British PR Supremo Brian Basham said on YouTube he started his business association with Ghislaine about 10 years through her Terra-Mar project.

 

He is one of public faces her the Real Ghislaine campaign and is unapologetic about his role.

 

“I refuse to call them victims,” he said of the minor victims in US v Maxwell.

 

”The lawyers will have a field day.”

 

Mr Basham said Maxwell was 'naive' but didn't know anything about the Epstein crimes.

 

The publicist, who once reportedly charged £50,000-a-week for PR counsel, said Judge Alison Nathan was biased against Maxwell and the US Justice system was “evil.”

The first part of this portion of the cross examination is by Ghislaine Maxwell's long-time attorney Jeffrey Pagliuca. 

As well, witness Carolyn now plays a key role in the Prince Andrew case. She says she can provide verification that Virginia Giuffre told her about the encounter in 2001.


Carolyn Andriano, as she is now known, told The Daily Mail, Virginia revealed in 2001 she had slept with Prince Andrew when she was in London.


In an interview, she said, “I’m in London with Jeffrey and Maxwell and Prince Andrew”,’ Carolyn recalls.


‘She said they were going to have dinner. I kind of didn’t believe her, but I had no reason not to. I thought it was far-fetched but, then again, she knew wealthy people and had been to fancy parties and stuff like that.


Later, she told the publication she was full of questions: ‘I asked her if she’d been to the Palace. And she said, “I got to sleep with him”. I said, “What? You’re f****** with me”, and she said “no, I got to sleep with him”.

Transcripts of this week's testimonies in the Ghislaine Maxwell sex trafficking case are being leaked to a man leading a smear campaign against an Epstein survivor 

The records are being put in the hands of a men's rights activist from the UK. He has been targeting for months Epstein whistleblower Virginia Giuffre.  

This contributes to his campaign of slander and harassment against the Epstein whistleblower.

They include the opening statement day 1 and Jane's examination from Day 3. 

At the same time, the man is hyping up these transcripts on his website and foreshadowing interviews with one of the Maxwell brothers.

We aren’t naming him because he revels in attacking Ms Giuffre.

And the controversial lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, who has told the court in another case he's dying and unable to assist the court in another matter is also scheduled for an interview.

Interesting Dershowitz is now able to speak to this men's rights activist (with his own a checkered past) on his podcast. 


Legal resources shouldn't be used to harass survivors. The integrity of the legal system is every thing.

So what will we do? We are going to narrate the transcripts here and call him out. 

And we're going to emphasize what to us with some of the more compelling moments of the week. Because at the end of the day, this is not about one man's obsessive hatred of Virginia Roberts.

It's about documenting and getting to the truth. So if this means we have to steal his thunder, we will.

Because it's about time this BS was called out for what it actually is.

It's the continuous, decades-long harassment of survivors.

Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein's former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell is facing new charges, including trafficking of a minor, in the latest development in the Epstein scandal, which has again thrown her name into the spotlight.

US Federal prosecutors charge that the former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein recruited and groomed a 14-year-old girl to have sexual relations with him as recently as 2004. Prosecutors filed new sex trafficking charges against former Epstein associate on Monday.

The two counts were added to six previously-filed charges against her and the Government has also indicated it wants her property!

Maxwell, the wealthy and glamorous woman who has been accused of grooming four girls for sex with Jeffrey Epstein.

A third person has claimed former US President Bill Clinton visited pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s Caribbean island.

Survivor Virginia Roberts Guiffre, Epstein’s IT contractor Steve Scully and now former Clinton staffer Doug Band have stated publicly the ex-President spent time on Little St James Island.

Clare Hazell, aka Lady Iveagh, aka Clare Guinness, mate of Ghislaine Maxwell, and was the alleged “minder” of survivor Maria Farmer when she was trafficked to the Les Wexner estate.

A Sunday Mirror probe can reveal flight logs show she [Clare Hazell-Iveagh] travelled on Epstein's private plane dubbed the Lolita Express. We also reveal:

"The woman—now married to a multi-millionaire—jetted between his homes in New York, the Caribbean, Florida and New Mexico.”

Jeffrey Epstein was one of America’s most powerful men. Adriana Ross was a former model from Poland. Together, they were both accused of recruiting young girls for sex trafficking.

Ross has been hiding in plain sight in Miami, Florida, this entire time. She was one of the conconspirators who helped recruit young girls for Epstein and was listed on the controversial 2008 plea deal. 

She started working for Jeffrey Epstein in 2002 and was charged with recruiting young girls for his sex slave ring.

As well, she was also the one to hide some of his incriminating evidence from law enforcement, according to statements to police.

When police raided Epstein’s Palm Beach home, they found signs of computers but Adriana, according to Epstein staff, managed to get them out of the house before authorities arrived.

The last sighting of her was in 2019 when she fled the media in tears outside a church in Miami. So who is she?

In a bizarre statement, the New York Academy of Art is blaming an Epstein survivor for her sister’s Epstein assault.

The academy blamed Maria Farmer’s association with Jeffrey Epstein for an assault on her sister, Annie.

This is despite the fact the academy’s Eileen Guggenheim introduced Ms Farmer to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

One of Jeffrey Epstein's accusers is urging other people to come forward in the sex trafficking case.

Whistleblower Virginia Roberts Giuffre testified against Jean-Luc Brunel in Paris last week. He is a former agent, who was accused of sexual assault.

It is the latest turn in an international investigation into sexual assault allegations. Brunel is suspected of organising the "accommodation of young girls or young women on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein”.

He was charged with sexual harassment and the rape of minors over 15 years old by a magistrate. He is suspected of having committed acts of rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment on various minor or major victims and of having in particular organised the transport and accommodation of young girls or young women on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein.

Meanwhile, Ghislaine Maxwell’s siblings are this week going public again on ABC America, along with her lawyer. So that made us dig into who they are following on Twitter and it’s most intiguing.

In breaking news today out of New York in Giufree v Prince Andrew: 

Out-of-court settlement reached today in Duke of York sexual assault case with mother-of-three Virginia Giuffre

Prince Andrew's decision to settle a claim that he sexually assaulted Giufree as a teenage girl may bring an end to his legal difficulties

But the damage to his reputation means his public image may not recover

Ms Giuffre said the prince forced her to have sex with him at the London home of Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite and longtime associate of Jeffrey Epstein, and at properties owned by Epstein. Prince Andrew denied the allegations.

According to ABC News Australia: “In a joint statement filed in court, lawyers for Prince Andrew and Ms Giuffre did not disclose the sum of Prince Andrew's payment, but said the duke would make a "substantial donation" to Ms Giuffre's charity in support of victims' rights.

If the case had gone to trial and Ms Giuffre won, Prince Andrew could have been ordered to pay Ms Giuffre damages. She had asked in 2021 for an unspecified amount.

The Epstein “suicide” prison officers are avoiding jail due to a plea deal with the government. This leads Lisa & Jen to lament the number of arrests in this case - there has been five! The prison officers, Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and Jean-Luc Brunel.

She was the head administrator in Palm Beach, organised the logistics for the girls and the women caught up in the sex trafficking operation.

Ghislaine Maxwell, who is facing 80 years in jail, wants to be arraigned on new sex trafficking charges in-person. She also requests her family be given time to make travel arrangements to attend.

 

But her family is saying she’s being treated like the iconic horror film character Hannibal Lecter.  

The hearing was originally scheduled for April 16 in New York City.

This is a dramatic shift from previous proceedings where she was not required to appear in person for her arraignment hearing due to covid-19 restrictions.

For Maxwell, the hearing is just a placeholder for what's to come: an all out legal game of cat and mouse with prosecutors based off evidence in law enforcement’s possession for years.

One possible issue at the hearing: prosecutors might try to use their late timing of the new charges as tactical gamesmanship.

We are close to a time when the world will know what (if anything) Ghislaine Maxwell did. The truth may be ugly and we need to prepare for it.

There are hundreds of hours of video that the prosecution has been able to get its hands on for the Maxwell case, as well as hundreds of super secret photos, possibly of the jailed socialite and others involved with Epstein.

 

At the same time, the abuse survivors were again let down today by a court in Atlanta. The Epstein non-prosecution deal was not a violation of the victims’ rights, said the court of appeal.

 

So why does this matter? Because we need answers from those who facilitated these crimes - how did it happen? Who knew? Who was involved? And how do we stop it happening again? This podcast will proceed week-by-week to try to answer our questions.

Originally aired in late February, this Start Here is a primer to get you up to date with the background of what is the Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell alleged child sex trafficking criminal ring. 

This is a narration of part of Ghislaine Maxwell survivor Minor Victim 4's testimony.  This is the Prosecution’s questioning of "Carolyn", who was just 14 years old when she was first met Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein.

As well, Carolyn also now plays a key role in the Prince Andrew case. She says she can provide verification that Virginia Giuffre told her about the encounter in 2001.

Carolyn Andriano, as she is now known, told The Daily Mail, Virginia revealed in 2001 she had slept with Prince Andrew when she was in London.

In an interview, she said, “I’m in London with Jeffrey and Maxwell and Prince Andrew”,’ Carolyn recalls.

‘She said they were going to have dinner. I kind of didn’t believe her, but I had no reason not to. I thought it was far-fetched but, then again, she knew wealthy people and had been to fancy parties and stuff like that.

Later, Carolyn was full of questions: ‘I asked her if she’d been to the Palace. And she said, “I got to sleep with him”. I said, “What? You’re f****** with me”, and she said “no, I got to sleep with him”.

While people are moving enmasse out of New York City due to covid, one alleged Epstein coconspirator is on the downlow in one of the city’s popular neighbourhoods.

Sarah Kellen/Kensington/Bonk/Vickers is living in a penthouse with her husband Brian Vickers, amid rumours she’s trying to cut a deal with law enforcement in the Ghislaine Maxwell case.

Kellen is accused of recruiting and scheduling up to six sessions a day in the Palm Beach mansion in the early 2000s.

She allegedly  prepared the oils and the lotions in the rooms where the sex abuse occurred. According to police, Kellen saw hundreds of girls go up those spiral stairs at Epstein’s Palm Beach home.

She’s pleaded the fifth amendment on the Epstein allegations and was one of the beneficiaries of the much-criticised Acousta plea deal. So we may never know her story.

New York City is not the first choice under normal circumstances but the covid crisis has seen Epstein alleged coconspirator hide out in a normally conspicuous part of the city, except during covid.
