Rabbanit Yafit is Rabbanit of the Midreshet Amit girls’ high school  in Modiin, a senior lecturer at Matan, and Co-Director of Rikmah, the YCT Beit Midrash for Rabbinic Leadership in Israel. She is on the steering committee of the Beit Hillel rabbinic organization and is involved with its Meshivat Nafesh initiative, bringing women’s scholarship to modern questions of Jewish Law and Thought.
