What are some of the key virtues leaders can renew to center themselves and their direct reports and their organizations? We always say the leader is the “emotional thermostat” for others. How do you reset yourself so the temperature, culture, and environment can regulate to deal with external chaos, a pandemic on fire, and the uncertainties of your people? As a leader what do we know about the behaviors and values that leaders can use to navigate the most trying time for most of us in our careers. Emotions are teeming for all of us and your people are relying on you for some sanity and hope.

With her 1:1 coaching clients, Tiffany uncovers the hidden struggles compromising their self-worth, often lurking in their blind spots, which lead to almost every leader feeling like an imposter. Tiffany's coaching creates massive clarity and confidence by reassuring them they're not the only senior leader in a top role experiencing this, and equips them with tools to unpack and transform their self-worth.
Tiffany is also the Creator of Self Worth Advantage®, which was inspired by her clients and her own personal experience of feeling like an imposter and being wildly successful at the same time. Tiffany believes it's time to transform the taboo nature of feeling like an imposter and having conversations about our self-worth in the workplace. This body of work is delivered through 1:1 coaching, workshops, retreats, courses [self-paced and facilitated], and speaking engagements. Her and her team have also created a training program for HR, People and DEI leaders to learn the Self Worth Advantage® framework and how to sustain and amplify the results of the leaders in their organizations who engage in this body of work.

01 Feb 2021 | Raise or Praise: The 2021 Forecast for Workers | 00:55:25
Cathy and Relly will share research from Indeed with 319 U.S. employers and how COVID 19 will impact work and hiring. The pandemic is still raging on. Vaccines are being distributed slowly. New highly contagious strains of the virus are spreading worldwide and all impacting work. More employers plan to add remote work options, too, with increased empathy for workers’ daily challenges. All told, major changes are here to stay, and employers think the future looks brighter. In fact, over one-fourth (27%) plan to hire at higher volumes than before the pandemic, and 20% anticipate hiring at the same, pre-COVID rates. Only 10% predict continuing hiring freezes, and a mere 4% think they will lay off employees this year. Although some research says only 16% of firms across the US say they will be giving a financial raise to associates in 2021. Will you qualify for a financial raise or just receive praise? What should you focus on to get a raise and be your best at work?
