward & upward- 

 there is a part of me, and I wanted to get to know her and trust her again. And I reclaimed that part that is pure and truth has no ego, is fearless, only knows truth, light, and love.

Also we talk about microdosing and its incredible potential not just to alter reality but to enhance it, to live in sync with a higher dimension of existence, where geometry isn't just math but a language of the universe. In 2016, an existential crisis in her personal life created turbulence that rocked her marriage as well as her personal beliefs and practices.  That “crisis,” became a catalyst for exponential personal growth, resulting in an expansion of love and abundance.  Angel now focuses on sharing her personal experiences and the principles of self-awareness and emotional intelligence that alchemized her “crisis,” into a “catalyst.”  These principles have provided guidance to hundreds of people in areas of individual wellness of mind, body, heart and soul, as well as marital relationships, parenting and more.  She operates from a paradigm best described as a combination of cognitive-behavioral psychology, spirituality and consciousness.

Angel is a homeschooling mother of 5 sons.  She is a co-author in a recently released book titled, “Collaboration with the Divine,” that hit #1 on Amazon in 4 categories is currently writing her own memoir/self-help book titled, “Soul-u-lar Evolution: a Mormon woman’s transcendent journey to LOVE.”

Angel hosts quarterly women’s retreats, couples retreats, in person groups and zoom groups teaching the principles of personal evolution that have led her to discover light-truth-love-joy-peace and freedom.

Why is it hard for men to be vulnerable?

James is a Psychedelic Guide, Transformational Coach, Public Speaker, Community Builder, and Psychedelic Policy Advocate

In early 2017, James was working in finance and struggling with depression, alcohol abuse, and lacked real purpose in life. On January 31, 2017, while sitting at his desk, in a moment of clarity and courage, he stood up from his desk and quit his career on the spot. Four days later he participated in his first ayahuasca ceremony and a new chapter in his life began.

He would eventually go on to become a psychedelic apprentice, assisting in over 100 ayahuasca ceremonies that served 1,500+ individuals.

Now, as a psychedelic guide in his own practice, he has worked with 200+ individuals in 1-1 psilocybin ceremonies since 2019. Currently, he serves on the Colorado Natural Medicine Advisory Board’s various Subcommittees, helping to establish the nation’s second legal psychedelic therapy licensure model.

As a transformational coach, James helps clients shed limiting beliefs, conditioned patterns, and subconscious fears to find freedom.

In the next iteration of his life’s purpose, James is currently working on building Colorado’s preeminent psychedelic healing center and transformational community.
