Of course I’ve read this book. It’s really cool, it has teens and intrigue and romance but what I love about it is the emotion. This is respectable dystopian sci-fi packaged as a blockbuster.

In this inaugural entry of our MINI-EPISODE companion series "The P-Files," hear a check-in from Ryan and dig into the lore. Someone sent him possible clues and/or threats; Ryan refuses to keep running from the past, and we hear an excerpt from famous audiobook narrator, Teri Delongpre. 

Ahead of the upcoming release of Chapter 4: Part II this week, let's catch up with what's happened so far in the story.

Probably the most important thing to know is that Ryan wrote an ORIGINAL manuscript with mature tech themes set against the backdrop of Y2K titled "Overclock" that is not stolen.

Ryan's enterprising agent J. Jordan St. Avalon thinks "Overclock" might have legs and is currently reading it to see if Ryan deserves an invite back to the industry. 

Ryan did not steal this idea from Lydia Graumann, the Head of the Luke Pattersby Official Fan Club. He read her manuscript (which she forgot to put her name on) but it reminded him of a desk-drawer novel he had already written that had a few *barely* similar details.
