Kevin has a wealth of experience from over a decade in the fitness space that enables him to bring a fully equipped toolbox of training and dieting methods in which to equip his Clients. 1:50 'Being a beginner in the Gym, when do you know you’ve done enough - it’s all a bit confusing!'

5:55 'Never sure which way I should point my feet when doing leg press / leg extension ect.

9:10 'I struggle to take rest days and always have a massive feeling of guilt when I do. I know you always tell me to factor them into the week but is there a way to avoid feeling awful when I don’t get to the gym?'

15:20 'I’m a bit of a creature of habit and usually end up eating the same thing every day. These often come in cycles where I’ll mix things up every 2/3 weeks. Is this bad or can I keep doing what I’m doing?'

18:08 'I want to be more plant based and I’m wondering what the best way to to do this is?'

25:15 'Is too much Protein bad for me? My kidneys?' 

27:35 'I recently started going to the gym a bit more (since lockdown ended and it was a total disaster). Evening snacking was a common barrier that came up in a recent Check In that I addressed in an IG post (see below) but felt there was much more to expand on. This is followed by a look into Binge Eating.

A massive caveat on this: I am not a psychologist. I am however a personal trainer, the nature of who's business is extremely invested in all aspects of their Client's wellbeing and this may or may not include binge eating. I have also had personal experience of this and will touch on that during the podcast.
