Tori is a client and I wanted to bring her on the show to share her story of how she has broken free from all of the diet culture nonsense. Tori was training for hours every day. She thought she was stuck with a 1200-calorie diet and restrictive programs like Weight Watchers. She felt so much anxiety and fear around food that she felt like she wasn't able to live her life. That's not sustainable. That's not the way to do it. That's where Tori was coming from. Now, she has gone from chasing skinny to chasing strong, which has led to her losing even more weight and body fat and keeping the weight off—and she's not afraid of food anymore. I wanted to bring Tori on the show so you guys can hear all this directly from her—from someone you can relate to—because I know it's not the same to just hear me telling you guys this stuff.
