In a nutshell, soul fragmentation is the fragmenting (either voluntary or involuntary) of a soul aspect from a parent soul. Soul division is the holographic replication of Source (which has happened again and again over the course of time) and there is no necessity of using the word "parent soul" for the soul that has divided off of the original soul is its own, individualized being. And these are the frequencies of the Golden Lemuria the golden Atlantis and the golden Avalon dear ones, you are entering a timeframe of the coming together and interweaving of these three frequencies.
