Beyond Earths (The Evil Dungeon Master)

After defeating the giant monster the group has to perform the ceremony and has a choice to make to go home!

The group made way into the mountains and tried to find the springs so they could finish up the ceremony to getting back home, but met with some resistance!

After the helicopter crash, the group recovers and now is on the run. Some party members are missing, but they can’t take too much time as they are being run down by a horde of what looks like zombies. The group takes it to the streets to find a car and figure out what happened to Mike’s Family. After some debating they head over to the WinCo Food Mart and encounter some survivors who seem to be “good”.

After trying to catch some shut eye, the group wakes up to find he A-holes are back, and attacking the base in full force, determined to get inside this time. Lead by a new face named Zach, he tries to get inside. Meanwhile a new player joins the game with some followers.

Once the group runs off Zach and his guys, Shep and his followers join the group. Shep provides information about Zach, how dangerous he is and that he feels taking him out now would be the best plain of action. The audio on this episode might be a little off as it was taken from Corey’s recording of the game because Vince’s audio recording software crashed mid game, thank goodness for backups.

In this episode the group finds a secret door behind a painting and decides to follow this new path, as they travel around this temple. The path turns them around a bit as they find their way again. The group discovers a room with some protection symbols on the floor along with a puzzle. Inside the heart of the temple, the group continues where they left off, right at the mirror/chalice room. After looking around a bit they decide to check on the wards protecting the cart, to see if anything has happened to them. In this very episode we pick up where we left off, the group licks their wounds after the fight with the skeletons. The group travels into the room and found the high Priest of this temple, who’s body seemed strange. The group then traveled around the temple, and found a mysterious mirror, with strange wording on it. In which Nova got annoyed and smashed the mirror, annoying the group, but as the group argued over what the mirror could be, Nova impatiently moves forward down a hall way and finds a secret door, which opens up to a room full of mirrors and he appears to have his soul sucked out. In this very episode the group tries to figure out what happened to Torvald and Nova as they figure out the mirrors had a taken their souls. The group had just finished up with the last fight and then moved on exploring the temple. When they discover an interesting chair that when sitting in it, shows them the whole dungeon at once. Then they discovered a person running up the steps out of the temple dressed in black. A chase happened as the group tried to catch him. Then the group went back into town, gathered up their reward and spoke to Master Grant about their findings.

In this very episode the group experiences an incident in town, of a child bitten. When the group went to investigate, old Gnomey noticed a person in black sneaking away. When the group chased after him, they lost him at Master Grant’s house. After looking around they discovered a secret passage way under the house and into the “sewage system”. In this episode, Seran placed Tom the child on the bed properly, blanket over him as he snuck out of the room towards Torvald and then called a meeting, but Gnomey was still in the infirmary. The group discussed how the child had two bites on him, one animal, one human like. Then group reunited with Gnomey and gave nova a disguise so he could creep around unnoticed. The group decided to interview the mother of the child, Helena and she acted very strange, telling the group a very different tale of what happened.

After the final battle is over the group starts looking around for clues. They find a mysterious map with markings on it, as they head back to town and investigate these markings. Meanwhile, Lord Lee and Torvold visit the healer after the battle due to damage obtained, falling in battle. Lord Lee wakes from him Coma, but Torvold does not, thus having him transported back to his home town. A new face is matched with the party as they continue their investigation.

The group came back and noticed it was dark and raining, it was odd. The group noticed there were gypsies in town. Nova snuck away and buried the crown deep in the woods and then had a mysterious encounter with his “wife”. Lord Lee wanted to bring his religion into the town and made a proposal. The group went on investigating and found the person who poisoned the town who poisoned the food causing everyone to pass out. It was an assistant cook, a young kid who was compelled to tell the truth as Nova snuck into another room and made a command circle. Once compelled, the kind directed the group to find a mysterious woman. Meanwhile, the darkness and rain continues, but a surprise comes into town, The lord of the lands Count Karn and his assistant Lady Blackiron showed up to change up things. In this episode Seran after finding his horse came back to him and died that Alma may have been captures. Seran runs quickly to find her. He runs into a traveling merchant named Aleister. The Merchant and Seran strike a deal as the two head off in the direction Seran needs to go, east. Aleister brings Seran to a small family village where he meets Toony the village leader. Seran trades his magical weapon for a horse and gallops off to find Alma. Seran after some traveling finds a cannibal village where he finds out Alma maybe held, where a feast cermony happening in 3 days. Seran quickly rushing back to Nos Kaddog to enlist the help of his friends.

The day continues as Shep gives the Count a tour around town and the count is impressed, offering Shep a baronship should he continue this way for 6 months. Meanwhile Lord Lee writes an important letter sending it off with a plan. Lady Blackiron and Lady Astrid meet up, exchange a few words leaving Astrid a little more annoyed at Blackiron then before. Nova cleans his room for various reasons. Seran comes riding into town, gathers everyone up with out question and they go riding off. The group notices the weather is now dark and foggy, the rain lightens up. Seran goes riding ahead and can’t find the Village he once saw. Seran, annoyed, rides back to the group’s camp. The group rest a bit and travels and finds a mysterious cabin in the woods, a man name Jefferies helps them find their way.

The group continues into Penance Purgatory and finds their way to Krampus. The group tries to defeat Krampus based on the information Nova found out.
