08 Dec 2022252: The Art of a Holistic Alcohol Coach with Mary Wagstaff00:59:44

As a holistic alcohol coach, Mary Wagstaff uses her own journey of inquiring into alcohol to help clients see that a new relationship with alcohol is possible and that it can be a tool of empowerment. Dive into this episode to learn the consequences of alcohol and how we can eradicate our desire to consume it!

In this episode, we'll cover the following:

  • Effects of alcohol on the brain and body
  • The role of the divine feminine in our relationship to alcohol
  • Why mindset and words are important in changing our relationship with alcohol

About Mary Wagstaff
Mary Wagstaff is a Holistic Alcohol Coach that loves to talk to her audience about the infiltration of alcohol as an acceptable part of a healthy lifestyle. She found herself one morning on the floor of a hot yoga studio, unable to finish her practice because of the fleeting night before. While she lived life by her own design, she couldn’t beat the daily overwhelm of a mind consumed by alcohol. The consequences were taking away the pleasure of all she had worked so hard for.

She then helped turn the minds and hearts of other women struggling with alcohol exhaustion into Women of Self Authority by eliminating their desire for alcohol altogether. That’s when she created her coaching mentorship program. A holistic approach to getting alcohol out of the way, so they can find more meaning and connection in their lives.

This revolutionary process has transformed women with varying relationships to alcohol from around the world from daily drinkers to high-level thinkers. Turning their desire for alcohol into reawakening their desire for life.

It is her humbled, high honor to walk Women from around the world through this sacred threshold of initiation to the other side of alcohol, where they find deep alignment with their values and purpose.

How Your Diet Affects Your Oral & Overall Health | Dr. Ann Nguyen-Chung

About Dr. Ann Kartini Nguyen-Chung

Dr. Ann Kartini Nguyen-Chung as a Dentist, has a passion for contributing to the overall health and wellness of others. The story begins in 2020 when she developed a  painful rash around her mouth and consulted a dermatologist. After several weeks of using medications without success, it turned out that her rash was due to an allergic reaction to one of her lip balms. Unfortunately, with such an extensive ingredient list, she could not pinpoint which ingredient was causing these embarrassing and painful sores. She began making her own plant-based lip balms with high-quality, minimal ingredients. Her skin cleared up! She continued experimenting and making other personal care products at home.

Her youngest sister got laid off, and she wanted to help. The combination of her holistic plant-based lifestyle, dental background, and drive to help create jobs is how Happi Hippo Plant Organics was born. Her intention for this business is to be a blessing to humans, animals, and the planet. That is why her tagline is “Eco, toxin-free, vegan body care, for a  Happi you and a Happi planet!”

About Victoria Moran

Victoria Moran has written for publication since she was a teenager—teen mags, health food store, and vegetarian publications, and spiritual journals. She has written 13 books about well-being, spirituality, and Vegan living. Her proposed 14th, Age Like a Yogi, is in the beginning stages. VegNews magazine listed her among the Top 10 Living Vegetarian Authors, and she was on Oprah twice, which, at that time, she felt like being initiated as a genuine writer.

She's certified as a life coach and a holistic health coach, and she’s an RYT-200 registered yoga teacher. These interests give her the ingredients to assemble workshops and retreats on living well and aging well, ayurveda, spirituality, and thriving as a Vegan.
