I know, right? Me again already, but I HAD to put out an episode! I was too excited. Why, you ask? Because I received two call in's from the masterful Logan "Swordbreaker" Howard. Wherein I talk about MAID RPG, the weirdest, coolest, most obscure game I've come across in my 30+ years of gaming.

My brain is a little melted right now from making characters all day but I do manage to ramble about banners for a bit.

I kick off the episode by discussing why the argument of "backstories are lame because someone will show up with a first level character that killed a dragon, and that's just silly" isn't a good argument. Then we get into some calls from Kevin on what to call Jason, from Jason on running games without reading them, and a long call from Karl about Cyberpunk 2020 vs. Cyberpunk Red vs. Shadowrun. I'm lucky enough to be able to end another episode with a fantastic reading about sleeping dragons, though this time not from Safer. All good things must come to an end, thus the conclusion to the Rat Hack aka A Green and Pleasant Land. That's right folks, it's the epic end of the Pathfinder 1e mini campaign I've been running for the past few months and I want to talk about it! I also want to talk about how lucky I am to have the best players in the world! Each of them were kind enough to call in and tell us what their character is up to one year later, despite my players being sooooo over the RPG homework assignments I always seem to assign. Eternal thanks to five of the most amazing players of all time: James, Julz, Laura, Shell, and Woody. Y'all are the best!

My last couple episodes have generated some pretty rad discussions, which I'm sharing with you fine folks today. I had an awesome birthday weekend and was lucky enough to play a bunch of games. I talk about the most recent session of Wrath of the Righteous, the first session of my new Beyond the Wall campaign, and the game of Reaver that I was lucky enough to make this time. So much fun!
