Apparently, many early Christians also wore forehead markings that look strikingly similar to a tilak and many icons were made with these markings-- even the other High Beings in the imagery of the Cross have them. What have you been believing in? I'm guilty of believing in superfoods. I'm always googling, like if I'm eating something particularly healthy, I like to Google and read about studies that have been done on what it can prevent or what it can strengthen. And I catch myself in the midst of that old pattern of behavior and laugh at myself, but I still find myself doing it as if it's the carrots, or the celery, or the seeded grapes... It's God, appearing as those things. And you still eat those things. You still eat good, you still eat God-- that's Communion. You're aware that the substance of those grapes is him. Is IT. And you will close back up a million times today. But each time is an opportunity to notice and open again, knowing that, 'When I'm open, I am That. It is here. It is done, already'. This is the Way. Can you remain open while holding this Joy, allowing this Joy to hold you open? Let those words go past your mind. Love is appearing as a European retreat right now, but I'll be back with new episodes on Jan 8th! I love you! I am you! ****** Chanting keeps my eyes on God. My 'I' in, and AS God. I chant Ram, Ram, Ram all throughout the day as often as I can remember (60%-75% of my waking hours-- aloud when I'm alone, silently when I'm with others). When I'm hearing the Sound (sounds like a high pitch 'eeeeee', here), I stop chanting and just Hear. Sometimes I continue to chant Ram WHILE hearing the Sound at the same time. Whether I'm chanting or hearing, I'm KNOWING by feeling that I'm not here as this body, as this scene, as this moment, I'm here as Love. I'm here as the Sound. I'm here as Light. The Sound, the Name breaks my belief in the world, in my problems, in myself. This is a 24/7 365 practice. It must go on constantly. It is your rope. Your lifeline. Keep climbing and don't let go!
