Mark McCormack used to argue against anyone that said there was a God and certainly never believed in Christianity. A few short weeks ago I spoke to Mark about the many concerns and arguments he had against Christianity. At that time I knew in my heart that he would find the Truth in Jesus Christ. I knew that he was seeking and anyone who seeks diligently for the Truth will find it in Jesus. A year and a half ago, when I first encountered Mercy, I had no inkling of the profound impact she would have on my life. Recognizing my fervor for spiritual discovery, Mercy gently steered me toward Truth. With just two simple suggestions – the series "The Chosen" and podcast titled Three and One (threeandone.org) to delve into the Bible – my perspective began to shift. Though our in-person interactions were brief and our communication mainly through sporadic texts over the past eighteen months, this acquaintance swiftly evolved into a cherished sisterhood in Christ.

Reflecting on our exchanges from early 2023, I can sense the zeal I possessed for understanding Jesus. This journey culminated in February of this year when, in a text to Mercy, I shared my momentous decision: I texted “Hi Mercy! I pray you and your family are well. I have news… have found faith in Jesus. I have accepted him as my Lord and Savior. I am ready to build a relationship with Him. Up until now have been very resistant and have been looking for answers everywhere else. Jesus came to me in a dream…very clearly. I was told to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I’m finally ready. I'm still fearful and definitely need support from true believers. Do you have any time to talk this week? Our ensuing conversation, a few days later, was marked by mutual joy and affirmation.

Subsequently, I had the privilege of visiting Mercy at her home in Minnesota, where we delved into our spiritual odyssey. In this episode, we offer glimpses into our personal transformations, with Mercy graciously sharing her own testimony of encountering Jesus.

Mercy embodies the virtues of a Proverbs 31 woman, epitomizing love and devotion as a wife to her husband Keith, raising their six children with Jesus as the cornerstone of their home. Meet Stacey Jean Smith. I was introduced to Stacey when I was first accepting Jesus into my life. Her insight on going from New Age to Jesus was extremely helpful for me at a very confusing time in my journey. When faced with changing my entire belief system, Stacey had the experience and wisdom to share with me and was gracious enough to answer all of my questions to the best of her ability.

I grew up as a very shy girl and then became a severe people-pleaser for the majority of my life. It used to pain me to imagine anyone being upset with me or even disagreeing with me. In this episode I share how God chose me and equipped me to speak His name boldly! I know I am upsetting lots of people and even losing relationships, but I do this because I love you all and want you to have eternal life.

Join me as I share my journey from exploring Ayahuasca and New Age spirituality to discovering the truth of Christianity. This episode dives into my personal testimony of faith, highlighting the ups, downs, and eye-opening moments along the way. It's all about finding hope, healing, and redemption through Jesus.

Honestly, if you had told me a few years ago that I'd be here writing about my faith in Jesus, I would've laughed. For most of my life, I was pretty skeptical of religion, especially Christianity.

But everything changed for me in November 2021. That’s when my spiritual awakening kicked off—a total shift in my mindset where, for the first time in my adult life, I believed in the possibility of God. I started this intense journey, both inside and out, to find my true self and connect with something greater than me.

If you've been listening to my podcast, you already know I’ve tried so many different spiritual paths looking for that real connection with God. I’ve explored Ayahuasca, meditation, yoga, and even medium readings. I went all in, thinking these things would bring me healing and fulfillment. Looking back, I realize I was relying on myself and idolizing the creation rather than the Creator. I thought I could heal myself, but I’ve learned that true healing only comes from God.

The crazy part? God never left my side, even when I was looking in all the wrong places. He was always there, silently guiding me until, finally, in January 2024, He spoke to me in a dream. That moment broke down every barrier of doubt I had. And by February 22, 2024, I fully embraced Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

In this episode, I sit down with Jenn Hon, a lifelong believer in Jesus who found herself entangled in the deceptions of New Age practices, including psychic readings and angel card readings. God had given Jenn the unique gift of communicating with the spiritual realm, but she unknowingly began using it in ways that weren't aligned with His will. For two years, I sought love, a connection with God, and fulfillment through New Age spiritual practices. I used psychedelics, including Ayahuasca nine times and psilocybin (mushrooms) many times, and I know many others who have explored various psychedelics in their spiritual journeys. After coming to know Jesus, I realized that while I thought these substances were helping me heal, they were actually leading me to believe I was the god of my own life, pulling me further from the truth. Psychedelics, renowned for connecting us with the spiritual realm, offer a profound journey into our innermost selves. Wow! This is a must watch/listen. Tela did not believe in God. Unexpectedly she and her husband were both arrested. While in jail, Tela felt the love of God. The kicker is that her husband was saved at the same time and they didn’t know until they were reunited when they both were released from jail.

Georgia's journey is one of profound transformation and redemption. Raised with a foundation in Jesus, she strayed from her faith during her teenage years, seeking solace and healing in marijuana, New Age spirituality, psychedelics, and other practices. As she grappled with the weight of childhood trauma, Georgia found herself drawn to various paths of self-discovery, including priestess training, Kundalini yoga, tantra, and plant medicine.

Her struggles led her into homelessness at a young age and eventually to becoming part of the LGBTQ community, where she wrestled with her identity and harbored deep resentment toward men. Yet, in the midst of darkness, the light of Jesus Christ broke through. Georgia encountered the truth, embraced the healing and freedom found in Christ, and never looked back.

In this powerful and raw episode, Amanda shares her incredible testimony of redemption and healing. Raised in the Catholic Church, she always felt distant from God, leading her to seek fulfillment in the wrong places. After being introduced to pornography at a young age, Amanda became obsessed with seeking attention from men, which spiraled into toxic relationships, addiction to alcohol, bulimia, and deep emotional pain. She endured unfathomable pain including being a rape survivor, having an abortion, and facing suicidal thoughts while desperately trying to fill the void in her heart.

Turning to New Age practices like meditation, chakra healing, yoga, reiki, and ayahuasca, Amanda was even on the path to becoming a shaman. But none of these brought her the peace and healing she desperately sought.

Her life changed when she finally surrendered to Jesus Christ, finding the true fulfillment and unconditional love she had been searching for all along. I firmly rejected Jesus for the majority of my life. I did not surrender to Him until I was 39 years old (only a couple of short months ago). Now that I am seeing the world through new eyes, I see exactly why I rejected Jesus and Christianity for so long. I also see why those who do not know Jesus are still stuck in the ways of this world and are unable to see Him. I truly understand the mindset of non-believers and I understand how hard it is to completely change your belief system to accept Him. I pray this video softens the hearts of non-believers and helps you to see the world through His eyes. It is only through a true relationship with Him that you will see the Truth.
