In May 2024, Juro ran a survey of over 100+ in-house lawyers which found that over 50% had experienced burnout at some point in their career. Elizabeth and I discussed the factors that have contributed to this worrying level of burnout experienced by lawyers.

We then dove into what the recent technological developments could mean for the legal profession, discussing how AI offers lawyers a unique opportunity to work smarter and gain back time to support their mental health and wellbeing.
