In this episode of our "Crisis On Infinite Films" series, we take a look at the comic book inspired film, Batman & Robin (1997) . New troubles have arisen in Gotham City. First, there's a new super villain in town: Mr. Freeze, a former doctor whose blood is laced with cryogenic liquid, causing him to be cold in look and feeling who plans to freeze Gotham until he gets the money needed to finish finding the cure for a mysterious disease that has stricken his wife. Second, Poison Ivy, a villainess with luscious lips full of venom, has arrived in Gotham with her hulking servant, Bane, with plans to team up with Freeze and prepare the way for genetically enhanced plants. Third, Ivy has caused a rift between the partnership of the Dark Knight and the Boy Wonder. And finally, Alfred, Batman's trusted butler, has developed the same disease that Freeze's wife has. It is in this time of need that a new partner, Batgirl, steps forward to help the two rid the city of evil once more. In  this episode we take a look at the direct to video sequel, Addams Family Reunion (1998). Gomez (Tim Curry) and Morticia Addams (Daryl Hannah) are horrified to  discover that Grandpa (Kevin McCarthy) and Grandma Addams (Estelle  Harris) have a rare disease that is slowly turning them "normal". The  only chance they have of curing them is to organize a family reunion,  hoping that someone knows a home remedy. Unfortunately, due to a  printing error, the family arrives at the reunion of an ordinary family  named Adams (with one D). While Gomez and Morticia, oblivious to the  mistake, search for a cure amongst a family divided by the wish to  inherit; Pugsley (Jerry Messing) and Wednesday (Nicole Fugere) are busy  making new friends...explode; Uncle Fester (Patrick Thomas) and Thing  (Christopher Hart) search for a vicious Chihuahua that lives on human  hair; and Lurch (Carel Struycken) falls in love. Meanwhile, a couple  going to the reunion are given the wrong address and end up at the  Addams mansion, where Grandmama (Alice Ghostley) and Cousin Itt (Phil  Fondacaro) are staying. In this episode we take a look at the somewhat Silly  Disney Sci-fi film The Black Hole (1979).  A spaceship, the USS Palomino, encounters a massive black hole. To the  amazement of the crew, stationed on the edge of the black is the USS  Cygnus, a ship thought lost 20 years earlier. The Cygnus was commanded  by Dr Hans Reinhardt, a scientific genius. In this episode of our PILOT ERROR series we look at the TV pilot for Shangri-La Plaza (1990). A musical-comedy unsold pilot made by CBS in 1990. Macho Ira and sensitive George are two polar-opposite brothers who own an auto-repair shop in Southern California. Both men quickly fall for Amy, a beautiful widow who has inherited the local donut shop previously owned by her no-good estranged husband. Amy plans to sell the place and move with her daughter Jenny to Paris, only to find that her ex-husband had "hocked the place up down to the powdered sugar", forcing her to put off her dreams and run the place herself. O'Heir first became active in Chicago theater and improv during the late 1980s and early 1990s as part of the comedic theater troupe "White Noise", and appeared in such plays as The Book of Blanche, Stumpy's Gang and Ad-Nauseam with the group. O'Heir has appeared in several films and made guest appearances on such shows as Friends, Boston Legal, Malcolm in the Middle, Star Trek: Voyager, 3rd Rock from the Sun, ER, and Parenthood. In 2000, he starred in the Comedy Central series Strip Mall as Harvey Krudup, the husband of protagonist Tammi Tyler, who was played by Julie Brown. In this episode of our "Crisis On Infinite Films" series, we take a look at the comic book inspired film, Fantastic Four (2015) In a retelling of the story of the Fantastic Four, begins when genius Reed Richards builds what he thinks is a teleportation device which he unveils at a science fair. And when it doesn't produce the results he said would happen, he's shun by everyone. But a visiting scientist, Franklin Storm thinks that Reed built the means to cross into another dimension. He offers Reed a scholarship so he goes to New York to work on it and he works with Storm's daughter Sue and his former student Victor Von Doom. Storm also brings in his son Johnny, a mechanic to help him. When Reed says it's done, Storm decides to send him, Sue, Johnny and Victor. Reed asks his best friend Ben Grimm to join him. When they get there, they're exposed to elements not native to their own, And when they return, they start to change or gain abilities. In this episode in honor of the release of the latest Marvel Thor film, we take a look at The Mockbuster from The Asylum, Almighty Thor (2011). When the god of deception Loki (Richard Grieco) wipes off the city of Valhalla to steal the Hammer Of Invincibility, only the young hero Thor (Cody Deal) can recover the cities from evil. When Thor's father and older brother are killed in a futile attempt to retrieve the hammer from Loki, a Valkyrie named Jarnsaxa (Patricia Velásquez) attempts to train a naïve and inexperienced warrior Thor to fight Loki. This leads them on a short quest from their training camp, to the Tree of Inventory to collect a sword and shield and then to a small city where Loki attempts to hypnotize the refusing residents into serving as his minions by bringing on a wipeout with a small army of demon beasts. When Thor is about to be defeated, he must forge his own fate to save the city and reclaim the Hammer Of Invincibility from Loki once and for all.
