Anne has managed the operational delivery of a large mental health counseling service and provided clinical leadership and supervision to Psychologists, Social Workers, Drug and Alcohol Counselors, Counselors and Mental Health Nurses using reflective practice in both individualand team settings Anne has been a lecturer in a number of accredited counseling courses and a guest lecture at universities as well as running many workshops. She is the co-author of a published article: ‘Group Work with Incest Survivors: A New Context’ Anne is currently Director of Coaching for ph360, educating health professionals and creating courses on relationships and behavior change. Maximizing happiness and fulfillment through understanding yourself and your relationships with the important people in your life is Anne’s passion and current focus in the world.

Kelly discovered his passion for healing as a teenager when he intuitively helped friends with their health problems. Despite extensive training in vitamins, nutrition, and traditional medicine, he always returned to energy as the core of his healing work. Over the years, Kelly immersed himself in studying mind, body, emotional, and spiritual healing techniques, culminating in his certification as a practitioner in Dr. Bradley Nelson's Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code systems. These techniques help release old traumas, achieve health balance, and remove negative subconscious beliefs, allowing the body to heal itself.

Kelly continues to help others heal themselves, both in person and remotely via phone or Zoom. Angela is a professor of education at Eastern Oregon University working with pre-service teachers earning their teaching licensure. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and registered nurse with a background in critical care. Christina’s holistic approach to patient care stems from her comprehensive nursing education and career.

Originally from Texas, Christina recently relocated to the mountains. Her personal health journey began two years ago when she experienced hair loss and chronic fatigue. Frustrated by conventional medical advice, she delved into functional medicine, discovering unique approaches to health. Christina has battled conditions like Hashimoto’s, EBV, IBS, SIBO, Leaky Gut, and Mold, fueling her passion to help others facing similar issues.

She founded Watchful Wellness, PLLC, launched November 2024. Outside of work, Christina enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their chocolate lab.
