Welcome to the Eden Project's Conversations in the Canopy podcast where we  explore the past,  present and future of human-nature connection.

Eden's own Tod Coleman talks to passionate people who are knee-deep in connecting people with the natural world, including scientists, storytellers and psychologists.  Beguiling sounds from non-human lifeforms also feature in every episode.

Our host

Tod is an Explainer and Tale Maker here at the Eden Project, giving walking tours of our gargantuan Rainforest Biome. He's passionate about sharing stories of the planet's incredible flora and fauna.

So why is a Geordie on a podcast produced inside of a rainforest, inside of a Biome, inside of a clay pit, in the middle of Cornwall? Find out on the podcast...

Technical note: Apologies for the slightly low volume of Tod's voice during the conversation. We experienced technical difficulties with the mic but thought this episode was too interesting not to put out!
