 About Guest:   

 Adam is a professional photographer by day and an avid steak eater all day! He has teamed up with Kerry Mann and is the Assistant Director on the Healing Humanity documentary.  

In his professional career his published works include: Sports Illustrated Magazine, National Geographic MLB, MHL, NFL, ESPN, Nickelodeon, Scholastics books and more.  

Adam was involved in a severe car accident (caused by another) which resulted in 10% loss of brain function. This was a major ruin in his life. Physical Therapy and the carnivore diet majorly helped in recovering from this brain damage. With the carnivore diet he even describes his cognitive function as better than before the accident.  

Adam was also a vegan for many years and as mentioned above is now a carnivore.  

He wants nothing more than to spread the word of true healing through the Carnivore Diet.

Valerie Anne Smith’s journey is a testament to resilience, transformation, and the power of dietary change in overcoming severe health challenges. Diagnosed with anorexia nervosa at 14, Valerie endured a harrowing 40-year battle with multiple mental health diagnoses, including schizoaffective disorder, clinical depression, anxiety, OCD, and body dysmorphia, compounded by extreme physical health issues. Despite numerous interventions, including inpatient treatment, psychiatric medications, and dietetic guidance that focused on high-carb, low-fat diets, her mental and physical health continued to deteriorate, reaching a critical point with a BMI of 11 and a weight under 80 lbs for most of her adult life.

Dr. Tony Hampton s a board-certified obesity specialist, working with patients individually in the clinic and with small groups enrolled in the diabetes prevention program (D.P.P.). As one of only just over 3,000 board certified obesity medicine specialists in the United States, he’s been able to use his knowledge to help develop and support programs that reduce the obesity burden. 

Dr. Hampton is especially passionate about removing barriers to health and equipping patients and his colleagues with the education and resources they need to take charge of their health. He previously served as the medical director of the Advocate Operating System, where he collaborated with clinicians and staff on programs to address social determinants of health among at-risk patient populations. For example, for the Healthy Living program, he develops education around nutrition and weight loss that help patients set realistic and attainable goals. 
 

He has also been instrumental in the launch of the Food Farmacy (that’s FARM-acy with an “F”) at Advocate Trinity Hospital to increase access to fresh, healthy food for patients and community members in need in partnership with the Chicago Food Depository.

    Robyn was overweight and borderline obese most of her life. She tried too many diets to name and never got the results she hoped for. If she would lose weight, it would rebound and come right back when she stabilized her way of eating.  

     In the early 2000’s she tried the Atkins diet, causing her to realize that eating 20 grams of carbs or less was the answer.  Like many, she started reclimbing the Carb ladder and gained all the weight back.  

    About 5 years ago she restarted Keto and saw great progress.  Again, 2 years ago she craved "a little sweet corn" and the carb cravings came straight back.  She started her Carnivore Journey on February 22, 2023.  Since then, she has found food freedom and eliminated her carb cravings.  

    She is also experiencing what she describes as "incredible health and healing" in her body. She has noticed a reduction in eczema, a reduction in inflammation, NO SEASONAL ALLERGIES, and an overall sense of well-being. 

    Now Robyn looks to share the carnivore way of life with the whole world (particularly the African American community). The Proper Human Diet.

    Join Dr. Kiltz and Eric Reynolds (KetoFiveO), retired wounded police veteran, for an inspirational conversation on how changing your diet can transform your life. 

    Eric served as a Police Officer for the Boynton Beach Police Department in South Florida. During his service, Eric's life changed forever when he was shot by a bank robber in 2012. After his in jury Eric found himself  battling metabolic disease, 75lbs overweight, and suffering from PTSD.  

    In 2018 Eric was diagnosed with heart disease at the age of 48. He was told he needed to be on prescription pills and needed stents.  

    Shortly after his diagnosis, Eric discovered the ketogenic and carnivore ways of eating.  Eric lost 50 lbs in 6 months, and 75 lbs. total. Eric even saw improvements in his PTSD symptoms and developed new strategies for managing his PTSD.  Eric attributes the improvements to the mental clarity he experienced from eating a ketogenic  diet. Eric has also reversed his heart disease without the use of medications. 

    In 2020, Eric started the KetoFiveO Company with the goal of educating first responders on proper nutrition and exercise. Eric now works as a Licensed Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, and is a social media influencer and film producer. 

    In 2021 he started the Cops and Campers Company. This Retreat program helps encourage first responders to get outdoors and talk about their health. Eric and his family travel the country spreading his message while homeschooling their children in their RV.

    At 23 years old, and at the height of his modeling career, Dane Johnson was diagnosed with both severe Ulcerative Colitis & Crohn’s Disease. His life was torn apart. Ironically, Dane was being paid to be healthy, and fit, but behind closed doors he was suffering from severe IBD.

    Dr. Alex Miller is a certified Ketogenic and Carnivore lifestyle coach.  She adapted an animal-based way of eating in early 2020, just as the pandemic was setting in. Alex found great success eating a keto lifestyle, healing her hormone imbalances, period issues, mental health concerns (anxiety, PTSD, PPD), and losing excess body weight.

    Alex came to keto from a vegetarian, and at times vegan diet, of more than 10 years. Although she initially struggled with the idea that vegetables are bad for us, after reading many books and listening to many podcasts, Alex took the carnivore plunge in early 2022 and has never looked back. Her health and mental well-being have skyrocketed to a whole new level ever since.

    Alex is a strong advocate of keto/carnivore for the whole family, as she has seen first hand just how much her kids thrive on this way of eating.  She also encourages all her clients and followers to practice daily mindfulness and gratitude exercises, as she bills them as the true secret to happiness in life.
