Did you know as a daughter of the king you should be diving into God's word? It seems that reading the word is a little bit of a lost art. We lean more and more into devotionals and less into the bible. Now don't get me wrong, devotionals are awesome AND God speaks to and through people, but what we need more than anything is God's direct word!

Today my friend Tina and I talk through the importance of reading the word and some benefits! She shares her heart on knowing God's word and knowing the heart of our Father through it!

As we read the bible we will grow a desire to dive in deeper because a hunger will begin to grow. His word is truth and will never return void!!

The last few weeks we've talked about healthy habits. Mostly practical tips to help with prioritizing time and clearing your mind so you can focus on what God has called you to! 

Today these 3 things are MUST DO's for your daily walk with the Lord. These three things will help with your growth and relationship with God!

We have to start with thinking about being clean from the inside out. In Matthew 23:25- Jesus is scolding the Pharisees about only being clean on the outside and not the inside. He uses the example of cleaning the outside of a cup and not the inside. I know what this is like having boys doing the dishes sometimes lol I go to reach for a cup in the cupboard and find it clean on the outside but disgusting on the inside! And let me tell you that isn't fun! lol

It's the same for our hearts. We need to let Jesus come in and clean our hearts so that what comes out is good fruit! The best way to have good things coming out of our hearts is to stay connected to our heavenly Father!!

We stay connected by doing these three things!

1) Daily prayer/bible reading
2)Daily worship and engaging during worship at church
3)Daily BIBLICAL affirmations

Let's talk about REST! Actively resting with the Lord brings peace and joy!

When we sit with Jesus we learn to hear His voice and can rest in His arms. He can carry our burdens and bring us inner healing!

Rest is good for our physical bodies but I'm not talking about that- even though it's important- I"m talking about rest in the LORD! Slowing down to learn to hear His voice. Just sitting with Jesus without distractions.

In this crazy world with all the things coming at us we need to quiet our souls so we can hear God's voice over the noise of the world!

God is calling us to lay down our burdens and He will give us rest in Him. So listen in friend and be encouraged!!

Matthew 11:28

Today is part two on the subject of resting in God's presence. Finding peace in just sitting with Him!

Moses and the Israelites left Egypt and were being chased by the Egyptians. They found themselves backup to the sea and started to complain about their situation. But Moses told them to trust in the Lord and BE STILL. He was telling them to calm down and believe that God would take care of them.

AND guess what? God DID take care of them! He caused the seas to part and the Israelites were able to walk to the other side like nobodies business!

When we slow down and breathe in God's presence, HE will take care of the rest. He will lead and guide our steps throughout the day. HE will take care of our to do list!

Do you ever feel like you're just barely staying a float? Running, running, running and doing the same things over and over. Sometimes life can feel mundane and repetitive, am I right? And I don't know about you but it can be hard to find joy in the midst of it all!

Today I have a fun conversation with my friend Shannon on this very topic. Joy in the everyday! I hope this encourages you today! 

Shannon is a homeschooling mom of 4 kiddos, 2 of which are on the autism spectrum, and another has a rare genetic disorder.  She is a chaos-manager of the household and loves spending time with her family and friends.  She has been married to her best friend and love of her life, Evan, since 2010 and is thankful for the people that God has brought into her life.

 Shannon is ALSO a survivor of abuse in all of it's forms, an advocate for women that are hurting, and a super passionate Christian.  Because let's be real y'all, without Jesus there wouldn't even be a Shannon in the first place.

There is an enemy of our soul who comes only to destroy and tear down all that God purposes in our lives. The one who wants to demolish our being from the inside out. If he can have you constantly questioning your purpose for even existing then he will have you bound to insecurity, believing you have no purpose or worth. The concept of hearing from God can be overwhelming and frustrating. How do you know His voice? How can you even hear it? Why does He speak clearly to some but not others? This is a deep conversation that I know I’ve struggled with over the years. 

I don’t have all the answers cause guess what? God is a beautiful mystery. And I don’t believe we are supposed to know all the answers til we can chat with Him about it in heaven because our life is a journey of discovery! Learning to dive deep into who God is day after day and finding new amazing things each day! 

We will never quite fully understand His ways BUT I think that is what makes the relationship so exciting! His mercies are new every morning! He is the lion AND the lamb. He is Alpha AND omega. He’s a beautiful mystery that we get to learn from everyday!

Today's episode is talking about comparison and here are a few things to help you break free from comparison and walk in freedom!


1)Take a social media break! Socials are so awesome. They connect people and can be a lot of fun and super entertaining BUT they can also create some crazy comparison issues. Looking at people’s ‘best’ lives of everyone can cause some serious emotional instability when we are seeing what others are doing and what we are not. 

Hebrews 12:1 

2) Have in person relationships & build community! Seeing people in their 'real life' will help you see that most of us have struggles and will help you not feel so alone!

3) Start a gratitude journal! When you count your blessings and remember what you DO have and not what you don’t have then when the lies of comparison come it won’t be so easy to attach to! Start by writing 5-8 things you are grateful for from today before you go to bed or right when you wake up! Make it routine!

4) Know that your ultimate purpose is to be known by God and make Him known

• We are constantly striving for the world’s standards…having lots of friends and making them happy or making them ‘like’ us or the things we do. Working towards world goals of wealth or fame. Or even being the best mom at your kids school! We set standards for ourselves based on what others are doing and where they are in life…what cars we drive, what kind of houses we have, what clothes we wear, what kind of mom we are-do we feed them healthy food or not?
• Matthew 6:33- Seek Jesus first! When our eyes are on Him then it’s hard to be discontent.

Do you know Jesus? Like really know Him? Or do you just go to church and then the rest of the week leave Him and His word on the shelf? Not to be triggering…just a real question! Do you feel close to Him and part of His family? Today we are going to talk a little bit about Judas..the man who was in Jesus’ inner circle yet questioned him, stole from His ministry and ultimately handed Him over to be killed. You wanna know why and how this applies to us? Well then, let’s dive in…

What is so crazy about Judas is that he was part of Jesus’ close relations. He lived with Jesus and the other 11 disciples for 3 years. He traveled with them, ate with them, prayed with them…He heard Jesus speak more times than anyone. He was discipled by Jesus directly. Yet he was unchanged. 

1. He wasn’t kingdom minded and he let greed take over. - John 12:3-6
   1. He let greed take over. He was in charge of the money and questioned Jesus so might as well take some money too!
   2. This just shows that anyone is susceptible… this is why we have so many ‘failings’ in the church. The enemy is a out to destroy us friend! - Listen to episode 41 here> https://www.buzzsprout.com/1769546/10379513                                                And episode 48 here >https://www.buzzsprout.com/1769546/10676325.                   When we take our eyes off the Lord and start to worry about what is in front of us… we lose sight of HIS will and purpose. It’s a open door for the enemy to come in with fear, guilt, shame, condemnation, etc. We must ALWAYS be alert. 1 Peter 5:8
2. To keep our eyes on Jesus we need to be in prayer, worship and our word EVERYDAY!!!- Episode 44 talks about practical ways to get into your biblical routine…if you haven’t listen go check it out! Click here to listen> https://www.buzzsprout.com/1769546/10511122
3. Judas didn’t KNOW Jesus
   1. Even if we go to church OR even read His word and have routine we need to keep chasing Jesus. Look at how close Judas was and he STILL lied, cheated and handed Jesus over. He literally heard sermon after sermon straight from the SON OF GOD’s mouth and he betrayed him. This means we need to be diligent to continue to chase Jesus. To pray for understanding and commit our lives to His glory!
   2. When you KNOW Jesus you don’t want to do anything but love Him and honor Him. Period. 

And guess what, there’s more! Jesus KNEW all of this and yet he pulled him into His inner circle. He knew that Judas would question him, steal from him and betray him. But Jesus chose to continue to love Him, teach him and allow him to be close. 

This is an amazing testament to Jesus’ character! He knows our flaws yet loves us anyway. He keeps calling us into His arms…loving us through the crazy.

What should you do when something interrupts your plans?


1.Don’t freak out. I think when we are jolted out of our regular patterns it can cause us to freak out a bit. We can start to let worry fill our hearts and be overtaken by fear of the unknown or what could happen. When we are living disconnected from God, it is easy to freak out because we are forgetful creatures and can easily forget what He has done and brought us through- journaling is super helpful with this! Write down the things God has done so you can go back to it when you are going through a rough patch. Remember what he has done. - 1 Timothy 1:6

  2. Trust God- if we aren’t rooted in Him…knowing who we are in Him and who HE is to us               that alarm will literally knock us off our high horse and we will be bruised from the                       fall…doesn’t mean we can’t get back up again but I’d rather not be throw at all, am I                     right?

Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart and lean not on your own understanding..in all your ways acknowledge Him and HE will direct your paths

3. Don’t stress if you don’t get it right, right away. We are human…we make mistakes ALOT. Today I was reading in Mark 9 about how the disciples were walking with Jesus and he asked them what they were arguing about…they didn’t want to tell him because they were arguing about who was the greatest….haha isn’t that hilarious? Even the men who were UBER close to Jesus in the flesh…couldn’t put down their own fleshly desires and competition! So receive grace from Jesus my friend. He knows our weaknesses and still loves us. But learn from your mistakes and move forward for the next time an alarm startles you!!

Today I'm giving my thoughts on breaking off fear and walking in confidence as a daughter of the king!! He loves you beautiful woman of God!!

1 John 4:18- There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.

1. Fear is NOT from God
2. Fear can hold you hostage- when we partner with fear we aren’t walking in God’s perfect love. We are listening to an imposter…the master manipulator. We are allowing counterfeit exchanges to take place.

1. God’s love is a beautiful unexplainable exchange. We give nothing in exchange for unfailing and unending love! Boom mind blown. 
2. It’s like trying to buy something with counterfeit money- it’s fake and worth nothing. have you ever had someone check your bills before? 

3 ways to keep you moving forward in confidence in your God given purposes today!!

God has purpose for you! You were made ON purpose WITH purpose- first you need to be reminded of this!! 

1. Remember who you are!
2.  Make time with Jesus priority!!
3. Use your words and speak it out!
   
   

Here are some scriptures to write down and speak out over yourself!

2 Timothy 1:7- God has not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, love and sound mind.

Ps 34:4- I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.

Romans 8:15- The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship(or in this case daughership) And by him we cry, “ Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. - even insert YOUSELF into this! “The Spirit I received does not make ME a slave…” 

Ps 56:3 “When I am afraid, I put my trust in You. 

Ps 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Scripture on confidence-

Jeremiah 17:7- But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.

Hebrews 4:16- Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Chatting about Philippians 2:14-15

Having a relationship with God is a choice. We have the choice how we want to respond to Him, how we want to pursue relationship with Him, how much we want to know His word, How much time we will spend with Him, 

It’s a choice. So many times we run to God when we want something Or need something. We beg him for a new job or house or favor in a situation but when it doesn’t happen how we want we question Him and blame Him and then that gives us reason to neglect our relationship because He ‘obviously’ doesn’t really love me etc. LIES FROM the enemy!!!

Today I encourage you to put Jesus first. Get in a routine that will help you do this and see what God can do in and through you!!

God's word is God breathed, alive and active! He gave us His word as a weapon and tool. So let's use it to give us the authority and power we have in Jesus so walk in victory as the daughter He calls us to be!

Write these down and speak them out over yourself!

Greater is He that is in the me than he that is in the world- 1 John 4:4

The same Spirit that rose Jesus Christ from the dead, lives in me- Romans 6:10

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength-Philippians 4:13

I am the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus- 2 Corinthians 5:21

 No weapon formed against me will prosper- Isaiah 54:7

Nothing can separate me from the love of Christ- Romans 8:35

I know that He who began a good work in me will complete it- Philippians 1:6

The peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus- Philippians 4:7

Use these(and any others you may love) to take authority over every aspect of your life!
Declare these scriptures boldly!!

Talking a bit more about The Fruit of the Spirit!!

LOVE!!

1 Corinthians 13:1-7
If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if  I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps not record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

The love being talked about in both of these instances is an agape love.

       2. Spend time with Jesus everyday!!

     3. Surrender your worries and stresses to God

Psalms 55:22- Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.

We are a selfish people. Naturally we come into the world with sin. I mean it doesn’t take long for a child to learn the word ‘mine’ and fight for things to belong to them. We have to be taught to share or care or put others first. This isn’t our natural tendency.

But are you enough? The answer is no. Which sounds harsh and against culture. The culture says that you want more. We are sinful creatures in need of a savior. I know that is hard to swallow and hopefully it doesn’t sound harsh. I’m here with ya friend! I’m constantly needing to be reminded that I NEED Jesus.

BUT there is good news!!! WITH JESUS we are enough.   In HIM we are filled. In HIM we have victory- 1 Corinthians 15:57- 'but thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ';
in HIM we have freedom- Galatians 5:1 '​It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery';
in HIM we have peace- Philippians 4:6 'Instead, in every situation with prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God. And the peace that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.';

In HIM we have love that never ends or fails!- Romans 8:39“Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord"

When we trust that HE will be all we need then we actually allow Him to do the work and lead us to the best life we can have through Him!!

Alright, before I got I want to make sure you know that this isn't’ coming from a place of shaming. I’ve been there. I know how easy it is to get caught up in the world and what it has to offer. BUT nothing is better than partnering with God my friend! He offers a billion times more than the world does and its FREE!!! Alot of times the worlds way comes at a cost…not with Jesus! Anyway, know that I’m here to help you and I want to see you grow! My heart isn’t to make you feel shame or guilt. If you feel you’ve been doing things wrong then today is the day to make things right and move forward from here!! Thank goodness that each day is a new day in Jesus!

Talking about the Fruit of the Spirit- Galatians 5:16

Today's fruit is Peace.

'The word 'peace' comes from the Greek word eirene, the Greek equivalent for the Hebrew word Shalom, which expresses the idea of wholeness, completeness, or tranquility in the soul that is unaffected by outward circumstances or pressures. The word eirene strongly suggests the rule of order in place of chaos. When a person is dominated by eirene(peace), he has a calm, inner stability that results in the ability to conduct himself peacefully, even in the midst of circumstances that would normally be very nerve-racking, traumatic, or upsetting.'

This peace that comes from the Holy Spirit is a deep rooted peace that makes no sense in the natural because it's produced because of God!!

With the epidemic of comparison running rampant in our culture it is very easy to believe the lie that you are unqualified or unworthy for the call of God on your life. When I say ‘call’ I mean the plans that He has for you in this season and time. Which can change over time! BUT we all have a calling to share Jesus with others.

Whether that be in our homes, at work, serving in our church….He has placed us in our specific circle for a reason and plan! Isn’t that exciting! Again with comparison being an issue we can very easily look at others and desire their circle…their circle of friends, their circle of influence, their circle of community, their church circle… but IF you have been seeking God, and IF you are surrendered to Him then you are right where you are supposed to be.

You are the only YOU which means YOu are perfect to reach the people around you in this specific season. SO lean into that and ask God to help you see that there is a need for YOU in your circle!

Also, side note…if you are desiring better friendships, better community etc…make it happen! Jump into community online or go to your women’s bible study at church. Call a friend and ask them to dinner or coffee. Be the influence and friend that you desire and see what God can do through you!!

Quote from Rick Renner's Sparkling Gem Devotional

The word 'goodness' is from the word agathusune, which means goodness in the sense of being good to someone. This word was used to portray a person who is generous, big-hearted, liberal and charitable with their finances. We could call this person a giver. So when the Bible tells us that one of the fruits of the Spirit is goodness, God is letting us know that He wants us to be selfless, using our resources to help change people's living conditions for the better!

When we are connected to the Holy Spirit, HE will create a generous giver in us. Or we will bear that fruit and THEN

In Luke 6:38 It says GIVE and it will be given to you, good measure, pressed down shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap!

So how good is God? He gives us the Spirit so we can be lead here on earth, who helps us produces fruits of generosity. AND when we give He will give back to us! WHAT?? He's so awesome and GENEROUS!

Are you feeling like the pressures of this world are keeping you from finding peace in Jesus? I know that this life is diffituclt and this world is CRAZY…sometimes it feels like we are literally upside down, backwards and inside out. The things that are becoming ‘normal’ are SO far against what God is calling us to we can get lost in a state of confusion. Not knowing what to believe or how to live the life that God is calling us to! So let’s dive a little into a few ways to combat this confusion. 

1. Stay consistent in your word and focused on Jesus!
     -1 Corinthians 14:33- For God is not the author of confusion but of peace.

2. Surrender fear, anxiety and guilt- lay it down at the feet of Jesus
      - James 4:7 says ‘Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you
     
3. SLOW down and STOP believing the world’s lie that you should be doing more
       - -“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light” (Matthew 11:28–30)

So what is meekness? The word meekness comes from the Greek word prautes, which depicts the attitude or demeanor of a person who is forbearing, patient, and slow to respond in anger; one who remains in control of herself in the face of insults or injuries. In the Greek language, the word conveys the idea of a high and noble ideal to be aspired to in one's life. Although, an injurious situation may normally produce a rash or angry outburst, a meek person is controlled by kindness, gentleness, mildness, or even friendliness.

Remember the Fruit of the Spirit is produced when we are connected to Jesus and submitting our lives to the Holy Spirit! When we surrender to Him, He can produce the fruit in and through us!

1) Let go of other people's expectations
                    Galatians 1:10- Am i now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.

2) Learn to trust in God!
                Jeremiah 17:7-8- But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. they will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. 

3)Listen
           Proverbs 17:28- even fools are thought wise if they keep silent, and discerning if they hold their tongues.
           James 1:19- My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak…
         2 corinthians 1:3-praise be to the God and Father of our Lord jesus christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

Definition of Self Control- the ability to control oneself, in particular one's emotions and desires or the expression of them in one's behavior, especially in difficult situations.

Through he Holy Spirit we have power over our fleshly desires. A person with self control maintains a lift of moderation and control. Other words that translate here are restraint, moderation, discipline, balance, temperance

You can see how opposite temperance or self control is to the works of the flesh. If the flesh is allowed to have its way , it will over worry, overwork, overeat, overindulge, and literally run itself to death. But when a person is controlled by the Holy Spirit, God’s spirit produces in him a discipline over the physical realm that helps her sustain her physical condition, stay in good health, remain free from sin and live a life that is moderate and balanced.

Proverbs 25:28- like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self control

2 Peter 1:5-8

For this very reason make every effort to add to your faith goodness, and to goodness, knowledge;and to knowledge, self control and to self control perseverance;, godliness; and the godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1) Trust them but don’t. I mean let them earn your trust BUT also be smart and keep boundaries set in place so they don’t fail. We as their mamas want to set them up for success! If we put them in potential situations that could hinder their walk with the Lord OR give them a chance to fail then we are doing them a disservice.

Matthew 6:22- The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.

2)COMMUNICATION- It is SO important to talk with your kids. They don't need to know everything BUT talk with them about all the things they want to talk about. Make sure they know they can ask you things and tell you things WITHOUT judgement or condemnation.

3) Let go of expectations- this goes back to lots of conversations about comparison.
4) PRAY PRAY PRAY!!

1. STOP- just stop. Slow down. Enjoy the moments that are right in front of you. Stop comparing your life to others. Take time to be grateful for what YOU have!! Stop the hustle and bustle and busy. Bring all that to a halt and look at what is right in front of you. Stop scrolling and sit with your kids at a board game. Or have them help you make dinner, eat all together and have conversation and laughter fill your home. These small choices will help you to enjoy the little things and not stress about stuff that doesn’t matter.

1. 1 John 2:15-17- Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life- comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. 

    2. Say no- you don’t have to be at all the things- you don’t have to buy all the things. You don’t have to invite everyone over for all the things. Lol i give you permission to say no and just do the things you actually enjoy doing.

3. Find a way for your family to serve somewhere- church, local community outreach, their school- change your perspective by giving instead of focusing on the receiving.

Ephesians 2:4

1 John 4:18- There is not fear in Love…and in verse 16 it says that God is love- in other words fear is not of or from God.

Spiritual disciplines are practices that by design can lead to life transformation. Their purpose is to aid our spiritual growth as disciples of Christ and deepen our relationship with God. They are like training exercises for the spiritual life.

Ultimately Spiritual discipline is a DECISION-  to implement good discipline in your life you have to choose to make changes for growth to happen!

It is not an accident that you were born in this era and put in the place that you re in. As a mom or wife or leader at your church…God has a plan for you! 

It’s time for us to remember who we are and whose we are. Chosen, called, forgiven, redeemed, loved, beautiful daughters of the king. 

We are equipped by his word and the power of our testimony!! That is IF we chose to get into his word(cause it’s a choice!) and if we choose to share what God has done and not be ashamed of our past. We have the key to helping others through our story and all that God has done in and through us!!

Ok I know you are hearing and seeing all kinds of posts about ‘new start new year new goals new you…etc. And to be honest I have been excited for the new year. Something about starting over and having a fresh start sounds amazing. And there was nothing crazy bad about 2022. There were ALOT of things going on BUT also ALOT of amazing family time and growth! BUT it’s nice to know there is sort of a reset coming that can bring me back and help me focus. Especially after the Christmas season where we over indulge and tend to get lazy etc. (or maybe that is just me?? lol)

And today I want to encourage you in the fresh start of 2023. Not to tell you that you should make these lofty goals of reading 5 chapters of the Bible a day, feed the homeless in your neighborhood, start making super healthy meals for your family every night, read more, shop less, serve at your church every week, etc etc etc. No I’m here to remind you of things that are new BECAUSE of Jesus. We can’t work or earn or change routines to get the newness that comes from just being with Him. 

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”

—2 Corinthians 5:17

1. A Fresh start bring new beginnings which come from God!
2. A Fresh start brings new perspectives and direction
3. A Fresh start brings new gratitude and praise

But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.

Even when we feel insignificant, God sees everything!

He loves you- the good, the bad, the ugly! He created you and calls you His child!

We have to trust that God is good and has good plans for us!
He doesn't have a perfect life for us BUT he has hope, love and joy that is unexplainable!
He has purpose for us even in what seems insignificant.

Are you trusting God with your every day? Are you giving him all the small parts of your day? Trusting that HE will give you all you need?
