03 Jan 2022 | #35 Dust off your light with Jaz Broughton | 00:22:18
I sat down on IGTV to talk through what I mean when I say: you need to dust off your light. When I was forced to stay still for a minute to recover from illness, I got inspired by a conversation with Kanye West to be a better version of myself with no apologies.
I hope this spontaneous episode convinces you to go after what you want, even when you aren't used to seeing it around us. I hope that it pushes you to let your light shine, and not dim it to fit into others' expectations of you.
If you need some help to dust off your light and start showing up as your true self with no apologies, we can work together to get there. Want to work towards a truly limitless career? 20 Dec 2021 | #33 Lessons learned with Jaz Broughton | 00:29:18
In this episode of the Limitless Career Podcast, I explore 4 lessons learnt between seasons 1 and 2.
1: Self-doubt is expensive, and will rob you of your time. 2: Being curious about possibilities and asking all the questions is the way forward. 3: Leaning into your superpowers creates ease because self-awareness allows us to navigate life. 4: An apology isn't necessary - don't sell yourself short.
I am open about my deep questioning of the journey so far, the importance of innovation, flexibility and mindset around career decisions. I also explain my thought process around closing the Career Clubhouse, and the decisions I've made around how I want to work with you.

25 Feb 2022 | #38 F the rules with Rachel Walker | 01:23:10
It's time to rip up the rulebook.
I am so excited to share this frank conversation between Rachel Walker and I, in which we break through the noisy world of being small business owners. We investigate each other's experiences of finding external approval for our business decisions, and how that can affect our ability to feel content in the life we have created. We talk of the bravery it takes to stray from the pack and stay true to ourselves, and how it changes the game when we embody our values and embrace the discomfort. Do you know what you need to do, to be true to yourself throughout the process of creating your business? Throughout this conversation, we come to the conclusion that there isn't a blueprint but instead share some ideas to set you in the right direction. If you have listened through and are curious to see Rachel's hand gestures, Mr Gruff, or any of the other suggested visuals within this episode; you can find the video version of this chat on YouTube.
