However, it also struggles with social mobility and has lower levels of diversity than reflected in the UK population, with clear barriers for entry for those from lower social-economic backgrounds and/or ethnic minorities.

In 2010, he founded and created the world’s first pop-up mall, BOXPARK Shoreditch.
